Run, Jump, Laugh, Sing.... That's how you were always meant to be in every situation/season/circumstance
If your Unfamiliar with the place your at, it just means your in a place that is making you become who you were always meant to be.
"feelings" are not always an indicator that you are going to do something great. Just believe what Abba has told you and the will take care of the rest.
Don't allow what you hear or see away from Abba to reconstruct/deconstruct what he has told you.
Wake up everyday knowing you are in the love of abba .... It's the best part of waking up
Get in the gaze of Jesus. His eyes will invite you for a walk.with him that will introduce you to a life where surrender is not a problem because you know how much he loves you
Abba is there in the strategy/narrow road .. he wants you to succeed, he is proud of you . He is a good abba
Receive what Abba has always said you deserved, then give to others as you have received.
Your not a failure… maybe we just need to reevaluate the things we have done , and try them again a different way.
It’s not, how long you spend in a specific season but what you do with the time you have in that season which will determine who you will become , where you go, and how you heal
LIVE WELL... let the presence of abba fill your life with wealth (laughter joy peace and love)
It's okay to have wants and desires , we just have to make sure that we gain them by asking Abba how he wants us to get them.
Heart posture ... Or posture in general is crucial to problem solving and overall having a good freakin day no matter what happens.
Take a moment to pause , rest , reflect , reevaluate... Make sure you're good to go the rest of this journey.
Listen to the right voice, test it , define it , receive it , and if it's bad...... KICK IT OUT!
Do something excellent -or- do something with excellence either way do something that will impact lives around you and bring glory to Abba.
Consider the options Holy Spirit gives us. Even when it seems bad he know who to point you too … Jesus
We may need to be reintroduced to some very important things while on this journey… let’s get reacquainted..
One day can really suck… you can seem broken , defeated, and all is lost… one day does not make you who you are. You are loved… keep going … try again.
We are hosts of the presence of Jesus. We are alive and he is in us. We don’t relate to the old us , we are BRAND NEW BECAUSE OF THE RESURRECTION.
Not by power , not by might, but by his spirit. We need his spirit/oil to do the tasks he has called us to do. Nothing else will do…
Abba wants to be with us !!!! He wants to be present in our lives. Let’s seek his presence in all we do. When we fully understand we have his presence , we know that everything will be okay.
He is Lord in every situation…. He never questions his power , he never reevaluates who he is .. he knows who he is. When we lean more into that revelation we understand that he will always make all things work together for good and we can thank him for EVERYTHING .
We are going on a 90 day exodus/journey to come out of some things we have listened to , and voices we have allowed to control us for so long. We will learn the voice of Abba , and a new reality of his love for us.
Not dealing with how you feel can create strongholds to certain ideas, patterns, and cycles. Go to Abba , tell him how you feel, and allow him to deal with the strongholds.
Transitions will always come. As we experience them , we are invited to experience the love Abba expresses towards us while we adapt to the changes going on around us.
To all mothers , you are loved. To those who may not be fortunate enough to spend this day with your mother , you are loved.
Let the frequency of your life energize everything around you because you know that you are a son/daughter.
The invitation is all about you showing up, experiencing something you’ve never experienced before, and not leaving because it’s awkward.
Transition is an opportunity for revelation. Revelation is an invitation. The invitation is an opportunity for you to sit , rest , and grow to a complete mature state.
Stop trying so hard to prove your love. Be loved by a beautiful, wonderful, caring father. Allow what Jesus did to push you into who you were always meant to be.
Restoration isn’t just the process of getting back to your old self, but it’s a process that actually makes you better than your old self. It’s long, repetitive, exhausting, refreshing, and worth it.
It’s not enough just to say a lot of things and hope things get better. We must start living out the things we are speaking so our language can become a lifestyle.
Your going to have to give yourself grace in order to survive the journey your going on.
Think BIG this year!! Look beyond yourself to see what legacy you can leave for those after you. Death has to happen in order for the “BIG” thing to happen. IT’s worth it.
