You can of course mix and match in any way that you feel fit and also offer more than one pricing offer for different things. Building a business is not an easy thing to do. It takes a lot of focus and will take up a big portion of your time to get started and off the ground, especially if you are doing this with small children in the house or a full-time out of the house job.
