Super Woman Wellness: Combining conventional mainstream medicine, Chinese and functional medicine, Ayurveda, nutrition, herbal therapies, fitness, and homeopathy to empower women to restore their health and well-being and embrace their purpose and gifts.
This special BONUS EPISODE, entitled Stronger Together, is the epilogue to our special nine-part series. It’s a closing conversation where our hosts Julie Flakstad & Dr. Taz Bhatia welcomed Womaness co-founders, Sally Mueller and Michelle Jacobs, to explore the importance of community and connection in midlife, their thoughts + reflections on the series overall and why they were so passionate about supporting it.
The conversation touches on how Womaness, a brand built for women by women, fosters community and trust, including a private Facebook Group called The After Party where over 9,000 women connect + share their insights and experiences about midlife. We also discuss the complex paradigm of women supporting women and why that sometimes feels difficult - both in life and in business.
We also take a valuable look back on the series, leaving listeners with valuable insights from key episodes and share more on what’s ahead for The Midlife Truth Project.
About Our Guests:
Sally Mueller and Michelle Jacobs met over 20 years ago. They became good friends early in their careers, creative collaborators, and honest sounding boards for each other. During a catchup a few years ago, Sally shared she’d been experiencing a variety of symptoms—aches and pains, vaginal dryness, and dry skin—and was surprised to learn that these were all related to menopause. After reaching out to friends and colleagues, they realized that this scenario was all too common. There was no clear education, support, or modern products for this time in a woman’s life.
So they did something about it. Leveraging their combined skills and experiences, they created Womaness, the leading women’s wellness brand, to modernize aging for women and to help them navigate their changing bodies with innovative products and solutions, essential information, and unlimited inspiration.

This is episode (5) of our special nine-part series entitled Sex is Complicated. Our hosts Julie Flakstad & Dr. Taz Bhatia, welcome celebrated urologist, author, and podcast host, Dr. Kelly Casperon to unravel why sex + intimacy becomes more nuanced as we age. Kelly’s direct and approachable style provides valuable perspective and much needed advice on all things adult sex-ed. In this episode, Kelly breaks down:
About Our Guest, Kelly Casperson MD.
Dr. Casperson is a board-certified practicing urologist interested in the power of the mind and science to change our views on sexuality. After years in medical practice, she had a life-changing patient who fueled not only her interest in learning everything she could about female sexual wellness but ultimately, her passion for educating women everywhere that they are not broken in the bedroom. They just didn’t get a proper education (and neither did their partners).
She created a podcast called You Are Not Broken which consistently ranks in the top 10 in the Apple “sexuality” category in multiple countries. It has been nominated for an AASECT award for three years running.
She went on to develop online courses teaching women the fundamentals of their anatomy and physiology, discussing their limiting beliefs, and normalizing their normal female sexual function, so that they are empowered to live their best love lives yet. She has a premier, private podcast/group coaching experience, which started in July 2022 to help people create desire and agency in their intimate lives.
Certified through the Life Coach School and the North American Menopause Society, she now combines her medical knowledge with mind-work to help women have more understanding and agency over their sexuality.
An engaging and humorous storyteller, she is a nationally recognized speaker, known for being approachable (like your big sister who is a doctor), making people feel comfortable with these often-uncomfortable topics, and changing lives in and out of the bedroom with her practical and useful tips.
She is opening The Casperson Clinic in October 2024

It’s a candid, heartfelt conversation where she also touches on the idea that we’re forever modeling for our children — even in midlife in terms of showing them that we can continue to flourish.
Our conversation also explores the vulnerable role of navigating aging parents and the concept of leaning into what they may need versus what we want. Kelly also generously recounts the recent loss of her mother and the invaluable lessons she taught her.

