Bipolar poetry. Nothing special, just my donation to stay sane. It’s fun to challenge the brain before the strain of depression. For those in the fight or knows someone who is. Until we all win.
A metaphor of a man who lost his bride and pride in one day on their honeymoon. They were boating and floating in bliss until a sudden storm. This is written on the anniversary of that tragic day.

This is a poetic piece dedicated to the one who asked me what I had to lose by seeking help. They also reinforced the fact that there is a lot to lose if I don’t. They were right. There are many answers to loss in those with mental illnesses. Hopefully someone will be inspired to not lose anymore time before looking for assistance. If you think that you struggle or have been told by several others that you do; what do you have to lose by seeking help? What can be lost if you don’t? Please do not wait until your losses force you into finding the truth. Find out now. That truth is it is ok to seek help.
