I've been beating up on the Fed a bit lately, but the truth is the market is doing pretty well, all things considered. There are still buyers for homes. There appears to be both a price floor and a price ceiling. That might not be a bad spot to be in at the moment.

Demand from buyers is exceeding inventory and low inventory is going to make for a strong spring selling season. Also, the Fed needs to stop raising rates.

The Hill ran an article at the beginning of the week titled - more or less - Americans surveyed don't know sh*t about real estate. Ya think? Debunking the idea that there will be another crash (even if we're in a bubble) and that mortgage rates haven't been this high ever...or at least in the last 15 years.
