I was walking through my home trails in the Blue Ridge Mountains, thinking about how alone I was on trail, only seeing the sun's rays and trees swaying, the breeze on my back; but so many have walked these trails before me; while I was alone in this exact moment, I was clearly not alone on my path, our path, the path to be determined.
We are going to embrace shared experiences with other humans so we can learn and grow with them as we wade through this podcast.
We so often can feel like it's "just us", but so many have walked these paths before us.
