The John Clay Wolfe Show powered by GiveMeTheVIN.com. Every week we talk about cars, sports, sex, drugs and rock & roll.... just about anything as long as it won’t get us fined by the FCC. Also you can listen to the full library of older shows on PodBean by searching ”The John Clay Wolfe Show+”.
Well, what a difference a week makes! While we were congratulating ourselves on such a nice little program on behalf of our "skeleton crew" of diehards after last week...it sure is good to have the whole team together again! Yes, JD and Gigi are back, we're ready for our farewell to September edition of the John Clay Wolfe Show--and we've got a LOT to offer! John's pal Adam Carolla stops by to talk about what may be the Hollywood/SCCA Auto Racing collection that beats them all: the models driven by the great Paul Newman in countless Sports Car Club of America, Le Mans, and Trans-Am races...PLUS, Joe Exotic gets us all caught up on life in Federal prison with no power for a number of days, his disdain for President Zelenskyy and other generally goofy notions, and his hope for winning a full appeal and quick release--possibly this year (let's just hope none of the judges on his motion to appeal panels are from the Ukraine)! Of course, JD Ryan has an astounding collection of breaking news stories and curious tidbits, including an Arkansas pastor who some think may be the secret identity of the King of Rock and Roll, Elvis Presley--and yes, we've got him on the show! Meanwhile, the Colonel, Mike Turley, brings us every angle (and some VERY useful betting odds) on this week's College and NFL football matchups, Gigi gives us levity and insight on an endless variety of current events and pop culture savvy, and Bobbo's got a new "one-liner" for just about every facet of this week's conversation. And don't forget, DJ PreKay is a creative genius, with a listen to his "bare bones" start at crafting a new Hip-Hop/Gangsta take on ABBA's "Dancing Queen," and of course you'll get our own inimitable take on Music, world news and politics...and a whole "Zip A Dee Doo Dah" vibe! So stop on by, and prepare to be entertained--the Wolfe Pack is in rare form this week, y'all! Glad to have you along. Cheers!
Hot momma! Everybody has that one friend who they'd REALLY like to get closer to their friend's family. It turns out there's a lot of folks out there who have sealed the deal! John and Bobbo recount their own memories of cougars, but the listeners have had some real in the field experience. From keg stands to pineapples, we hear from EVERY side of the story and it turns out there is a chance that your friend's hot mom might just have it going on!

Welcome back to your favorite Saturday fun time! This week, the Wolfe Pack has stacked the program in a perfect form to catch us in our best light--despite the fact that we're on a Skeleton Crew this week: JD Ryan is off on family business, and Gigi is dealing with an all-new health challenge...so we're bringing you a "classic" five-man show, with John Clay, Bobbo, Turley, PreKay and DJ Homeschool covering all bases! And, we've still got the goods: John is LIVID with what's been going on in the world of high-toned mods and 'Resto' mods (you have GOT to hear this story!), while Turley keeps us up to date and ready to bet on the biggest NCAA and NFL football matchups happening this week, and Bobbo throws a dash of great news stories, current events, and "special guest" character silliness--and it's all chock-full of our own inimitable mix of music, news and pop culture--and yes, all drinking privileges are open to all passengers, so crack open a fresh Natty Light and hang with the Wolfe Pack! We're damned glad to see ya, pard.
A good memory can last a lifetime through a bad tattoo and our listeners have plenty of them. John sets it off by recounting a drunken Spring break that resulted in his friend getting a Best Western logo inked, but I think the listeners have him beat. From a pair of lips where the sun don't shine to Chilean flags on proud Texans, these mistakes are here to stay!

