Regarding my podcast I want to bring to your attention that although it started out for people who were ill, it took a lot of twists and turns which has spiritual insight for everyone. I read over and over on social media how we need something to lift our spirits and I truly believe this will or I wouldn’t be putting my name out there. I recommend staring with Season 1 Episode 1 and move forward as they build off each other. This podcast is about going from (poor health) to HEALTH and from (unhappy) to HAPPY. Each week I will share what has helped me and some epiphanies to go with it. My goal is to help anyone going through the same journey and hopefully make this thing called life a little easier/better. It's about coming back or coping with life's challenges in a positive way.
This episode “Why We Worry And How To Let Go” is about most of our thoughts that make us worry are visualizing a catastrophic outcome instead of a positive outcome. To overcome worrying we need to tweak our thoughts to be more of a positive view and live in the present moment. One of the things we'll worry about is either the past or the future and the past is already gone and we can't control the future so all we really have is here and now. I believe by living in the here and now equates to enjoying your life and living each moment to the fullest. Turning those negative thoughts into positive outcomes, more than likely what you're worried about is going to end up being a positive outcome.

This episode “Learning To Surrender And Let Go” is about how we give in to fixing ourselves up to impress or for the benefit of others, instead of for ourselves. We should still do our best to be our best, but you should do it for you, this takes a tremendous amount of stress off. It's about accepting you for you for who you are, what you look like, your attributes your features your personality, they are all amazing. Knowing that on the inside and walking in that confidence that you are you, no matter what room you enter no matter who you meet you always put your best foot forward even when you're home alone. Secondly we've talked about prayer but instead I'm feeling like you need to pray for each aspect of your life, which you should, but having blanket trust over all of it then you can walk in trust and you can walk in faith and just know that it's all going to work out the way that it's supposed to. I've also added a medical procedure that is still considered experimental, but they do it at doctor's offices and universities. The acronym is PRP which stands for Plasma Rich Platelets. I'm not promoting it, but I do think it's worth looking into for pain and healing in joints. I wanted to share this with you because it doesn't seem to be widely known. More information can probably be found on Google.

This episode” Protecting Your Peace In A Negative World” is about navigating your life, your position, in this world, you're surrounded by people with negative attitudes or moods, part of protecting your peace from this is coming to the realization that it is not your job to fix somebody else's problems or moods. Being there and being supportive for someone who needs to vent is always a good idea as we do need to support each other. Secondly it's waking up and looking at all the things you already have, that you can walk, that you can talk, the people in your life and even the material things. When you wake up and give gratitude for all of those things your heart is full of abundance of how much you already have. As we've talked about in earlier episodes this all goes full circle into loving yourself and putting yourself first, then you give yourself everything you need emotionally, you don't have to track down someone else and try to get it from them because that need will be gone and I believe this gives the ultimate confidence and peace.

This episode “Setting Healthy Boundaries Without Guilt” is about as we navigate through life trying to make ourselves as happy and healthy and positive as we can be, yet we're surrounded by people who constantly bring negativity to us. Knowing certain people are not healthy, how do you keep them at a distance without offending them. We go over the ways to keep someone at a distance and still remain in good terms as far as having them in your life. It doesn't mean you have to eliminate everyone that brings negativity into your life but it does mean you need to limit contact in certain situations and you develop a trust and knowing who you can confide in, who's there for you, who's supportive of you and who you should open up to. #boundaries #healthy relationships

This episode (Staying Positive During Difficult Times, Part two) is an extension of the last episode where we discussed when your mind goes to a negative place, write down that negative thought and immediately under it write down the positive thought, this teaches your mind to flip from negative to positive in a very short time and then your own mind starts doing it automatically. Also we are addressing our minds as a vision board, on a vision board you glue or paste pictures of how you want your world to look then it goes out into the universe, therefore realizing that the thoughts that are in our head are like a vision board within us so we don't ever want to put negative pictures on our vision board because we don't want that going out to the universe. The same applies to negative pictures, words, etcetera in your own mind, therefore stressing the importance of keeping a positive attitude. Positivity attracts positivity! Therefore let's keep the manifestations driven by our own minds in the positive way we want our world to look and our outcomes to Come to fruition. #positivity #positive mindset #resilience

This episode “How To Stay Positive During Difficult Times” teaches us how the outcome of your life is based on the manifestation of the outcome that you have put in your own mind and this holds true regardless of what difficult situations or negative people surround you. First and foremost it's God directing our lives but we also have a lot of control about what we want our life to look like. There is making a vision boards which is a wonderful way to put your desires out into the universe and if you aren't certain what a vision board is please send me a message through the fan mail link under the episode description, but with that being said the thoughts that are in your own head are actually making a type of vision board within your own mind. This is a practice that athletes use because our minds don't know what's true and what's false it only knows what we tell it. So I can't stress enough how much positive thinking and manifestation is in changing your life and making your life look like you want it to look.

This episode “Finding Joy In Everyday Life” is about the freedom to have a choice. As we navigate through this life it's important that we keep in mind no matter what's happening with us that we express self love and put ourselves in a position where we can always not only love ourselves but take care of ourselves so when we are in a situation, we are there because we want to be not because we have to be. The goal in this situation is to always keep climbing the ladder, to always live your full potential, to keep yourself aware and knowledgeable enough so you can make decisions based on what you want not on what you need. Being able to make decisions is a freedom and the more secure you are within yourself the more freedom you will have. #gratitude #happiness #joy

This episode “How To Stop Overthinking And Find Peace” is about when we have a situation going on in our life and we can't seem to calm down our thoughts or our mind, we need to seek divine guidance and inspiration and to do so is to calm yourself enough so you can ask God what the answers are. If you sit very quietly and do your best to eliminate chitter chatter in your mind you will get spiritual answers and that usually comes in as a way to handle a situation that we have never even thought of. I'm so happy we have the resources that we have to help us through difficult situations but to be divinely connected is the ultimate piece.

In this episode “"How to Stop Letting Other People's Opinions Control How You Feel”” is about other people's moods and how we are affected by them especially if we're either close to them emotionally or in close proximity. All we can do is change the way we feel, change our mental attitude and our emotional attitude toward what others say, do and how they act because we cannot change other people. In reaching this realm of not being affected by others will serve you all the days of your life because as long as we're walking this planet with other people there is always going to be conflicting moods, opinions etc. Since we cannot change others, we can only change ourselves. It will serve you well to be proud of yourself, to give yourself a pat on the back to love yourself more deeply than anyone else therefore eliminating trying to fill a void through someone else. #people pleasing #self-worth

This episode “When I Get Better” is about not delaying living your life until certain changes are made, in other words, when I lose 10 lbs, when I start making more money, when I get a house, when I get a relationship, whatever it is, we need to learn to accept ourselves and meet ourselves right where we are, because our lives are right here and now and the most attractive thing is somebody with self-confidence that accepts themselves fully just as they are. #selfconfidence #livefully #acceptance

This episode “Fear Is One Of The Worst Things We Can Have” talks about how fear literally immobilizes you, stops you from doing and being who you really are, what you really want to do and in short being your best self. The ironic thing about fear is that 99% of it isn't real nor does it ever happen. It brings us back to living in the present moment when you're present you don't have time to let your brain give you those messages of being fearful especially to something that's nonexistent but instead you do what you need to do when you're called upon to do it, therefore giving it your best. #freedom #bestself #bestlife #selfconfidence

This episode “Prayer And Meditation” explains the difference of the two. Prayer is you talking to God and meditation is listening for the answer, and quieting your mind enough to be able to get the answer. The difference between walking around a spiritual being and getting these answers or keeping your mind so full of clutter not to have to think about the situation makes a difference of walking around in peace and walking around in turmoil.

This episode “Some People Don't Give You a Choice” is about sometimes we're put in a position where someone acts like they want our opinion but in reality they want us to agree with them. Often times when you choose your own ethics, your own integrity, it goes against the other person, but it's important in life and for the preservation of self-love, self-esteem and feeling good about yourself is choosing what you know is right for you and that it lines up with your morals. If somebody doesn't let you make a choice other than choose them, even though in your heart you know it's not the right decision then you have to make a decision about that person and how close into your orbit do you want them. Just because you disagree on a situation doesn't mean you can't love who you love but you just need to remember what they're capable of and what their mindset is and not be surprised when it surfaces. There are many different opinions and ways to handle things in this world, it doesn't necessarily mean right or wrong but you just need to take care of you and feel good about your own decisions.

