My pick of the week is the new Anastasia Beverly Hills Modern Renaissance palette. I have been wearing this for a couple weeks now and it definitely has lived up to the hype for me. The shadows are pigmented, blend well, and have minimal fallout. Not only does this palette have beautiful shades like Love Letter a beautiful raspberry pink which are more vibrant, but the neutral shades like Burnt Sienna are beautiful. The Anastasia palette rarely disappoint me and this might have knocked my favorite Shadow Couture World Traveler down to second place! It is 42.00 and available at several retailers like Sephora.com as well as anastasiabeverlyhills.com.

My pick of the week is Notoriously Morbid and their Mystic Matte liquid lipsticks. I've had Notoriously Morbid as my pick of the week before with their amazing Duochrome lipstick changelings that makes any lipstick into a metallic Duochrome. I recently picked up some of their new liquid lipstick colors, one of them being Ethereal which is a gorgeous rose gold metallic matte that lasted through two meals. Another cool thing is that they brought back their duos. For 8.00 you get to choose two mini liquid lipsticks of your choice in mini sizes. It's a really nice way to try them or if you are like me and have to many as it is and need smaller sizes. You can check them out on notoriouslymorbid.com.

News:
For those that bought the new Jaclyn Hill and Becca eyeshadow palette that was part of the new Champagne Glow collection I have some interesting news. The reviews for the palette have been quite bad, and apparently Jaclyn Hill and Becca Cosmetics have noticed. So according to Jaclyn Hills Snapchat the palette was not up to par and they are pulling it from stores and production. They will be offering refunds to those not happy with it.
For you fancy ladies and gents out there I have some Christian Louboutin news for you! In July Louboutin will be debuting lip lacquer glosses in the gorgeous packaging we love with mermaid scale tubes. No pricing or dates yet but hopefully we will find out soon!
My pick of the week is the new Black Moon Cosmetics Black Metal Trinity and Myth liquid lipsticks. I was lucky enough to to grab these at PHAMExpo and I'm so glad I did. The Black Metal trinity set includes three brand new shades in Sorrow a deep metallic shades in deep blue, Armageddon deep metallic burgundy reminiscent of OCC’s Black Metal Dahlia, and Immortal and deep purple with blue sparks. It came in beautiful packaging that Black Moon is known for and is 58.00. Myth which is offered outside of the trio is limited edition and is a deep emerald green and is my favorite of the four. If you are loving the metallic lips trend and want a long lasting formula I would definitely recommend these. They will be available soon on Blackmooncosmetics.com so make sure to follow them on their IG @blackmooncosmetics for dates!

Makeup Forever is debuting a new foundation which I have a feeling will be a big hit! It is the Water Blend Face and Body Foundation and is a gel water formulation. There will be 20 shades at launch and will be 43.00. It should be out in the next couple months so keep a look out! The Face and Body foundation is already a cult classic so we’ll see how well this formula works!
MAC is coming out with yet another new collection very soon! The MAC Blue Nectar collection will include lipsticks and Plushglass. There will be some popular limited edition lipsticks coming back like Riot House from the Osbourne collection and Barbeque. It should be up on June 2nd online and June 9th in stores.
In indie news, the new Jeffree Star highlighters and palette that has a huge buzz on social media right now is upon us! No time yet but they will be released Wednesday May 25th, make sure to follow @jeffreestarcosmetics on Instagram for swatches!
My pick of the week is more of a review of the week because it has been so highly requested, the new Jaclyn Hill Champagne Collection Face palette! This palette is a mix of two highlighters and three highlighters. The highlighters consist of the ever so popular Champagne Pop, and a limited edition color Prosecco which is a more yellow gold version of Champagne Pop. The three blushes Rose Spritz, Amaretto, and Pamplemousse are also quite beautiful. Rose Spritz is the most shimmery of the three and gave a beautiful glow. Amaretto and Pamplemousse were satiny and blended out nice as well. The packaging is stunning, with white and gold and a large mirror. It is 52.00 and I think it is a very fair price for what you get. It feels luxurious and the colors are gorgeous on the skin. It will be available on Sephora.com May 26th 9am pst and in stores June 16th.
Crystal and Forrest meet with the wonderful Jaclyn B., the Director of Education for PHAMExpo.
Let's talk about the wonderful reasons behind why PHAMExpo is important for an aspiring makeup artist. So whether you are an aspiring or working professional makeup artist, come check out this new show!

