We talk to her about how she found yoga when she was an International flight attendant as it brought her a sense of groundedness amongst the chaos of long haul flights and a non-existent body clock. She touches on her own personal transformation through a regular yoga practice which led to her first Yoga Teacher Training in Dubai in 2009. After a break from teaching for a few years Sarah decided to take a month Yoga Teacher Training 200 intensive in Bali to refresh and gain a deeper understanding of the principals she had learnt. She treats us at the end to some chanting and harmonium.

We discuss her journey of healing and learning self love and acceptance which led her to creating a healing hub and safe space for others to heal also. At the age of 11, she was diagnosed with Leukaemia and learnt to shut down her own feelings as a way of coping with the physical and emotional trauma. Despite being in remission, the effects of suppressing feelings and stress were felt long afterwards. She spent many years living with anxiety, depression and having an overall toxic relationship with herself.

Described as both a humble & gentle soul, Tay feels grateful to just be able to connect with so many people through music - and has big plans to continue doing so. On this episode I chat with the talented and inspiring Lauren Minicozzi Author & Health Coach)about her unique journey to health. Lauren is a 24-year-old female who has struggled with Body Dysmorphic Disorder, depression, anorexia, PCO’s and as a repercussion is currently battling an undefined chronic illness. We touch on all of these as well as her biggest battle of all- the one she had with herself.
Lauren believes that along our journeys something has happened which has led to many females becoming so self-conscious and so fixated on achieving that ‘perfect body’. She says that the perfect body is different for everyone and that we need more self acceptance and less comparison in order to be truely happy.

As you will hear in this episode, Jacintha felt lost and out of alignment with her true self. Every Sunday morning for years, she woke up extremely hungover, wanting a better life for herself and her son Axel. So in the past decade, she has turned her life around. She always felt a little different to everyone else so she did a lot of inner work to find out who she was. She now runs her own business and has gone from having a cluttered, negative mind to focusing on gratitude and the positive aspects in life.
