She speaks and writes passionately, grounded in her original thought leadership in executive coaching, emotional intelligence, and applied positive psychology. Allison holds a BA in Psychological Brain Sciences with an emphasis on Learning and Cognition from Dartmouth College. She has also earned a dual master’s degree in Education and Fine Art from American University. She lives in West Hartford, Connecticut with her husband, their two boys, and a new kitten named Echo.

She shares her first experience with innovation and talks about how it put her on the path to learning to think outside the box when looking for ways to use your gifts. She dispels the myth that you have to choose between your gifts instead of combining them.