Benefit has officially debuted their huge upcoming brow collection that has been years in the making! The exciting part about it is it has something for everyone I think from gel liner for those that are Anastasia dip brow fans and want to try something new to the Precisely, My Brow pencil which looks a little like the also popular Anastasia Beverly Hills Brow Whiz or the NYX Microbrow. There will also be a brow primer, 3D Browtones which will give a highlight to your brow, the popular Gimme Brow is back with more colors, and more! You can preview the collection right now on Ulta.com! They should be coming out online June 24th on Ulta.com as well as other retailers and there will be a preorder on June 6th on Hsn.com!
My pick of the week is the new Loreal Glam Bronze bronzers! I didn't think I would find another drugstore bronzer that I loved as much as the Physicians Formula Butter bronzer but I really like these! They come in bright orange packaging and the pans are quite large. I bought the Light and Medium colors. The light was quite cool almost gray which turned out to be an excellent contour on my NW20 skin. The Medium I used to warm up my contour and forehead a bit and I loved the result. They are not matte but on the shimmery side so for those that prefer mattes I might stay away from these. I liked the glow they gave and they are quite pigmented. I bought them at Target for 12.99 each but you can also buy them from Ulta.com as well!
News:
It looks like the new innovation in cosmetics is second skin! The “second skin” was partly created by Massachusetts Institute of Technology or MIT and has the potential to being a groundbreaking discovery in the cosmetics industry as well as many others. It is a flexible compound that goes on like a lotion and then when activated with an ointment smooths out wrinkles and creates an invisible film or second skin. What is cool about this is that not only could it be used in the beauty industry (the primer to end all primers) but can also be used to treat eczema, as well as protect us against sun damage!
If you have been on social media these past few days it would be hard to miss this news. If not, there is a new Jaclyn Hill and Sephora collaboration coming soon! There will be a new face palette or Champagne collection which is in gold packaging and looks like a mix of highlighters and blushes. It may include a new highlighter that Jaclyn has hinted is a sister to the very popular Champagne Pop she helped create. Right now the potential date is May 26th online on Sephora.com and in stores June 16th. That can change so definitely make sure to follow Jaclyn Hill on her Instagram and Snapchat!
The pick of the week is the Bare Minerals Invisible light Translucent Powder Duo. Bare Minerals describes this powder palette as “Two distinct finishes give your complexion an effortlessly fresh-not flat-look.” This palette includes two powders that are great at setting your Makeup. The left side is your more matte formula. It is very soft and finely milled and I use it under the eye area to set my concealer. The right side is a more shimmery powder that are very reminiscent of the Hourglass Ambient powder. I use a fluffy powder brush and use that as my finishing powder as my last step and it gives such a beautiful subtle glow. The palette is 32.00 in black packaging and you can buy it at Sephora.com, Ulta.com, and bareescentuals.com.