In this episode of The Midlife Truth Project podcast, hosts Julie Flakstad and Dr. Taz Bhatia sit down with Dr. Sharon Malone to discuss perimenopause and menopause, including why generations of women were left to suffer in silence, the now infamous Women's Health Initiative (WHI) Study and the resulting controversy regarding the use of hormonal therapy (HRT) and breast cancer. In this episode, we also discuss what’s happening to our bodies during the menopause transition, why women may feel like they’re ‘going crazy,’ common myths about HRT relative to symptom relief as well as the many long term health benefits including preventing cardiovascular disease, osteoporosis, and type 2 diabetes. The conversation also highlights a stark disparity in research funding, noting that less than 11% of the $45 billion in NIH research goes to women’s studies. Dr. Malone emphasizes the need for equitable access to quality healthcare for all women.
About our Guest, Dr. Sharon Malone
Dr. Sharon Malone is on a mission to empower women to take charge of their health.
As a celebrated OB|GYN for over 30+ years and Chief Medical Advisor for Alloy Women’s Health, Dr. Malone brings decades of clinical and real-life experiences to her treatment of women in the menopausal transition and the post-reproductive years.
Born in Mobile, Alabama, the youngest of 8 children, Dr. Malone was raised by her siblings after the death of her mother and moved multiple times, changing schools four times in four years in three different states. Dr. Malone found strength and resilience in community, in her own work ethic and in her strong belief that there are no accidents in the universe. She went on to graduate cum laude from Harvard with a degree in Psychology and Social Relations and later graduated with honors from the Columbia University College of Physicians and Surgeons. Upon completing her residency at The George Washington University, Dr. Malone served women across Washington DC in her OB|GYN practice.
With appearances on The Michelle Obama Podcast, Oprah Winfrey’s The Life You Want, Today Show and more, Dr. Malone is a New York Times bestselling author and a nationally known expert in women’s health and a vocal advocate for menopause awareness and evidence-based information about hormone replacement therapy. A certified Menopause Practitioner, she believes that all women should be able to make decisions regarding their health and quality of life based on facts – not fear.

Losing weight is quite a challenge for most of us especially with all these different methods that claim to be the "best" and "fastest" way to do so. In this episode, Dr. Taz is joined by Jenn Trepeck to talk about why there's no "one size fits all" when it comes to losing weight and how our behavior impacts whatever progress we achieve in our weight loss journey. Ultimately though, Jenn learned the nutrition education we’re all supposed to know but no one ever taught us. This completely changed her life and allowed her to say she “kicked her food issues.” From then, Jenn set out on a mission to pay it forward and help people help themselves. After over a decade of working with clients, Jenn started Salad with a Side of Fries podcast. Based on science, yet lighthearted, Jenn talks about living life while still making ourselves and our health a priority.

Chronic stress and anxiety present more than mental and emotional symptoms--they can also prompt physiological responses.Stress and anxiety have become a regular occurrence in everyday life. From financial woes to relationship angst, there is no shortage of stress triggers.
Unfortunately, chronic stress and anxiety become more than just a mental or emotional condition. It can have a number of physiological results, such as leaky gut, food sensitivities, bloating, and an upset microbiome. Your body is constantly in reactive mode, which disrupts multiple systemic functions.

Dr. Rick Hanson shares steps you can take every day to improve your or your child's resilience and well-being.Amongst all the unrest and trauma in our world lately, we're taking this week to revisit an important episode from late last year on resilience and well being.
Be mindful. Fake it until you make it. Focus on the positive.
We hear so many phrases and instructions on how to be resilient and have a positive outlook on life, but according to Dr. Rick Hanson, it all comes down to neuroscience. He explains how neurons that fire together, wire together, and he lays out practical steps you can take to definitively develop inner calm, self-worth, and emotional intelligence.
By taking 5-10 minutes a day to sit with your positive and negative thoughts and turn them into feelings, you’ll build up strength over time that you can draw on in times of need. This practice works for both adults and children.
Dr. Hanson encourages people to sit with their emotions after something positive happens to make sure they permanently store those feelings of accomplishment in the brain. When you have a negative experience, he recommends a three-step process.

But, according to dietitian and family therapist Ellyn Satter, positive eating habits have more to do with eating attitudes and behaviors than the foods you choose. Satter emphasizes that people should enjoy what they’re eating and focus on food competence.
Food competence comes down to feeding yourself faithfully and giving yourself permission to eat. People who eat competently tend to weigh less and have a more stable weight than those who don’t.