This episode “You're Not Aging Out” is about as people get older they think this is the end but all it is, is a new chapter, a new beginning, something different. When you think of the past every decade in our life or every milestone has been different we've had to make adjustments to where we were at that moment whether it be emotionally, mentally, physically, financially. This Is a reminder that we are still living and are opening ourselves up to new opportunities, new chapters and if we don't know what to do with this new chapter certainly technology is a good place to start because we can be in touch with the entire world and every opportunity that goes with it while we sit and our own homes. No matter what your limitation is, it doesn't matter it's a new beginning and by new I mean brand new at this age and that is so exciting.

This episode “No Competition” is about coming to the realization that we are not in competition with anyone excluding organized competitive sports, pageants etc, those are designed for competition. When we come to the table being our authentic original selves we bring something that nobody else has nor could they ever have. We are an accumulation of all of our attributes rather it be voice, sense of humor, physical being, brains, whatever it is that makes you you and as a original being nobody can take that from you. It's so exciting when you come to the realization that you are not in direct competition with anyone nor should you be because if you try to be like everyone else who's doing the same thing, then it lacks originality and it lacks sincerity. Knowing that you have all the attributes that you need to be an original takes away unnecessary pressure and it builds confidence. You walk into a situation knowing that you have a lot to offer and you might be exactly what they're looking for or perhaps something or someone that they didn't know that they were looking for. You can't put a price on originality and authenticity, you walk in being you with a whole lot to offer.

This episode “Don't Put A Label On It” is about when you are bothered by something or you need to confront somebody with something, you don't need to pre plan and visualize what you're going to say to them because that in itself puts pressure on you because you feel like you have to fulfill how you thought you were going to handle a situation instead of just letting life unfold. You will find that this applies to many areas of your life including what you should or should not be doing, what you should or should not be eating, what you're going to say to someone who has made you angry. And not putting a label on it, not pre planning what you're going to say or what you're going to do and how you're going to act is even harder when you tell somebody what you're going to do because then you're under pressure because you feel like you have to fulfill what you said you were going to do or say so you don't let people down that you told what you were going to do or especially you don't want to let yourself down but our bodies react as circumstances arise. We don't need to pre-plan what we're going to say in fact the best conversations are spontaneous because your body, your mind, your emotions, know what they're supposed to do and what you are feeling inside and what you want to accomplish.

This episode "Give It Your All” is about when we start on the walk that we want to walk and become the person that we want to be and we're meant to be, then we start focusing on our goals on our outward desires. As these goals and our desires come to us, come into our lives, we need to have gratitude for them and treat them and handle them the best way possible. If it's a career then we need to learn more about it to be the best that we can be at that particular thing or if it's something a little more intimate like a relationship then we need to do all that we can do to cherish it, to be the best we can be and give our best to this relationship. Regardless of what it is, we need to first have gratitude for receiving it and then we need to take care of it and cherish it and work toward making not only it the best but we need to be the best at taking care of what it is. Everything that we achieve that comes into our life has so many shoots of opportunity beyond it. Whether we recognize those opportunities or even know about them, at this point doesn't matter, but when you achieve and reach the goals with the opportunity that you were reaching for and you start to see the opportunities that blossom or flourish off of that, then you start reaching for those opportunities and life becomes an endless bundle of opportunities and excitements and reasons to work at things and reasons to look forward. Hopefully the goal would be to have this attitude carry into every area of your life so that you not only appreciate and have gratitude for what you have domestically but everything outwardly also, and then we are living in true and real abundance.

This episode “The Secret To Life – Gratitude” is part 2 of a four part series. I believe part of enjoying life is realizing that we're not victims, that we already have so much starting with the day we were born as human beings to be able to walk to see to hear to touch there's so much right out of the gate to be grateful for. If at any time any of this was taken away from you then you would truly embrace what each thing means to you, however sometimes we take so much for granted. In life it's not only our own attributes but the people around us whether it be friends, family, those that we love and love us, our jobs, whatever it is that you have that is added to your life you need to embrace and be grateful for. When you start to embrace and have gratitude for what and who is around you then I think that's when your priorities really start to line up because you realize what is and what should be important to you. Wealth is not always money.

This episode “The Secret To Life” is one of a four part series, this particular one is Letting Go. By letting go it refers to life doesn't have to be so complicated, it seems we take control and we have to know what's right around the corner but if you enjoy your life more and relax and let life unfold let things come to you as they should the outcome is even better and by doing such you draw in more of a positive energy to you. When you are holding on so tight to the desired outcome you block the outcome of which could be. In this episode we learn how to let go and just live and enjoy each moment to the fullest knowing that it's all going to turn out the way that it should.

This episode “Removing Your Blocks” is about as we grow up, as we navigate life through experiences that may have been favorable or unfavorable. Some of our experiences give us certain blocks in life that hold us back from becoming the best that we can be. This episode talks about removing those blocks and starting with a clean slate becoming a shell of a person but in a positive way, a shell that can be molded into the best version of ourselves, a shell of a person who is willing and excited about trying not only new things but trying everything and trying it with a good outlook not with preconceived negativity but in knowing that the outcome is going to be favorable. It's approaching life in a new way, it's looking at things differently from clear eyes and a clean slate. You will change inwardly but not outwardly except subtle changes do happen on the outward, it's not anything that you make happen but it's an emotional change which makes your eyes a little brighter your smile a little wider and a little more bounce in your step. As you become your best, your physical body changes in a more positive way, just as if we carry ourselves in a negative mode, it is not only felt but seen by others as well even when we think we're not showing it. When you become more a more positive person, consequently you end up attracting more positive people into your life and this is something that you will want to pass down and pass out to help those under you and help those around you.

This episode “You Can Please Some Of The People” is about no matter how much you try to be careful about what you say what kind of filter you put on it, there will always be someone who is offended or critical of what we are saying or doing, this podcast is how to navigate through it. I think in life as we choose the types of people who we align with and who are supportive, who will have our back no matter what, those are the people that you want to surround yourself with and those are the people that you want to be in your life, all the others you keep at arm's length. As you allow people to be close there are key attributes that you will look for and one is when you walk away from a conversation with somebody you should not feel heavier than you did when the conversation first started. There are people in this world who get their attention through making other people feel bad or they hate on them and there are people who are jealous who want to be you or want what you have without doing the work, but the good news is I believe the majority of the people are good. In life we're thrown in with all types of people For various reasons, so just be a little discerning who you let into your life, who you confide in and when you do confide that it's not going to go any further.

This episode “Think What You Live” is taking a step further than just living your best life or just being in the present moment it's actually changing the way you view the world. Our childhood upbringing has molded us to the way we are now or the way we think now. Some of that is not to our advantage so it's taking all of that and recognizing it as some of it being a lie. This episode is about not believing the lies any longer and looking at the world in a different light, changing your thoughts, realizing you don't need all of those negative thoughts. Walking in more of a trust which then translates into the physical. When you start this new way of looking at the world of walking in it being who you are people will notice and they will confirm it to you, but the beautiful part of it is at this point you don't care if anybody sees it or not because you feel good about you. You finally discovered who you are and your place in this world.

This episode “Just Knowing How To Live” starts out by discussing relationships rather it be romantic or friendships it's knowing how to converse in a way that doesn't make either party defensive or resentful and it's going back and remembering the person that you're with is still that same person that you were first attracted to however as time goes on we tend to get relaxed. This episode is also a reminder to treat others like we just met them rather it be last month, yesterday, tomorrow or 10 years ago and that opens a door for more and better conversations. Just because somebody doesn't think just like you doesn't mean their wrong and if you don't put them on the defense they'll usually tell you or confide in you how they're actually feeling and then you have a better understanding and it makes sense which translates into wanting to spend more time together enjoying each other's company.

This episode being ‘One-On-One With God” is about when you devote your life to God in terms of asking him to make you the person that he wants you to be. As we exist in this world we have a tendency to depend on others to fulfill certain voids in our life example entertainment, companionship but when you're fully in a relationship with God you know that you are right where you're supposed to be at that particular moment which makes you more of a leader than a follower. There is a certain confidence that we get when we have a relationship with God. There's a knowing that you're divinely guided and that what you say and what you do is the right thing at the right time. How wonderful to walk through life knowing that what you say and what you do is the absolute right thing even if it's not reflected at that particular moment.