This year we had a lot of wins and some losses. Nonetheless even in your loss , your learned a lesson that brought you close to Jesus. Next year is gonna be DOPE.
Do you see Jesus .... he has been with us this whole time.... he is the one who gives us new perspective
Like mamba mentality we can have a renewed mind that allows us to approach different things in our lives the way Abba wants us to
Why you on this elevator homie???? Figure it out and present it God and let him show you what to do.
There is necessary stress and unnecessary stress... we gotta figure out which is which in our lives . One helps and the other one doesn’t.
What are going to finish this year? What are you going to start .... and finish next year?
Have you asked God what he wants you to do?? Ask him , I’m pretty sure he has some suggestions.
The tough reality of things not changing , does not mean that we are not growing / going to the next Floor.
Let your light shine. No matter how big or small. Let you light SHINE SHINE SHINE . Jesus is the light , let him shine through you.
Who do you say you are ... or better yet who does ABBA say you are? Your not your negative thoughts , your who he says you are. BELIEVE IT!!!
KEEP GOING... look how far you’ve come... don’t get complacent, comfortable, Or even complicated. Keep going ....
Your complete! your everything you need to be , even if you don’t feel like it. Your complete , because Jesus said so.
It could be way way way way worse... way way way way worse ... thank God Jesus overcame the worse ...
Needed a little reminder that God is with us while going up to this floor. Had to leave my pride behind too.
3rd floor mind transformation. Can’t go higher , get a better understanding , if our minds don’t change.
What’s love got to do with it?...... EVERYTHING. Real love cast out all fear, Jesus’ compete love is ready for you.
Elevator talk can be awkward , but not when your with the homie. These short talks are a way to help us change our perspective as we approach the top floor where we can see things from a rooftop (Heaven) point of view.
Jesus wants to take us beyond a surface /shallow relationship with him. He sees us as we truly are , and that allows us to go deeper with him
I’ve Been in the wilderness. While there, I found exodus 90, community, prayer, papa time, and death. It was/is the most beautiful thing I have ever experienced.
You will experience a season where it seems like it’s always night. Nevertheless just as Jesus made it through the night, we can make it to because of what he did for us.
God wants you to WIN at life..... but this only happens when we put him first. Put him first over everything, because nothing else can take his place.
Use whatever gifts GOD has given you to bring glory to him which is ultimately YOUR PURPOSE WHILE ON THIS EARTH.
Our purpose is to glorify GOD ..Our assignment is the tool used to do so. We must allow our purpose to out way the assignment so we can truly become who we are intended to become.

there is always a battle to fight, and a war to be won. We should approach each WAR understanding that we are already victorious through Jesus .Casualties may occur, breakdown can seem inevitable, but VICTORY IS OUR!! GO TO WAR!!
Making tough decisions is never easy....but avoiding them all together doesn’t make your life any better. MAKE THE TOUGH DECISION!!! Yes , it may break you ... but by making the tough decision you make available the space in your heart that was once occupied by the fear and anxiety you had because you were afraid of making a decision.
Commitment means that you aren’t always going to be victorious, happy, praised, appreciated, or rewarded. In order to be who GOD wants us to be, our commitment has to be strengthened through trial. Trails can suck sometimes, prayers can go unanswered , and outcomes can be totally unexpected.... but if we are truly committed to GOD, our commitment can be strengthened through “unwanted” outcomes
As Valentine’s Day approaches, remember you are LOVED by GOD. Take a moment to look at the history you have with him. Honor your past, celebrate your present, and give him your future. God wants to make HIS-Tory with you.
Maybe it’s not the problems around you that need to fixed/ touched/changed ... MAYBE ITS YOU...when we ask GOD to touch us, we allow him to shape us and help us to see things the way he wants us to see them , so we can respond the way he want us to respond.

When we focus on Gods goodness, our perspective changes, and we allow (even if it’s for a moment /a mustard seed moment )Gods goodness to contradict/overwhelm/kill ,what we feel/ think/ see. “GODS goodness has come to overwhelm what is overwhelming us” (Stephanie Frizzle)
