What is a workshop?
In this podcast you are going to understand the primary difference between a class room and work shop.
A class room Training:
1) You get knowledge in a class room training
2) You get complete knowledge and information of the given topic
3) They even conduct a test or an examination to test you.
4) How far you acquired the knowledge that is what tested
5) Thus , all said and done in a class room training you get knowledge.
There are primarily two things that happen in a class room
1) Knowing
2) Understanding
Of course, at the end, they test your knowledge.
You get the knowledge in a class room training.
But if your objective is to get skill, class room training alone is not sufficient.
You need a work shop module.
What is a work shop?
In a work shop module, the first two steps take place, that is
1) Knowing
2) Understanding
In addition to these two steps there is one more important step is there. That is very crucial infact. That step is Doing
