On this week’s episode of LETS GET INTO IT we discuss aging gracefully with regard to our birthday celebrations. There once was a time - and we encourage this for our younger listeners - when we did the most. We celebrated for a month, dinners with multiple groups of people, bottle service and a section at the club, shots, etc. Do it while you can because let us tell you, once you hit your early mid 30s, it will all change. You will become more intentional, more chill, more okay with doing the least vs doing the most. So live it up for your birthday this year, whether that be a rager at the hottest club or an intimate dinner. It’s your birthday, you can do what you want to!

On this week’s episode of LETS GET INTO IT we discuss the unexpected comments/questions surrounding a new bride-to-be and groom-to-be during wedding planning. Whether it be close friends or family, people you’ve lost touch with, or people you didn’t realize you were ever that close with to begin with, the things Katrina & Trev have been asked are a bit shocking! Let’s take it a step backwards as well, in a relationship, being asked when will you move in together? When will you have kids? Etc Even if the questions are coming from a good place… they can be inappropriate. The audacity!! Tune in & share your stories in the comments!

As your FEDs have grown, one of the most important life lessons we’ve learned is that it’s okay when your circle gets smaller; it’s healthy actually. It’s okay to lose touch with people; it doesn’t make you the bad guy if you no longer reach out.