This episode “Understanding This World” is about first understanding our world, the world we live in, the world that our own personal life exists and then going out to a broader level. The whole world in general is not that far apart especially with technology In social media etcetera. This episode goes over how to have better relationships in any form in your personal life and then how to extend them out into the broader version being the world. I personally think this starts with kindness. When we are raised, it can either be in the atmosphere of greed, corruption, negativity or it can be in positivity, kindness, compassion. and in doing so this generation and the ones that follow will see kindness etc; as their norm and the hope here is to change the atmosphere to a much kinder atmosphere, it starts with one person.

In this episode “I Had A Dream” talks about how people can still push your buttons, situations can still make you refer back no matter how far you've come, no matter the steps you've taken to become your best self. This episode talks about what to do about that and also incorporates what is going on largely around us in this country that has been very hard to keep ourselves separate from. It also talks about compartmentalizing things so you can look at them objectively and they aren't so consuming. In short this episode is continuing to walk the walk and stay in the path of being your best self and living your best life no matter who or what is going on around us.

His findings seem to be unusual but more in line with what I have felt all along with myself. Illness is not always black and white nor is it always medical. I believe stress, emotions, can cause malfunctioning in the body. So as I do this new adventure I want to share it with you and if I am satisfied I would like to share the information with you. I also disclosed in this episode a little bit about what I went through to make me feel this way. This episode “God Bless The Birds and Butterflies” is about remembering and appreciating the small things that happen in between the bigger things that were waiting for. When we give gratitude, so many times we give gratitude for the big things but it's the little ones that make life so beautiful also, as with the birds and the butterflies. Unfortunately we don't appreciate these things until they're gone and I've noticed a drop off of both in the area where I live and I'm missing it and realizing how beautiful they were, the birds for their sound and the butterflies for their color and beauty. These are things that money can't buy. What this all equates to is living in the moment where you can see the beauty in things that are happening that we take for granted while we're waiting for the bigger things to happen. So as we approach 2026 let's remember the things that we think will always be there, let's not take them for granted any more, let's appreciate everything that's around us.

This episode “Don't Get Stuck In The Past” is about how in life we all go through things, through challenges but the important thing to remember is that the situation doesn't identify us it's not who we are, therefore it is very important not to get stuck in that moment in time. Sometimes when you're going through things, it is a way of redirecting us and that there is something better out there for us that we just haven't seen yet or don't know of yet. The more you work on yourself the more you follow the steps to be your best self the quicker you will go through the challenges that life throws at you. Everybody goes through things life is full of ups and downs and I realized some are more challenging than others, that's why it's important to find supportive friends and family that will support you but it's also very important to be able to support yourself regardless of who's there for you or not. And when you learn all of these ways of coping, of addressing situations, the faster and easier they will become.

This episode “Getting Rid Of The Pain” is about the journey that we all take to get to where we are now. If you look at statistics most of the people that are highly successful have gone through things that were less than pleasant and our journey is no different, so it's not only getting rid of the pain but it's looking at it through a different lens, looking at it and see if it were a lesson to get you to where you are now. I go over a strategy that I used to diminish that time in my life that was rather unpleasant to get to where I am now. When we take our journeys we have three choices we can either self medicate, or we can have a pity party, or we can take what we've learned and move on.

This episode “Imbalance” is about when we try to control things, when we are relaxed and letting the universe direct our lives then we are in balance, we are in the center and as we try to control things maybe move the pendulum too far to the left or too far to the right then we become imbalanced. Sometimes it's best not to do anything but to let life unfold. This can be a strange feeling because we're not used to doing nothing but sometimes it is necessary to sit back and let life happen, but also being in a relaxed state helps you to get your spiritual guidance.

Coming into your own, finding who you are as an individual, what your likes and dislikes are is first of all becoming an individual, the person you are meant to be in this world. Also part of reconnecting or a first step toward reconnecting would be setting out what you want your future to look like, making a vision board for that future but yet being open to change and redirection so you end up right where you're supposed to be when you're supposed to be there. I think being disconnected is just part of losing or forgetting where our part is in this world, we are all a strong part of this community of this world, we all make a big difference by just being here and I think once you find who you are as an individual and what your likes and dislikes are people are more drawn to you because you become confident when you know who you are. And it is so exciting to see what life is going to bring in a minute from now, tomorrow, a year a month whatever, that is the exciting thing about life, so we need to do our part but we also need to be open to redirection. Don't resist what God has for you in life, be the individual who you were meant to be. #redirection #confident #individual

In this episode “Pray What You Mean and Mean What You Pray” is about not trying to use psychology on God for him to answer our prayers. You've got to be sincere and honest in your prayers but also keep in mind that when you pray for something it's not always just given to you but you have to go through certain trials in order to develop the attribute that you prayed for. God is all knowing, he knows our hearts before we even ask and once we do ask we don't need to keep repeating it and repeating it but we need to walk in trust. Walking in trust is one step closer to walking in your best life, just knowing that everything is going to work out and having that absolute confidence that no matter what you say or do it is going to be the right thing. #trust #confidence #support

This episode “Looks Are Deceiving” it's a very interesting one, it talks about when we go through situations that are unfavorable whether they be physical, emotional or mental, it sometimes feels like the end of the world for us however it changes you to be closer to the best version of yourself, it changes your thoughts it changes the way you look at the world it changes the way you make decisions. If you can have an attitude and look at whatever you're going through as it's taking you closer to be your best self and have a good attitude about it and accept the lessons that you are learning, it can be a very positive thing. I do understand some things are devastating and I don't mean to undermine that but I'm talking about if this affects you only and you can see the positive changes that it's making in you, and you can keep a good attitude, you will come out on the other side better then you went in. #

This episode “What If” is a continuation of last week's episode that things don't always have to be so hard. What I mean by this is there comes a time in every situation where we've done our part and our only duty is to do nothing. If your a person who's used to be always doing than this feels very foreign to you and the instinct is to take control, thinking that you are making things better or bringing them close to you but sometimes the very best thing to do in any situation is nothing and let life unfold and bring you things when they are supposed to come. I go over sometimes when I tried to take control in my own life. Learning to let go of control can often times feel boring but it's a necessary tool to learn to be your best self and to live your best life.

This episode “Things Don't Have To Be Hard” is about when we're trying to achieve something the natural instinct is to physically and mentally work harder. Actually when you put too much stress on yourself whether it be physical or mental it blocks creativity, it blocks the spiritual communication. You still need to do your part but it is important to eliminate the stress to let the natural talent, creativity, spiritual guidance flow through you and in doing so it leaves room for enjoying your life, for being fully present with what you're doing. Really it's a win win situation and I believe in growing up and experiencing some trauma and drama it has blocked us from becoming who we were meant to be at that time, as that gets eliminated then our light can shine through. So in essence when you're walking in trust with God. When you're doing your part in the physical and mental but also trusting God to guide you and give you the information you need, not only do you shine but your whole life is a little brighter a little less stressful and you can be fully present with what other things you are doing and who you're doing them with.

This episode “Change Makes Change” is about when we are going along in life and everything is status quo but we're unhappy with many different aspects of our life. Our first instinct is to want to get away, get a fresh start. When you relocate trying to find happiness you come across the same things because you haven’t changed. You will meet new people but they will be the same because you haven't changed. There is no need to make a geographical change, real change comes from the inside and in this episode we go through ways of doing that to find happiness, peace, confidence and self respect from yourself and from others. So in short changing is not about changing their environment or the geographics it's about making the necessary changes right here.

This episode “Everything Is Good And It Changes” is about when life is going along and really good things happen to you and then suddenly one person says something that takes that joy away. Why do we let that happen, why do we allow one person to steal from the multitudes of good things that have happened. I believe in life as we're trying to live our best life that we need to also think about our surroundings in the right way and part of that would be to look at the beauty in things or look at the good part of what's happening instead of jumping to the bad. I remember i heard a say that you can get 1000 good emails and you get 1 bad one and you want to hunt that person down, I don't know why human nature is that way but it can be changed. When there is an adjustment made, it’s either to redirect us or it's an attack, an attack on our joy so we need to look at things differently not let the insignificant small part be our big part, let what makes us happy feel us up not allowing room for the negativity.. In short it's having gratitude for everything we have whether it be big or small and when something changes or when somebody says something, adjust our focus to celebrate what is our reality what we do have what is there.

