The question of how to create products has come up numerous times recently and that always signals to me that I should talk about it here on the podcast. So today is all about how to create products.
On today's podcast:
Your Product Funnel
What is it
Why do you need one?
How to create on
Creating products made simple
o What is a lead magnet?
o Selling down the funnel
o Total value of a customer
o Selling affiliate products
Instead of linking to the document on how to create a lead magnet, I included it below:
*We all know that lead generation starts with the no cost offer at the top of
our product funnel. I often get asked, what kind of lead generation product
ideas make an irresistible no cost offer?
Below find a quick and dirty list that should get you off and running creating
your no cost products NOW!
Some thoughts:
The tendency is to give away too much. I like to explain it like this, when
teaching someone something, there is the “what” and there is the “how”.
Never give away the “how”. Give away the “what” it is; the steps, the tips or
tricks, the “best”, but never give away the “how” to do it. Giving away too
much will stall the sale of your product as they process and implement what
you have given away for free. Your prospects must pay for the “how.”*
*Use something like ChatGPT to generate some ideas to get your started. Please do not use content created by ChatGPT without editing it for your own unique perspective and voice.
Keep it simple. One page is often best if it’s a list.
Once created, use companies like Fiverr.com to make it pretty. For just a few
dollars you can hire a graphic designer to add a professional look and feel.
Make sure your free offer is what your target market wants and needs. Make
it about them, not about you and what you know.
Below are some examples of no cost offers to get you started. **Checklists –

o (X Number) Things You Should Always Do
o (X Number) Things You Should Know About

🤑 Phase Two – Execution and Growth
🤑 Phase Three – Next Level Your Business
🤑 Phase Four – Exit Strategy

I’ve been thinking a lot lately about the pandemic. Can you believe it’s been 3 years since our world was turned upside down. Where did the time go?
I think we can safely say we are post pandemic, however in the last couple of weeks I’ve been offered up memories from Facebook, reminding me of the time we spent during lock-down.
I remember when there were very few cars on the road, when my car battery died cause I didn’t drive my car for 2 weeks. Lines to get into Trader Joes and Costco. Always scrambling to find a mask.
How did we do it, staying indoors for so long?
I’m thankful that has passed, and I’m happy to say there were some silver linings.
In this episode I’ll share 3 positive things that came out of the pandemic, and then I’m reaching back into the podcast vault to share with you and old episode from May of 20201 about the pandemic. A reminder of former days.
I hope you’ll share your memories from that time in our history.
I love to reuse content. If you're not sure how, listen to this episode where I share 3 ways to take a content asset you have and create multiple more pieces of content you can use. Save time and money with these 3 simple tips.
I've just published a second podcast. Why you ask? Listen to this episode about why I launched a Limited Release Podcast. I also share how I created the podcast step by step.
If you've resisted starting a podcast because of the commitment, perhaps you should consider a Limited Release Podcast.
Check out the Email Marketing Tips for Entrepreneurs Podcast on any of your favorite podcast players.
Having a plan for sales events for your business is something I've been a little lax about. That ends now. Today I'm putting together a calendar that will drive my marketing activities, my events and drive revenue on a consistent basis.
If you're looking to have planned and recurring revenue, create a plan that dictates you activities to produce the results you desire.
In this episode I share my plan for creating an event calendar that not only creates an action plan you can easily follow, helps you stay on target with your marketing and will result in more money in your pocket.
I hope this episode inspires you to create your own event calendar to drive revenue in your business.

Staring at a blank page not knowing what to write about? Yeah, I get it, that happens to me too. Now I'm armed with a template for my weekly emails. I use the template to provide the framework for what I talk about each week.

In this episode I talk with Suzy Prudden about the power of speaking. Speaking on stage can be one of the most effective marketing strategies for getting new leads.
We cover:
We always talk about the benefits and the power of email marketing. In this weeks episode I'll talk about the risks of not doing email marketing.
If you're not contacting your prospects and customers, your competition is.
It's hard to get referrals when they can't remember your name.
Your spending money on less effective email marketing strategies.