Experiencing cramps, digestive issues, or flushed skin after eating? Histamine might be the culprit.Determining the cause of digestive and gut health issues can be complex. Though many know of disorders like leaky gut, GERD, and IBS, a lesser known gut disruptor is histamine intolerance.
Histamine is a compound released by immune cells and is very important to the immune system and estrogen production. However, having too much histamine can cause digestive cramps, loose stools, urgent bowel movements, and flushing skin or hives.
An increase in patients with histamine intolerance and similar gut issues is caused by a number of factors:

Alzheimer’s disease can and should be prevented. Dr. Dale Bredesen explains how.In recent years, Alzheimer's disease has affected more and more people and it’s hitting at an earlier age. It’s the third leading cause of death in the United States. Two-thirds of Alzheimer's patients are women.
As recently as a few years ago, there was no hope for people diagnosed with Alzheimer's disease. However, recent research shows that those who come in early can have a very good prognosis. The key is prevention and early detection.
In addition to genetic testing, adults age 45 and older should have conversations with their physician about lifestyle factors that can cause Alzheimer’s. They should also start getting regular cognoscopies, a test used to evaluate the risk factors that can cause neuro-degenerative diseases like Alzheimer's.
Dr. Dale Bredesen explains that a healthy plant-based diet that’s mildly ketogenic, stress management, and regular sleep patterns can help prevent Alzheimer’s and other neuro-degenerative diseases.
Listen as Dr. Dale Bredesen joins Dr. Taz to discuss the prevention of Alzheimer’s disease.
Regular walks with friends can help women reduce loneliness and the risk of heart disease. We’re experiencing a loneliness crisis in our country.
A recent study showed that 73% of women admit to feeling lonely. We’re simultaneously facing a fitness and wellness crisis. Despite the fact that we have more access to information about how to stay healthy than ever before, we’re having trouble turning that knowledge into action.
The solution to both of these issues might be simpler than you think — establishing a regular walking practice with other women. Studies have shown that women who walk regularly with friends are 2.5 times less likely to often feel lonely.
A regular walking practice also reduces your risk of high blood pressure, high cholesterol, dementia, heart disease, diabetes, osteoporosis and several types of cancer.
Listen as 99 Walks founder Joyce Shulman joins Dr. Taz to discuss regular communal walking.
Stop running on autopilot and learn how to lead an extraordinary life.Every person has the potential to lead an extraordinary life and become an extraordinary leader, parent, professional, or spouse. But, often our subconscious mind gets in our way and holds us back.
The way our subconscious mind operates is established by the age of seven, so our brain is essentially functioning on code written by a seven-year-old. In order to find your calling and be the shaper of your life, not a victim of your circumstances, you need to stop living on autopilot and actively re-write the code — and your beliefs.
This starts with looking internally and honestly examining your beliefs. You need to take responsibility for the way you’ve been living and learn to reconstruct your beliefs to become the person you’d like to be. And Darren Gold explains how to do that in 10 minutes a day.

When we learn research from brain science and education, we can live in a more free and “limitless” way.New evidence in brain science contradicts much of what we’ve learned in the past and were taught in school. Namely, we now know that our brains are plastic, so they are constantly changing as we learn.
It was once thought that every person was born with certain gifts and certain people were more inclined to be good at math or the arts. However, this new research suggests that everyone is capable of learning and succeeding at anything.
Unfortunately, many institutions, including schools and boardrooms are still functioning in the old-school mode, which keeps many girls from succeeding at the same rate as boys in the areas of STEM—despite the fact that they have the same innate potential to succeed.
Dr. Jo Boaler shares tips on how to make the classroom and boardroom a better environment for women and girls to succeed.
Listen as Dr. Boaler joins Dr. Taz to discuss neuroplasticity and limitless learning.
Find out how you can merge the worlds of holistic living and plastic surgery. With the prevalence of social media, we often see images of celebrities and influencers with perfect skin and bodies. This has altered our perception of beauty and age, and many women feel like they can’t keep up.