Grab a seat gang, 'cause the Wolfe Pack has BIG stuff happening on this week's show! John Clay welcomes our special guest, Dee Snider--lead singer of Twisted Sister, host of radio's House of Hair with Dee Snider, and tireless purveyor of all things Rock! Plus, our friend Joe Exotic has a lot to say about life in the joint, his varying degrees of probability in obtaining a pardon and release, crazy political theories and hoaxes, and more...of course, John's doing some HIGH business in the car biz with his old buddy Richard Rawlings from Gas Monkey Garage, our own JD Ryan has a ton of news and "Stories from the Edge" for us, the Colonel, Mike Turley, has the whole weekend's rundown of college and pro football (and yes, there's some betting going on), Gigi provides appropriate gravity and that sexy Gigi "vibe" we love so much...and we catch up with our old friends Ramiro Romo (Tony Romo's dad), the Reverend Charles, and many others who exist primarily in Bobbo's mind...and DJ PreKay is as good at Wolfe Pack Jeopardy as he is in the Rap game! And of course, you'll dig our inimitable mix of talk about music, current events and up-to-the-minute news and pop culture...and DJ Homeschool catches the whole thing on video for our growing legion of live Youtube streamers--so turn us on, turn it up, and party with the Wolfe Pack! This is what Saturdays are all about, y'all. Cheers!
These are the tales, the freaky tales! And boy, do our listeners tell them so well. John puts out the question "Where is the strangest place you've done the deed?" and our proud audience answered in droves. From rooftops, to horse troughs to while SKYDIVING??!! I thought our crew was a wild bunch but we've got nothing on the people tuning in every Saturday morning!

Good news Wolfe Packers, there's a party at the W6 Ranch--and you're invited! Join John Clay in his quest to enhance and dominate the wholesale car biz--Classics, Collectibles, run-of-the-mill domestics and imports, trucks, RVs...it's a dirty job, but somebody's gotta do it, and he's The Man! Of course Gigi is on hand to keep the conversation hot n' tasty, while JD Ryan brings all the news that's fit to entertain, Bobbo brings (mostly) appropriate funny biz, Turley talks football (finally!), and our tech gurus DJ PreKay and Brother Homeschool keep all program elements right between the lines. PLUS, catch up with our old friends Joe Exotic, Alex Stein, the Reverend Charles, Hanna the exotic dancer, and more! And it's all immersed in our own inimitable mix of news, music, politics and current events...and free "craft" seltzers from our friends in Marina Del Rey. So come on out to the porch and enjoy Saturday with your favorite gang of misfits--we've got a Natty Light waitin' for ya pard!
Money can make your dreams come true but is it the key to making MILFs?? John noticed a plethora of dimepiece moms dropping their kids off at a private school and it got him wondering, just how much does money play a factor in attractiveness? The crew takes a deep dive into classism, social economics and..oh who am I kidding, we're all just trying to catch us a big fish in a nice tax bracket! Money makes the world go 'round, and it apparently gives you more time for yoga as well!

Well hey neighbor, come on in! We're smack dab in the middle of good ol' John Clay's birthday week--and we are celebrating! You'd think such an atmosphere of pure joy would hold up the old "work time" clock, but...well, Johnny C. has still got cars to buy--a lot of 'em--and it's a good time listen to hear him do it! Meanwhile, our own Gigi Drummond has got an unsurprisingly brilliant turn phrase for every bit of entertaining news and gossip the gang presents; JD Ryan is in top form, with all of the current trends and news items you'll only get here. AND, the Tiger King himself, Joe Exotic, tells us about life in the Federal pen, rumors of the new documentary Monkey Love (from the same producers who brought us the original Tiger King), the Colonel Mike Turley has all the sports tabs you're craving at the start of NCAA Football season...and catch up with our old friends Johnny Cash, the Reverend Charles, and more! But it's a heavy load, so we might ask you to carry a parcel or two, y'understand. Luckily, we pay out in cold, refreshing Natural Light! So...everybody's happy, yeah? Fair enough. We've got your favorite spot saved, partner. Let's party!
Love is in the air! Our recently retired Uncle Roy stops by the studio to give us his 3 major rules on dating and why you cant break away from them. Some of these laws might surprise you, but he swears they work for him. We also get a breakdown of how Uncle Roy came around and became part of the family. It sounds like his rules are a bit controversial and we have a fan call in to ask what the hell his problem is?? Turns out he has his reasons!

