Here he tells his story from a background in the outdoor pursuits industry - including climbing, skiing, rafting, kayaking - all the way to building race courses for Spartan. One of the newest courses for 2021 is the Abu Dhabi Elite Spartan World Championship, a half marathon distance Beast race, featuring new obstacles including the “Dune of Horror” - the largest sand dune in the world. It will also mark the first time that the event will be staged outside of the United States.
Garfield Griffith tells his story how he went from a raver DJ, to moving to the US, running music events, and then started building his own race courses after trying out a race and seeing how it could be done better. He is now based with Spartan Race as the race director, not only in charge of planning and setting up the race course itself, but also designing new obstacles that may be coming up in future races.

Title fights:
UFC Welterweight Championship rematch between the current champion Kamaru Usman (also The Ultimate Fighter: American Top Team vs. Blackzilians welterweight winner) and Jorge Masvidal
UFC Women's Strawweight Championship bout between the current champion Zhang Weili and former champion Rose Namajunas is scheduled to take place at the co-main event.
UFC Women's Flyweight Championship bout between current champion Valentina Shevchenko and former strawweight champion Jéssica Andrade will complete the triad of title fights.
This event will be streamed on Triller in the US at a shocking price of $49.99. FITE TV will broadcast it in the UK for £17.
UK fans can expect the action to get underway after midnight with main event Paul vs Askren slated for around 5am UK / mid day CN / 9pm Vegas time
The pay-per-view show will also feature musical performances by Justin Bieber, The Black Keys, Doja Cat, Saweetie, Diplo, Major Lazer and Mt. Westmore (Snoop Dogg, Ice Cube, Too $hort and E-40).
Askren was the former Bellator (2010) and ONE Welterweight Champion (2014) in his second fight before competing in the Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC). Askren never lost until Masvidal in the UFC.
Jake Paul has a 2-0 record in professional boxing. In those professionally sanctioned bouts he beat YouTuber AnEsonGib via a first round stoppage before knocking out former NBA star Nate Robinson in explosive style. He has 20.2 million youtube followers

This fight is getting massive media coverage and hype and I wanted a breakdown.

Back with pro MMA fighter Giovanni Moljo, based in Hangzhou China, as he prepares for his tournament fight in June. He is looking to progress his record and fight in the UFC next year.

Gala Olvera has done over 11 amateur fights but had to quit going pro due to increased headaches occurring, which certainly gives an idea how demanding the sport is, especially if you are turning pro.
Being based in Shenzhen China now for 3 years it was great to have her insights on the Mexican style of boxing and perhaps have her in the WCFN ring in 2021.

Duiu came to China, originally thinking to stay only for 3 months, during this podcast he celebrated his 3 year stay in Shenzhen. With a wife and child now, he shared is passion of bringing the Martial Art 'Qwan Ki Do' to China.
2021 in Germany there is the World Championship for this art and Duiu hopes to take a team, representing China to compete in this event.
