• Based on the topics discussed in your books, it is obvious that you feel that the gov’t is intrusive, how do you think this is putting our freedom’s at risk?
• In your book you mention “central argument is that man’s discovery of ways to successfully cooperate with his fellow man on community, national and global scales in the face of ubiquitous predatory instincts is his greatest achievement and foundation for all advanced civilizations.” Do you think that we are losing the ability to successfully cooperate in America?
• You also mention in your book that other countries have had to deal with the negative facts of human nature have succeeded and provided lessons for us going forward – can you talk about some of the lessons they have given us?
• You talk about predation in government, can you explain what you mean by this and how it aligns with what is occurring today?

In 1970, Yuri Bezmenov, a 31-year-old KGB officer specializing in propaganda, defected to Canada. My guest today is IQ Rassooli, is no stranger to controversy. I have spoken to him on several occasions, and I have yet to see his face. Why? His biography will give you some insight. And this is a quote...
IQ al Rassooli is a pen name to protect myself from being murdered for revealing the truth about Islam (the Cult of Muhammad). I was born in Baghdad Iraq, My mother tongue is Arabic. My parents sent me to Europe to study where I was able to access libraries and get informed. I was intrigued to find out if the Biblical names and verses in Muhammad’s Quran, corresponded with those in the Bible. I was utterly shocked to find out, not only did they not correspond but they are totally wrong, misleading, and uninformative. This launched me on a 30 years of research during which I had to study and absorb not only Muhammad’s Quran but also the Hebrew Bible and the New Testament. By the time I finished, I had absolutely no doubt – based entirely on the Islamic sources – that Muhammad was a charlatan and a pathological liar and most important of all, that his god Allah is most definitely NOT the same as the God of Abraham, Moses and Jesus, thus instantly discrediting Muhammad as an alleged prophet as well as the impossibility of a divinely revealed Quran.

Have you been fired or have you quit for not being vaccinated. Countless employers nationwide are firing or modifying employment status of those who will not get vaccinated. Plus some employees are leaving rather than get vaccinated. If you are one of those affected, how do you navigate the implications to best ensure that a lack of being vaccinated affects not only your last job, but your future employment opportunities as well?
Overall, your objective should be to minimize potential damage by discussing – ideally at the time of your exit interview before leaving your last employer – how they will respond when contacted by potential new employers.
4 key questions to discuss with the employer:
- Will I be eligible for rehire status in the future if I get the vaccination or the company decides that it should be mandatory?
- When you offer a reference for me, will you agree to confirm that I am eligible for rehire or, at a minimum, give a neutral response? (This will not cause toxic “not eligible for rehire” response.)
- Overall, what will you tell a prospective employer when your name or HR is given as a reference?
- Will you allow me to collect unemployment, thus considered a layoff?

The holidays are supposed to be festive but so many people get depressed around this time. Sometimes the source of the anxiety is not recognizing the innate beauty within all of us and gives life its true meaning. Too many people base their success on what they see in social media despite the struggles of many to project a fake persona. If people take the time to realize life's simple pleasures, they could find the key to true happiness. This was how my conversation with Father Maurice Nkem Emelu started yet, it did not end there. We traveled down a long philosophical road on gauging art and how to truly appreciate beauty.
If one looks at a beautiful picture and does not appreciate it, is that the fault of the artist or the observer? Can one recognize beauty in art if there is nothing within themselves to connect with it? And why do we strive to be beautiful to everyone when everyone cannot appreciate our uniqueness? And how do all of these concerns affect our relationship with God?

Father Maurice Nkem Emelu, Ph.D., is an Assistant Professor of digital media and communication at John Carroll University in the United States. The author of seven books, and over 700 blogs and professional articles, he provides robust cross-cultural educational programs through digital media. He is the host of EWTN’s The Faith with Father Maurice and the host/executive producer of Word for a Wounded World teaching series, plus numerous other television and radio works. Gothix is a professional content creator who started off as a live streamer on Twitch. Following her personal experience with cancel culture, Gothix moved to YouTube and is now creating think pieces for a wide range of topics such as freedom of speech, diversity of thought, and economic empowerment to name a few. She has been a full time content creator since 2018, and recently has started transitioning into social commentary, especially regarding politics. Her first video "Yeah...thats racist" was about racial slurs aimed towards black people who decided to vote Republican. David Figueroa grew up in Chicago’s Humboldt Park neighborhood, notorious for its violent street gangs in the ’80s and ’90s. Like other troubled kids seeking connections and a sense of belonging, Figueroa joined a street gang when he was about 11 years old. Figueroa’s path led him to prison twice for drugs, weapons and aggravated battery convictions. After being released the second time, while looking for work, Figueroa got help from a community-based organization that offered ex-offenders classes in life skills, including anger management and financial literacy. After a back injury, rather than face the prospect of looking for another job, he decided to create his own business and named it Second Chance Renovations. Pulling together his savings, Figueroa launched the home renovation company in 2014 and promised himself that he would employ others with criminal records, offering them opportunities he never had.

