- [ ] Focus on been a better servant

- [ ] He truly believed that God was going to heal his father... but even that God didn’t heal his dad from cancer... he still believed in God, and that God is good
- [ ] Is different to Have faith in who God is, rather then having faith on what he will do
“It pleases God to have on who He is rather than what He can do”
- [ ] God wasn’t being the provider he was expecting, but God is the provider him and his family needed
- [ ] Thank God even for the things I didn’t want band or for the things that I wasn’t praying for
- [ ] Do not suppress your emotions and real things that are happening in your life and just be real with the people around you
- [ ] Even that you may lose a lot of the material things that you may have, and feel discourage somehow God is still the provider of your life and for you
The advice that Adrian shared is:
“You are enough, and God is more than enough”
- [ ] No matter what people say
- [ ] God will never leave you nor forsake you
- [ ] Even if you lack __________(you feel out the black), God is more than enough and you are enough
- [ ] Have faith in who God is

- [ ] His mom thought him that may be disable, but he can still get things done
- [ ] We all are different, we can be different but no one is less than anybody
- [ ] To break the barriers of been an introvert person(shy) you have to just go for it, and talk to people
- [ ] Surround yourself with people that are going to help you to get better
- [ ] Things can get worst or will get worst before they better... but “it gets better”
- [ ] Isolation may be a sign that things are not normal or ok within yourself
- [ ] Find people friends, family, or someone that you can talk to... seek for help even if you don’t want to
- [ ] When in dark times of your life... ask for help!! To God!!! He will answer
- [ ] My struggles were related with family relationships, love life, and friends
- [ ] Things get better don’t give up and keep pushing forward

Donald Campbell at a 61 years of age, he’s transitioning into a new career. Father of two children. Sales manager, and board member of a nonprofit organization. Mortgage business. In 2019 he became vegan. Born in Ecuador and his family migrated to USA when he was five years a of age.
“How can I help others?”
- [ ] Giving doesn’t cost anything... a call, a text, some words of encouragement.
- [ ] Help the community, we need people in our community that are willing to help others.
- [ ] Mortgage business is about helping people, and not so much about making money... “help people, money will come”
- [ ] In 2019 became a Vegan because of health and he would like to live a longer life.
- [ ] The folder we get, the better we have to eat ,and the more we have to take care of ourselves.
- [ ] In transition of career change because “I want to help people to live better”.
- [ ] the ego of man will be an obstacle to grow, and downfall “Talk before I listen” is what I used to do... “Listen before I talk” is the way to learn more.
- [ ] Look at ourselves before we judge others.
- [ ] In my journey now is more of like “how can I change?, how can I make amends?, how can I help my community?”.
- [ ] Teaching has always been in my life, and I like to use that gift to help the community.
- [ ] He has run marathons to help other people, or a nonprofit organizations... to help!!!
“He’s dream is to continue to help people”
“Success is to have a connection with God, and spend time with your family”.
His advice: - [ ] Dedicate more time to your family, and not so much to work... sometimes we get blinded with material things. - [ ] Priority should be your family. - [ ] Men sometimes do not listen to our family, and our wife to what they’re saying or not paying attention to what they need. - [ ] One of the big prices to pay for material success is your health and/or death. - [ ] If you have a business or you are an entrepreneur... have good staff people, hire well, people that are likeminded. - [ ] We should make the changes now. - [ ] The little things in life mean so much. - [ ] Ask for forgives even if you have been making the same for years... but get to that place where you can say... “Go’s forgive me”.
“I’m a person that loves life” “Love God, be forgiving, men let go of the ego”

Biggest obstacle as a leader can be “that people get in their heads, and aloud fear to stop them from doing or from starting something”
- [ ] Make career decision according to what their passionate about.
- [ ] Find out what you are good.
- [ ] Affirmation is great and make sure you are telling people what they are good at, but at the same time tell yourself about the good things you are good at.
- [ ] Find people that can tell you about the things that you do very well.
- [ ] Understanding your calling, your purpose, and walking in what you were created to do... is her definition of success.
- [ ] Multiply and grow what is in your hands... success looks a lot like this.
- [ ] What is the vision and purpose of your life?
- [ ] The real key for leadership and life is “serving and helping others”
- [ ] “People don’t care how much you know, until they know how much you care”
- [ ] Growing is painful, but don’t run away from the process and pain
- [ ] Her relationship with Christ helped her to get out from depression
- [ ] Confront the demons in your life, the negative thoughts in you about yourself
- [ ] Surround yourself with people that are positive and people that will help you, pull you up or even push you out of the negative thoughts within you
- [ ] College is useful if you know what you are going for, if not it will be a waste of time
- [ ] Look for a school that is going to help you in the future, look into what kind of relationships they have with companies that can hire you for what you are going to school for

Our guest shares the importance of living a life of a continuous learner. Happiness is a sign of success, being content where you are in life. Some other key notes: Show me what to do. Instead of tell me what to do. Feed your mind and yourself as a whole with good things. Surround yourself with people that have experience. A good leader or mentor will tell you to take a better route in life. Kill others with kindness. And lastly if you are a leader or a mentor make sure to keep it real, personal and relational.