Learn how a modern twist on the world's oldest health system can improve your overall health.Ayurveda is the world’s oldest health system. It is the sister science of yoga and focuses on the mind-body connection. The system helps individuals find balance of mind and body through proper nutrition, self-care, seasonal eating, and daily practices.
After traditional diets left Sahara Rose with a slew of health issues, including entering perimenopause at the age of 21, she rediscovered Ayurveda and realized that with some modernization, it can be an effective health system for many women today.
At its core, Ayurveda states that every person is made of five basic elements found in the universe: space, air, fire, water and earth. The varying combination of those elements create three doshas or energy forces: Vata, Pitta, and Kapha.
By altering your diet based on which type of dosha you are, you can find balance and improve your overall health.
Listen as Sahara Rose joins Dr. Taz to discuss Ayurveda.
Holistic psychology helps certain individuals step away from medication and treat chronic disease and anxiety naturally.Much like holistic medicine, holistic psychiatry takes a step back and asks the question, “why?”
Psychiatrists look at the root cause of various symptoms to see if something like a micronutrient deficiency or inter-generational trauma is causing a person's pain or anxiety. By digging deeper and finding answers, psychiatrists are able to skip medication for certain patients and take a more holistic, natural approach to treatment.
In her recent book, Own Your Self, Dr. Kelly Brogan explains how many individuals -- if not all -- struggle with victim consciousness. Listen as Kelly joins Dr. Taz to discuss holistic psychology.
Learn how you can improve your life by training your brain to become more resilient. As we become more connected digitally, we’re less connected emotionally and socially.
We’re constantly switched on and inundated with information, which elevates our stress levels. That can leave people feeling defeated. Without mastering your emotions, connecting to your body and your intuition, and staying motivated, you will start to feel like a victim of your own life rather than having agency over it.
Dr. Tara Swart discusses her book, which touches on the six languages your brain uses to create resilience and the four-step process for rewiring your brain to become more resilient. Through focused attention, action boards, deliberate practice and accountability, individuals can create a more agile brain with leads to the manifestation of their goals.
Listen as Dr. Swart joins Dr. Taz to discuss resilience and brain health.
Struggling to resolve skin issues? The answer might be in your gut. There is a direct connection between gut health and skin health.
If you suffer from a chronic skin rash and are struggling to find a solution, you may need to look to your gut. If topical creams aren’t solving your issues, it’s likely because the root cause of the problem is much deeper in your body.
Much like leaky gut, a person can suffer from leaky skin. When the body doesn’t get the proper nutrients, the liver becomes overburdened and struggles to clean the toxins out of the body. So, the toxins are released through the skin, causing rashes and eczema.
Jennifer Fugo shares her story and explains how she cleared up her skin by altering her diet. She offers tips on how to identify skin issues and solve them with supplements and diet changes.
Listen as Jennifer joins Dr. Taz to discuss the connection between your gut and your body’s largest organ—your skin.
Learn why making lists is good for your health and how to make a list that sets you up for success. In an attempt to “have it all” and please everyone, many women become so stressed that it starts to affect their health.
However, the solution to dissolving stressors might be simpler than you’d think. Paula Rizzo explains how making an intentional list can change your life, alleviate stress, and improve your overall health.
We often let our to-do lists become overcrowded with the things we want to do, the things we feel obligated to do, and the things our ego tells us we have to do in order to make sure something gets done properly. But, the first bucket is the only one that’s necessary.
Paula suggests setting your top priorities for your life at this moment in time. Everything that gets added to your to-do list should serve that goal, understanding that your priorities will change over time. She also suggests adopting an abundance mindset and accepting that good things will come your way again in the future, so you don’t have to do everything now.
Listen as Paula joins Dr. Taz to discuss how making lists can be good for your health.
Learn how to lose weight, gain clarity, and get energized with deep cellular cleansing and colon hydrotherapy.Healthy atoms are negatively charged ions, meaning that there are more electrons on the outer belt than there are protons in the nucleus. Another word for this is alkaline. Positively ionically charged atoms, on the other hand, are acidic.
Our tissues are composed of negatively charged atoms. A person therefore should be eating alkaline foods, because acidic foods can alter the body’s natural state. The degree to which a food is acidic is the degree to which it has been processed and packaged. When we consume acidic foods, it adheres to our alkaline tissue and we only eliminate 40-60% of that acidic food.
Natalia Rose explains how we can reset our bodies, lose weight, gain clarity and feel better with a two-step process. The first phase is deep cellular cleansing, in which you ingest leafy greens to reconstitute and draw up acidic matter. The second step is the elimination of acidic matter through colon hydrotherapy.
Listen as Natalia joins Dr. Taz to discuss deep cellular cleansing and colon hydrotherapy.
Lose weight and eliminate dangerous liver fat in just 28 days.If you notice a change in your body composition and are gaining weight where you don’t want it, you could be undergoing a metabolic change.
And, that change might be caused by your liver.
Even those who don’t formally have fatty liver disease may be heading towards it or have markers for it. If you have changes in your energy, weight, and appetite, you may be at risk for fatty liver disease.
Dr. Alan Christianson created the Metabolism Reset Diet, which is intended to reverse damage to the liver and eliminate the most dangerous fat in your body in just four weeks. Depending on the amount of weight you want to lose, the cycle can be repeated as many times as you’d like.
The result is weight loss, fewer food cravings, steady energy levels, and a metabolism that functions well.
Listen as Dr. Christianson joins Dr. Taz to discuss the relationship between your liver and your metabolism, as well as a diet that will help you lose weight and get healthy fast.
Learn why integrative medicine offers a more holistic approach to pediatrics.Integrative pediatrics offers a more well-rounded approach to pediatric care. It combines traditional Western treatments like medications with supplements or homeopathic solutions.
As we continue to introduce more and more chemicals into our food and our environment, slow-grade chronic diseases are becoming more prevalent in children. While Western medicine acts as a band-aid for symptoms, integrative pediatrics looks at the "why" of the disease. Doctors are able to identify and reverse the root cause of the issue and come up with natural, long-term solutions.
Integrative pediatrician Dr. Joel Warsh explains why parents should look to diet, exercise, stress, sleep, and environment to address issues such as eczema, autoimmune conditions, gut problems, sensory issues, and neurological conditions like Autism and ADHD.
Listen as Dr. Warsh joins Dr. Taz to discuss integrative pediatrics.
Dr. Rick Hanson shares steps you can take every day to improve your or your child's resilience and well-being.Be mindful.
Listen as Dr. Hanson joins Dr. Taz to discuss how to become more resilient.

