In this episode we're joined by Dr. Laurel Taylor, field archaeologist and Senior Lecturer in the Departments of Arts and Classics at the University of North Carolina at Asheville. Dr. Taylor discusses her ongoing research at the archaeological site of Cetamura del Chianti, in Italy, and offers us some interesting details about the archaeological process in her ongoing work–even as it continues during the pandemic.
Dr. Taylor is also a big supporter of process-oriented undergraduate research and discusses with us the ongoing work of her student R.J. Palmer in experimental archaeology. (To be linked soon!)
