Sheletta is enjoying the COVID-19 quarantine a little too much. She tells her sister Darcea, who joins the show as a guest co-host, that she's gained 20-pounds in three weeks from a steady diet of donuts, fried chicken and chili cheese fries.

On Friday, June 14th they want women to bring their dads to a coffee house in St. Paul to get checked out by the ladies of Black Nurses Rock and have lunch with them for free.
Where are we really from? Lindy says her family is from Cleveland but her roots go far deeper than Ohio. She wanted to know more about her family's history so she called her good friend Dr. Gina Paige, co-founder of AfricanAncestry.com to find out more about her history.