IQ al Rassooli is a pen name to protect myself from being murdered for revealing the truth about Islam (the Cult of Muhammad). I was born in Baghdad Iraq, My mother tongue is Arabic. My parents sent me to Europe to study where I was able to access libraries and get informed. I was intrigued to find out if the Biblical names and verses in Muhammad's Quran, corresponded with those in the Bible. I was utterly shocked to find out, not only did they not correspond but they are totally wrong, misleading, and uninformative. This launched me on a 30 years of research during which I had to study and absorb not only Muhammad's Quran but also the Hebrew Bible and the New Testament. "What's wrong with giving pornography to children?" is a question that many educators pondered as parents raged against them at school board meetings. While I was sleeping, sex education devolved from explaining biological differences between genders to explicit lessons from the Kama Sutra. (And I'm only slightly exaggerating.) As shocking as this is, apparently, its been going on in our school systems for some time. Wow! Wow! A thousand times... Wow! I had one of the most unbelievable conversations today with IQ Rassooli about Islam, the Quran, and lesser known points about the Muslim faith. As I listened to IQ, I fact-checked him in real-time and was even more surprised to verify what he was sharing. Once the podcast was officially over, I asked even more questions and included them after the outro of the podcast, so listen to the very end to hear it all. I was utterly shocked to find out, not only did they not correspond but they are totally wrong, misleading, and uninformative. This launched me on a 30 years of research during which I had to study and absorb not only Muhammad's Quran but also the Hebrew Bible and the New Testament. By the time I finished, I had absolutely no doubt - based entirely on the Islamic sources - that Muhammad was a charlatan and a pathological liar and most important of all, that his god Allah is most definitely NOT the same as the God of Abraham, Moses and Jesus, thus instantly discrediting Muhammad as an alleged prophet as well as the impossibility of a divinely revealed Quran.

She was born in Da Nang Vietnam, and she and her entire family escaped the Vietnamese Communist regime in 1985 by stowing away in an old fishing boat. Derek O'Shea and I were looking at the landscape of neoliberalism and wondering to ourselves, "What is going on?!" After evaluating recent news stories involving racism, conservative persecution, critical race theory and liberal hypocrisy, we decided to blame the school system. We also blamed the media. Actually, we blame the media for a lot of it. However, our focus tended to hover around the school system and what kids are learning and the real-life consequences of indoctrination of cultural marxism. I'm so glad I do not have any kids in public school these days! Census data suggests that in the near future, whites will no longer be the American majority. In this episode, Jim Stroud speculates the significance of this development with podcast guest - Donald Wayne. To be clear, I am discussing the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) leadership and not the people of China who suffer under their dictatorship. I had a really nice conversation with Tom Costello and Bill Dempsey from the "Cops Don't Like Donuts" podcast. Time flew by as we discussed their favorite TV cops, which Hollywood cop is needed most in today's times, how police work is more dependent on interpersonal skills than guns, social workers on the beat and the effect of politics on the police workforce. Eddie served as a Chief Deputy and Chief of Police on two different occasions.
As a result of his last tour as Chief of Police in a city impacted by racial divisions, he created and implemented the innovative No Colors No Labels Initiative designed to remove the preconceived notion that the Police were racially motivated. NCNL provided a safe community for all citizens. In 2017 he was named Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Humanitarian of the Year by the NAACP. He is a leader who believes in diversity and that a workforce should mirror the community they serve.
Eddie most recently served as the Executive Director for the Council on Law Enforcement Education and Training for Oklahoma State as State Director. He is a leader who believes in diversity and that a workforce should mirror the community they serve.
He holds a master's degree in Criminal Justice and Security Administration and is currently working on a PH.D. in Public Service Leadership. He is a strong supporter of leadership development, strategic planning, customer service, crisis communication, 21st Century Policing, and Procedural Justice. Eddie is the owner of both America's Best Strategic Security Group and Leading Through Adversity.