Women who have been told repeatedly to "get your mammogram" may have been misled. For decades, women have been advised to "get your mammogram" as an early detection approach.
According to Dr. Nyjon Eccles, women have been misled.
Based on research, Dr. Eccles states that mammography screening doesn't lead to survival advantage. He cites research results that show for every 2,000 women who are screened over 10 years, one life will be saved, 10 women will receive unnecessary treatment, and 200 women will receive false positive results.

A better alternative, says Dr. Eccles, is the use of thermography, which uses infrared cameras to detect heat radiating from breast tissue. Cancers generate heat because they are highly metabolic and cause increased blood circulation. The screening tool does not involve compression of the breasts, nor does it use radiation. It is able to pick up on potential cancer before it can be seen, structurally, by a mammogram.
Another benefit is that thermography screening isn't impeded by dense breast tissue, and therefore can be used in younger women who may have a family history or genetic risk.
While mammography may produce false positives, Dr. Eccles has seen thermography result in 90-95% accuracy.
He does caution, however, that thermography shouldn't be used as a diagnostic tool; rather, its focus should be screening and early detection. Just because heat is detected, doesn't mean it's cancer -- it could be an inflammatory response. That said, any chronic or persistent inflammatory issues should also be followed up with additional diagnostic investigation.
Listen as Dr. Eccles joins Dr. Taz to discuss more about why thermography is a better option to mammography, as well as his development of ThermoCheck®, a computer-assisted Breast Thermography system.

Learn how to reframe your anxiety and take control of your life.Today, there are so many opportunities for anxiety to enter a woman’s life.
Whether it’s anxiety around her social life, her job, our current political climate, or keeping up with the rising cost of commodities, there’s no shortage of ways for a person to be stressed. Layer on the fact that many women are essentially working two full-time jobs—one at the office and one at home—and you have a recipe for chronic anxiety.
Dr. Robert T. London is a well-known psychiatrist, educator, and writer who has come up with a form of short-term therapy that helps women deal with anxiety. Learn how these eight biomarkers can affect overall health and longevity. In the medical community, most resources go towards treating people who are already sick.
However, it’s also important to treat people who are well to ensure they’re making the right lifestyle choices, so they don’t become sick. Much of this school of thought centers around epigenetics.
Epigenetics, at its simplest, is the study of biological mechanisms that switch genes on and off. What you eat, drink, think and do—or don’t do—can cause chemical modifications around the genes that will turn those genes on or off over time, determining your short- and long-term quality of survival.
There are eight predictive biomarkers in particular that are indicators for lifetime health. They are:
1. High sensitivity Hemoglobin A1c: Measure of efficiency of sugar/insulin/energy conversion
2. High sensitivity C-Reactive Protein: Repair and inflammation immune status
3. High sensitivity Homocysteine: Methylation, Detox, Cardio Risk
4. Test for immune memory/immune response to up to 491 items
5. Assess mineral need and cell acid/alkaline balance
6. Vitamin D level for cell communication status
7. Oxidative stress and antioxidant status in cell envelope (membrane)
8. 8-hydroxy-2′-deoxyguanosine (8OHdG): Oxidative stress and antioxidant status in cell nucleus
Listen as Dr. Russell M. Jaffe joins Dr. Taz to discuss these eight indicators and how to make lifestyle choices that will improve health and longevity.