Hey there gang, how ya doin'? We're awful glad to see you again, but before we bury the lead, this week's big news is: Gigi's back! And she'll fill us all in on where she's been and how she feels after a VERY difficult health scare--and how happy she is to be back with the Wolfe Pack on a fine Saturday morning! And, speaking of our time together, we've got some HILARIOUS stuff for you: Johnny C. is just a tad bit uptight about the money some of our prospective car sellers are expecting for their cars, and he's going to set them straight the only way he can: with high emotion and excessive volume! Meanwhile, our own JD Ryan has the latest news, current events and political gossip to keep you informed about what's going on in the world, while Bobbo reincarnates some of our favorite odd and insightful characters: Rush Limbo, the Reverend Charles, some "crank" of an Irish football announcer (?!), and more...while the Colonel, Mike Turley, is all hyped for the start of college football season--not to mention, our own inimitable mix of talk about music, pop culture, world news, and more. So grab a comfy spot, and hang with the Wolfe Pack! We'll all get back to making a living soon enough, but Saturday is OUR time--let's party!
On your mark, get set, almost die! John's enjoying the spoils of the car business by taking a Lamborghini out for a drive and of course, a car like that is going to attract some Challengers. John's not one to pass up a chance to show off, but as soon as he thinks he's got a hold on it, here comes a dip that launches him in the air. Fortunately the great handling kept him alive, but it was enough for a change of underwear when he got home. Who wants to race next?

And just like that--it's Saturday again! Lucky we ran into ya too, 'cause the Wolfe Pack has got a LOT of show to handle, and a short crew to handle it with: Johnny C. is still on a buying spree, fresh in from a week's worth of car shows, rallies and races in Cali--with lots of stories to tell and car market wisdom to share; our own JD Ryan has the corner on "hard info" that's worth knowing about, with stories you won't believe (and probably shouldn't) about what's going on in this bad ol' world; Bobbo's got the typical bevy of insights and weird tales to share...and of course, we deliver it all with a healthy dose of our own inimitable mix of news, sports, politics and world events...and visits from our old friends Joe Exotic, the Reverend Charles, Johnny Cash, and a baby 'cloud leopard' brought by the Tiger King's friend Scott Edwards. So wear your claw proof butt muff, and hang with the Wolfe pack, partner! We're glad to see ya.
Esteemed rap producer John Clay Wolfe is trying to get his Suge Knight on by helping our call screener DJ Pre-K with his latest record and we've even enlisted the lovely Gigi to provide a sample of her sensual voice for the hook. The crew likes the record but they don't LOVE it, so John calls upon the tactics of great white hype Vanilla Ice to try and turn Pre Kay into the world's next big rap star. I just wonder who is going to cover the lawyer fees for whatever big time sample we have to steal to get this accomplished!

Hey there Wolfe Pack, welcome back--are you ready for a wild ride? Johnny C. is jet setting the Southwest this week, buying cars like candy bars and building the GMTV biz, and his climactic last stop is in the Big Chair at KLOS studios in Los Angeles! Luckily, we've got high-powered digital doodads and enough technical savvy to bring him in live, right from the West Coast--and he's got a LOT of great travel tails to tell. Of course, our resident news hound, the world famous JD Ryan, has a ton of news and current events to cover, and of course Turley DJ PreKay add the perfect lynchpin point of view that completes our inimitable tableau of great takes on sports, music, pop culture and world events that you've come to expect! And while Bobbo's out for the live show this week, it's touching to hear the love and admiration the crew send his way in virtually every segment of this week's program. AND, hold onto your horses: our own Sweetheart of the Radio, the lovely Gigi Drummond, joins us for the first time in weeks, to catch up with the crew and share her handful of quite scary (but surmountable!) medical issues. We're with you babe! So pull up a barstool and spend some quality time with your favorite Saturday crowd--we've got a cold Natty Light waiting right here for ya. Cheers!
THIS JUST IN: John can be a bit hard to please and a bit distracted as well so when the esteemed professional JD Ryan keeps on tryin' to read the stories, John decides to have a rundown to see if any of them are worth diving in to. They run the gamut from hooking up in a middle eastern taxi cab to the 2004 Dodge Intrepids, they cover a bit of everything [Except for the world's fastest toilet]