News:
As we know some of the most popular collections these past few years have been celebrity brands or collaborations! Rihanna with M.A.C who is also creating her own line now, Kylie Jenners lip kits and there has been some talk of the next big celebrity cosmetics brand, Lionel Richie! The Grammy award winning singer recently filed a trademark for “Hello by Lionel Richie”. He also included copyrights to protect everything under his trademark which will include “cosmetics, face masks, body glitter, bath beads, hair bows, and nail polish” Not sure yet how much Nicole will be involved but it will be interesting to see!
M.A.C will be debuting their newest collection with Chris Chang this week! There will be 14 products including lipsticks, eye shadows, cream colour base, fluidline and pressed powder in limited edition vibrant packaging. So far I have seen very mixed reviews on this collection so swatching them in store might be beneficial for this collection. It should be available online on May 5th at Maccosmetics.com and in stores on May 12th! If you want to check out reviews or swatches first Christine of Temptalia.com has full reviews up!
Our picks of the week are the new Lancôme Juicy Shaker pigment infused Bi-phased lip oils! These are such a nice break from the super matte products that have been all the rage lately. Lancôme describes them as “A perfect cocktail of nourishing oils. The bi-phase lip oil formula combines the comfort of nourishing oils with the revitalizing power of color pigments”. These lip oils contain apricot, peach, sweet almond, rose, and cranberry oils as well as pigment that goes on as a sheer wash. The packaging is what sold me at first, they are beautiful silver tubes that resemble martini shakers that you shake to mix the pigments with the oil. The applicator is also really neat and is a very soft cushion that applies the perfect amount of oil and pigment. There are 20 shades or flavors I like to call them, and range from Freedom of Peach which is a light wash of peach that smells like peaches, to Apri-cute a sheer orange that smells like Apricots. They are really fun to use, have beautiful packaging, are very moisturizing, and are fun for summer! You can buy them for 21.00 each on Sephora.com Ulta.com and Lancôme-USA.com!

My pick of the week is the Benefit Cheekathon Palette! I know this has been a popular palette but I had to share why I love it so much. Usually I feel palettes like this at Christmas time are the ones that sell out, and I'm not sure why this hasn't yet. For 58.00 you get 5 of Benefits full size blushes and bronzers as well as a brush! For those that are fans of Hoola or have been wanting to try it or their blushes this is a great option. Dandelion is probably one of my favorite blushes of all time on my NW20 skin, it is such a beautiful soft pink that blends amazing. Rocketeur is also such a gorgeous blush topper that I probably would have never bought alone but am so glad it's in the set. It also comes with Coralista, a peachy coral blush that is a 4.2 out of 5 on Makeupalley, and Dallas a dusty rose which is 4.3 rating. You can buy it from benefitcosmetics.com, Ulta.com, Sephora.com, and Macy's.com.

My picks of the week are the Urban Decay Afterglow 8 Hour Powder Highlighters! As you guys know already know I'm obsessed with highlighters and have quite a few at this point, so it's pretty hard to impress me. These were such a pleasant surprise! They advertise them as lasting 8 hours and they lasted longer than that on me with no setting spray. The formula is buttery and smooth. Aura, a light cool pink is beautiful on my Nw20 skin and is my favorite of the three. Sin, a champagne gold goes on like a dream and to give it that metallic look, you can apply it wet! Fireball is also beautiful as a blush topper for me, changing from light pink to a copper. They come in sleek silver compacts and are 26.00. You can buy them from ulta.com Sephora.com and urbandecay.com!
News:
Jeffree Star has announced the debut date of his new liquid lipstick Scorpio, a gray purple matte. It will be available at 10am pst Saturday April 16th. It will be available on JeffreeStarCosmetics.com as well as Beautylish.com.
For you Hourglass Ambient fans you might be excited for this! New primers called Ambient Light Correcting Primer will be coming out soon! They are oil free and advertised as primer that neutralizes, brightens, and softens light giving a subtle glow. They will be 44.00 and available in three formulas; Luminous Light, Dim Light, and Mood Light. I am a big fan of their ambient powders so I can't wait to try these. They will be available on Sephora.com and are up for preorder on Barneys.com right now.
M.A.C has just announced the first product in their new Selena line coming later this year! The first preview is a red lipstick with purple packaging designed with the Selena signature on the tube called Como La Flor. The collection is a collaboration with Selena's sister, Suzette Quintanilla who said this about creating this collection. "I wanted the colours to be about her personally, what she wore on and offstage," M.A.C announced it will be coming in October!
My pick of the week is the Benefit Dandelion Dew Liquid blush. Benefit describes this blush as A “sheer, baby-pink blush gives cheeks a dewy, delicate pink glow. Its lighter-than-air liquid texture melts in for a natural blush look that’s so soft and radiant…you’ll look lit from within.” I think their description is pretty spot on! I am an NW20 and this blush is beautiful on my fair skin. I applied a small dot on each cheek and blended out with the Beauty Blender and it gave a beautiful glowing from within pink, matte flush. I would recommend this blush for fair to light skin tones. I have seen some reviews from those that consider themselves medium and it worked for them as well so you might want to give it a try. It is 28.00 for 1 oz. in beautiful packaging and is available on Benefitcosmetics.com , Ulta, Sephora, HSN, and BirchBox.com!