We pondered what the left truly truly wants from black people. We looked at Nigerians in America and speculated why they were better off economically than the Blacks born in America. We took a look back at slaves in America who went on to become millionaires and what they might think of Blacks today. We discussed Eric's decision to vote for Trump and how it encouraged him to leave the left side for good. Ultimately, we boiled down the essence of leftist verses conservative worldviews and asked, are black people truly oppressed in America or simply, ungrateful. A recent survey revealed that black people agree that race relations are worse under Biden than when trump was in office. When I read that it occurred to me that if someone really wanted to know the state of race relations in the USA, three data points would be undeniable: the rate of interracial marriages, interracial families and interracial adoptions. What is critical race theory? It is a movement to make racism socially acceptable. Critical race theory supports the logic that all whites are born racists and oppressors by nature. They are to be viewed as a collective threat to non-white people and beyond redemption. This sentiment is already infecting the American workplace via racial sensitivity and diversity trainings. Despite the obvious controversy, such trainings are being accepted as just and fair and at an alarming pace across Corporate America. At best, critical race theory is counterproductive and at worst it destroys the fabric of society by prohibiting community. To quote Washington Examiner, "According to the latest Rasmussen Reports survey, this one on the George Floyd murder trial of a white Minneapolis police officer, 40% of likely voters said race relations have deteriorated under Biden. About 3% of respondents said they see no change, and 22% said they are better." When I read that I wondered how race relations are measured in our country. Typically, there is a survey or poll of some kind, followed by opinion. It occurred to me that if someone really wanted to know the state of race relations in the USA, three data points would be undeniable: the rate of interracial marriages, interracial families and the rate of interracial adoption. What better measures could there be of total acceptance than that? I think it would be hard to find a more convincing argument. In this episode, I share stats on what I found. I have a background in recruiting so from time to time, I get questions like this via LinkedIn, “Do you think companies should give more feedback to candidates after interviews?” The question was posed to me in an open forum. Before I responded, I noticed that the comments were from the perspective of the jobseeker. Understandably, everyone who interviews for a job wants to know the “real deal” on why they were rejected. More often than not, job seekers receive a form letter that says (in so many words) thanks but no thanks, we hired someone else. As blunt as that response is, I think it’s the best course of action for the company. Why? One of the tenets of Critical Race Theory is to see racism in everything. I talked about that in my ebook – “Racism Reimagined: How Critical Race Theory Imperils the American Workplace.” Whenever I see reports of hate crimes, I tend to be skeptical. This is not to say that hate crimes do not exist. They certainly do. However, I do not believe that they occur at the rates the mainstream media and the culture of leftist victimhood would have me believe. I also have noticed that in certain circumstances, racism is perfectly fine and socially acceptable. I share my thoughts on these issues inside this episode. Two recent articles are typical of the raging hate against conservatives. Disney fired actress Gina Carano from the cast of the popular Disney Plus-Star Wars spinoff series The Mandalorian. Her firing came after Carano shared a social media post that critics say downplayed the experience of Jews during the Holocaust. In my opinion, and in the viewpoint of others, it did not. YouTube recently banned Lifesite from its platform because it disagreed with its pro-life politics. When I was growing up, horror movies frightened me: Nightmare on Elm Street, Friday the 13th, American Werewolf in London and so on used to have me biting my fingernails and jumpy for days after watching them. Yet, I would not stop watching them because they were thrilling and because in the back of my mind, I knew it was fake. At some point the director would say “cut” and all the actors playing dead will arise and everyone would go home. Today something else scares me more than Freddy Krueger or Jason ever could because its real and there seems to be no stopping it. A priority in President Biden’s administration is to stamp out domestic terrorism. Domestic terrorism is loosely being defined as anyone who supported and/or voted for Donald Trump which is about 70 million people. Is that wise? I stumbled across an article the other day about a black man firing a gun into a crowd of trump supporters. Regardless of someone's political leanings, I thought it was a relevant story; especially as massive rallies are still being held today. Yet, it was not a blip on the national news. It also did not go viral on social media, which I thought would've likely happened. So, I read this article from the Los Angeles Times called “'Why won't Black folks trust us' on COVID-19?” and I thought it was fascinating, yet obvious, in terms to the answer to that question. To quote, "The second option is to target Black people and roll it out in the neighborhoods that have logged the most cases. "But then," Cofer said, "people are going to say, ‘Oh, no! I read an article in USA Today entitled, "What is systemic racism? Here’s what it means and how you can help dismantle it.” When I read it, a healthy skepticism triggered within me. There was a big emphasis on how systemic racism made it difficult for African Americans to succeed. Yet, I could name many successful African American celebrities, athletes, business people and politicians. And that lead me to consider other questions.
If systemic racism is such a problem today, why are so many minority groups doing better than whites economically? In the past, systemic racism was much more pronounced than it is today. That being the case, it would be impossible for African Americans to become millionaires after the Civil War and yet, there were several. Why? And if systemic racism is not the blame or at least, not the biggest impediment to African American progress, what is?

