On this episode Tori and Jill discuss why our exercises at TKI don't work. This episode stemmed from thoughts after our presentations at United Soccer Coaches Convention. They gave 3 reasons as to why this might be the case for you. 1 – we tend to post only the "successful" attempts not the messiness that is 90% of a session. The messiness is the process and we, at TKI, have bought into that process. 2 – there are several things that go into what makes a session at TKI effective. Part one is session design but 2 is our teaching tools. 3 - we have very special environment that we have intentionally curated that allows players the chance to fail and be supported.
