For best popcorn:

1/2 cup popcorn (yellow or white)

3 tablespoons refined coconut oil

fine ground sea salt

Place both in pot/jiffypop at the same time and cook on high. Keep kernels in motion until they begin to pop. Pour into bowl, salt moderately, shake bowl to disperse salt, then re-apply moderate layer of salt a second time. Enjoy.
