Self Psychology Video Podcast is a weekly 15 minute video where I discuss one of life's common disturbances (frustration in relationships, depression in relationships, jealousy, etc). Then, I apply the techniques of REBT to help in resolving the issue. One of the benefits of REBT is that it can be practiced by anyone, in everyday life. What I do in this podcast is touch on a technique that you can incorporate into your tool chest of self-help strategies. In future episodes, I will discuss advanced techniques such as guided visual imagery, use of coping statements, and assertiveness techniques.
