Shea cooper. Dudes smiles for miles straight the fuck up got him to discuss what it’s like running steel mill coffee in Oceanside and what’s new and to come and staying productive during the wack times
Questions were answered that’s for sure. Fuck I dunno this episode was as humble and sincere as it got with Satan’s Satyrs bassist Clayton Burgess . We talk about the early years of the band and adresse the ending of they’re era . It was just there time , talked electric wizard and where the homie stands today. One way the other this Episode got me pumped. Mans a G
2020 listen to me bitch and what the future and how most our lives are being completely compromised
Sup putos show got some life again and we’re back with some good ol boys from Texas crypt trip these dudes were nothing short of a pleasure to have as guest on the show and I back em. We talk roadburn and their first euro run the standard covid 101 topic it is what is . How these two got blessed by the universe to participate with rocky Erickson and the genuine attitude of being organic and humble as musicians and what’s to come .
Long Beach’s very own spirit mother is one of those bands your gunna have bumping on your playlists sooner or later a band on the rise composited by a exceptional five peace of humble yet ambitious individuals. New friends for me and I’m stoked this ep I speak with songwriter and vocalist Armand on what’s the goal and some moves they got in the works to spread they’re noise out to planet earth.
My buddy truls sings and plays bass fro Sweden’s graveyard and he is the shit an interesting fellow and I’m very pleased to call him my friend. Homie flew from Sweden and stayed a week at my place in in Lyon France and we partied skated and got high for a solid five days . Honestly we’re just pretty drunk for this episode and keeping it as organic as a conversation amongst two faded friends can get. Enjoy
Uhhhhhhh. I dunno bout you guys out there but pentagram was what I got down to growing up . I’ve partied and been around Bobby a bunch the last 10 years and when I finally reached out to get him as a guest he was stoked and enthusiastic. Legend knows music and seen and done some things that blow your mind. Low key this was a rad episode to get in depth and casual with topics that express Bobby and hear about his interests and the future to come for him his new projects and pentagram itself. Enjoy I’m fuckin humbled
I’m from sandiego there is a lot of impressionable acts that come from that city and some of the finest musicians in heavy rock that are a pinnacle influence to the psych sound community. With that said monarch provides the same energy but with a more electrifying subtle accent to there sound that sets them apart from the rest they’re sincerely a beautiful sound and breath of fresh air that speaks for themselves that a lot of can appreciate . I speak with guitarist and singer Domenic about what’s going on back home and a little insight on what monarchs been up to.
Tyler is that random tall ass bitch ass Swedish looking motherfucker you probably seen talkin 1000 words a minute about why you suck on tour with some of California’s premier groups. Dude just migrates and for those unaware was a key member of the best prog band that ever came out of california the last decade. This episode has no direction whatsoever it’s was just a means to have listeners hear a madman run his mouth which honestly was nothing short of a pleasure for me personally.
Guest and rhythm guitarist Vaughn stokes. I talk How we first met one another , me cool guyin Mac Demarco his stance on music and self progression and bootys collins 😂 heads up I suck in this ep my head was bumpin Vaughn is fast and articulate while engaging conversation and I drank like 10 cups of instant coffee so I was a lil full burn out. Anyways enjoy 🤙🏽
I dunno to everyone who requested on the page that I go with a origin story on how I landed in a position of knowing people which isn’t anything to special here it is. A half ass version of my story
Tj is one of the few people I truly admire and sincerely respect as a person total. Dude to me low key is a realist and sincere genius in his own self enlightened way. We talk Deathchant, the weak ass LA scene some road stories the intense energy the band emits and the legend that is Davey Kova and pretty much how they are the city of Los Angeles last heavy rock saving grace . Jah bless
Gradey and I been homies for a minute . Dudes a Colorado native and rips the bong casually in this episode and aside from that I’ve had the privilege to have shared some rad times with him during his stay in Oceanside CA . We discuss the Colorado scene the band he plays in “love gang “ Oceanside back in 2013-16 at the ditmar house, electric funeral fest and the bands direction in the time to come plus some other hyjinx’s .
For those who aren’t aware Riley’s all over the place he’s out either skating playin music on tour or runnin a business with his friends ( steel mill) and dudes still charging at it with his all . We kinda cover all those baises and on this ep gotta respect the workin man.
Ian graham guitarist from Texas very own the well opens with our first episode here on shooting the shit. On this episode we discuss covid ,politics, and song writing process and the whole privilege of having free time to reinvent and enchanté ourselves creatively. Enjoy suckas