This episode “Life Is To Have Fun” is about we get excited and look forward to going out, going to parties, going traveling, perhaps a promotion at work but our joy or fun should not be based on occasions or limited times, it should be something that we feel all of the time. Enjoying these extra activities should just be the icing on the cake. As we talked about before life has another level so does happiness whether you're sitting home by yourself laughing at a TV show or if you're out with a large group of people you should feel the same joy regardless of who you're with or if you're by yourself. When we start to feel a continuous joy or having fun in life on the inside it shows on the outside, when you walk into a room it is lit up people will observe you and they know there's something different but they can't put their finger on it. This doesn't mean that you walk around with a grin or a smile 24/7 but it's more of a feeling on the inside, it is another level and it may be foreign to you at this point because you haven't been there yet. It goes back to that old saying until you walk in those shoes you don't know what it's like, I believe that life was meant to be joyful, celebrated, happy and not just limited to special occasions but something that we should feel daily.

This episode “Religion Is Not Left Or Right” is about how people have tried to politicize religion and one has nothing to do with the other, people have also tried to weaponize religion. To discern if you are following the correct path is very, very simple. In Matthew 16 it says “you will know a man by his works” so whoever you're following or listening to or looking up to, does his works follow the teachings of Jesus, which is peace, love, understanding, everything that is good. In addition to all of this is our personal relationship and conversations with God which we should be having and we should all be asking for more discernment Not only for our religious affiliations but for discernment in life as well. Remember any organization can put the name Christian in front of it, the name alone does not make it so.

This episode “Level You Haven't Seen Yet” is about in this world there exists a level to live that we don't see, we don't even know it's there because we think our life is status quo right where it is. As we keep trying to climb higher being our best self, being our true self, trusting God, we can and will step into a new level that we don't even know exists yet. When you reach this level you will look the same, the changes are internal and things that used to matter so much don't seem to matter as much anymore but our responsibility in climbing to a higher level is kindness, peace, how we treat other people. I believe all of those things will come naturally as you evolve into this new level of living. So get very excited because what you've seen, what you've known up to this point is not all there is, there is more peace more love more joy at a whole new level of living.

This episode “Success” is about when we're reaching our goals we have a tendency to want to talk about it to others but by holding it in yourself builds a confidence within you. Sometimes sharing too much with too many actually weakens what you're working on and the big picture is it doesn't matter what kind of feedback you get from anyone else, what matters is how you feel about your accomplishments. We all have different goals in life and we all are on a different timeline so if you don't have a confident that you feel 100% safe in sharing with by holding it within yourself you willl build that confidence that brings you to the next level.

This episode “Yourself In Front Of Family” is about how we're in front of a group of our family how we revert back to our younger selves or the person that we think they want us to be. The truth is we've all grown and evolved and that goes the same for your family because they may be acting a little differently in front of you. If by being your true self your authentic self in front of everybody including your family opens up the door for them to be who they are in front of you and therefore striking a new level of relationship that I believe is better and stronger and more relatable. We all change through our experiences, challenges etcetera and we should not have to be other than who we are in front of anyone.

“You Can Do Anything” is about no matter what you want to do rather it be a specific activity or a career goal. With the proper training even if you never thought you could do it, you would be surprised how you have the ability to do whatever you want to do. By having the proper training it gives you a competitive edge, it gives you confidence, it gives you ambition. And with the proper training you enjoy things so much more, rather it be a sport, a hobby, or a career goal. When you are not trained properly you're always second guessing if you're doing it correctly, and by being trained professionally it takes away that element leaving the freedom to enjoy the process.

“Praying For Healing” Is about so many times as we pray for our healing we expect it to be done immediately, instantaneously but it's been brought to my attention that perhaps as we are becoming the best version of ourselves, as we are eliminating stress, as we are changing our thoughts from negative to positive that we are allowing ourselves to heal. I believe that as we get better mentally and walk our best walk to be the person that we were meant to be, that are insides start to heal because they're no longer loaded down with a toxic stress and the drama that we used to allow into our lives. I believe as we eliminate all the negativities, our body starts to rejoice from the inside out and therefore the healing begins. Have you ever noticed that when you aren't even thinking about something and all of a sudden you realized wow that it's been healed, I believe that's because we have allowed ourselves to be free of the stress and of the toxins. They say stress causes disease and illness so it makes sense that doing the opposite would create the opposite.

This episode “You Being You” is about the importance of being you as an individual not being what you think others think you should be but to be true to yourself and in doing so leaving yourself open to God making you the person that you were meant to be. All of this is what makes you a unique individual, a leader not a follower a leader because you are confident in being who you are you have your own distinct style you are a individual not a follower. But we always need to be open to God directing our lives in the way that he wants them to go and if we resist it and come screaming and fighting and kicking the resistance is harder. We are on this earth to have direction and oftentimes the direction is in the form of a trial but if you're open, if you let yourself your body be guided and molded it makes the whole process so much easier, so your goal should be to be your best self but also the person that you were meant to be and that is so exciting because there's parts of that that we don't even know exist, God has a plan for us to ultimately end up on our feet where we are supposed to be.

This episode gratitude is about giving thanks for not only the big things, the obvious but for those more important things that we take for granted like seeing, smelling, touching, walking all of that that is a God-given gift money can't buy. But along with that we have our still pending goals and desires and as we accomplish those, this episode stresses the importance of staying focused. When you're doing what you strive to do and you make a mistake do not let it distract you because when you're distracted you're not giving 100% to the task at hand. If you make a mistake let it go it's in the past even if it just happened one second ago because the 30 seconds that you're dwelling on what may have gone wrong that means 30 seconds taken away from what you're trying to achieve. Also we've gone through a lot of steps in this podcast but when you address all of these and you start walking in this mind set in this clear way of thinking this world opens up and you visualize it differently than ever before there's so many opportunities. Because you deserve to be where you want to be, not only are you a part of this world but the world is a part of you.

This episode just live is about how living in a drama free existence seems so foreign to us I think we've either forgotten or evolved in forgetting how to live in a stress free life. When you lay in bed and your mind is racing with thoughts of what you need to do or what you said or somebody else said it's not necessary you can lay there at total peace, you can walk your daily life in total peace and if you have to think too hard to recall a situation that has already happened then maybe you're not suppose to remember that situation at least at this moment and if it's something that you do need to remember it will come to you when your mind and body are relaxed. In other words things don't have to be so hard we don't always have to be doing and going and scheduling and yes goals are important, a schedule for responsibilities is important but the art of just living and living in a life free of a racing mind of agendas of what somebody said or what something you did or could you have done it differently we don't need and we can walk free, free of all the unnecessary chatter and all we have to do is just live.

This episode “Know What They're Capable Of” Is about when somebody does something to you that you never thought they would do, it's hard to ever trust that individual again because you know what they're capable of. Before this situation arose you thought you knew them, you thought they would always be status quo but once they crossed the line there's a trust that's lost whether you feel it or not you will react to it. If something is out of character, you automatically jump to that feeling that you had when they did something that you never thought they would do. In this episode I refer to it as waiting for the other shoe to drop and unfortunately when you're with someone that you're always waiting for the other shoe to drop it's almost like being in your own individual prison. I know we can't change people however I believe people can change themselves if they want to. It's all about seeing those red flags, how many do you see, how many are there and of course it depends on what the situation is and how drastic it is. If you keep yourself where you're walking your best life, your individual life, it doesn't matter so much what those around you do so long as it's not extreme and that's for you to judge. If this character is something that you can live with or not, that goes for friends, lovers any relationship that you might have. The old saying is when somebody shows you who they are believe IT.