Who said healthy cooking needs to be complicated? Nealy Fischer shares kitchen hacks for preparing simple, healthy meals at home.Between taking care of family, working a full- or part-time job, and running around to various social and community events, many women struggle to find time to prepare a healthy meal. And, when they do find the time, they feel frustrated they’re not living up to what they shouldbe doing in the kitchen.
Nealy Fischer, founder of The Flexible Chef, encourages women to ditch perfection in the kitchen and focus on creating meals that fit within their lifestyle. Listen as Dr. Davidson joins Dr. Taz to discuss protocols for treating parasitic infection.
Learn how to incorporate mindfulness into your diet plan so you'll keep weight off after your diet ends. There are a number of diets available that focus primarily on the foods you can or cannot eat, or the amount of food you should consume per meal. However, without mindfulness, many people remain unmotivated to continue eating well after their diet ends and ultimately regain any weight lost.
Beth Warren, a dietician and “kosher girl,” relates her experience with dieting to her Jewish upbringing, noting that keeping kosher requires the same discipline as sticking to a diet plan.
She explains how setting a daily intention and simply being cognizant of what you eat can make the difference between a successful or failed diet.

Learn how to achieve long-term health success by creating your own personalized health mix. When it comes to diets, exercise, and weight loss, consistency is key.
The mediocre workout that you can do consistently do is far better than the “best” workout you’ll never do. But, with all of the diet and exercise regimens available on the internet, it’s almost impossible to navigate the health world without feeling overwhelmed or paralyzed by indecision.
Kathleen Trotter helps clients create a “health mix” unique to their health history, goals, and life realities. She explains that no one diet, exercise, or mindfulness strategy works for everyone. Listen as Kathleen Trotter joins Dr. Taz to discuss how to find your health mix.

Dr. Michael Ruscio discusses how nutrition isn't the only component of gut health.Dr. Michael Ruscio knows the importance of gut health. His personal experience led him to study integrative medicine for his own treatment.
Small intestinal bacterial overgrowth (SIBO) is a disorder caused by excessive bacteria in the small intestine. Symptoms can mirror IBS with constipation, bloating, diarrhea and abdominal pain. Indigestion, heartburn and acid reflux may also occur. Non-digestive symptoms include thyroid problems, anxiety, brain fog, skin conditions and metabolism.
Forcing a restrictive diet will not correct an issue that is non-dietary. Active issues in the gut need to be addressed.
Food intolerances are something you can control. Remove foods that produce an inflammatory immune reaction in your gut. Eliminate processed foods.
You may have to limit foods that are rich in FODMAPs, short chain carbohydrates that are tough to digest. Not everyone can handle cruciferous vegetables like broccoli when there’s a bacterial overgrowth. Prebiotics in these foods can feed the bad bacteria until they’re handled.
Much of the immune system and the process of inflammation takes place in the gut.
Listen as Dr. Ruscio joins Dr. Taz to explain SIBO, FODMAPs, and how to improve your health by aiding your gut.
Dr. Becky Campbell shares how overall health influences thyroid function.Dr. Becky Campbell learned firsthand how important it is to heal the thyroid. Diagnosed with a hypothyroidism, she sought treatment from a functional medicine doctor as an alternative to medication.

Take steps to improve thyroid health. Stress reduction improves wellness. Make sure your diet supports gut health.
Listen as Dr. Campbell joins Dr. Taz to give tips on how to aid thyroid health.

However, happiness is easy to find if you have the right tools.

This is something that Brenda Walding, DPT, FDN-P, knows all too well.

Recently, Nalini also received the James Beard Foundation Grant for Women in Culinary Leadership and is the creator of the The Happy Chef Program.
