Did you know that just 8% of Americans elect 83% of the U.S. House of Representatives? That means that some of the most extreme politicians in America—people with huge megaphones like AOC and MTG—were elected by just a small sliver of the electorate. The problem is that our primary system today is rigged to give us extreme politicians. On today’s podcast, Nick Troiano talks about how this problem can be addressed. His new book is called The Primary Solution: Rescuing Our Democracy From The Fringes.
