This is a Pagan Podcast with music, a spirit guide of the month, a dream symbol storytelling, and meditation. All in all a great mix of talk and music. And who knows what I will be talking about.
In this episode, we explore the Covenant of the Goddess (CoG), a cross-traditional Wiccan organization dedicated to fostering cooperation and unity among witches. With over one hundred affiliated covens and congregations, CoG provides a vital platform for solitary Wiccan practitioners to come together.
CoG's primary mission is to secure legal protections for witches, much like those enjoyed by members of other religions. Member covens typically focus on the veneration of the Goddess and the Old Gods or solely the Goddess, following common Wiccan practices. Notably, CoG operates through a consensus-based decision-making process, ensuring autonomy for all its members.
Don't forget to subscribe and leave a review if you enjoy the show. Together, we'll keep the spirit of unity and magic alive.

Announcement:
Hey everyone, I've got an important announcement to make. Your opinion is crucial in shaping the future of this podcast. I'm considering a logo change, and I want all of you to be involved in this exciting decision-making process!
I've handpicked a few fantastic pictures that I believe would make excellent logo options. But here's where I need your assistance—I want you to help me choose the best one!
Here's the plan: Starting in a month or so, I'll be running monthly polls where you can vote for your favorite logo picture. The top-voted picture from the previous month will continue to compete with four contenders. Exciting, right?
Now, I'm grappling with a decision. Should I present just two pictures in a head-to-head battle, or should I give you more options—maybe up to five? I'm open to your suggestions on this. Let me know your thoughts!
Although I haven't set a specific start date for the poll yet, I wanted to give you a heads-up in advance. Stay tuned for updates—I'll keep you posted on when the poll will kick off.
For this poll, I'll be conducting it ONLY on Facebook, Mastodon, the blog, Spotify for Podcasters, and Podbean.
Your input is invaluable to me, and I can't wait to hear your thoughts and see which logo picture resonates the most with all of you. Thank you in advance for being part of this exciting decision-making process!

We all know that this is something that we all having to face, pagan or not. Yet, today’s society is all about youth and forgetting about our elderly people. At the same time, paganism is all about the wisdom of the Crone and her male consort.
Paganism respects wisdom that comes with age, seeing it as a source of knowledge. We appreciate older pagans for their knowledge and experience as mentors and teachers. Pagan traditions have a great respect for their elders. We see older members of the community as guides to the young, and we sometimes ask their advice for.
As we age, we also go through spiritual growth and reflection. We look back on our lives as we get older and use it to reflect on accomplishments and failures and learn from them. We should use this time to look within ourselves and find spiritual guidance. This is what I will talk about in this show. The spirit guide is the Gorilla and the Dream symbols are Fake, famine, and feast.

Becoming a Pagan can be a life-changing experience. It's not just about a change in beliefs — it's a change in lifestyle. When a person becomes Pagan, they open themselves up to a different way of looking at the world. They learn to see the connection between all things and the sacred energy that flows through them. They embrace the cycles of nature, and they become more aware of their place in the grand scheme of things. In addition, they build a connection with the elements, animals, and plants around them.develop a deeper connection to the elements, the animals, and the plants around them. They become more knowledgeable about rituals and magick, and they understand the power of intention. Becoming Pagan can be an intense journey, but with it comes a newfound understanding of the world and our relationship to it. It's a journey that is both exciting and empowering. Anglo-Saxon Pagans are a loose label used to describe the diverse group of historically Pagan peoples living in the territory of modern England, beginning with Germanic peoples during the 5th century and continuing into the present. They may share certain commonalities with Modern Paganism, such as reverence for nature and other animals (particularly equine), divination practices, and seasonal celebrations. However, they may also differ in beliefs and practices that reflect their diverse origins and varying understandings of what makes up "pagan." For example, while Anglo-Saxon Pagans may share some commonalities with Modern Paganism, they may also have different understandings of what makes up "pagan" tradition. Back to our regularly scheduled program. Narcissism is every, even in the pagan community. The allure of Neo-Paganism is partly due to its emphasis on community and inclusivity. However, an emphasis on community also requires an ability to put oneself second—or at least be open to doing so—and this can be difficult for those with narcissistic tendencies. Many Pagans see Neo-Paganism as a safe space where they can be their true selves without judgment or fear of reprisal; however, this can be hard for those with narcissistic tendencies because they crave praise and adulation from other people. And some of these narcissists can be quite successful in the Pagan community by becoming leaders and teachers. But this is dangerous. I will explore this topic in more detail in the podcast. You can probably guess who the spirit guide of the week is. I am going to mention them here. However, the dream symbols are Immolation, Instrument, and Iron.