With the sale coming up I thought I'd mention some things you might want to pick up! On April 12th Kat Von D will have a everlasting liquid lipstick mini duo with the colors Melancholia and Susperia on Sephora.com.
The new Laura Mercier Face Illuminator Powders are available on Sephora right now! There are three new colors Seduction a warm bronze, Devotion a cool pink, and Addiction in gold. They are 44.00 and Come in a sturdy black compact and are in a beautiful wave design.
You can also check out the new Kat Von D quad palettes, a new Benefit Cheekathon blush and bronzer palette, and I am hoping the new Disney Minnie Sephora collection will be up in Time as well!
My pick of the week is the Burts Bees Argan and coconut oil cleanser. This oil makeup remover is amazing at taking off a full face of makeup at night. I know when I first heard of using oil on my face I thought of clogged pores but once I added argan oil in my regimen I never looked back! You pump once or twice, then massage the oil on your dry face. The makeup starts breaking up right away. After massaging for a few minutes I add warm water and massage more, then rinse. I cleanse again with the Neutrogena sensitive cleanser afterward because I double cleanse, but I have seen a lot of people say you don't have to. You can get this cleanser at Target, Burtsbees.com, and at Ulta!

The new Kat Von D Shade Light quad contour eyeshadow palettes are available at Sephora! The colors are rust, sage, plum, and smoke for 26.00 each. The packaging is the usual sleek black that Kat offers and are quite versatile.
A new collaboration by M.A.C has been announced and this one appeals to my childhood and nerdy side! MAC is celebrating with Star Trek their 50th anniversary and their powerful women with a limited edition collection in the Fall! The packaging has the Star Trek symbol and will have 25 different products including lipgloss and lipstick. Can't wait for this one!
Since it was just Easter my pick of the week is our favorite little egg, the Beauty Blender! I know this is not new to most of you but for those who have not tried it I'd like to tell you why it works for me. Firstly, I tried to avoid buying it believe me. I tried the Soho, Maybelline, Real Techniques, and some random Amazon knockoffs as well. Once I got my Beauty Blender there was no going back. As you guys know I have dry skin due to my anti aging Retin-A regimen and this is the only way I can apply foundation without my skin flaking while still getting the coverage I want. The best way for me is to spray it with fix plus and then dab my foundation in. It is soft and can get in my under eye area and the inner corners of my nose no problem. The holidays are the best times to get these as they always have amazing deals on them during that time. If you are a Costco member there have been sightings of them in store for 14.99! If not you can buy them at places like Sephora, HSN, and Macy's!

My pick of the week is something different today! Today I wanted to review the Swirl and Sparkle solid brush cleansers! They are solid cleaners that you use to clean your brushes! They come in several designs that are absolutely adorable and in different sizes. I dipped my brush in warm water, swirled it around the soap, then I swirled it on the diamond sugar lid which are great for breaking up gunk deep in the brush. I repeated this process once or twice depending on the brush and then rinsed them clean! They come in amazing scents like Rocky Road Brownie, Cherry Mist, and Chocolate Waffle Cone. Check them out at www.SwirlandSparkle.com and follow them on Instagram @swirl.and.sparkle I'll be posting some pics of mine on our Instagram @TWiMakeup

For you Mac fans, or those wanting to try their shadows for the first time, I have great news! Mac dropped their pro single shadow pans unexpectedly from 10.00 to 6.00. You can also use your Pro discount to get them ever further down in price! No news yet on whether or not this is permanent or a temporary promotion. You can check out the 127 shades on Maccosmetics.com!
The pick of the week is FeatherRiverBody Cosmetics! I got to test some of their shadows and they are beautiful. The ones I tried are in pressed form and are sold in pans that you can pop in your Z palette. My favorite is Caught, a metallic olive gold that is extremely pigmented. Formula wise they remind me of Makeup Geek’s formula which is a firmer but pigmented formula, compared to Kat Von D and Devinah Cosmetics which is a softer, buttery formula. You can buy them from their Etsy store front FeatherRiverBody and check them out on Instagram @featherriverbody They are 6.00 each but you can save 25% on your first order with the code FIRSTORDER25

