Welcome to Breaking Social Stigmas with Amanda Stanley where we dive deep into life, business, homeschooling and chip away at the holds society has had on us for years. I’m your host Amanda Stanley. I live in Texas with my husband, Brandon and son, Hunter. Together we are a powerhouse family defying all odds that have been stacked against us. We knew we were made for more so we sought after it. Now I’m sharing our message to all others who know they are made for more in life yet not knowing where to start or how to break free.
It's no secret that mom shaming happens everywhere we look. We lose so much of our confidence once we are mom shammed even once and most of us have experienced it numerous times since they announcement pregnancy. Everything from what type of clothes we buy to the decision to homeschool.
This episode I unpack the importance of setting boundaries in your life and understanding the core values of you and your family to build confidence against mom shaming.

I sat on relaunching this podcast for a while not knowing the direction in which to take it. Over the last few months I felt pulled to bring it back and deep dive into the mindset of stepping into the next level version of yourself.
There is so much power that lies in our minds that we don't tap into. Feeling lost and broken for so many years I found myself building a business online to make being a stay at home mom happen. From there I found personal development in a way that it was never presented to me before.