I will discuss some interesting facts about the ancient Sumerians and how this pantheon can be incorporated into modern paganism. The Spirit Guide of the Week is Ereshkigal. And the Dream Symbols are Sandals, Scalp, and Sea.

What it's All About:
One of the most popular forms of paganism is this. It is also somewhat difficult to discuss. Why? Most of the myths of ancient Rome are actually influenced by the myths of ancient Greece. The only difference is the names of the gods. There are added myths and rituals which I will discuss here. I know I will talk about their festivals, two of which are now modern holidays. Maybe we can talk about how Modern Roman Paganism is practiced today. The Spirit Guide of the Week is Venus. The Dream Symbols are inflatable mattress, inspection, and necklace.

If you are unfamiliar with this path, I will explain it more in this show. There are many paths one can take within the Wiccan Religion, including the Correllian Nativist Tradition. It incorporates the use of nature and ancient pagan practices into its practices. Listen to the podcast to learn more. The question that you may ask is "What are ley lines?" and "What does that have to do with paganism?". This is where I get esoteric. There are several places on the earth's surface that are thought to be aligned by ley lines. Depending on their location, these may (or may not) correspond to rivers, towns, and mountain peaks. Many ancient buildings were built near ley lines to harness their power, according to anecdotes, so it's not surprising that pagans would be drawn to them. I will talk about what ley lines are, the most famous sites where you can see them, and why they are important to paganism. This one is for all you Pagan Healers out there. Despite this, I would rather focus my attention on nurses, doctors, and other health professionals who have spent years studying before they begin working in their field. There is nothing wrong with herbalists, energy workers, and others working in alternative health. There's just been a lot of stress, Covid patients, and misinformation in traditional health care for the past two years. It's just that there are people in the health care profession who are also pagan. I believe traditional and alternative medicine can also work together. It is a serious subject. This isn't about pagan discrimination. There are a few heathen covens out there who make the rest of us look bad. Not all heathens or pagan are racist. It is irrelevant what color your skin is. Go ahead and be a pagan. We discuss this group as well as my own personal reasons for doing this show. I apologize for the two mistakes I made. First, I'm angry with these racists, so the sound quality is uneven. The second mistake I made was giving you the wrong URL for one of the articles I mentioned. It's humanisticpaganism.com/2016/08/31/ho…cleland-host/ (Note: this URL might not be up anymore). The idea of relating to Nature and the Environmental movement is an important part of Paganism. We believe that we are all a part of the Earth, and as such, it's our duty to take care of each other as well as protect the environment. Well, you heard about the Triple Goddess, but have you heard about the Triple God? Because we live in a patriarchal society, we pagans emphasize more on the goddess than the god. How does Taoism fit into Paganism? The answer to this question is that it doesn't. It's not a religion but an ancient philosophy and way of life. I did post some articles on both Facebook and Twitter saying that the movie "The Craft" got people interested in Paganism. That wasn't my case. Neither did reading any Harry Potter books got me into the path either. It was from being an

What it's All About:
The Triple Goddess is a concept in Wicca, a modern Pagan new religious movement, which usually includes the feminine deity, the Earth Mother, the goddess of love and fertility, and the goddess of death and magic. The idea of three phases can be traced back to ancient history. The three phases are thought to represent the cycles of nature- that is, earth/sky/sea or birth/life/death. I will be talking about all this in the show, so stay tuned. The spirit guide of the week is Lakshmi and the dream symbols are labor and ladder.

What it's All About:
Believe it or not, there are still Witch Hunts going on in the world today. I am not talking about the figurative ones. I am talking about real-life witch hunts around the world where people are still getting arrested or even killed for practicing witchcraft. I'll mention where these are still happening today. Maybe I will speak about the history of it as well. The Spirit Guide of the week is Ogun. The Dream Symbols are cancer, carnival, and carpet.

What it's All About:
For those of you who didn't know, I did a show all about Norse Mythology in the past. But, I did another episode on how white supremacists are using anything Norse and pretend that they are pagan when they are not. That's when I decided to delete the first show. However, I am rectifying that to redo the topic of Nordic Mythology. The spirit guide of the week is Frigg and I mispronounced two of her son's names. The dream symbol is Spider.

For all of you horror movie fans out there, this episode is all about the zombie. Since Samhain is coming up and I don't want to do another show on it, I thought it would be fun to talk about this monster. I will be talking about their history for those of you who don't know and more. So listen to this show. The spirit guide of the week is Deer. The dream symbols are ice cream, light, and ceiling.