The Violet Voss Holy Grail palette has an official date! It will be up on March 3rd at 10am pst. If you haven't seen or heard of this palette yet it is a mix of warm neutrals, berries, and reds matte and shimmer. I was able to try this palette this week and it is very nice, it reminds me a bit of the Sephora Marsala palette and the Morphe 35o. If you'd like to see pictures I posted some a few days ago on our Instagram @twimakeup. Make sure to use the code holygrail10 to drop the price from 52.00 to 42.00!
The next Mac cosmetics Viva Glam lipstick collaboration has been announced and it is Caitlyn Jenner! The lipstick will be named Finally Free and is a mid toned rosy nude in the Cremesheen formula. 100% of the selling price goes to the M.A.C AIDS Fund Transgender Initiative to continue to support the transgender community. It will be available April 7th and will be 17.00.
My pick of the week is the Love Luxe Beauty custom magnetic palette! You guys have seen me post my C3po palette I received a week or so ago and I wanted to talk a little about them since I've gotten so many questions about them. They are magnetic so just like the Z palette you can pop any magnetic pan right into them. As for the custom design you can send her almost any image you like and she will work with you on designing it. She also has some cute stock images that will work as well. You can get them for 24.00 for the medium size and 40.00 for the large. She also makes some absolutely gorgeous highlighters that you should definitely check out! You can buy them at etsy.com/shop/loveluxebeauty or you can go to their IG account @loveluxebeauty and go to their link in the bio!

Colourpop’s new Ultra Satin Lip liquid lipsticks with a brand new formula will be out on February 25th! There will be 16 shades ranging from nudes like Magic Wand to a couple unique colors like a lavender called Marshmallow and will be 6.00 each. For those who find their former liquid lipsticks too drying these are supposed to be not as matte and not transfer proof.
The Makeup Geek Mannymua collab has dropped and not without some serious drama. The original announcement was that it was going to be available for preorder at 2pm pst. They released them early around 8am, most likely as a soft opening so not to bog down the server at 2. Unfortunately the word got out and it was next to impossible to check out all day. As a consumer it was very frustrating and I gave up after a few tries. I haven't tried yet this morning so here's hoping the servers are back in order.
My pick of the week is more of a dupe of the week! As you guys know I love the Glitterinjectons pressed glitters. They are gorgeous and unique. Unfortunately everyone else in the world has discovered this and they are consistently sold out! Well fret not! I recently discovered MBA cosmetics now selling pressed glitters and for half the price of 6.00 each! They swatch the same and perform very similar. You can buy them on mbacosmetics.com or on their Etsy store front.

The new Tarte collections are up on Ulta and Sephora to preview! Sephora’s exclusive line Rainforest of the Sea includes new brushes, water foundation, lipsticks, a highlighter palette, an eyeshadow palette, and more. It looks like it will be VIB exclusive at first and available online on February 29th. Ulta’s line Double Duty is also available for preview and includes brushes, mascara, a creamy powder foundation and cheek eye palettes and will be available February 21st.
One of my favorite liquid lipsticks brands Black Moon Cosmetics is coming out with 4 new shades on February 21st. Not only do they have gorgeous packaging but they are very long lasting without being too drying. The four colors are Selene, a plum with a metallic purple sheen, Grim, a cool brown gray, Harvest an orange with a red undertone, and Wrath a pink mauve with brown undertones. They should be available at 12pm pst!
My pick of the week is the new Nyx Cosmetics Strobe Genius palette. As you guys know I am obsessed with highlighters and I can tell you these are definitely a hit. They are buttery, pigmented, and creamy. They remind me a lot of the Becca highlighters that we all love but at an incredible price point. The lavender shade is my absolute favorite, reminding me a bit of the new Becca Pearl but with a bit of a soft lavender tinge. You can buy it from Nyxcosmetics.com or Ulta. I was able to buy it from Ulta with their 3.50 coupon and got it for around 15.00!