🔑 Educate your team on what success means to you
🔑 The pain of staying where you are has to be greater than the pain of change
🔑 It’s not enough to just do marketing, you need to understand what’s working

For the last 2 years we have been facing a change, a disruption to our way of life. The Global pandemic has effected everyone, and none more that the over 4 Million people a month are leaving or have left the work force in since June 2021. Wow, that’s a ton of people.
With those kinds of numbers, I wondered, where did all those people go? Surely they still have to make a living. Assuming a large portion of those started a business, I’m curious, where are they getting support, help, community when starting a business. With 50% of business failing in the first 5 years, I wanted to provide a resource, a guide to how to build a successful business.
This is what this series is about.
I recruited my good buddy Evan Van Auken otherwise known as the Vanader to fill in the parts that I only know enough about to be dangerous.
In this Four Part Series we’re going to help you create your plan for building a successful business. I’ll focus on the marketing and sales aspects and Evan will help you build a solid foundation for your business. The motto for this series is Just Start…….
This is the final episode in our 4 Part Series. I share with you what I’ve learned about how to hire team, how to use accountability partners to support you and how to frequently and consistently analyze and revise your business.
Evan takes on a deep dive into Cryptocurrency and Bitcoin as he tries to teach a complete novice like me why this new investment strategy should be something you consider in your portfolio.

I’m a master of repurposing content, so when I began to layout the structure for my part on this series I realized I had already recorded the content I wanted to share in a Masterclass I taught last year. In the Great Resignation Part 1 I took excerpts from the Masterclass and updated it for today. So if you hear me refer to people on the call, that’s because it was taken from a Zoom class previously recorded. If that annoys you, I get it, however I encourage you to think of ways you can repurpose your content…

A short episode, however one I think is tells a good story, and has a good message. “There are no shortcuts, except one” came up this week and I felt compelled to share.
Key takeaways:
🔑 Learn from others who have done it successfully
🔑 Experience done by itself is expensive and takes too long
🔑 Being an entrepreneur is hard – don’t do it alone
🔑 Read good books
🔑 Surround yourself with good people

It was bound to happen, sooner or later I’d get asked about partnership agreements. Okay this time I wasn’t exactly asked, the subject came up and well, I had a fit when my friend started a partnership without any real agreement in place. Don’t do it!!!
In this episode I’ll share why you should have a contract in place and some of the components you need to have in your agreement. Or at least have the discussion around with your partner.
In no particular order, these are the components of a sound partnership agreement.
❇️ Ownership percentage
❇️ Roles and responsibilities
❇️ Entity structure
❇️ Who controls the money?
❇️ Who controls/owns the assets?
❇️ How money is spent
❇️ How expenses paid and profits distributed
❇️ Relationship with money
❇️ Risk tolerance
❇️ Conflict resolution
❇️ Beneficiary rights
❇️ End game
If you’re starting a business with a partner, please consider these components. You’ll be glad you did!

If you've experienced being hesitant and fearful please share. It will help us all know we are not alone.

Even though it’s already January, it’s not too late to plan for the year. Historically I have created my goals through categories like:
I have used the SMART guidelines for each goal.
Last year I created a mind map powerpoint video which I played over and over throughout the year.
This year is different. I want to do some of the same things that work, however I want to do things differently. I want to dig deeper into what I want and craft my goals around me.
Listen to the episode as I explore how to plan differently for 2022.
The framework for my goals this year:
I hope you pick up some new ways of looking at goal setting this year. Happy New Year!

I did a podcast episode last year about what I was grateful for. Around this time of year I really like to focus on being grateful for all that I have.
Pretty much everything I was grateful for last year I’m still grateful for,
Listen to Last Years Episode:
As I sat down to think about what I’m grateful for this year, I thought, ummmm what is the difference between being grateful and being thankful. I’ll be honest, I didn’t know offhand, so I googled it. (of course what else would I do – okay maybe if I used siri or had Alexa I’d ask them.
Thankful is a feeling often associated with gratitude and relief.
Grateful is about so much more.
It’s not just about thinking how thankful we are to have all that we have. It’s about living out that gratitude through the simple things we do every day.
So as I reflect this year on what I’m grateful more I want to focus on the action, of myself and others.
What are you grateful for?

Wow, we didn't expect that. On Monday Facebook and Instagram were down, for hours.
After last week's episode where we talked about the challenges around social media posting, were I made a commitment to create all my posts and be ready to go by end of day Monday, well I was derailed by tech.
The outage got me thinking about social media and how we don't really own any of our followers, connections or friends. They could in theory go away all of a sudden and where would that leave us? SOL
While I already drive people from my social media platforms to my email list with irresistible offers, I had the epiphany that I need to focus more on that strategy.
What are you doing to move your fans from social media to your email list?
I hope you enjoy the episode.