This episode “compartmentalize” is about as we go through life and things happen to us even though we say we need to forget about it because it's in the past, sometimes depending on the situation it's difficult to do that. By compartmentalizing you take each category of what you've gone through give it a title, verbalize it in various different ways whether it be a recording, a podcast, a book, a journal, how you do it doesn't matter but the point is you'll find yourself feeling better and better. And after you reach that point then you're able to forgive people that have hurt you or they have done you wrong and once you forgive them, then it makes it easier to forget the situation. In this episode I share step by step what I went through to get things compartmentalized and by doing so it opened up room within me for the good memories the good experiences and pretty soon I believe the good will push out the bad completely. Holding on to the negative past is almost like static on a television because everything overlaps and it's just a mirage of the experiences so by compartmentalizing it clears a part of your being out leaving room for healing, forgiving and freedom to walk in your best life.

This episode “Love You” Is continuation of “Meeting Yourself Where You Are” in other words it's accepting and loving yourself just as you are in this very moment. I know that age takes a hold and when we look at ourselves we see the neck the fine lines etc; and we want a miracle cure from the cosmetic industry however the real peace, love, happiness comes from within. When we're young and we have everything that we're trying to achieve now if you think back on it were you any happier? the answer is usually no. When they say happiness comes from within that is absolutely the truth however in wanting to be your best self physically, mentally and emotionally so with that being said anything you do to yourself to enhance who you are is your choice and I'm all for it, however do it for the right reasons, don't do it to impress anybody else do it for you.

This episode “Someone Is Always Trying To Steal Your Identity” is really about controlling. Sometimes when someone is trying to control you it's so subtle that you don't really notice but if you observe how somebody's interacting with you, you can say a preference and they'll say no that's not what you want and if you debate them, they get angry. You may not notice control at first because it wears many different masks and you may not notice it until it becomes really obvious, however if you start looking at people around you, you will notice who is trying to control you. Are they trying to control you out of fear that you're going to outgrow them? It doesn't matter what the reason is you need to take a stand and know who you are and keep moving forward and being the person that you were meant to be, the highest quality of life that you were meant to live. And those around you can either come along and grow with you or they can stay where they are but do not let anyone hold you back just so they can stay in their comfort zone. #motivation #bestlife

This episode “What If You Were Wrong” is about the way we view things in life the things that make us mad, uncomfortable, what if we were looking at them the wrong way, what if your perception of an event was incorrect and was only based on your experiences in life. You need to be open to the fact that things that we have gone through growing up could give us the processing abilities of experiences that we have now, it doesn't mean they were necessarily correct. This is why you need to look at yourself and say am I being hurt too easily, am I not getting along with people too easily, am I getting angry easily? all these things if you answered yes then perhaps you need to change the way you're processing events that are coming into your life. Processing things incorrectly could rob you of your joy because most things that we are affected by are manufactured in our own minds through our own experiences and therefore to truly enjoy life we need to make changes. Not outward changes as in a diet but when eternal changes happen it does show on the outside and people will notice it. It's not anything that we eat or don't eat it's just a more relaxed and enjoyable attitude in life. #change #joy

This episode “It's Not What You Think” is about how we process things and why we give so much attention to others behaviors and take it as if it were directed at us personally. Life does not have to be this complicated, how others act behave say usually has nothing to do with us, but even if it does it is not our business. If we have done something wrong to someone then yes we should take responsibility for that but everything else is just way too much baggage. To really enjoy our life, we need to put down that baggage and walk freely because we're surrounded by people, we're surrounded by scenarios and if we try to figure each one out we will have wasted our entire life trying to figure others out. This is our one shot at life let's enjoy it, it doesn't need to be complicated.

Meeting Yourself Where You Are Today - is about embracing, loving, and accepting, who you are today and not always having things out of reach. Not always feeling like when this happens I'll be happy when that happens I'll look good, remove all of that and accept yourself as you are today. Once you do that, once you have that self love your body innately tries to improve itself, it keeps building on the improvements therefore when you're striving for certain goals e.g. diet etcetera you don't feel deprived because you're working together as one unit, it's not you forcing yourself to conform to something that it's resisting but you both have the same end goal in mind.

“Something To Call Your Own” is the importance of establishing what your desires and goals are not what other people think your goals or career etcetera should be, not to do it to please other people but to do it for you. This will build you up as an individual and help you to be your best self your true self. One thing we should all strive for is being the person we were meant to be. I believe we all have a calling something that we are good at, something that makes us who we are and when you find that something and work toward It you form this type of self-reliance this type of self-confidence which makes you magnetic two others.

This episode's guest speaker is David Amerland author of “Built To Last”. David shares valuable information about the role the mind plays in terms of exercise and the physical and cognitive advantages for both. He explains why exercise is so important, and how we were built to move. He explains how with modern life styles we are not moving the way we were built to. He has also laid out a blue blueprint of where to start that will incorporate longevity in our exercise routine.

This episode (Be Careful Who You Let In Your Life) is about if we have the choice to choose, you want to watch for those red flags you want to be open for someone who brings you peace and support. Even though sometimes a physical attraction keeps you from acknowledging the red flags that are right in front of us but the truth is being with the wrong person rather a friendship, romantic relationship or career it can hold you back because their actions are distracting to you which keeps you from focusing and being present 100% present in what you're trying to do, to achieve for yourself. If somebody is already in your life that doesn't show you the support you need then you need to work harder on you to build yourself confidence so that you can still stay focused and still work toward your goals the way you want your world to look no matter who's around you. And the good news is the upside is when you get that confidence you become magnetic and people who may have taken you for granted or weren't there to support you suddenly want to be a bigger part of your life.

Scared? But Do It Anyway - is a continuation of episode 112. It's about having opportunities in life and the more they mean to you the more fear of failure comes in so a tendency with a lot of people is to not even try. But the reality is you do it anyway if you want to get ahead in life you have to do it anyway and there is no such thing as failure the only failure is not trying at all because if you try and if it doesn't go the way you want it to then you will learn what you need to work on or work at a particular situation. This episode has a guest speaker who is a performer who goes through jitters every time she's going to perform and she talks about what she does she does to combat that. I was told that the same chemicals are in our bodies that create joy and excitement as the ones that create fear. So you might as well turn that fear into excitement because your body doesn't know the difference and it will serve you much better

This episode (Becoming A Leader) is about without realizing it we follow so many others, we follow our friends, piers. I'm gonna quote somebody that I heard on a talk show “if you're not leading you're being dragged”. None of us want to be dragged so I think in learning to become a leader you need to find out what your niche in life is and the sequence of events that follow once you determine what that is, what your goal is, what you're really passionate about. If you don't already know what that is I would suggest praying, meditating making a vision board etc; and once you discover what your passionate about you don't need all these people around you because you're contented with who you are, you're focused, you're driven and you're working on something. The icing on the cake is once you start in the field that you're interested in regardless of what it is, you meet other like minded people and there is no competition you're all striving to be the best that you can be but the most important thing you all have is the common interest. from there you can make an array of new friends new relationships of all sorts. And by leader I mean you are becoming the leader of who you are you become your authentic self and you're working toward what makes you happy not what makes others happy or not doing what others think you should do, you're passionate about you.

The episode ( Scared? But Do It Anyway) it's about when we're stepping out of our comfort zone into something new, a natural response is to be a little bit apprehensive. It's because anything new to us is unknown and the unknown always brings a little bit of fear but you do it anyway. The worst thing that could happen to a person is to wake up years later and have regrets that they didn't at least try. There is no such thing as failure, if things don't go the way you wanted them to then you learn, you not only learn through experience but you learn what you still need to work on, and if they do go the way you wanted them to you're that much further up on the ladder. After all life is about the journey not necessarily the destination. It is that journey that gives us excitement and purpose so it's a win win no matter what the outcome is.

This episode (Don't Talk About It) is about not getting the reception that we were hoping for when we accomplish a great thing or something that is important to us. If you keep your accomplishments to yourself it strengthens you as a human being it strengthens your confidence, it's that knowing that you have made a great accomplishment for yourself and you are proud of you. It's not always a good idea to talk about things anyway because it tends to weaken them. We've all heard the old saying about you're going to jinx it by telling people, it is the same thing, it's putting negativity out into the universe. I know if I tell too many people things that are going on with me, it takes the strength from within, the confidence and the positivity is not as strong within me as it was before I told others.

