Message in a Bottle is simple: it is a conversation, using a quote as the framework. Every episode, I will ask my guest what 'message in a bottle' they have received, be it though a friend, a book, a TV show - heck, even Instagram - and how it has impacted them, influenced them, and informed their understanding of the world. We step away from the interview format, allowing my guest to share and develop their experiences, philosophies, ideas and inspirations. It is a realm for the curious, the critical and those wanting to expand their understandings.
After taking a year long hiatus, Message in a Bottle is back with new conversations, incredible people and is a realm for the curious to thrive and explore. This preview is to give a brief explanation about what to expect from the podcast, the mission behind the message and how you can get involved.

Elliot Cable is an actor who studied at Mountview Academy of Theatre Arts. Since graduating in 2018 he has had leading roles in theatre, television, short and feature films. Roles include PC Brody in Dead Again, Remond O'Neal in Autopsy: The Last Hours of Farah Fawcett and he will be starring as Hans Lyngstrand in the upcoming film The Lady From the Sea.
During our conversation we discuss the nuances of screen acting and its importance to social and personal development, time and space, and social media's impact on our ability to have difficult conversations.

Episode 3 of Message in a Bottle is with Josh Erlick, a very dear friend of mine and all round beautiful soul. He is one of the kindest people I know and also someone who is in eternal search of growth, learning and personal understanding. He inspires me daily and has some very valuable things to say.

Sam wears many hats: he has a Masters in Reproductive Science and is currently training as an Andrologist at the London Sperm Bank; he is an LGBT activist who has appeared on the BBC and volunteers with the charity "Just Like Us"; he has appeared on First Dates, experiencing what Channel 4 titled "Most AWKWARD Dinner Conversation Ever!"
We talk about what culture means to us, what it was like for Sam growing up as a gay Muslim, and how our own pursuit for perfection can often cause more harm than good.