For you Makeup Geek and Mannymua fans out there your dream palette is coming! The collaboration palette will debut February 24th and will include 9 shades, 2 of them being foiled, for 45.00. It has it been announced if they are all brand new but it looks like a warm palette with reds, coppers, and warm neutrals. No time yet so make sure to follow Makeupgeek and Mannymua for more details!
Today instead of my usual pick of the week, I am going to do a very quick and requested review of the hyped Kylie Jenner Kylie Cosmetics lip kits. I bought Posie K the first few minutes it debuted on Friday morning and received it Monday so it looks like they really tried to fix their shipping delay problem that the last launch had. The liner was really smooth and creamy and went on very smoothly. The lipstick is a thin, watery formula that went on evenly and opaque in one coat. It does have a very artificial sweet candy smell so for those sensitive to that keep that in mind. It is rub proof and kiss proof, and lasted through a meal with only the inner ring wearing off. The value is hard to tell as that is a personal thing. Sure there are more affordable and comparable liquid lipsticks out there, there are also a lot that are much more and worse quality. It's a solid liquid lipstick that I enjoyed wearing. Hope that helps some of you on the fence!

We finally have a date for the new Too Faced Peanut Butter and Jelly palette! It will be Ulta and Toofaced.com exclusive on February 28th and will be 36.00. It looks like it is a very warm palette with oranges, bronzes, and a beautiful purple/pink color as well. If you want to see it in action, you can go check out the beauty guru Jkissa’s YouTube channel! She just did an awesome review/tutorial with it!
Yes, it's the second week in the row we are discussing Kylie Jenner on the show! Today it's a positive thing, her new Valentine's Day inspired collection! There will be 3 new lip kits with a brand new formula, one a dusty pink and one a red. Unfortunately there is no date and it will supposedly drop unexpectedly within a week or two. I'm not sure yet if that will make the mania better or worse, we will have to wait and see!
My pick of the week is the Nivea Men's Sensitive Aftershave Balm! I know what you're thinking, not her too?! Yes! I jumped onto the craze and it really is that great. I made sure to really rub it in for a couple minutes until it was tacky, and then applied my foundation. It worked just as well as any high end primer I've tried. I personally like it because it helps with my foundation not sticking to my dry spots as it does without a moisturizing base. For those with very sensitive skin the one thing you might need to be wary of is the fragrance in it, as some people are sensitive to those in product. You can get it in the men's shaving section at places like Walmart or Target for around 6.00 for about 3.5 ounces!

My pick of the week is Glitter Elixir liquid lipstick! They are super creamy, incredibly opaque, and the colors are beautiful! My favorite is It Puts the Lipstick in the Basket (yes a Silence of the Lambs Reference) and it is a gorgeous deep mauve brown that is stunning. Their glitters are also gorgeous and have the cutest packaging. You can check them out on Etsy as Glitter Elixirs or check out their Instagram @glitterelixirscosmetics

You can get all these on Doseofcolors.com.
My picks of the week are the new Nyx Lingerie liquid lipsticks. At first I wasn't too excited by the line but after trying them I think they are excellent quality for the price of 7.00 each. They are extremely comfortable to wear but still lasted through a meal which is great. My personal favorite is Embellishment, a cool gray mauve. My picks of the week are the Shiro Cosmetics Cheekbones Contouring Powders inspired by the gorgeous Benedict Cumberpatch or Sherlock’s amazing cheekbones. My personal favorite is Burn the Heart Out of You which is described as a Matte cool-toned desaturated mauve. It is such a unique contour color that blends out beautifully. The packaging is also beautiful with an illustration of Sherlock himself. They are very affordable at 8.00 each that will last you forever, or 1.50 for samples! Check them out and Shiro’s other amazing products at ShiroCosmetics.com!
Our bonus picks of the week are the Bitter Lace Beauty highlighters! I recently tried a couple of their highlighters in Let it Glow, an icy blue silver highlighter and Sweater Weather a gold sheen. They both had gorgeous imprints pressed into them and were generously sized. They are quite shimmery so if you like more subtle highlighters I would use a light hand. They are 16.00 each and pop right in your Z palettes. You can buy them on bitterlacebeauty.etsy.com

