What should be the highest, greatest, of the utmost importance, and predominant motivation in our lives as human beings? The will of God! We and everything in this earth was created to be good by the will of God!
When we really dive into this scripture we see two different ways of handling relationships (Marital or otherwise). The World’s Way vs God’s Way
When we walk in the World’s way of handling relationships we find bitter jealousy, competition, boasting, phoniness, and selfishness. And, when we walk in these things we experience “every kind of meanness.” When we walk in God’s way of handling relationships we find purity, consideration, teachability, love, and peace. We get to enjoy the fruits and harvest of righteousness!
“Behold (perceive this and understand) what manner (foreign, from another country; different quality) of love the Father has bestowed on us, that we should be called children of God! Therefore the world does not know us, because it did not know Him. 2 Beloved, now we are children of God...” 1 John 3:1-2 (NKJV)
Walking by faith is not something we do when we just pray for things that we need or show up for church. Walking by faith is a every second, minute, hour, daily “LIFESTYLE” that is lived and demonstrated in my home, at work, at school, on social media, at church, and everywhere I go and in everything I do and say. It is walking in habitual fellowship with God every minute of my life on this earth and total obedience to His Word. Christianity is who I am, it is how I act, what I say, and what I do as a son or daughter of God for the Kingdom of God.
We know, through scripture, that the disciples, probably, did not spend much time in prayer. So, when difficult situations arose, they didn’t handle things very well. “Prayer is not just a last result activity when nothing else is working for me!” Prayer is first learned through teaching.
We are in a race, a contest of great spiritual significance. The way we train for this race and the way we run this race will determine whether or not we finish and receive the prize that is rewarded to us by Jesus.
Why did we, the human race, need a Christmas miracle and why is our culture deteriorating, degrading, and debasing? Why did Jesus have to be a human being to set us free from the power of darkness, from sin and death? God loved His creation so much, that He would not allow us to live in darkness and death. He had a plan from the beginning!
When the announcement of the birth of Jesus was given by angels, to the shepherds and to all of humanity, from God it was a message of Peace. True peace can only come to an individual through Jesus Christ. How do we maintain this gift of peace in a world of chaos and fear?
This is and has been one of the most oppressive years in the history of this nation and the Body of Christ. Many people are coming into church or watching online with oppressive, fearful, despotic, discouraged, disappointed spirits and heavy hearts. This can be very depressing if our Heavenly Father had not given to us His response and answers to everything we would and will face in this world. Revival must begin in the Church before a Reformation is to take place!
When we look at a year like 2020 it can be easy to ask the question, “Where is God?” Here is the true hope of the Gospel: life will have its ups and downs. We will experience heartache and sadness. But, even in the midst of the most difficult moments of our life, God is with us and God is working.
“Be still, and know that I am God; I will be exalted among the nations, I will be exalted in the earth!” - Psalms 46:10 (NKJV)
We are called to live in peace and to be peacemakers in the earth. Since we are called to be peacemakers, then we need a healthy understanding of what peace is and what peace is not.
We are in an interesting position right now in America. Statistics are showing an alarming increase of polarization that is affecting the very soul of our country. What isn’t surprising about the condition of the church in our nation right now is that Jesus told us in Matthew 24:10-12 that in the last days.
The devil's number one target - the Word of God that is sown into the heart of Christians. Why does he come to steal the Word of God? The Word of God defeated him and keeps defeating him!
Jesus gives us the Heavenly Vision that never changes, individually and corporately as His church. This heavenly vision is not from the world ways of doing things or to blend in with the prevailing culture or developed by Christian religion or organizations, but it is given from God Himself, given to Jesus, Who gives it to His Church through the Holy Spirit. This heavenly vision is the true purpose of the Church and is eternal. Any vision that is from the world or religion’s perspective is only temporary and changes depending on what is happening in society and the culture. God’s vision is eternal and never changes because God never changes.
“And if a kingdom is divided and rebelling against itself, that kingdom cannot stand. And if a house is divided (split into factions and rebelling) against itself, that house will not be able to last." Mark 3:24-27 (AMP)

When you are born again, receiving Jesus Christ as your Lord, God puts you in the seat of authority with Jesus at the right hand of God. You will experience difficulties, heartbreak, persecution, spiritual attacks, and ambushes. However, we are to endure, persevere, and overcome hardship!
Warfare in the earthly realm first begins in the spiritual realm. We are called to stand!! Standing refers to a position and mental attitude based on Truth. Every spiritual fight, whatever the situation that we face, we begin the fight in victory, that is our position.

Advancing, going forward, growing, and making progress is always God’s plan for your life. To fulfill our destiny, we must continue to progress even when we encounter seemingly impossible circumstances. There are certain things that must be settled in my heart to move forward in faith and not retreat or give up.
You must join your faith with God’s Word. The two must become one in thought, words, and action. What keeps us from receiving the end result of what God has promised to us?