I guess that you can call this a double feature. First, two days ago, on Social Media, I wrote this question: "I need some Pagan Music recommendations. Anyone got one?" I got a lot of responses. So I will try to play as many as I can in this show. Plus, I will be talking about Liminal Deities. Who and what are they. The Spirit Guide of the Week is Adonis and the Dream Symbols are sentencing, sesame, and sewer.

It is not about Hekate or the devil. And it's nothing to be scared of either. It is more about where we are in our own path in life. Which decision do you want to make to go down one of the two paths? Is it a good decision? When we look back, did we make the right choices? I will not answer these questions for you because they are yours to make. But I will be talking about this in the show. The Spirit Guides of the week are the Dosojin and the Dream Symbols are: ice, needle and nest.

This topic was a result of me talking to two non-pagans. Their first thought when I mentioned paganism isn't devil-worshipping, but something else. What they said, I was happy at the same time, concerned about it. I'll explain what that is and why I am on the fence about this. Plus, we can do as pagans to ensure we change the perspective of others. The Spirit Guide of the Week is Freyr and the Dream Symbols are Apartment, Bathroom/Washroom, and Drain.

We have one. Whether it is in our pockets, neck, purses, or a specific place at home, we all carry a talisman. But why do we do this, and where did it all start. For the first time, I will talk to Monica Crosson about her new children's book, The Dreamer's Journey. It is a Tarot story with a fun-to-color 22 card printable deck. It's an excellent read for kids and adults learning how to use the tarot for the first time. The story itself has a non-binary main character who goes on a journey. By the way, the spirit guide of the week is Hermes and the dream symbols are salt, scale, and Senior's Home. If you are interested in purchasing this book for a young one or yourself, scroll down to the links mentioned below and click on SYOB Bookstore - Speak Your Own Book. That will take you straight to the book. By the way, I have to apologize for the sound quality during the interview.
Monica Crosson - is a practicing witch and educator for over thirty years. Monica is also a member of the Evergreen Coven. She’s also written other books, such as The Magickal Family and Wild Magical Soul. Crosson is also a regular contributor to Llewellyn's Almanac and Datebooks, and magazines such as Witchology, Witchway, and Enchanted Living. And she currently lives near Concrete, Washington.

I just read that there was something on Facebook about alcohol addiction and paganism. I think that it was hosted by Harold Carter. I didn't join into that. But I thought that I might talk about something that affects some people and that is Bipolar Depression. But I want to focus on the pagan way of treating this. The spirit guide is the duck and the dream symbols are nail, name, and neck.

This is what the majority of us are. Being eclectic is fun and accepting. Yet, there are those that don't think that there is such a thing as Eclectic Paganism or Wicca. But there is among all that is Paganism. However, this is a hard topic to talk about, because it differs from person to person. The Spirit Guide of the Week is Kybele (I accidentally mispronounced Cybele on the show). And the dream symbols are head, helicopter, and hill.

You might be thinking that this doesn't happen in Paganism. Or that this only happens to school children. However, bullying does happen to adults and in any kind of setting, including covens, rituals, and festivals. And it's not just in person, but online as well. For example, I have read many bullies comment on Facebook Groups every time there is a post about Christopagans. Plus there are three major events that happened, two in Canada and one in the heathen community that also has to do with bullying. I will talk about this and what we can try to do to stop this from happening. There is an update to one of the three new events that I have to mention since this is a bi-weekly show. The guy charged with killing a Muslim family in London, Ontario, Canada got the terrorism charge. The spirit guide of the week is Aries and the dream symbols are the floor and coffee.

It is going to be a controversial topic. Marijuana and other drugs are not allowed in Pagan Covens during ritual or at a Festival. Yet, there are still some of us that use cannabis for spells. It is still illegal to use in most places around the world. And the health implications of using this are still being talked about. What will be discussed in this show is the Pagan view of Marijuana. Should it be used in this context? The Spirit Guide of the Week is Astarte. The Dream Symbols are underwater and underwear.

There was a debate on a Facebook group on a book about the Divine Feminine that discriminated against transgender people. It got me thinking, why isn't there a book on the Divine Feminine for men? First of all, sorry for the low monotone voice on the podcast. The reason was that this was my second attempt at recording at 2 a.m. The first attempt did not go too well because Adobe Audition needed to be updated.
Other than that, You might think that Buddhism has nothing to do with Paganism. But it does. Plus there are Pagans out there that also practice Buddhism or parts of it. I remember messaging with one Zen Pagan about a very controversial symbol a few years ago. That was an insightful and delightful conversation. There are ways to incorporate some Buddhist practices into your path. I'll explain more in the show. The Spirit Guide of the Week is Avalokitesvara and the dream symbol is Key.