Colourpop Cosmetics have released their newest collection Where the Night Is, another beautiful collaboration with one of our favorite beauty gurus Kathleen Lights! The standout being Telepathy, a metallic olive gold, and Taurus, a warm brown lipstick with matching liner. You can buy them right now on Colourpop.com!
My pick of the week is the new Too Faced Bon Bon palette! I wanted to resist this palette but once I tried it I fell in love. The pinks are saturated, pigmented and buttery, it smells like chocolate, and the packaging is sturdy and beautiful. If you are a fan of the Too Faced formula and love their Chocolate Bar palettes, you won't be disappointed in this one. Now that Sweet Peach palette needs to come out and I'll be complete!

Anastasia Beverly Hills are debuting their new Fall single shadows on December 15th on anastasiabeverlyhills.com. There are 15 shades of mattes and metallics in gorgeous jewel tones like Prussia, and intense cobalt blue, and Fudge a matte chocolate brown from their amazing Shadow Couture palette.
My pick of the week is the Wet & Wild Fergie Take on the Day Shadow Primer. Not only affordable at less than 6.00 retail, it is up there with any higher end primer on the market for quality. My shadows last all day until I remove them, and they also are intensified. Those who wear indie pigments know that primer can really make a difference with pigmentation, and I always recommend this primer first for those new to primer. News:
The Pantone colors of the year have been announced and are Rose quartz pastel rose, and Serenity a pastel cornflower blue. Sephora is continuing their tradition with a Pantone inspired collection that includes a pastel gloss set, two lipsticks, and a 15 shade palette. They are up on the site as coming soon so if you want to take a look at them! No date yet but should be soon!
Colourpop Cosmetics has just debuted their newest collaboration which I think is pretty special. It is an eyeshadow Puppy Love which is a soft Pearlized pinky beige. All proceeds go to support Best Friends Animal Society and their No Kill effort. If you are an animal lover and love Makeup, it's a win win!
For your liquid lipstick lovers, NYX is coming out with a new line of Lingerie Liquid lipsticks. The colors we have seen so far have been various shades of nudes, and are supposed to be a moussey matte formula. Should be coming 2016!
My pick of the week is Jack Black Intense Therapy Lip Balm spf 25. As the colder weather hits us, the need for more moisture is very important (Not to mention if you are a fan of the drying formula of liquid lipsticks). I have chronically dry lips and this one one of the few balms that I can say actually heals cracked and dry lips. I especially love it as a night lip mask! They are very affordable at 7.50 and you can often find them in holiday sets at Sephora and Ulta.

The very hyped Kylie Jenner Lip Kit debuted on Cyber Monday in 3 sets of liner and matching liquid lipsticks, 29 each. The colors Candy, Dolce, and True Brown are rumored to be coming back in a few weeks, and new products debuting in February.
Mac is debuting their new cushion foundation Matchmaster Shade Intelligence Compact as well as a new complementing brush online December 17th and in stores on December 26th. Great way to try the Korean Bb Cushion craze by a brand you love!
My pick of the week is the My Pretty Zombie contour duo in Pancakes (a white highlighter with green, blue, and purple sparks) and Do Not Sit Next to Dennis ( a cool toned light gray with purple undertones). They both blend beautifully, and the contour is amazing for creating that shadow in the hollows of your cheeks. The duo is a steal at 15.00 for both. You can get the duo as well as her others amazing blushes and shadows on pretty-zombie.com.

