We yell about too many at the borders whilst knowing that people are feeling drama, possibly murder, threats of extinction. Stir in a little traumatic climate change. As the attacks on hyperactivity build up, I often muse thatit doesn't take rocket science to know that adrenalin rush from terror, and terrorists, the challenges to survival through pollution, food shortages, global corruption. Our minds are juiced and corralled by fear, competition weakening our integrity, with urges to blame one another. Political media needs to keep us divided - we know that! - Ma Nature has her own purposes, But we CAN conquer our reactions and recognize that NURTURING is the greatest human talent. HIYA Everyone,
Well, how are you doing with the wranglings and all the excitement of who is saying what and who owns the picture. It's interesting as the seams split in our political reality. We Heard from great teachers that the systems would be coming undone. And old talk about the core elite that runs our civilization through time. Sounds like the core that Nandhiji and others teach.... the core that runs through our soul and develops through lifetimes.
Lots to cogitate.
In the meantime, let's remind one another that breathing, centering, and LOVING, can keep us growing and refreshing ourselves. It's evolution times. I often think that we are as a species lurking at the bottom of a vibrational ocean. Our job is to keep kicking our feet so we rise up through all the distractions and debris, (and of course we have to pick up our debris and transform it wherever we find it.) where life can be lighter and our journey glows. I do believe we are intrinsically a vibrational being of light, in transit to claiming that ability.

I am delighted that studies are giving structure, 3D power and magical construction to light that some of us use mostly in our spiritual healing work. These are hard times in history, forcing breakthroughs and birthings through the crust of our reality. MY Guidance loves the term crucible, a symbol of the discomfort, of challenging society’s latest womb i.e., Shutdown, to birth new talents in people, launch waves of consciousness and waves of peace, throughout war torn societies, distorting communications with violence in movies, television, media of all types. Let's talk. The world is shaking, and we wonder how long it will all go. Guidance says we have the ability to tap celestial resources, draw infusions in and through groups of us, that can break into the icy dominance of an angry Putin. It starts inside of each one of us, the art of radiating higher frequencies through attitudes and beliefs, that move like prayers.... can even melt the dangerous resolves in Putin and others, and inspire solutions for our world.
As we question our evolution as a species. Together on Wed. at 5 PM, let's practice feeling the pushes, pulls and yearnings prevalent in so many of us these days and know we are adding to conscious evolution. With intense breath exercises, and meditations, we can influence our own DNA and lift ourselves beyond a consciousness that knows war as a solution. Hello Again,
FREEDOM they yell. FREEDOM MY WAY. The caravans block business. People are afraid of one another. Which side are you on we ask a dear sister, or beloved friend. The distance beyond the covid demands, gets more rigid. We are afraid of one another. We have to find safety. Is that freedom? It seems like a cage. Maybe a gilded cage. I know in my healing work that extricating ourselves from our “cages of belief” makes life flow more generously. We begin to feel freedom fluswithhes of fresh thought and feeling.
Vaccines. I chuckle at the terror of people about what the vaccines could do to them. Yet the very same people eat foods full of chemicals that make food seem interesting or long lasting. O we wear makeup, ingest all kinds of Pharmaceuticals poisoned with chemicals in their healing potions which seems to be justifying and enfolding this poisoning. They possibly distort our hormones, or basic brain chemistry, while adding many chemicals that in turn need their own healing. Is that better than a vaccine? The discussion of vaccines should include some of the biological changes inexplicably roaring through our species. How did it start? Is it just a part of our evolution? Or from the plethora of chemicals that we have thrown into the mixture. Like autism…Autism affectionately known as “the spectrum”. A growing number of children are coping with this different way of thinking and behaving. Are they simply distortions? Or just genetic influences whipping changes throughout humanity? Add the media INFLUENCERS! and stories they promote through many reports with the same messages. Is it promoting a style of thinking? To direct attitudes and fashions of thought and behavior, including both acceptance and dissension. Add polls to keep us really confused or for some of you, assured that you are on track, on the right thought process. Some attitudes and anxieties poison huge segments of society. It makes money. To find out what you believe in, follow the money. Or STOP. Breathe deeply. Release tension. Then feel your own truth, your understanding of what you believe so we can each make a choice on our own behalf. One at a time, outside the storms of dissension, let's reclaim our ability to evolve consciously.

HELLO EVERYONE:
Finally I crossed our Northern border today to have a 3 hour coffee break with a dear dear friend. What a heart filling treat! Our conversations toured our radical dreams of peace from the 60's, knowing we WOULD create peace! To today having babies, creative careers, letting our hair grow grey with wisdom, the creativity of our grand ones, and always blooming.
We talked about how masks have taught so many to show our real feelings and love. How so much inward time as forced so many to experience a deepening inner self.
We sought solutions of one another for the tragedies of climate change, and disinformation and how to build our own lights so we are stronger contributors to life on the planet. And how to know who and what to truly believe.
What's missing in this society and the abundant marketed rhetoric, seems to be "standards" We haven't agreed on standards of excellence or at least of care.