Since we are called to crisis, we need to understand that there are going to be some fights along the way. We are called to stand and to fight the issues in our culture. But we will never be able to stand against the devil's strategies in our culture until we learn to stand against the strategies he uses to challenge us individually.
Why is the way we think so important? The two original thought patterns were established at the beginning of time when God created us in His own image. There was One voice in the garden, that educated Adam and Eve to One Way of thinking, acting, and living; it was God’s voice.
What is your reaction to crisis? Our action and response in a crisis, circumstance, or any negative situation is determined by one of two factors, Faith or Fear.
On this episode of CL Talks, Pastor Al & Pastor Cameron Brice sit down with Evangelists Pat & Karen Schatzline to discuss 'Responding To Crisis'.

When unexpected crisis comes and lingers, it creates an environment for the arising of God’s men and women to come on the scene and address the crisis from their God-given anointing, authority, and most importantly, praying, speaking, and moving with confidence; not with confidence in themselves but the confidence that comes from spending time with God by taking time praying and worshipping in your understanding and the Spirit, and time in His Word.

Isaiah 26:3-4 NKJV "You will keep him in perfect peace, Whose mind is stayed on You, Because he trusts in You. Trust in the LORD forever, For in YAH, the LORD, [He is your fortress, your shield, your banner] is everlasting strength."
The Father so deeply desired to remove the separation, feuding and hostility that stood between our unity, peace and friendship, that He sent Jesus to reconcile all things back to Himself.
Are you operating with FEAR based patterns or FAITH based patterns in your life?
Isaiah 26:3-4 NKJV "You will keep him in perfect peace, Whose mind is stayed on You, Because he trusts in You. Trust in the LORD forever, For in YAH, the LORD, [He is your fortress, your shield, your banner] is everlasting strength."
Who does the calling, what are we called out of, and what are we called into? Who does God call and what does He call us to do when He calls every person?
1 Peter 2:9-10: 'But you are a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, His own special people, that you may proclaim the praises of Him “WHO” called you “OUT” of darkness “INTO” His marvelous light; who once were not a people but are now the people of God, who had not obtained mercy but now have obtained mercy.'
Our spiritual enemies show no mercy and are not partial to whom they attack. They prey upon every human being and especially look for the weakest and the weary. How do we, the Church of Jesus Christ, handle these attacks? Intercessory prayer!
The Christian life is described as a ‘walk.’ It means “activity, movement, progress, to make use of every opportunity, to conduct oneself in representation of a group or family.” What is the main characteristic of this walk? What about people hating us, people who persecute us, and people who say hurting and insulting statements? How is this walk possible?

Today's message is an incredible panel with Pastor Al Brice, Pastor David Mosher, Pastor Cameron Brice, and Pastor Sam Satchell!
“When we become overwhelmed by the consciousness of fear, we have a tendency to become unconscious of faith.” Fear becomes a giant eraser, erasing my faith in God and His promises. Fear desires to be your identity, therefore controlling your behavior, words, and actions. We even fear at times to submit ourselves to God’s authority, fearing that He may make us do something or go somewhere that would make us most miserable. NO!!! We as born-again believers have not been given the spirit of fear!!
To “design” something means ‘to plan and fashion the plan artistically and skillfully for an intended and definite purpose.’ Do you know that is what God did when you were in your mother’s womb? God’s perception of you was established in His heart before your conception
Intercession is praying in our understanding of God’s Word, praying in the spirit with the help of the Holy Spirit, and to intercede by my actions using the keys of the Kingdom of God. Intercessory prayer is not only for praying for ourselves but mainly for others.
When a group is scared of something, who goes to check it out? Who will taste or try something for the first time? When it comes to spiritual warfare, God gives specific instructions about one of the first things that we should do before and after prayer, and during the waiting period.
Today we will look at the life of Abraham, once names Abram, and see how God's promises never failed! Even when situations in the natural didn't look too great, God's promises remained true and came to pass!
There were many people in the Bible who faced some very hard and dark times, just like so many of us are facing today. As the whole world deals with the plague of the Coronavirus and the aftermath of economic chaos, we find ourselves, just like in Biblical times, making two choices: to live, praise, pray, and declare in the light of our faith and hope in God and His Word, or to grope blindly in the darkness of despair, depression, and hopelessness.
When you pray or petition God, we must come before Him with worship, petition, specific requests, and then thanksgiving.
panic attack - 'an intense wave of fear characterized by its unexpectedness and debilitating, immobilizing intensity'
Anxiety, Worry, and Depression are the most common emotional problems in our nation and the world today. The Bible tells us 'be anxious for nothing' but how can we do that? What are the instruction and principles the Bible gives us to combat worry, the attacks of anxiousness, and depression?
How do we stay on fire for God? First, you must get the fire after you have been born again!!
Praise is our outward expression of our deep inner affection, love, and fervent passion that arises from our hearts because there is a residing understanding of what our Heavenly Father has done, is presently doing, and will do for us as His chosen and beloved sons and daughters.
1 Corinthians 13:8 says "Love never fails", why is it so important for us to be positioned in Love? Who does this describe?
The day you received Jesus as your Lord, God Positioned you for success in every area of life. God orders your steps but you must position yourself in order to fulfill that which He is ordering for you, and then you begin the stepping.

As we read God’s Word, the Bible, we find that fasting is a very important characteristic of every man and woman of God. Fasting is mainly for spiritual reasons, but it can also benefit you physically and mentally.