Talking about retirement is boring right? Not with Matt Franklin. This week Matt shares his experience on Shark Tank, how it lead to a financial windfall – which he immediately spent… He learned from that mistake and now has fully funded his retirement. In his podcast Rouge Retirement Lounge Matt shares his insights, expertise and passion with entrepreneurs on how to retire rich. Thanks Matt, for my new favorite saying – The best time to plant a tree is 20 years ago, the second best time is today.
Today we talked about:
Much neglected Solo Self Directed IRA
Company matched 401k
Entrepreneur objections to saving for retirement:
Variable income
Their business is their retirement
I don’t want to retire
No one teaches you how

Shout out to - Adam Schaeuble’s Podcasting Business School. If you’ve ever thought about starting a podcast, Adam’s your guy!!
More about Matt:
Matt Franklin is a serial entrepreneur from Portland, OR. He’s run a one-man video production company since 2006 and he’s a part-time product developer. His most successful product landed him on Shark Tank in Season 4.
Since his Shark Tank appearance, he’s spoken with hundreds of entrepreneurs of all experience levels as they try to launch new products and businesses. In doing so, discovered that self-employed people are terrible about retirement planning and investing. Whether it’s a lack of financial education, the belief their business will end up funding their retirement, or simply procrastination, being behind on retirement preparation seems to be a universal problem among entrepreneurs.
Upon realizing that he too, was woefully unprepared for his golden years, Matt became obsessed with retirement investing, while at the same time running his businesses. He completely overhauled his investment strategy, and by getting out of the stock market and into cash-flowing investments like rental houses and apartment syndications, he was able to shave ten years off his working life. Now enjoying “pre-tirement,” Matt is hosting a podcast called the Rogue Retirement Lounge. His mission is to help entrepreneurs and self-employed people develop retirement strategies so that they won’t have to work into their seventies.

This is a bit of a different episode format. Earlene and I meet over a glass of wine to take about what’s on our minds. It all started with a conversation we had on Clubhouse about how, post pandemic we get to choose how we show up, how we can re-invent who we want to be, however it somewhat digressed into one part chat, one part rant, with a good smattering of worthwhile takeaways. Heads up, wine was involved. I liked the chill atmosphere so don’t be surprised if the format re-appears in an upcoming episode.
In this episode we explored:
Continue the conversation with us.

This week it's a mini episode. I was going to take the week off, however decided to chat a bit about joint ventures. I'm looking to expand my business through JV partners this year. Are you?
Happy Memorial Day, I hope you spent it surrounded with friends and family.

Feeling as if we are in the calm before the storm, I talk about how I’m using this time to reflect and to determine how I’m going to move forward differently.
The world has changed, what are you doing to adapt? I’d love to hear from you.
Till next week,
Janet

In the episode I mention a document on how to create your lead magnet. Instead of linking to the document on how to create a lead magnet, I included it below:
***We all know that lead generation starts with the no cost offer at the top of
our product funnel.
Your prospects must pay for the “how.”

This week I share my podcast journey where I finally embrace the notion that it's my show and I can do what I want with it. I had to work my way through a lot of "shoulds" to get here.
Why is it we podcasters take so long to get that it's our show and we get to call the shots? While it's all about giving the listeners what they want, we get to determine how we do it.
It's not just podcasters though, we all listen to the shoulds and often don't do it our way.
I hope you enjoy the episode, it's from the heart.
Till next week, Janet
In this episode I share the 10 step process I’ve developed coaching over 1000 clients in the last 16 years. This came out of a masterclass I taught this week which goes over the steps in more detail.
The 10 steps are:
Who are you selling to? – Your target market
What are you selling? – Your product funnel
How much are you selling? – Your revenue forecast
Your marketing plan
Networking to build your email list
Email marketing
Sales
Systems
Hiring team
Analyze and revise
As I mentioned in the episode I would share these steps in greater detail. I’m offering you a recording of the masterclass I taught. It goes into more depth on the 10 steps. I hope you enjoy!

This week I had the pleasure of talking with Matthew Tortoriello and Kevin Shippee. Matthew and Kevin are seasoned real estate developers who have gone from owning 2 rental units to over 500 in 10 years. Key to their success has been the implementation of business systems and hiring team. But it hasn't always been that way, they are open about their journey...
They've got some great stories as anyone with rental properties does. Being a landlord is hard, any time, and especially now. List as they share some creative ways to get their tenants to pay.....
Please note, we were experiencing some sound lag which you may find distracting. I toyed with the idea of not airing this episode, however reconsidered because there’s just so much good stuff in there. I hope you enjoy your chat.