News
Black Friday is coming!
One of my favorite indie companies My Pretty Zombie is debuting a brand new collection for Black Friday that includes a highlight and contour set, and two blushes! You can also get 33% off your order with the code black15 (excluding shipping and some of her value sets that are already discounted). Her blushes are a cult favorite so if you haven't checked them out yet Thursday the 26th at midnight is the time!
Makeup Geek has announced they will be having a sale as well. Some deals include a Black Friday brush bundle for 40.00, a blush and eyeshadow variety pack for 50.00, and a Super Shimmer palette for 125.00. It would be a great time to stock up on favorites or try them for the first time!
Occ cosmetics are debuting 6 new lip tar colors on Black Friday on occmakeup.com, Nordstrom.com, and Beautylish.com. The stand out colors being Derelict, a dirty metallic Olive and Stud a matte grey purple. They will be offered in their new doe foot packaging and are limited edition!
We could probably dedicate a whole show to what would be on sale so my best advice is to check your favorite stores social media and check what their sales are and plan accordingly. You can preview some deals on Sephora's app, and Ulta has started their sale already and will continue through the week. If you're on a no buy my best advice to you is to completely stay off social media and forums for a couple days. Have fun and be safe out there!
My picks of the week are the Notoriously Morbid Changeling Top Coats. They are essentially lipstick toppers that add a holographic or duochrome effect to your lipstick. The reason I love them is that unlike a gloss, they will not dramatically change the longevity of your liquid lipsticks. My favorite colors are Leshy, a green duochrome and Siren a blue teal. They are also offering two new colors along with a huge sale on Black Friday so make sure to follow them to get all the info!
DepecheGurl, the amazing artist known for her lip and eye art, comes on to speak with TWiM and new releases and her new company, Cryptic Cosmetics.

A lot of you have been asking when the new Too Faced Bon Bon palette and Melted Chocolate lipsticks will be available and we have a more concrete date, December 8th!
My picks of the week are budget friendly, Elf cosmetics new brushes, the Sculpting Face Brush, e.l.f blending brush, and e.l.f Selfie Ready Foundation Brush. They are a very affordable 6.00 each but rival brushes from other brands at much higher price points. Incredibly soft, perfect for blending and contouring, they are an incredible value.

One of my favorite indie companies Darling Girl cosmetics is having a grand reopening of her new website shopdarlinggirl.com. She will have tons of new goodies like her satiny liquid lipstick Kisus, matte balms, as well as her Pink Friday collection which will bring back some old fan favorites!
My pick of the week is the Lunatick Labs contour palette. It is a gorgeous cool toned contouring palette that goes above and beyond anything palette I've seen so far. It includes shades for every skintone (though I think this is a fair to medium skintones dream). They are pigmented, finely milled, and blend nicely. Make sure to check out their other amazing products like their Mystifying microfinish powder with gorgeous packaging, as well as their lipsticks. If you're not following us on Instagram go check us out @twimakeup and see pictures of this gorgeous palette and so much more!

My pick of the week is Looxi Beauty Cosmetics. I gave you guys a sneak peek of my recent haul from them and I highly recommend them! They have beautiful pigmented shadows in mattes, duochrome, and shimmers. The star of Looxi for me is their incredibly pigmented pressed highlighters. Bombshell is a very close dupe to the popular Champagne Pop and is 15.00 for a full size compact. They also have a brand new gold highlighter la Belle which looks to be an excellent dupe for Mac Whisper of Gilt and Oh Darling. Go check them out!

Urban Decay has announced their newest palette which is a collaboration with Gwen Stefani. It contains 15 shades, including cooler neutrals and a couple pops of color like pink and blue. Ofra Cosmetics have launched their collaboration with the ladies of Dupe That. There are two highlighters, You Glow Girl a silvery pink, and You Dew You, a golden peach. They are 24.95 each but you can use code dupethat for 30% off.

They will also have limited edition Swarovski encrusted Celebrity Skins and Unicorn Blood but no official date has been announced for those yet.
My pick of the week is the Sleek Cosmetics Solstice Highlighting Palette. It has solid rose gold packaging that contains 4 highlighters, 2 cream and 2 powder. All 4 are very pigmented and have great lasting power. The lilac color is my personal favorite. You can buy them on SleekMakeup.com for 14.99!

My pick of the week is Skindinavia Makeup setting spray! It gives my skin a beautiful finish, as well as keeps my makeup looking fresh all day! It is so amazing, that Urban Decay outsourced it to use as their setting spray as well!
