Aigoo, ito na po talaga ang season of shorter messages na still sincere and meaningful.
I like to think na generally chill tayo sa Valentine's because (1) I've unfortunately and unintentionally lowered expectations with how the past Valentine's have gone ("winner" pa rin ata yung nalate ako dumating sa dorm kaya di tayo makapag Kapitolyo, kumain tayo sa Toto [okay-ish na sana] tapos dumaan tayo kay Cua thru my foolish recommendation and we ended up with him for 2 more hours sa CBTL hahahu) and sorry for that bbyu huhu (pero also for real, cos I thought about how I constantly sabotage, even to this point na am writing this.. anywho, don't worry bout that for now, by); and (2) because I love you not just today but all the other days and I like it when I can get you gifts regardless of occasions cos love you baby hu. But ey, I still want you to Feel Speciar so (nakupu intro paragraph mahaba na nga pala hahaha)
Anyway, I know songs/covers is an old Toby thing, but I heard the chorus just a while back and it really hit me hard with me thinking of you.. Yeah it sucks we're not physically close together right now and that does really suck because we want to be, but with what we can work with at present, am real happy that we're together and that we talk and listen and share thoughts, feelings, emotions, passion, love and we try to be honest. Am just really thankful and feel lucky to be with you, by, na though some things to our relationship can be difficult pero you're my partner and we'll try what we can.. We may not be perfect and challenges really will be there, pero I hope we'll still try to push through, by.
Recently, idk how and why, but parang sorta nag honeymoon phase for like a month na or just na it slightly feels like it hahaha, pero we also (slightly? or definitely naman) more mature than way before and it's nice we're together to experience it again this time around. And I say it A LOT, but I really want you to know and feel that I love you very, very much, by, and am thankful rin for you. I do look forward to an even better future.. and na we can spend Valentine's together (and same many ocassions and normal days). For now, please hear and have this love from my heart, byu.