More about Matthew and Kevin
Matthew Tortoriello and Kevin Shippee, of YellowBrick Management, are two successful entrepreneurs, Real Estate Investors, students, and also teachers. They have learned firsthand how difficult and time consuming it can be to start a business and keep it growing without the right team and systems.
Matt ( aka Flippin Landlord Ninja ) used his determination and some ninja skills to help acquire and rehab over one thousand units over the last twelve years and build a great place to work for over twenty five employees.
Kevin ( aka The Property Prince ) used his communication skills to navigate the very tough at times tenant landlord relationship for thousands of their clients in and out of the court systems.
Matt and Kevin have a passion to help others learn from their successes and failures in real estate and business!

Should I start a business right now? What a great question. These are uncertain times, so the answer to that question is different for everyone. However, if you're sitting on the sidelines waiting for your business to re-open or for your clients to come back, now may be a great time to start a side hustle.
It's even more relevant to consider starting a business right now if you have a job that may never come back. I hate to be the bearer of bad news, there is a good chance many of those who have been laid off or furloughed will never return to those jobs.
That sucks, I get it.... and it's also a great time to think about starting your own business. If you've decided it's time to make that jump, you're on the fence or you just want to explore what it takes to start a business, you'll what to check out this episode.
I've coached over 1000 people over the last 15 years on how to build a successful business from the bottom up. Heck, I've built 6 businesses of my own. In this episode I take you through the foundational steps to starting your business. From what business to start to marketing your products and services, I give you the straw dog version of what it takes.
I hope you enjoy!!

I wrote a blog post about how to create products.
How to Create 10 Products from One Idea
https://breakawaybusinesscoaching.com/create-products/
Whether you’ve already have a business or just contemplating the idea, have you ever wondered if there is a mindset that successful entrepreneurs and business owners have? Are there traits and characteristics that determine success? I’d say yes, and today I’d like to explore what those traits are and how they craft a mindset that leads to success. Not every successful business person has all the traits we’ll discuss here, however they all have a mindset that is responsible for their success.
For those of us willing to take the risk, owning our own successful business means financial freedom. I define financial freedom as the ability to do what you want, when you want, with whomever you want.
Financial freedom could look like an entrepreneur working for themselves, paying their own bills with the enough left over to enjoy the simple life. It could look like multiple houses, expensive cars, travel, an extravagant lifestyle. My feeling is for most of us it's somewhere in between.
What does financial freedom look like for you and what are you willing to sacrifice to get it? Yes I said sacrifice. You see, starting and growing a successful business is hard. That's why 50% of businesses fail in the first 5 years according to a study done by the Harvard Business School.
For the last 15 years I’ve worked with over 1000 clients in 16 countries. I am a business coach and while I’ve worked with all sizes of companies, my passion is working with entrepreneurs and business owners who have yet to reach that $10k a month milestone. I focus on that particular goal because the first 75 to 100 thousand dollars is the hardest money to make. Once there it is easy to make double or triple that because the infrastructure is in place. You know what to do, you just need to do more of it.
So I set off to explore what it takes to be a successful entrepreneur. What I found was that it takes a certain mindset, a different way of thinking that separates the successful from the unsuccessful. We get sold a bill of goods every time we hear someone talking about how easy it is to have a successful and thriving business. It's just not true, it takes work, character, guts with a little bit of crazy thrown in.
Here's what we talked about

Happy Birthday to the Breakaway Entrepreneur podcast!!!!
To commemorate the podcast’s 6 month anniversary I’d dedicating this week’s show to highlights of our first 4 shows. I just thought it would be fun to re-visit some stand out moments from the Breakaway Entrepreneur initial episodes.
First up is coach Jim Kaspari. Jim is a long-time friend and was my first guest on the show. Thanks Jim for helping me to get the kinks out.
Jim has a passion for helping people and one of my favorite parts of our interview was Jim sharing how he went from being a millionaire to losing $2M and how he used creative persistence to climb out of that hole. It’s Just the tip of the iceberg of what was a truly inspiring episode.

