Did you know that Signing Companies have specific instructions when it comes to placing signing company’s documents in a specific order? There may be a fee of $25 if you do not follow the signing company’s specific instructions.
I’m going to share with you why you would have to correct a notarial certificate, followed up with how to make the correction.
There are several name variations, make sure the signers are signing their names as it appears on each line on the page.

Notarization has a language of its own which can sometimes be a bit strange, confusing and challenging.

Contact the borrower immediately, DO NOT EVER change the date or time, and always check your documents thoroughly.

A (Mortgage) Note is a promise to pay the specified loan amount at the specified interest rate for a specific length of time.

RTC means Right To Cancel (Notice of Right To Cancel) which are within a Refinance Loan.

Report any lost, misplaced, destroyed, damaged or stolen Notary Tools immediately to the Police Department
You may want to ask to physically hold the identification and also examine the ID for security features.
What if the signer's name on their ID does not match the name their documents? Are you permitted to complete this Notarization?
An Attorney-in-Fact has two forms: A General Power of Attorney and A Special Power of Attorney.

Remove all beverages, ask for ID’s, make sure the signers sit together-across from you, Record the signers information into the notary journal and have the signed give their thumbprint, etc.
Whether it’s a massive wildfire on the West Coast or hurricanes in the East Coast or tornadoes in the Midwest, store you Notary supplies in a safe place.

Scanning the documents after the closing, document security, faxing documents, shipping the documents, terms of privacy & confidential information.
Communicating with the borrower, preparing for the appointment, make sure you are punctual, dress professional, be courteous and how to conduct yourself during a signing.
Know your state requirements, don’t rush, be prepared, print name under your signature & print title after your name.
What are the rules and regulations of the state, does the signer have a valid government ID, what's the current condition of the signer, what state of mind is a signer in, etc.
Memorize the hours of operation, shipping time and location, keep extra plastic envelopes in your vehicle, never drop the docs off at a drop box after pick up (never at night).
Definitions of Quitclaim Deed, Special Warranty Deed, General Warranty Deed, Disclaimer Deed.
DOT, CD, POA, RTC acronyms, what do they stand for & why do I need to know what they mean??