According to the CNBC, the United States reported more than 195,500 new cases of the coronavirus on Friday, a record-high spike less than a week before Thanksgiving, which public health officials are warning could further exacerbate the outbreak. Health warnings are being circulated on TV, radio and the internet. Eventually Thanksgiving, Christmas, Festivus, Kwanzaa and all other December holidays will be over. 2021 will emerge and with it, a return to the office. At least, some people think so and have made huge investments in returning to the office. They have also created some severe penalties. What do I mean by that? Its quite possible that unless you are vaccinated against Covid-19 you will be prohibited from working, traveling and interacting with society. Sound crazy? Yet, there were recounts and indeed George Bush was the winner, much to the chagrin of Al Gore supporters. Today, history is repeating itself before our very eyes. However, this time, I think the effects will be far worse for our country."

It is 3 days after the 2020 Presidential Election and that is simply unacceptable to me. With all of our technology and workforce available, there is really no reason why this should be the case. The skeptical side of me leans towards the notion that the complications in counting the votes is rooted in some nefarious intent. Whereas the more optimistic side of me suggests that I should not underestimate the potential of human incompetence. Either way, I see a simple solution for all of this. As spirited as the debate was that comment resonated with me more than all the rest. It made me wonder. What has President Trump done for African Americans? Facebook announced in May that up to half of its workforce is likely to be working from home within the next five to 10 years. There is one caveat: staff salaries could be adjusted to align with the cost of living in their chosen location, meaning potential pay cuts for those considering moving away from its expensive Palo Alto base and other global hubs. Is this fair? I think about the pros and cons of paying remote (work from home) workers and come up with a compromise that is fair for workers and companies alike. Americans in general identify with one form of religion or another; although that number is declining. Pew Research Center conducted surveys in 2018 and 2019 and discovered 65% of American adults describe themselves as Christians when asked about their religion, down 12 percentage points over the past decade. When the focus is on African Americans, nearly eight-in-ten African Americans (79%) identify as Christian. That is also according to Pew research. Why do I share all of that? To make a point. The overall majority of Americans claim a religion; typically Christian. Forgiveness is a major tenet of Christianity. So, why haven’t Americans, especially African Americans, forgiven slavery? I support that decision because the cancelled training is founded in Critical Race Theory [CRT]. In my opinion, CRT is evil and should be resisted. The other day, I was speaking to a very dear friend of mine about race issues in America. (My friend happens to be white.) She asked me what percentage of black people would likely hold her personally responsible for slavery? I told her that I could not quantify a percentage but likely, many African Americans would hold her responsible for the sins of her ancestors. For the record, I vehemently disagree with that opinion. Why? Over the years, I’ve heard several arguments made for reparations on numerous occasions but none have satisfied me. Why? For me, it always comes down to this - who should pay? This is election season and as such, I expect propaganda to flow from both sides of the aisle. One that caught my eye today was against Joe Biden. It was a picture of him holding hands with the late Senator Robert Byrd at a political rally with the caption, “Does a Photo Show Joe Biden With the ‘Grand Wizard of the Ku Klux Klan’?” The internet meme caught my attention so, I had to research Robert Byrd and learn about this alleged Klan connection. For the record, Senator Robert Byrd was NOT a Grand Wizard. Was he involved with the Klan in any way? Most definitely. I saw a video that featured teenagers and their reaction to racial injustice and police brutality in the wake of the George Floyd protests and riots. Listening to some of their testimonies was heartbreaking as they likened the USA to a third world country run by demagogues and storm troopers. When the video finished, I asked myself, "If I were a black immigrant with the entire world as my option, would I choose to live in a country that would oppress me at every turn?" Of course, I would not, yet millions of black immigrants flow into the USA everyday and they prosper. How can that be when America is so racist? This is the first in a series of episodes defending America as being a racist institution profiting on the exploitation of minorities. More will come in the future. The woke cancel culture in society seeks to publicly shame or withdraw support from public figures because of unpopular opinions or offensive actions. In some cases, it might be appropriate to do so, yet increasingly it is a sign of mob culture that has gotten out of control. What happens when cancel culture enters the workplace and people are fired because someone is triggered by an alleged woke vs racism comment or an opinion expressed decades ago? Worse yet, what if you are cancelled at work for trying to help a cause that both parties agree with? Next to my father, the only other man I looked up to when growing up was The Lone Ranger. Silver bullets, a black mask, a white horse and Tonto mean more in the maturity of my adulthood than they did in my childhood, but I always had an appreciation for them (even when I was not totally sure what I was celebrating). I saw a video of a young woman engaging a senior citizen over her desire to tear down a statue; both African-American. The woman was irate and near the point of violence. The man of a certain age was calm, resolute and determined to have a civil discourse. As I watched it all play out, I wondered, how can society ever have civil discussions and peaceful resolutions when one side refuses to hear the other? I don’t have all the answers but, I do offer a few suggestions in this episode.