Meet Dot Boyd. Dot is the most pervasive networker I know. I see her everywhere in town doing what she does best, connect with people. She’s virtual for now, however, she’ll be right back out there as soon as she can.
Dot went from a family caregiver to a Senior Safety Specialist. Dot has a passion for helping seniors preserve their independence and dignity using the latest technology developed specifically for the needs of seniors and the ones who have the privilege of caring for them.
In my interview with Dot Boyd we talk about overcoming the fear of sales, offering concrete actionable tips you can use right away. She shares the $1M question and much more. This is just a hint of what we shared in the full interview.

I met Earlene Coats at a networking event that frankly was pretty lame. The best thing I got out of it was meeting her and establishing not only a business relationship, but a friendship.
Earlene is a speaker and coach who works with parents and society to bridge the gap in the life skills and financial literacy that is not taught in our school system. Her mission is to develop millions of financially savvy young adults who are good stewards of the their money, time, gifts, and talents as they give back to their communities.
Our chat included the role of intuition in decision making and her advice for entrepreneurs.
We discussed building a business on what you’re passionate about vs your gifts, talents and skills. By the way, the answer is you need all of those to build a successful business. Earlene shares her insights on how to raise a better community of young adults. Whether you have children, or just know someone who does, you’ll take something valuable away. Check out the full episode.

Pete Schroeder gets the award for most patient guest as I screwed up our first recording and he gratuitously agreed to come back for a do over. If you’re a podcaster, I guarantee you know the feeling.
Pete is an entrepreneur with over 20 years of experience working with his clients helping them clarify their wants, goals and priorities.
Pete’s philosophy is the better you communicate, the more money you’ll make and the happier you’ll be.
Join us as we discuss the valley of complacency. It’s the area between pleasure and pain where nothing happens. Pete shares his experiences with the Valley of complacency and tips on how to climb out of it. We explore how the enemy of great is good. Here’s a snippet of what you’ll find in the complete episode.

Hello and Welcome to the Breakaway Entrepreneur podcast where we explore the entrepreneur mindset, the characteristics and traits that lead to success. I’m your host Janet Fish, in this episode I sit down with Jan Janzen to talk about how 6 Figures is the new minimum wage. Jan has been an entrepreneur for 40 years. She traveled the world for 9 years, living out of 2 suitcases primarily in underdeveloped countries. She’s taken that experience and today helps women entrepreneurs create a 6-figure businesses.
Jan bought her first franchise at 19 years of age and has been a serial entrepreneur with 3 businesses in the automotive industry, president of a network marketing company, created a pole dancing home party business in a box, and had a very successful healing business, just to name a few. Her tagline, "6-Figures is the New Minimum Wage" comes from her experiences living in many underdeveloped countries and seeing the struggles of so many women as they struggle to care for their families. She believes that the women of the developed world have an amazing opportunity to create financial freedom so they can live the life they need and deserve while making the difference they want to make.

Katrina helps entrepreneurs make more money doing what they love. She is a speaker and international best selling author. I sit down with Katrina and talk about her journey to being a successful entrepreneur. She shares her insights and her thoughts on how it will all work out in the end.
Katrina Sawa is known as The JumpStart Your Biz Coach because she helps entrepreneurs make more money doing what they love and fast. She is the creator of the JumpStart Your Marketing® System, a speaker and International Best-Selling author with 10 books including, Love Yourself Successful, Jumpstart Your New Business Now and Jumpstart Your _____. Katrina has a no-nonsense approach to showing entrepreneurs how to develop consistently profitable businesses implementing proven marketing and business strategies. She’s been featured on the Oprah and Friends XMRadioNetwork, ABC, TheCW and she’s the founder of the International Entrepreneur Network. Find out more and get her Free Jumpstart Your Biz Kit online at www.JumpstartYourMarketing.com.
My friend, Katrina Sawa, decided instead of postponing her live event called Love & Money Live! this year, she’d hold it virtual. She’s purposely keeping it small however, only 50 people plus a few of her regular clients.
It’s a 2-day virtual event, happening June 30 & July 1.
Reasons you might want to attend?
First off, Katrina has an amazing heart and gives a TON; I love her stories.
Secondly, she’s been a business coach since 2002, so 18 years, and she knows SO much about so many things in regards to running and growing a consistent moneymaking business.
Finally, this particular event also talks about the head trash that we often let PREVENT us from doing what we need to do in our businesses to move forward… it revolves around her book, Love Yourself Successful.
If you know you could use:
Then this event is for you and I encourage you to check it out, register and I’ll see you there!
Here is the link for info: www.LoveandMoneyLive.com
If you want to attend I can get you a “coupon code” for a discount, just hit “reply” to the email or comment below if you’re seeing this online, and mention that attend both days and I’ll share how you can save $50!
Today I’d like to take a different angle and provide some content rather than interview my guests. I’m just feeling like changing things up a bit.
I recently started a free online course where I take entrepreneurs through my 10 step process of starting and growing a profitable business.
The first module of the course covers the foundation of building a successful business. We cover you why – what’s the true underlying reason you became an entrepreneur, creating a business plan for your business and the most important foundational component, who are you selling to, who’s your target market.
One of the things I see a lot with my clients is the lack of a sound foundation for their business. They decide to start a business, then they jump right in without thinking they need a framework in which to build. You wouldn’t build a house without a strong foundation, you shouldn’t launch a business without one either.
Whether you’re just starting a business or want to revisit and revamp your basic infrastructure, I hope you enjoy this episode.

