Dr. Renee Sunday at her core is a humanitarian and has always been deeply inspired by helping others from all walks of life. Dr. Renee Sunday is an award-winning 20 year practicing doctor in the area of Anesthesiology, Media Coach, Self-help and Motivational Speaker, also known as a Grief and Loss Counselor as an Ordained Minister. By the time Dr. Renee was in her teen years she had experienced life ugly side; bullied and nicknamed “Olive Oil” for her tall stature and clothing appearance because everything she wore was simply too short. Her deep drive for humanity was born out of this place where she felt humanity needed more.
Dr. White is a native of Gary, Indiana and the youngest of three children. Larry is married to Rebecca Blasingame-White an Administrator for the State of Maryland Public School system. Dr. White spent 12 years on active duty with the U.S. Navy receiving numerous Navy Achievement Medals and Good Conduct awards. In the Navy is where Dr. White learned how to become a Team Player, Mentor, and Entrepreneur. Larry was a very intricate volunteer while on active duty earning Volunteer of Year at Sherwood Forest Elementary School in the city of Norfolk. Mr. White has appeared on various local television programs, and radio stations speaking on Leadership, Mentoring, and Entrepreneurship. Mr. White has the opportunity of working with Ambassador Shabazz, Dr. Ben Carson, A’Ngela Winbush, Charlie Wilson, Marla Gibbs, and Jennifer Holliday. As CEO of VIPeVENTS Concierge, he recently spearheaded an event to provide toy’s for disadvantaged youth in the Baltimore metropolitan area. The event was supported by such individuals as the Mayor of Baltimore, and Attorney General Douglass F. Gansler. Dr.. White has been the recipient of numerous awards including the 2012 NAACP’S President’s award, and the 2014 Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Dream Keeper’s Award. Both awards acknowledge his continued initiatives for the advancement of the community. On June 3, 2004, sitting in a crack-house in Daytona Beach, FL, Blossom surrendered by writing a letter to God. She took a piece of paper and pen out of her purse and told God that she was sick and tired of being sick and tired.
She smoked and wrote and smoked and wrote. As a lady walked in the room, Blossom told her that she was leaving and never smoking crack again and the lady laughed. Blossom put the note in her purse and walked away from drug abuse, forever.
Blossom checked herself in to a rehab center in Miami, FL where she received the knowledge of how to stay clean and sober. She went back to school and became a National Certified Medical Assistant and met her second husband, later moving to Tuscaloosa, Alabama where she presently resides.
Living in Tuscaloosa, Blossom went back to school and became a Certified Drug Counselor. Recently divorced, for the second time, Blossom has never given up on remaining clean and sober. June 4,
2016 makes 12 years of being clean and sober. Her dreads are a symbol of the 12 years of deliverance.
Blossom is presently the author of 3 books: From “Under A Bridge I and II”, and her latest book, “And They Laughed” because the world will teach you the difference between laughing with you and at you.
She is the CEO and Founder of From Under A Bridge, Inc., the TV host of her own talk show, The Blossom Show (WEPH Channel 49 in Tupelo, MS), a motivational speaker and facilitator of a Drug Rehab program (Zion and Recovery).
She has spoken at the University of Alabama, TBN Christian
Network, Great Day Tuscaloosa with Kip Tyner, and many other great venues.