Hey there, it's always great to see you at the W6 Ranch...hope you dressed lightly though, because kicking off August is already a damned hot proposition...lucky, we've got an awesome AC and a truckload of ice-cold, tasty beverages to share! AND, we've got a hell of a great show to lay out while we shelter from the heat...our own JD Ryan has got your first breaking news of the day, with Aerosmith announcing that their touring days are over with Steven Tyler's vocal chords finally refusing to hit those high notes that've made him and the band Rock and Roll legends; this week's Sunshine State News includes a dastardly banking scam that adds just a bit of naughty 'insult to injury'--and yes, we've got a LOT of listeners calling to weigh in on transgender athletes who've made their way into this year's Summer Olympics! Plus, our old friends Keith Richards, Johnny Cash, Cindy Schnapper, and Aerosmith's likely "replacement" singer (we think he's, maybe, Filipino?) stop by for a little fun, while the Colonel, Mike Turley, keeps us straight on all of the ACTUAL sports notes and news you'll want to keep up on, and John's not only swinging for the bleachers as he picks up as many sight-unseen cars for Give Me the Vin's wholesale wing...you won't want to miss his in-depth interview with Beaux Boeckman, current President of the legendary Galpin Motors, who shaped the "custom/classics/resto/rebuild" industry way back in the 50s in our bonus segments! So stay out of the heat and hang with the Wolfe Pack--we're always happy to see ya. Cheers!
John's trying to stay out of trouble while his wife is out of town so he decides to hit the town and runs into a bunch of his ol' running buddies! It seems like John is late to the party though, and when he finds out why, he's ready to open a can of whup ass. From asking to borrow John's jet to bragging about his son taking John's daughter out, his buddy was digging a hole that he's gonna need help getting out of. Hey, he might at least win a free t-shirt out of it!

Bobbo shares the experience of “breaking down” a brick of marijuana, which reminds John of his friend that was selling his dad's stash. Turns out his buddy's father would leave a lasting impression on John. From full frontal to unique sayings, John will never forget the lessons he learned from an early example of the world's biggest SOB

Friends, it just doesn't get any better than what the Wolfe Pack has slated for this weekend! Johnny C. has his hands plumb FULL of classic and collectible cars and motorcycles--and there are a lot more on the way, as we host the Ms. Rattlesnake Pinup Contest in Walnut Springs, Texas tonight! So, we've got more than a few guests in to talk about putting together what may be the biggest 'post-July 4th-party' in the history of our little home town...
Not to mention, our own JD Ryan has a healthy dose of all the news and pop culture that's fit to dish out, from music to news, politics...and a bumbling Florida man who's figured out the RIGHT way to rob a neighborhood chain pharmacy & department store; meanwhile, the lovely Gigi Drummond is dying to show you her new hair (she calls this one "Jamilla"), and Bobbo's holding down the fort with home run comic performances, with our old friends Keith Richards, Johnny Cash, and a whole lot more...and while the Colonel, Michael Turley, keeps his eye on the clock (and the car biz, don't forget!), John's son Maddox does his best to "cover" the phones while DJ PreKay takes a well-deserved, overdue vacation in H Town. So head this way and hang for the big party at the Rattlesnake tonight, and if you can't? Just grab a spot and hang with the Wolfe Pack for a while--it's always good to see ya. And, we've got a freshly chilled Natural Light right here, to help you get the bash started...are you ready? Let's go! Thanks for hanging with us.
Well neighbor, you picked a perfect time to catch us. Because this weekend, the Wolfe Pack is 100% focused on having a good time: Johnny C. has opened his GMTV Saloon, in what's becoming the fastest-growing party destination in the Texas Hill Country--Walnut Springs! Keep in mind though, we've still got a radio program to get up and running...luckily, we've got a sack full of the kind of stuff that our crowd loves: Miss Gigi is introducing a fabulous new wig for us on the show today, and would you believe she can display it in at least three different hairstyle poses?! We've also got our resident newshound, the famous JD Ryan, who brings notable gaffes from BOTH of our current Presidential candidates to ponder over, AND stories about Floridians reporting sightings of what they're calling the "Skunk Ape"--we've even got him on the air (but you'll have to listen to find out who he is)! Of course we've got Bobbo, DJ PreKay, and the Colonel Michael Turley to round out our own inimitable mix of music, news, politics, sports, and a round of Wolfe Pack Jeopardy that proves once and for all: we're smarter than we look. So come on in and party with the Wolfe Pack! We've got an ice cold Natty Light with your name on it, right here. Cheers!
Run boys run! John got to talk to the man Charlie Daniels himself about a year before he passed and he shared his experience in being on the road at 82 and how age ain't nothin' but a number! Charlie tells us whether you can predict a hit or not and goes through the process of making some of his favorite tracks . He also told us about his book and his bus and what kept him rolling. Rest in peace Charlie Daniels

Teens and weed go together like peanut butter and jelly, so its only right that John and the crew recall some of their angst filled years and their first encounters with the herb. We even get an opinion from a real teen! Turns out John's son thinks there are bigger problems. The crew also shares what it's like now being the parent and finding your kids on the receiving end of the devil's lettuce!

