As single moms, we often carry so much and try to love everyone well. But without healthy boundaries, we end up drained, hurt, or overwhelmed. In this encouraging reflection, Lanita Colbert reminds us that walking in both grace and truth, like Jesus did, means loving others without losing yourself. Grace invites compassion, but truth protects your peace. Boundaries aren’t selfish - they’re sacred. They help you steward your time, heart, and energy while letting others grow too. Saying no doesn’t make you unkind; it makes you wise. You are worthy of love, rest, and emotional safety. Protect what God has given you. You’ve got this!