This episode (Mental - FAKE NEWS) is about being so surrounded these days with fake news rather it's something we read or hear but we never associate it with the thoughts in our own mind. When you get these negative thoughts always telling you something you can't do this or you can't do that or just putting a negative outcome to whatever you're working on or whatever you're trying to achieve and coming to the realization that your mind is feeding you fake news. It's time we change that and that around and turn our outcomes into the best outcome possible, into the successful positive outcome, turn the fake news in our minds into good news good thoughts good scenarios. I came to the realization that just because it's a thought that we have does not mean that it is a reality. Our bodies react to the information that's being fed to it so if we're feeding our bodies negative outcomes, that's what we're going to have but if we can get our mind in the direction and realize the information that we're getting is not the reality that the reality is good then your body will act accordingly and that will be your outcome, success, positivity, happiness, your reality! #fake news #new reality #success #happiness

This episode ( Finding The Positive In Everything) is about changing and I mean truly changing our thought pattern and everything we do everything we say instead of jumping to the catastrophic outcome, it jumps to a positive outcome. At first it's just lip service but then as you repeat it and there are exercises you could do included in this podcast that train your brain to flip from negative to positive. Then taking it a step further remaining and keeping that positive attitude when you're surrounded by people with different thoughts, different attitudes, different visions and still remaining positive and knowing that what they're saying or feeling or doing is not a reflection on you. Pretty soon your way of life is not only thinking positively which develops a confidence, it starts to reflect externally in your posture so you're not only thinking, talking in a positive confident way but you're also walking in a positive, confident way.

This episode Limitless Love is about when we encounter people, some of them are very easy to love, it's a given but some of them create somewhat of a challenge in trying to love them. But keep in mind that everybody has a spark of good and if we could start with that spark and build love from their on out it becomes bigger and stronger and I believe that people respond to love in a different way than if you approach them with anger or judgment. If we can learn to walk in life finding love in every person not only will it make us as human beings feel better and we would have a more peaceful happy life but those that meet us would approach us differently because I believe that love reflects love and I think it's a magnet in drawing people to you. So in relationships it's not only verbal but it's that silent energy or vibe that you give off that makes other people respond to us in a different way caring way. And when you know that the majority of people respond to you in a positive way it increases your confidence by knowing it doesn't matter what situation you're going to walk into, that whoever is there is basically your ally because of the demeanor that you're giving off to these people whether you know them or not. Having your energy in a more positive manner makes others respond to you in a more positive way. #Love #Confidence

This episode is about developing confidence through trust and that trust is believing in a higher being than yourself. confidence comes from the trust and knowing that what you say what you do is exactly the right thing. You can walk in freedom when you have that trust that spills over into confidence. When you have that confidence you walk into a room and you become the observer of what is outside of you instead of going within yourself and there is a freedom to that because you can be there fully present in any situation.

This episode - We're All Searching For The Same Thing - we all have that common interest or most of us I should say searching for love, success, happiness, health, we're all kind of looking and turning over every rock to find that situation however we need to do our part as well. When people are too comfortable they tend not to want to make changes and that's why sometimes life gets uncomfortable for us because nobody makes a change when they're at the top or when they're in a comfortable position, so if you feel uncomfortable and it prompts you to make a change that means it's an opportunity to put one foot in front of the other and make a positive change in your life, it may not always look like that at the time but when you look back you will see that the change was necessary and it was in fact an opportunity.

This episode titled Betty is about a woman that I know that has some very unusual but very good qualities and I wanted to share these with you because I think it's something that is rather unusual and something we can all look forward to. And one of the things is a childlike zest for life when you're doing something when you're seeing something rather it is something about you or something about somebody else that you were in awe over it, that everything is exciting that life is exciting and life should be exciting. The other thing is having the quality of being truly happy for someone else when they've achieved something or if something is not going somebody else's way you can have that compassion but you can be as excited about something that's going on in someone else's life as you are in your own life and therefore you're multiplying the joy that is in your own life.

This episode The Next Chapter - is a continuation of the previous episode. When you're wandering and you feel like there's no change you're kind of in a dry place in your life, embrace it because it means things are changing things are shifting and sometimes we have to go through that dry place to quiet ourselves enough to get the message from God as to what our next chapter is or what our next step will be or what changes we need to take place. It also elaborates a little more about when we are changing, there are people in our lives that have not made changes and are resisting that we're changing, they will try everything within their power to manipulate you to keep you where you once were because it's comfortable for them. But as we develop and change, the people around us see that that's who we are, that we're strong in who we are and we have that confidence that trust, when they realize that they can't manipulate you any longer and they approach you in a different way giving you the respect you deserve. So get excited about the changes that are going to take place. I know going through the desert or the dry period isn't always fun but I think it's necessary to quiet our minds to build a strong foundation in who we are and who God wants us to be.

Sometimes we feel as though we're wandering through this desert by ourself when we come to this very dry period it's actually time to get excited because if life remains status quo we can't see what changes need to be made or what changes are made. As we go through this dry period where we feel like we're wandering in the desert by ourself, toward the end of that journey you will be able to see the changes within yourself and therefore you'll be able to see the outward changes more clearly and this includes the people that you're allowing into your life, it includes the circumstances in your life and it also addresses your decision making. As you come to the end of this dry period you’ll walk in the path of the person you were meant to be however that journey is never really over, we keep building and building and building on it but we need to stop and embrace the level that we're at at that moment and that includes living in the present moment in time. Always be open to growth too climbing to the next rung on the ladder. This is just a very exciting start to becoming the person that you were meant to be, to becoming the best version of yourself. I am excited for you and I hope that you will get excited no matter what stage you're at now, no matter how you're feeling turn it into excitement because at the end you will come out smiling and you will come out smiling more, the sun will shine again regardless of what you're going through at this moment.

It was recently brought to my attention that the first episode - You Can Glance At he Past But Don't Stare - was the most life changing. So I decided to run it again. Since it was recorded over 100 episodes ago some of you may not have heard it, it is a building block for all the other episodes following. I'd like for you to take a listen because this particular episode is a foundation for riding yourself of depression and frustration because it's usually when you are living or thinking about the past you get those negative emotions. I hope you enjoy this! #wellbeing #newlife

This episode - Keep Climbing Higher = is regardingd our goals our dreams. I don't believe we ever reached the highest rung on the ladder, we reach a plateau for a while and get comfortable with that and then there’s a restlessness, a motivation to advance ourselves a little more. As long as we are living we can keep striving to be better, more knowledgeable and continue living your best life. This episode talks about when we reach an area where we think we're at the top it's OK to relax and live in that plateau for a while but then there comes a restlessness knowing that there's more, there's more we can do, there's more we can learn and it's taking our next step. We all walk our own path and have our own goals and dreams but there is always room for advancement for betterment. The satisfaction and the well-being you get from learning, taking steps forward, reaching your goals, just knowing that you're doing something to better your life is invaluable. And if you're not sure what the next step will be if you trust God the doors will be open. Remember there is always another rung on the ladder! If you are living your calling you will always enjoy the climb, you will be living your best life and it will be easy. #Goals #Motivation.

Not Your Fault - Is about when you are just being yourself when you achieve something when rewards, a pat on the backs or kudos are the appropriate reaction but yet you get adverse reactions from people. You've got to realize it's not your fault! Sometimes people see in you something that they admire and wish they had and unfortunately it comes out in a way of envy jealousy or whatever negative emotion they have but the point is you can't run around trying to change the opinions of these people because it's likened to running around putting out fires. But the good news about all this is that you see in people that you want in your life and that you don't want in your life and these very same people will not be there to support you when you achieve your accomplishments therefore you can keep them at arm's length and the ones that are there that are truly genuinely happy for you when you achieve your accomplishments those are the people that you want in your life and they're going to support you and be happy for you and in exchange you will support them and be happy for them. Regardless of how anybody treats you it is always a good idea to extend the same courtesy to every individual, there are always circumstances where people make it impossible however none of this should interfere or affect you from being a kind person. It all goes back to you finding that health and happiness by having the positivity in your life either through attitude or through people who you allow to be close to you and even those that you aren't allowing to be extremely close don't need to know, but you kind of circle yourself with what and who makes you feel good makes you feel happy make you feel strong and supported.

