Gilad is a former pro-basketball athlete and captain of the Israeli national team. He also served as an operative in the Israeli Special Forces, as is a custom in his homeland.
He has been on a journey of self-exploration and now guides individuals and organisations to dissolve the limitations they built around themselves.
I love Gilad's openness and willingness to engage on a human level about the issues we face as a society whilst remaining grounded in the deeper aspects of reality.

Isaac Shapiro is an internationally known spiritual teacher. Over the years, Isaac saw the extent that trauma pervades human functioning, making the felt sense of the Truth of who we are difficult to live. He now includes a somatic approach, which is quite rare and refreshing in Advaita / 'eastern' communications.
Isaac runs "Meetings in Truth', sharing with other that there is awareness, unraveling all the misunderstandings that have crept into our understanding. A deep cleaning of ideas and beliefs.

Edward Hirsch has a B.A. in philosophy from Queens College, NY (followed by two years of graduate work in philosophy at the University of Texas at Austin), and an M.A. in Transpersonal Counselling from John F. Kennedy University, CA.
He studied over six years with Hameed Ali and his senior students. Hameed was the founder of the Diamond Heart School, where he learned the embodied Practice of Presence and a deep integration of spirituality and psychology.
Earlier, he was a student of Adi Da for about two years, living up on his land but not part of the inner circle. There, the emphasis was more on the role of guru and grace, as well as deep spiritual recognition of radical Truth. As Da’s radical teachings deeply resonated with his own intuitions, the teaching stayed with him long after leaving Da as his guru.
He has studied and practiced in many traditions, East and West, North and South, including esoteric Christianity, kundalini yoga, and to a lesser extent, shamanism. He continues to keep abreast of developments in the contemporary spiritual landscape, including teachings of a wide variety of views, but mostly aligning with nondual, embodied, nondenominational, evolutionary, and integral approaches, finding ways of integrating seemingly opposite points of view in a broad sense of Sacred Mystery.
A quote by Ed :- "Presence is the Open Secret, hidden in the plain obviousness of (uninspected) ordinary experience. And the simple Practice of Presence that supports the alchemy is also hidden in just that way."

Bernadette Roberts (1931–2017) was a former Carmelite nun and contemplative in the Catholic tradition. Roberts extensively chronicled and described her life and spiritual journey.
Her book 'Contemplative: Autobiography of the Early Years' presents an account of her early family life and spiritual experiences. Her spiritual journey after entering the cloister is described in 'The Path to No-Self: Life at the Center'. This book includes descriptions of her experience of the "Dark Nights" and of the state of "Union," as spoken of by various Christian mystics.
After years of life in union with God, Roberts described an event she calls the experience of "no-Self" in 'The Experience of No-Self: A Contemplative Journey'. The book, however, only covers a two-year period after the events described. Roberts further elaborated on the context for this event.
After the first publication of The Experience, Roberts was invited to speak around the country, to present her talk, "A Passage Through Self," that uses a series of circles to illustrate the spiritual journey. For the last 30 years Roberts gave annual retreats entitled "The Essence of Christian Mysticism," in which she presented the essence of Christian mysticism as Trinity, Christ, and Faith.
Her last work was The Real Christ (2012). (Wikepedia) This is an excerpt of Bernadette Roberts speaking about the experience of no-self.

Frank is uncompromising in the communication about 'this'. The conversation flowed naturally as we covered a number of topics.
His humour is great too.

These words are not talking about anything other than the immediate inexplicable phenomenon of this very happening which is called reading this. “This”. There is nothing to say that will capture this pulsating happening. Words if taken to be real are objectified and so then the suddenness of whatever is, is apparently missed in the seeking to understand and know "this". Wonderfully that is also "this" unknowable happening. Anything said here describes the unfolding of that and seeks to illuminate the mirage of any personal doing in "this". There is what appears to be happening. Not you and. Just what is. The unfolding. The sourceless outpouring that cannot be known. Naked, empty & full with the words naked & empty. This. There is nothing once removed from the writing of these words and the very fullness of reading them. Just writing and reading. However for most, life can appear knowable. And somehow the inexplicableness is lost to the hypnotic dream of ideas and concepts about this, how "this" could be, or has been. Should, could, would. The newness is lost in the knowability and "what is" may appear predictable and stale. Nothing seems to fill the gap or yearning. What is being suggested here is that there is no you in there that can be completed. No you to feel whole. No you to hold or acquire anything. What really is being shared here is so horribly/wonderfully ordinary and simple that any word is too far. Simply this. Inexplicable ungraspable aliveness. However that is. Life without you. Or just what is.

Why Lazarus Laughed is a powerfully written book of aphorisms, meditations, and startling ruminations on the nature of time, consciousness, freedom, enlightenment, duality, and free will.
Wei Wu Wei was the pen-name of Terence James Stannus Gray.
After he left his theatrical career, his thoughts turned towards philosophy and metaphysics. This led to a period of travel throughout Asia, including time spent at Ramana Maharshi's ashram in Tiruvannamalai, India. Between the years 1958 and 1974, eight books and articles in various periodicals appeared under the pseudonym "Wei Wu Wei".
A quote from his book 'The Open Secret' - "The writer of these lines has nothing whatsoever to teach anyone; his words are just his contribution to our common discussion of what must inevitably be for us the most important subject which could be discussed by sentient beings."

Dr. Fred Moss is a graduate of Northwestern University Medical School and a licensed psychiatrist who has served the mental health industry for nearly four decades. During that time he has consulted patients, practitioners, medical facilities, non-profit organisations, and community groups.
While his initial interest in psychiatry was to expand on communication and human connections as primary healing tools, a shift in the medical paradigm in the 80’s led to physicians diagnosing patients with biological and chemical imbalances, and prescribing medications as a primary way of dealing with life’s distress. The medications, which on occasion seemed to briefly quell the stated concerns, appeared to be exacerbating—even causing—the symptoms they were prescribed to treat.
In 2006, Dr. Fred began taking a new approach with his patients, working with a chosen few to assist in reclaiming their lives from the clenched fists of psychiatric diagnoses and medication. Lo and behold, they reliably eventually improved, even to the point of their diagnoses actually disappearing.

I've enjoyed talking to some of the (not?) non-duality speakers over recent times, and I've found it intriguing how they point to the same thing but their communication is very different.

This communication is in it’s essence very simple and paradoxically is beyond understanding. It is the suggestion that what you have experienced as a separate ‘me’ is and always has been only an appearance. What is being suggested here is that there is in actuality no such thing as a separate individual, or anything at all that exists in and of itself. It is the really felt contracted sense of being separate to the world that gives rise to a yearning for wholeness. In other words what we are all searching for, in myriad different ways, is to not be a separate ‘me’ and be complete and whole. So whether I am trying to make a million euros or searching for spiritual enlightenment through becoming increasingly meditative and mindfully aware, what I am actually looking for is to not be a separate person, to be whole and complete. Another way of saying this is that I am in fact searching for my own absence (not my expression, not sure of the exact source to reference it.) Here’s the thing though. You are nothing other than already whole and complete- so what you are seeking and yearning for is what already is. This, aliveness. That is the divine comedy, that what you are in fact looking for is nothing other than what is and always has been and you have ran around like a headless chicken thinking it was something else, around the next corner etc.

Jim Newman talks about a radical and completely valueless message. From his website - "ALL THERE IS, IS INFINITY, APPEARING AS EVERYTHING."
It's almost too simple. In the conversation we danced with the difficult topic of non-duality. Language tripped me up numerous times as I tried to use the mind to conceptualise what Jim was saying.
