Embracing veganism since 2013, Edward has spent time as Chair of The Vegan Society and served up dishes at events in his mobile vegan catering van. He’s been invited to speak at Europe’s largest vegan festival, Veganes Sommerfest Berlin and at the Bali Vegan Festival, and undertaken cooking demonstrations at UK’s largest festival, Vegan Life Live and also at Mind Body Spirit.

Reiki practitioners use a technique called palm healing or hands-on healing through which a "universal energy" is said to be transferred through the palms of the practitioner to the patient in order to encourage emotional or physical healing." - Wikipedia.

Sam has been working with Reiki for the past 19 years in both a teaching and therapeutic capacity. She is the founder of the Devon School of Reiki, Reiki Rascals and the Devon School of Wellbeing. We discover what Reiki is, Sam's involvement with it and how it played a part in her becoming tour manager for the acclaimed band Bat for Lashes.

Mel is a BACP registered mental health counsellor and life coach, with over 10 years' of experience working with trauma recovery and self-restoration. 

She helps people recover from relationships with personality disordered people.