I choose the above picture because Activism is more than just Black Lives Matter or against Racism. In fact Paganism and Activism go hand in hand. How you might ask? Well the root word for Pagan is from the country side. That means that we worship the earth. Otherwise, we are tree huggers. I don't think that I have ever hugged a tree, but I touched one that communicated with me in a strange way. We don't just want to save the environment, but we also want to protect all the wild animals that live in the forest, the sea or the dessert. I'm an animal lover myself.
But Pagan Activism is not limited to the Environment, Animal Rights, or getting rid of White Supremacists. There are feminists, some of Dianic, who are still fighting for women's rights. There are LGBTQ Pagans who are still fighting their own battles for their rights. The Spirit Guide of the Week is Medusa and the Dream Symbol is Animals.

The idea for this show came about when I got a message from a listener on Twitter asking why we are not mainstream. We both ended up in a interesting discussion about this topic. The listening mentioning some of us being New Age "Fluffy bunnies" but not all of us are. I mentioned to this listener and I will talk about it here the two reasons why we are not mainstream. And for those of you who don't want to be exposed to too much politics, a warning that the second half of this show and the show coming up after this one, will be political. This topic was a request from a fan on Facebook. I don't know if I did do a show on this or not. Otherwise, please let me know. There was a blog that I posted on both Facebook and Twitter called Cross and Crossroads: Hexing for Social Justice. I did get one response from someone concerned about doing such a thing and remembering what the Wiccan Rede says. I know that are tons of injustices happening around the world and not just in North America. I do believe that not only Black Lives Matter, but Everyone's Lives Matters regardless of skin color, sexuality or gender. But I want to get back to talking about the Wiccan Rede and some how decipher it's meaning. The spirit guide of the week is Dog and the Dream Symbols are Worms, Bugs and Skin.

What it's all about:
When the pandemic first came to North America a few weeks ago, I was getting over a bad cold, and I thought that I would not join the podcast bandwagon talking about this. Plus, I was trying to live life as normal, despite not having to go to my usual exercise class, or use the gym in my apartment building. But there are a couple of things about this disease that irked me. I even had a heated discussion from a totally anxiety ridden and misinformed family member about Covid-19, over the phone. That is why I decided to do this show. So I am going to talk about two areas of this pandemic which are the Media and Snake Oil Salespeople. The latter has something to do with Paganism. Summary:
I did post some articles on both Facebook and Twitter saying that the movie "The Craft" got people interested in Paganism. That wasn't my case. Neither did reading any Harry Potter books got me into the path either. It was from being an
Anne Rice fan that got me into the idea of being a Pagan. She didn't just write stories about Vampires, but about witches too. The Spirit Guide of the Week is Baba Yaga and the Dream Symbol is Spider.

Summary:
This show is usually for everyone. But there are those people in today's military whom are Pagan. I remember years ago, watching the show Biography on A & E before it had it's own channel. I was watching both parts of their Halloween special on witches, both parts 1 and 2. On the second part, they did talk about one couple in the U.S. military, whom are pagan. The husband died, and the wife was fighting to get the pentagram on his tombstone. Anyway, I'll be talking more about modern pagans in the military. By the way that was a good show. The Spirit Guide is another request from Twitter for Santa Muerte. I am still waiting for a request for a god. The dream symbols are Midnight, Rabbit and Candle.

Summary:
Today's show is all about what Paganism is sort of about and that is mythology. We are a polytheistic religion, which means that we pick and choose the deities that we want to worship. And all of the deities have a mythological story about them told throughout the ages. That's what this show is about. the Spirit Guide of the week is Hel. And by the way, don't be afraid to suggest some gods and not just goddesses. The dream symbol is Table.

Summary:
Today's show is a surprising one. That is because we Pagans who are on the traditional paths have been trying to let Non-Pagans know for years that we are not Satanist. But there is a growing group of Pagans who worship Lucifer. However, I will not call them Satanist, rather Luciferian Pagans. The Spirit Guide of the Week is the Dragonfly and it's Eggs in this week's Dream Symbol.

Summary:
This show is not quite pagan, but for everyone. It deals with a subject that we humans, as a species, should avoid but for some reason can't. It's gossip. There are studies that say that gossip connects us. However, there are those, including myself, that disagree. I believe that gossip does divide us. The Spirit Guide of the Week is Bagalamukhi and the Dream Symbol is Weddings.

This show was a suggestion from a fellow Pagan Podcaster who thought that I was ignoring the gods in most recent past shows. I mean the men when it comes to spirit guides of the week. This show is not just about one, but many. And I am not going to be ignoring any genders here. I will also talk about how you can find a deity to worship on your own.