Yeehaw! The Wolfe Pack is back in the saddle, gang--and we're stoked! That is, besides a VERY tumultuous week of navigating the treacherous tones in national Politics, volatile swings in the wholesale car market, a local scene that's just becoming "shy of hostile," and a crew that's bent on enjoying the weekend for a change, we're going to soldier on--and we're damned happy to have you riding with us! Check out Johnny C's brilliant stabs at what it takes to pick up highlines, classics, collectibles... and to wisely turn down a half-finished attempt at a well intended restoration or two; Gigi is in RARE form today, slinging wisdom and beauty and supreme knowledge of pop culture--maybe enough to win a record third week in a row at Wolfe Pack Jeopardy? While JD shows his secret MAGA leanings, Bobbo shares a "covert" conversation he and PreKay shared regarding women's prospective "Desirability Ratings," our own Colonel Mike Turley expounds on the craftiness (and hubris) apparent in this season's NBA draft, and we all, as a whole, continue to equal much, much more than the sum or our parts. Um, if you'll indulge an optimistic outlook. Right?
The good news, as always, is that John stocked the bar quite nicely this weekend, so feel free to glide on in and land your posse right here with the Wolfe Pack! We're gonna stay grounded for now, y'all. Pass the Natty Light! So glad to have you hanging with us.
PLAY BALL! We landed a home run when we brought in a few girls from the local sports bar to promote our listener party. We dive in to what its like to get hit on all day, ask for parental advice and even take some calls from potential suitors. From broke boys, to GivemetheVIN employees, everybody wants a shot. These girls seem to be focused on one thing though and we'll see if any listeners are her type

Hot fun in the Summertime! We'll make no allusions to 'all work and no play'--our own Johnny C. has gotten SERIOUS about buying cars, but...he makes it a damned lot of fun to watch! And friends, he runs the gamut, from priceless "Unicorn" classics to burned-out, non-running junkers, all in the pursuit of the perfect cars, trucks, and whatchamacallits for his growing fleet. Meanwhile, there's a hint of urgency in the rest of the gang, too: JD Ryan has got the "skinny" on all the news that's fit to bust a gut about; our own lovely Gigi is in rare form today, at all times funky and lovely and deeply philosophical; Bobbo's got a chip on his shoulder about music, and for once he may have pulled off a win! While DJ PreKay puts together a VERY risqué rap about the 'Hauk-Tua!' girl, Turley argues that there's more to Eminem than sophomoric racial insults and pee-pee lyrics, and of course we're laughing all the way! So get in out of the heat, pop open a fresh Natty Light, and hang with the Wolfe Pack--we've got one heck of a fine show for you, neighbor. Cheers!
Howdy yall! Election season is right around the corner so what better time to hear from our ol' pal Buster Dix! This congressman or representative always has something going on and this time around he was reeling from finding out his ladies secret identity. Turns out Louisiana and Korea share more in common than you would think!

Well gang, if it's too hot to hang around outside, but still just ten days or so before the firecracker stands open up, you know it must be Father's Day weekend! And Daddy, we've got one hell of a show for ya: Johnny C. is beginning to take on his "mid Summer car buying overachiever" persona--and he's bidding hard, on EVERY SINGLE UNIT he can pick up...which means you'll be happy to find a LOT of car talk, some of which is hilariously unscripted, unpredictably hard-fought, and...you'll just have to listen and decide if you've EVER heard a more entertaining bunch of wholesale negotiating!
And of course, our own JD Ryan has all the news that's fit to broadcast, Bobbo puts together one of the most challenging (and fiercely competed for) rounds of Wolfe Pack Jeopardy we've had in a while, and Gigi shines her "Cali Good Girl" magic across the entire program, 'cause that's what she does!
So take a load of Daddio, the Wolfe Pack has got a ton of fun loaded up and ready to launch! Let's get this show on the road.
Yeah you know me! The Covid craze had John curious about how they handled other infectious diseases, especially ones of the venereal kind. Luckily we have a slew of promiscuous callers to call in and break down their experiences, or experiences of "somebody they know". With a crash course on the in's and out's of STD's, we take some time to ponder about who is at fault when a late night backseat session results in a clinic's visit.