The episode Let It Go is about when people treat us as certain way that makes us not feel good about ourselves we need to pick our conflicts wisely and sometimes it's a matter of us taking a good long look at ourselves and seeing what areas we need to work on to not be so affected by what others say and due to us. The truth is what others do to you or say about you is not the truth it's only their opinion and their opinion is made-up by their own experiences growing up, their own values that they had, it really doesn't matter but if you're around people that make you feel bad frequently then at that time it's your choice who you want in your life and who you don't and I don't mean that you need to cut anybody out permanently I think it's just natural to gravitate toward people who make you feel good who make you feel happy and who supports you.

When you have had a situation in your life that seems to haunt you forever and all you want is Peace of Mind or closure with it. The best thing to do is contact the person involved and communicate with them it's not about whether they see that you're right and they're wrong, it's about hearing each other's sides and finding closure. It may not change a situation but it will give you closure. If somebody won't allow you that few minutes of their time to make you feel better then just know that you have done the right thing you've taken the steps to get the closure you need and want and deserve and if they won't allow you that time then you're going to have closure but in another way you're gonna find that that person is an individual that would rather be in denial or doesn't want to be uncomfortable enough to make another human being feel better and have Peace of Mind, either way you can walk away with closure knowing that you took the right steps knowing that you did your part and knowing the kind of individual that they are.

The episode What's Important To Them - is about giving others a chance, sometimes we judge people by their first impression, their looks, their attitude, but inside each person is a bit of a gem and by giving someone a chance to be their authentic selves you just might find what you've been looking for or a wonderful addition to your life. When we give people a chance hopefully we'll get the courtesy back, that it will be extended back to us. e've all had people not give us a chance to be who we are or we feel like we can't be our authentic selves. This also extends out to people giving each other the courtesy to seek closure and not cut people off when they are trying to make an authentic relationship, to extend that same courtesy to others that we would want given to us and if they don't, we know who and how those people are going to react in other situations and it's a closure in itself. Don't be afraid to let others be their best selves.

This episode So Much Is Unnecessary - is about the useless chatter that goes on in our heads about what we should do what we should say or imagining what the outcome of a certain situation is going to be, all of that is unnecessary. If we keep that chatter away from our minds and are open to the universe and let our best self come forward then everything will work out exactly as it is supposed to, you will be exactly where you should be and you will meet the people that you should meet, in short the outcome will be the way that it is supposed to be. We don't need to control situations or anticipate what they're going to be like if you stay in the present moment and if you are your authentic self you're spontaneous best will come out, it shine through better than if you try to pre plan your life your conversations your outcomes.

This episode It Is Their Reality is about not judging people because of what they know or don't know or because of their quirks in not handling things the way that we think they should or the way that they do. We are all a product of our environment of what we were taught, of our experiences. It is very interesting how you can be around someone who hasn't had a good experience in a certain area how they can suck your joy out. To combat this is simply by being an example and help them find the joy that you have found in certain situations,, I find this to be particularly true with the holidays people that don't enjoy the holidays may not have had joyful experiences around the season rather it be ourselves or someone else, but we can teach them by being an example without losing our joy. Never let somebody take your joy!

The episode You Are Needed is about the difference that we can all make in the world. We've been building on previous episodes to make ourselves more grounded more at peace more present but now it's time to live by example for those that came before us or for those that are coming after us, that we set examples not only for them but so it is contagious and hopefully it will venture out into the world. Positive changes have to start somewhere so they might as well start with all of us and by changing our corner of the world it can fan out further and further as people join in to accomplish this much needed change in our world.

This episode is about the age-old question Does Life Always Have To Be Hard? and the answer is NO. We need to come to the realization that regardless if we sit home frozen in fear or worry the outcome is going to be the same, so living life so it's easy is the absence of fear and worry. When you realize that sitting home and being immobilized because of these negative emotions does nothing for the outcome and if you can train yourself train your mind so you can still enjoy life fully regardless of what the circumstances are and realize that you are not going to waste a minute of your life, because the outcome is going to be just as it should be. Life is full of circumstances some difficult some good and if we need to take action we need to be prepared to do so however the negative emotions that come along with it add nothing to the situation or the circumstances and it certainly doesn't do anything for you. In this episode we go over our ways to whelp keep those negative emotions at bay so you can go on and live your life to the fullest regardless of what circumstances are surrounding you.

It seems once we accomplish something we're always reaching for the next best thing that's almost out of reach but when you stop and really appreciate what you already have you can relax more you can feel more and then more is added on to you. Also an age-old question is (does life have to be so hard) and the answer is no, we need to keep our priorities straight and be grateful for what we have along with a few other tweaks in our thinking, to live more in appreciation, gratitude, love all of the wonderful jewels in life that don't cost anything.

This episode titled you don't need to figure it all out is based on many times we have conversations or any interactions with people or our own actions that we try to figure out how it went did it go as well as expected, anticipated? But the truth is we just have to walk in faith and believe that we have done and said exactly what we're supposed to do. In life we don't look behind us we don't look backwards and figure out if our conversation went well or tried to anticipate what the other person is thinking we just do what we do and know we did exactly what we are supposed to be doing and just live in the present moment.

If we sit quietly in meditation we can find out what Our Calling is what we should be doing and we'll be guided in doing that very thing however if you asked too many opinions it will cause confusion you've gotta know within yourself you've gotta be strong in what you're doing who you are and believe in yourself and believe in God that you are guided to do what you are meant to do and that everything will turn out the way that it is supposed to.

This episode (Not Your Story, Iit's Theirs) is about when you feel that people have mistreated you, bullied you, or treated you wrong in any way shape or form that you want to see them get their just dues. We all believe what goes around comes around but do we see it in real time or does it happen later? we may not even ever see it. But what we all need to understand is that when people treat you in a certain way or treat you badly it is their journey it is their lack it is something that they need to learn and being the recipient of that treatment your journey is to learn how to handle it how to look at it in a constructive way and how to get through it quicker so in life when things like this come along we can deal with it or be less affected by it a lot sooner. So no matter what someone does to you it's really not our business when they get their just dues and I believe it will happen, I believe what goes around comes around but that's not the part that's our business, the part that is our business it is our journey going through it and whatever it is somebody is lacking to make them act that way toward a fellow human being is their journey their lack.

The episode Take a look at yourself is about the law of attraction. We all need to be treated in a certain way a positive way a supportive way but are we treating ourselves that way. In reality we don't need to wait for somebody else to treat us that way the important thing is that we treat ourselves the way we want others to treat us. The good news is in doing so we attract people that are like and kind that will be that kind of person that we want in our lives. But it all starts with how we treat ourselves. as there is no lack in people who treat themselves the way that they want others to treat them, They already have it!

This episode don't give it all away is referring to feeling selfish when you have something that somebody else wants and you feel the need to give it to them. It's teaching us how to put ourselves first and not feel selfish about it because the truth is when you put yourself first and you can count on you and you're more happy more secure, than you can be there more fully for everybody else, you can be there more present and it relates to every area in your life. I think most of us have been taught putting yourself first is selfish but the truth is we've got to put ourselves first so we're not used up so we can be there for everybody else for whoever needs us and be there in a stronger happier more fulfilled way.

This episode Spiritual Vs Religion is a very controversial but important one. I believe that we are all on the same path and I also feel it is a big mistake to pick apart the differences within our walks within our religions. I've taken apart and dissected the different scenarios that do happen when you're on a spiritual walk and walking side by side with God. If you believe, if you have faith I believe you will have spiritual experiences and you will get the wisdom. I believe we can have a direct relationship with God one on one with him and walk in that spiritual path whatever religion or walk of faith you call spiritual. I don't think we should pick apart the differences, I think we should come together as one on the mere fact that we are all walking forward in faith.

Staying consistent in an inconsistent world is about doing all the right things, all the work living in the present moment being positive, but as soon as you step out your front door you're in a world that's full of negativity, opinions, so how do you combat this. Aside from surrounding yourself with positive people which isn't always possible in the workplace. It's like anything that you want to run optimally you need to recharge your battery each day when you get home. To do this I recommend bringing all the issues of the day to meditation to prayer and what you meditate on, the answers you get are usually positive and and oftentimes something you never even thought of. That is one way of charging your battery. I realize it is unfortunate that we have to shield ourselves so much and there's a lot of very positive people, positive situations but we live in a world where it's kind of a mixed bag and so we need to learn to protect ourselves and still walk confidently in being our best selves and being the person that we want to be and it's just taking steps and learning how to do this, how to get recharged so that you're on track daily.

