Growing Relations: Recent Episodes

Chittenden County, Vermont is experiencing the national phenomenon of mounting food insecurity. Despite the high valuation of local food in this area, populations vulnerable to food insecurity are prevented from accessing these markets due to limited resources. Using qualitative research methods, this project explores how farmers, participating in the local food system, understand and locate themselves within the issues of both food and farm security.