You've surely noticed by now, the Wolfe Pack is one versatile bunch of knuckleheads when it comes to having a great time on our live radio show--but with the car market up just a tic, Johnny C. thought he'd spend a little more "quality" time talking to our listeners from around the country about their cars, trucks, motorcycles and RVs (and buying every damned one of 'em if he can!)...so here's what's what:
This week we condensed our usual four hour live program into three live hours of all of our favorite stuff: we catch up with our old friend Joe Exotic about his day-to-day routine, schemes, hopes and dreams from inside Federal prison; JD Ryan has got some of the funniest, most entertaining news stories we've had all year, including Florida News stories that'll crack you up for sure, a new report about what our friends in Arkansas are calling 'The Miracle Golden Corrall Baby,' and a public school teacher whose hobby is taking sexy (and we mean downright NASTY) selfies in the classroom after hours, while Bobbo wrangles one of our favorite BackTrax features so far this year (it's Van Halen played backwards y'all!), Gigi takes another shot at the Wolfe Pack Jeopardy bragging rights, and of course DJ PreKay, Professor Home School, and the Colonel Michael Turley keep the machine running--and THEN John devotes an entire hour of the show to talking cars and nothing else?! Hey--when the boss wants to work, we've got him covered! So come prepared, friends. It's busy, but we're still the same motley bunch you expect. So grab a Natty Light and hang with the Wolfe Pack! We've got what you need to kick off the weekend right. Cheers!
More money more problems! John was in Las Vegas and trying to enjoy some of the concerts, when the pesky covid protocol of the time put him in a testing line in a very expensive car. There were sneers and jeers but luckily, John knows how to make friends. John also gives us a crash course on different kinds of d-bag cars and what it takes to drive them and we find out what a Rolls Royce umbrella is worth!

Summertime baby, and the livin' is easy at W6 Ranch! This week's program is kind of an impromptu get-together, like any fine family gathering--or an unexpected keg party...hop on board as the Wolfe Pack catches up with old friends and new:
We don't know how Johnny C. does it, but it's true: while hanging around with his steer-roping friends, he happened upon a random bystander who just happened to be world-famous news correspondent Lara Logan, who decided to stop by for a visit. We also get our weekly talk with the always entertaining Tiger King himself, Joe Exotic, who weighs in on Donny Trump's latest excursion into the American justice system, life in federal prison, and his plan to be a free man, sooner rather than later! We've also got our own JD Ryan, who covers the news with boldness and panache (including a very informative and hilarious interview with a basset hound named Priscilla)...the Colonel, Mike Turley, keeps us caught up on the latest sports scores, schedules, predictions and "hot" takes, Bobbo keeps it weird as usual, including plans to make an organic smoking device from a genetically modified chicken leg?! And of course, our own Sweetheart of the Radio, Gigi Drummond, is always handy to guide us on the "pompatus" of life and love--and she plays a mean game of Wolfe Pack Jeopardy! And, just for kicks, we invite a half-dozen of our fans and friends to join us, via Zoom, for our live radio (and Youtube stream), 'cause we're all better when we're together. So sit and hang a while with the Wolfe Pack! We've got a great way to spend a Saturday. Yeehaw!
Ouch! John breaks down how he cracked his collarbone riding dirt bikes on the ranch and Gigi gives him a stern talking to! We get a first-hand account of the incident and the aftermath, and it turns out JD once had a similar injury while in Mexico. Of course we talk to JD’s doctor, Dr. Jiminez, who wants to take us all out for a margarita!

Well hallelujah and nix the gaslight, it's finally the weekend! You don't need us to tell you: the smart money is on spending it with friends and family, get plenty of laughs and recklessly goofy opinions, a topical spread of the stuff our crowd wants to hear about, and party hearty! Of course, we've got an angle or two, with John navigating his way through small town politics (and it ain't easy being the New Kid!), Gigi is STILL looking for a certain special kind of man--but nothing like her most recent suitor...while JD keeps us up to date and on the point about news, pop culture and "weird" news entries, Bobbo's up to nine kinds of "no good" (including our old friends Keith Richards, the Reverend Charles, the World's Biggest SOB, and more), Turley has the corner on up-to-the-minute Sports insights and "hot" takes, and a whole lot more! So get out there and have a great Memorial Day weekend, thanks for bringing us along.
In memory of our fallen heroes: "What we do for others and the world remains and is immortal." Thank you for your service.
Word to your mother! In this week's throwback clip, our resident slanguistics expert DJ Pre-K is going to break down some Hip-Hop lexicon for us to use in our everyday lives, courtesy of Brosetta Stone. We also find out how it was to shoot a music video on a big stripper bus John bought. Turns out there's a lot of places for dollar bills to get lost in, but the ladies sure love it!

