A bit more about Michael Zed Johnson:
My name is Michael Zed Johnson. I was an underachieving student, bully, & high school dropout. I'm now a selfless entrepreneur, mentor, & businessman.
I have a passion for sharing my story and providing inspiration to youths that may be on the same path I was, grew up on welfare like I did, or had addict parents like I do.
My journey as an entrepreneur started when I was 14 years old. My brother and I sold our dirt bikes to buy equipment for a lawn service business to help our mom pay bills
Fast forward two decades, and by most standards, I'm a success based on my entrepreneurial journey. High school age kids would measure my success based on money or material things, as I did at one point.
What I have come to learn is the true meaning of success and the biggest key to getting there. For me success is happiness and living a selfless life and the key to that is the circle of people you bring into your life.
I have traded money for happiness, material things for selflessness, and ordinary people for extraordinary. Michael currently lives in Myrtle Beach, SC with his wife, Vicky and daughter, Ashlyn.
This episode is perfect if you've ever felt like your happiness levels are being affected by anxiety - we chat through how Amy overcame debilitating anxiety at age 30 to live a happy and fulfilled life.
Amy Camodeca has been in healthcare for over 20 years with degrees in Radiation Biology, Human Biology and a Master's in Health Administration and Sciences. She started her career as a Radiation Therapist and worked her way up into Operation management of hospital health care programs/departments. About 15 years into her career, she shifted from Hospital Healthcare to follow her passion in preventative medicine and health education/care via personal training and health coaching. She opened 3 women’s-based boot camps/fitness centers which grew to serve upwards of 1000 individuals. During that same time, she found the ability to utilize DNA/genetic testing, which resulted in the ability to customize her client’s programming to gain faster results in their health and fitness journeys. This ultimately led to the launch DNA Driven which provides robust reporting of the client’s ability to respond to certain food intakes, exercise, nutrient deficiencies based on their genetics. This helps to customize programs that work at the individual level.
Amy soon decided to dedicate 100% of her time to one on one customization for health, wellness, weight management and healthy aging. She sold her gyms, and now combines multiple customized testing to formulate programs unique to the individual’s genetic make-up and lifestyle. This includes, but is not limited to shifting client’s mindsets, personal training programs, customized nutrition, gut/microbiome reset/health, accountability and creating strategies for long term maintenance and success.