Unusual topic you might say! but sex trafficking is a big reality and some leaking into circles of fame and politics! Meet Erin Newcomb. He and his wife were horrified and heartbroken to learn about huge numbers of young people enslaved by the sex trade and conscription these days. They decided to do something to help trapped and often drugged young people, to free them from this dire lifestyle.
Sex slavery is trafficked right around us. Mostly we are oblivious to it. The Newcombs studied how to recognize the entrapped, often young folks, and to help them break out. They founded a small refuge for them and developed a support team for trauma release, life skills, and more. Erin is inspiring with his optimism, compassion, his care, and his links to an evolving global network of people doing this wonderful work. By continually discovering and breaking the cycles for many of the hopelessly enslaved. Move over Gaetz (Trump, Ted Kennedy, Epstein, Prince Andrew....etc.)!

Hello Again,
Let's pay attention, still and again, to the divisive forces perpetrating tension and mistrust. Walk by them if you can and make decisions of your own, or with broad minded and trustworthy folks. Earth is suffering from too much trauma. So many of us in total overwhelm.
Don't put up with that. Centre yourself. Breath 4 or 5 times deeply and steadily, and ask yourself questions. Like... does this suggested approach fill the coffers of this person or these people? Or maybe market political styles? It is time to mother the earth. To mother Mother Earth. She is weeping. So many people are too, as systems break down. On the other hand evolution is pushing through the hardpan of greed and domination. You are probably feeling it. You'll notice, at least some of you, that you can feel change, and that there are sudden solutions rising in your abilities.
Id love to talk with you and with Guidance. Your consciousness wants to push through like "the grass that cracks the sidewalk!" Its yours and mine when we give change that leads to a win win for life, deep respect. Test it out.

A woman was walking by on the road outside yelling at dangerous images in her pained mind. We looked at one another. At least she is expressing herself, one of us said. HELLO EVERYONE:
Watching the chaos-spinning politics it is hard to remain centered. But we CAN do it. Take some intense breaths. Maybe three inward holds three out. Or extend it. You will find a softer, centered you. At that point listen to some of the news broadcasts and notice your energy. The disinformation weapon being used to cultivate dissonance and ignorance all round the world, has harsh and soul rattling aspects.
Practice feeling it. Center again. And let your mind and heart tell you what would be the highest and best good for all the world.
The good is not jarring. The good releases and elevates, rarely combative. At its deep levels the greater good for all life includes our pulsating mother earth. PRACTICE feeling it. It'll bring you into peace, acceptance, and a forward loving charge into the world. And that counts.

Hi Everyone,
This is an exciting interview. lt is kind of political isn't it? When we have the ability to radiate consciously, to radiate higher by choice, we have the ability to change a lot of what is happening on our planet. Partially by choosing the frequencies that are becoming available to us alll. As I say, we have to learn to choose frequencies by choice. Imagine reaching up as if with the etheric fingers of your mind to pick and pull new frequencies to redesign your mind.... we end up learning more and more.
Mothers Day is coming. I invite us all to focus inside long enough to explore what you have created for yourself, because of your mother. It might seem that she was harsh, but the art is to see what you learned, or how you decided what you wanted to do and be because of her. Did she love you like mad? Did she abandon you? Was it a variety of influences? Did you have a rage that build empires? On and on go the questions. Let's make a list to rework the mothering you received. We might all be surprised at how it impacted you as an adult. Checking out the strength and drive of your own unique potential or the life you knew deeply that you were meant to live.

Now the tearing apart of definitions of countries, gender, economies, political structures, and of course ethics - its all in motion, uplifting and expanding in its healing. It's a little disorienting and frightening as systems come undone. We can lose our balance. We have heard that would be happening. And now, we are finding ourselves deepening into levels of empowerment and trust...self and others...as energy beings. And ideally, beings of love.

Isn't communication with all species important these days? Yet here we are in a swill of disinformation. Oceans of information, like white water frothing all round us. Drama is used to get attention.
Communication proliferations could grow and evolve more of us into our own precious purpose. These days so many of the words and edicts of markets and politicians get lost. We can sense and feel as flo0ds of words froth, they are simply meant to pull our minds somewhere. What is actually true?
How do you sort through the disinformation and the built in divisiveness. As we know it is an old technique which has helped regimes like HItlers, move through the population to establsh the Third Reich and other dictatorships round the world. We need to hear one another and embrace harmony.

Hello Everyone-
Here is a simple exercise to sort through the disinformation or marketing barraging us all. Are you straining at the leash or leashes restraining personal evolution fight for priority? Answers that can lift us all, to trust our world, and to know we are participants in American life, or better still, the experiment in Democracy, that can imbue humanity and mother earth with love and the greater good.
Try this EXERCISES:
- Inner listening. Breathe deeply to center when you hear specific statements like, "health care for everyone" or "affordable housing" or "proliferation of non toxic renewable energy" as you listen, what happens in your gut? Remember your gut is your second brain. Is it lurching, twisting, easing, burping... As it moves through you, you are getting a message of whether the statement or promise you heard, or the judgement, is true, partially true, or a total lie. In time it will become more and more clear but like any kind of kinesiology, it takes refinement of your special messages.... but not a long time. Try it out and lelt me know.....

Let's remember that disinformation has been used especaily since the media-centric world to gather people's minds in fear of one another, Do the research yourself. It is a difficult task to bring huge proportions of humanity to recognition, and equality. Some people work hard against that possiblity. However, as we notice there are many working diligently to awaken one another to a much more compassionate and portective evaluation of the worth of animals, our planet, resources, the atmosphere, and the great potential for a humanity when we revere life and its innate evolutionary spark!