And also a reminder for those of us that give our gratitude prayer and we give gratitude for our homes our cars but we often forget to give gratitude for the little things but they're actually very big things because when they're taken away they're probably one of the biggest things in your life and that is the fact that you can walk that you can talk that you can hear we need to remember that we already half a multitude.

This episode is letting go of the past so we can make room for our new journey, the next new chapter of our life so when we do reflect on things we aren't always reflecting to the past because we get stuck in those old emotions, we don't leave room for new memories for new experiences for new positive emotions. This episode is also about when you find yourself in a transition between careers or just day-to-day things or hobbies just kind of finding out who you are who your identity is what you relate to what you're good at and turning over every rock until you find the one that resonates with you and the journey and the positive fun journey and finding out what that is and how you can become good at it and making it your new identity making it the next best chapter of your life. This episode Live Your Best Life is taken from the brand that I have chosen because that is my goal in making this podcast that we all live our best life regardless of any situation surrounding us. Health, happiness, contentment, confidence, positivity all starts from the inside but we live in a world where they want us to think it's on the outside. This is putting an end to that way of thinking but realizing when you do find your fulfillment on the inside then taking care of the outer part the cosmetic part is something that you want to do for the right reasons. The biggest part the biggest lesson of all is learning not to compare yourself to others, just be you!

The episode has three different variations of things we do to create that emotion. The first one is the way we look at things when Others are in a negative mood we take it on as if we did something wrong, and learning how to not process This emotion in a more positive way.. The second one is by not letting what other people are going through affect us in a negative way but just being there for emotional support, worrying and trying to make things right or good for someone else doesn't do you or them any good as they are on their own journey learning their own lessons. And if you're on the other end of the stick where you're going through a tough time and you don't have the tools that you need to make it through the situation in a productive positive way you can teach yourself to process things in a more positive manner.

This episode is about the things that seem so big and so real to us really don't matter if we stay focused and in the present moment we can enjoy the experience of what we are doing and not worry about a negative outcome. The outcome will take care of itself whether it be the way we want or not. We've got to believe that it will turn out the way it's supposed to however it's the experience that matters regardless if it's a dinner party or job interview if you stay true to who you are and in the present moment and enjoy what you were doing, it will turn out favorable. Also it's about being true to who we are there are things in everybody's physical that they don't like but the realization that that makes you who you are that separates you from somebody else. If the outside isn't in line with the inside, it doesn't matter what's going on on the outside but when you truly start to be confident with you and love yourself then you love the outside as well and it's the whole package.

This episode is about fear, not the kind of fear that's real or a reaction to life threatening events, but the kind of fear that we get in our own heads that holds us back, that creates stumbling blocks. The kind that stops us from achieving our goals, the kind that is manufactured by ourselves. This episode analyzes what we need to do to overcome it. We are all capable of achieving our dreams our goals it's just a matter of tweaking our thoughts our attitudes and living life in a more positive attitude, putting one foot in front of the other in a positive direction and letting our past go because our past has no Validity in the person that we are today.

This episode is about voting and all of this stress that the last seven or eight years have put us through regarding politics. However this is not a podcast about politics but more about dealing with the stress that it has caused and making informed decisions in the future, and the decisions we make for this upcoming election which is only about seven months away. This podcast is not about swaying you one way or the other but it's about approaching your decision with less stress and more confidence in your vote.

This episode is about loving yourself. I know it's a cliche that we often hear about loving yourself but this is true love this is going on the journey that you need to go through, learning the things that you need to learn and coming to that realization that you are the one person who loves you more than anyone else and when you love yourself others are attracted to you more because your neediness of needing their approval their emotions their fondness of you goes away and you're around them because you want to be and likewise they want to be around you because they're attracted to that person who is so confident who is self assured and who is loved by themselves. Then you are able to freely love others.

The essence of who we are is about where we came from the people that we bonded with becoming the person that we were meant to be today. However those very same people can hold you back rather they realize it or not because they were uncomfortable with our change and development. It's about getting beyond the limitations that people try to set on you and developing and becoming the best version of yourself, becoming who you were meant to be, what you want to be, what you want to become without any limitations. But those very same people that you knew your entire life that were your mentors that nurtured you the bond that you share with them the familiarity, the humor that you share is priceless. It's about embracing both.

Age is not a stumbling block is about the contributions we make at any age the wisdom and the knowledge that we get are priceless no matter what age we are there are people behind us people in front of us and we need to teach those behind us. We need to embrace where we are because of the journey we've taken to get where we are comes with a wealth of knowledge even though it may not be recognized by those behind us because that's part of the knowledge that they will learn overtime but in light of that it also shows us that people who are before us have a wealth of knowledge to give to us either way we need to embrace right where we are in the present moment and regardless of what age you are, you always want to be your best not in terms of gaining youth but in terms of feeling your best and being your best, being present and being open to new opportunities.

Getting out of your comfort zone is about pushing yourself beyond fear beyond whatever it is that holds you back, whether it be negative thinking or negative people around you. Not letting those who have known us all our life pigeonhole us into the person they think we are or the person they knew years ago, it's about becoming our best self in spite of the resistance we get from ourselves or from others. .Becoming the person who you are meant to be and still maintaining friendships, relationships, loved ones but on your terms and those terms are because you love them, not because you need them or because they've made you feel insecure about your own thoughts your own dreams.

This episode is about and for children who are bullied. It has some insights what to say to them and to give them encouragement. Regardless. of what they are experiencing now, is not what they're going to experience in the future., what they think they see right now more than likely is going to do a flip flop when they are grown up. My intention was to make this directly for children to listen to but I directed it for parents hoping that it gives a little comfort to their children and that they know that this is just a point in time and they will survive they will look back and see how insignificant it was and that their future is bright!.

This episode is about knowing that we can be and do anything we want to do. I know sometimes the first thought is to take the easiest way out or to do things the easy way, when that doesn't work when you really feel that you're not getting to the place where you want to be and you do the work, the hard work and you see the fruits you see it pay off, .It's such a wonderful feeling to see what you can accomplish. I believe that we all have in us the ability to do anything that we put our mind to if we are willing to do the work, but at the same time I believe that some have innate talent that makes it easier for some than others, but even if you don't have that innate talent and you put in the work you can still be good at anything..

This episode is about the part we play in how other people act. It's not so much about why others do the things they do but what we can do about it. If we all stop and think about how we treat each other and really scrutinize ourselves , could we have done a better job with that person?. You never know what goes on with people behind closed doors and I believe it all starts with us making the change. It might sound small but I think it could make a huge difference in the outcome.

I was watching TV and a lady that was turning 100 years old said I’m gonna tell you the five points to longevity and enjoying your life. While listening to her I thought perhaps she would say something that I didn’t know about but she said the things that we all know, that we need to eat right, sleep well and exercise. Then she added a new twist, and that was being positive and having something in your life that you’re passionate about. .The last thing she mentioned, having a passion became so important to me because it’s something that I realized myself. It’s not about having a passion involving a relationship because that’s in the form of love but it’s a passion that is yours and only yours tucked away in your heart something that brings you joy that brings light in your life. I do believe that’s some thing we all need. But also this episode talks about when you find a passion, there are often times naysayers or people who think they’re coming from a good place, trying to tell you what to do, the truth is nobody knows what’s best for somebody else, if they did their life would be perfect and I don’t know anybody who’s life is perfect. It’s about just listening to the world chatter around you, but knowing within your heart what’s good and what’s right for you and getting very excited about it, it doesn’t matter what it is or how good you are at it but it’s something that you’re working at that brings you and you alone joy. Also what she said about being positive is the other. thing that’s very important. I think people have forgotten how to be positive, everybody’s go to seems to be the negative, they can have five things going really well and something not so good and that’s the very thing they’re going to talk about. So it’s turning that around and looking at it from a different perspective where you walk in joy, you find your passion. Also another key is not to deprive yourself of the little things that make you happy because you think it's not good for you, the truth is if you deprive yourself of those little things that you enjoy, you bring on a different kind of stress. So let’s find that balance, that joy in the everyday things that make you happy. Listen on and I hope you enjoy it.