Word to the wise friends--you're going to want to strap in tight for this week's program, because it is one bumpy ride! John and the W6 Ranch crew are experiencing, we'll say, a few "small town growing pains" in the fabric of the status quo in our little home town of Walnut Springs, which is to say: when you're the new kid in town, you get a little friction from the "old guard" while getting settled! But all indications are Big Things are beginning to happen, both for the Wolfe Pack AND our new neighbors. And my, how the car biz keeps a fellow busy: John's been landing some AWESOME classic, "hot rods" and exotic cars from all over the country (check our social media content at jcwshow.com to see the latest models, mods, instructional videos and wisdom from Squirrel, our Chief Mechanic)! And of course, the radio show is a genuine banger! Our old friend Joe Exotic, the Tiger King, is back from hiatus at a federal lockup in Florida with great stories about what he's been up to (and yes ladies, he's still single!), while JD has a ton of entertaining news and pop culture stories, a new You Just Lost a Listener, and some Florida News you won't want to miss...John and Bobbo share a small bit of what they love the most about great music and their favorite old TV shows, and Gigi has a lot to say about...well, a LOT of topics in human behavior and living the Cali lifestyle. And don't forget, Turley has more than a handful of scores, schedules, and other "hot sports takes" from across the spectrum! So come on in, grab a Natty Light, settle down and have yourself a hang with your favorite weekend crew. The Wolfe Pack has got what you need! Cheers.
You better watch out! Karenz Wit Attitudes are comin' at ya and they're straight outta patience! Finally, an anthem for all of the bad vibe single moms out there who take their aggression out on anybody in sight. From Wal Mart employees to delivery drivers, nobody is safe. You don't want to run across one of these ladies in a dark alley, or you're liable to get CANCELLED by K.W.A.!

Oh boy! Friends, after several weeks of careful experimentation and taste tests, we think we've got our recipe for 'The Perfect Show' down pat! So, we're glad you happened by...Johnny C. has got a LOT on his mind, from a couple of precious memories of our old friend Washabaugh to a growing scheme on developing our own small home town of Walnut Springs into a hive of art, culture, music and industry--and the results are unsettlingly promising! Meanwhile, JD Ryan has a cachet full of great news stories to keep us up to date on what's going on in the world, Gigi has two (unbalanced) tons of wisdom about "living in the NOW," the "Colonel" Mike Turley brings his angle on sports, PreKay gives us a special tribute to Bob Marley, and of course, our old friends Johnny Cash, the Reverend Charles, and more stop by, just to keep the act balanced with The Force...so use your feelings, and hang with the Wolfe Pack! We're damned glad to see ya--thanks for stopping by!
Rock 'n roll baby!! Keith Richards is having a hard time remembering his trip to Cuba, but he never forgets the cocaine! Our favorite rock star stops by to tell the JCW show crew about his HIGHly recommended morning routine. He also tells us how the Coronavirus was around back in the day, and he used to be a big fan of the combo!

Neighbor, if you're up against trying to have a good time in the middle of a very rainy season, the Wolfe Pack has the solution! Take a little break indoors, maybe catch a rock n' roll show, and have a laugh or two, and enjoy a tasty beverage--because we've got a LOT of ideas about what makes a party! While Johnny C. is reflecting on his recently departed old buddy Washabaugh, he's also reliving some great memories, AND surrounding himself with an entertaining bunch: Scott Bartlett of the Rock band Saving Abel is in the house to talk about his career and play us a song or two, Gigi has got some very cheeky angles and advice on keeping us in a party mode, Bobbo's got his hands full of great comic bits that range from comfortably familiar to hilariously new-and-unscripted, Turley's got his own skeptical take on all matters of business, sports and politics, DJ Pre Kay has just released his latest new single AND video, and JD Ryan had the good sense to run off and elope with a fine lady indeed! And of course, our old friends Johnny Cash, some random wild bear off the street, Juan Solo, and many others stop by to pay a visit--so be prepared to hang for an extra segment or two while you laugh your ass off! Thanks for spending your Saturday with the Wolfe Pack.
Bobbo is truly the songbird of our generation. This week we have a touching rendition of a Barry Manilow classic "I Write The Songs" dedicated to the owner of GivemethevIN.com, John Clay Wolfe himself. From the Fords to the Subaru's, he bids them all! A relic from over 10 years ago, you can tell these guys had lightening in a bottle early and we STILL buy the cars!