In this special edition of the podcast Martha and I explore how to thrive in your business during the Corona Virus pandemic. Martha shares concrete steps you can take today to keep your business moving during these challenging times.
About Martha -
If you're finally ready to get serious about growing your small business, then it's time to get serious about your business development, marketing and sales team, too.
I didn’t set out to found the business development, marketing and sales company that turns much of what you’ve ever been taught about being in business. It just turned out that way.
I cut my marketing and sales teeth in big places. An MBA from Wharton and years of directing product management and marketing groups for some of the biggest companies in America like AT&T, BT and MCI taught me how the Big Guys do it. After years of leading The Big Guys to revenue gains, I knew the future was with small business. I developed new marketing techniques to rapidly build awareness and revenues for my clients at Blanc and Otus Public Relations. I left to found, first, Authentic Marketing and then Wide Awake Marketing to bring a fresh, authentic voice and style to marketing.
Now I’m all about leveling the business playing field so small business can rule. Are you ready to rule?

Interesting times we are in. With the worldwide pandemic of Covid-19 keeping many of us at home, we've had to adapt to a new normal. Working from home is new for many people and can be somewhat of a challenge. Typically this podcast is an interview format where I chat with a successful entrepreneur. In this bonus episode I explore the challenges of working from home and share some thoughts on how to overcome those challenges. And perhaps even find a silver lining during these trying times. Be well everyone!

Dave hasn’t always an entrepreneur, when we met we were both in W-2 jobs working for corporate America. Learn more about how Dave morphed from a job to owning his own successful company.
Dave graduated from Cal Berkeley in 1982. After graduating he moved to Arizona and for the next 5 years he was in sales and sales management in high tech sales and marketing for Systems Industries. He was lured away to a accounting software company (RMO software) in the travel industry which he and his partners sold to TWA and Northwest Airlines in 1989. This was the real genesis of Dave’s entrepreneurial bug.
He then started a same day delivery service which two years later became part on a 120MM IPO rollup (US Delivery). He became part of the management team and grew the company in the southwest region for the next several years.
After seeing the Internet on the cover of Time Magazine in July of 1994 he started what became the largest ISP in Arizona, doubling employees and tripling revenue in 1997. He sold this to US West (AT&T) and moved back to the Bay Area and took executive positions in two Venture backed software startups over the next few years.
During this period, he remodeled his home in Lafayette, CA and became interested in the residential real estate market. He started a design and build firm in Danville, CA and then partnered up and started DB2 Contractors. For the last almost 10 years he has been building, investing in, and developing residential real estate. The diversity of this industry has kept his entrepreneurial spirit energized. “Each project has its own unique challenges, a creative and financial puzzle that needs to be solved to be successful.”

Welcome to The Breakaway Entrepreneur Podcast
The Breakaway Entrepreneur Podcast is a conversation by entrepreneurs, for entrepreneurs. Each week we’ll discuss what makes entrepreneurs unique, how we think differently, what drives us towards success and how we’ve overcome challenges to breakaway from our competition.
I’m your host Janet Fish. I've been a business coach for 15 years and have had the pleasure to work with over 1000 entrepreneurs in 16 countries. I’ve built multiple successful businesses and am a 2 time Amazon best-selling author. I’m fascinated by the entrepreneur mindset and how entrepreneurs just think differently.
Each week I'll interview real people sharing real-life experiences with an emphasis on overcoming challenges, not becoming an over night success. We'll have frank and fun conversations about what it takes to become a successful entrepreneur, from the mindset to real world challenges. I hope you'll join us.