Sakes alive, y'all--the big night is HERE! Tonight, in our own little hometown of Walnut Springs, we'll be joined by the legendary Foghat, live on stage! And that's just a teeny tiny bit of what we've got to talk about: Johnny C. is bidding those cars like candy bars (but paying considerably more than you would at any candy shop), JD has got a whole satchel full of crazy news stories, from all the wet n' wild weirdness of Florida News to letters from angry "former" fans of the show on You Just Lost a Listener, even an A.I. assisted gangsta rapping Mona Lisa, while Gigi brings the class, Bobbo brings the funny, and the Colonel, Mike Turley, keeps us all cruising right between the lines to our destination--it's live Rock n' Roll on a Saturday night at the Rattlesnake Roadhouse, with the one and only Foghat. So steer yourself over this way, and party with the Wolfe Pack!
In memory of John's friend Washabaugh, a long time member of the crew and a close friend, we're taking a ride on the wild side. When John finds one of his brand new 4 wheelers all wrecked up and broken, he's on a hunt to find out whodunnit? With the help of a little public call out, the friend came out and confessed and it was our former host Washabaugh who turned it over. Apparently a concussion can make for a convincing drunk, but the clues come together and it leaves John with a wonderful Christmas present. R.I.P. Washabaugh

Cheer up friends, the good news is that the Wolfe Pack is in extremely rare good form this week--and the better news? It's 420! (A disclaimer: if 420 holds no significance for you, please disregard this part of the message...it seemed like a great idea at the time, so...give us a quick breath mint and visine break, ok?)
We've got a BIG show for you this time around, with LOTS of highly entertaining skits, bits, and raucous conversation you'll find tangential to that "secret" number we mentioned...and it's all in pursuit of a high old time: Johnny C. is in high spirits, freshly back from a mini work trek to Florida, and many details about his travels...he's also got big plans on the way, with Foghat coming to play our little home town of Walnut Springs in one week! And of course, there's a world of sports, music, and car biz know-how that you won't want to miss. And speaking of misses, Miss Gigi has got suitors aplenty, with a new Mail from Jail prospective husband-to-be offering his hand (and whole body for that matter), a Wolfe Pack Jeopardy near-loss that's as hilarious as it is heartbreaking, and plenty of that savvy, groovy "Gigi-ness" that we all adore...JD has got some WILD spins on the news and world events coverage that only he can bring (and some "Remember When?" stories to tell on John, now that Mrs. Wolfe has forgotten them); and Bobbo, PreKay, and the Colonel Mike Turley bring up the blunt end with enough smokin' hot fun stuff to keep us all laughing out loud! And don't forget, our old friends Tiger King Joe Exotic, Johnny Cash, Tiger Woods' mom, and a whole lot more are stopping by to fly right along with us! So keep your munchies handy, and...hey. Got a light? Thanks, man. You're a righteous dude.
And on a bittersweet note: Johnny C. has had some very sad news about the passing of an old friend of the show (and a lifelong personal friend), the one and only Aaron Washabaugh--and we pay our respects on this week's show in a way that only we can...we miss you already, old buddy. This one's for you.
It's a celebration! Our reverend friend is looking for a place to host his Christmas party and what better than the local Chinese restaurant! Our favorite prankster Bobbo checks the temperature of the Pu Pu Hot Pot to see if they'll play ball, but it seems like they're not in the Christmas spirit. These fortune cookies can be tough to crack so we even have some outtakes! Wear something you can get wet!

Partner, we'll hang our hat on this: if all work and no play makes Johnny C. a dull boy, you'll be happy to know--we're all play for this episode! And yeah, we've got Big Star Power, too. Foghat's Roger Earl is on, to drum up the band's upcoming show in our own little home town of Walnut Springs on April 27th (get your tickets NOW at jcwshow.com!) to talk some cars and music and on-the-road Rock n' Roll stories, and have a short chat with our old pal Keith Richards, Joe Exotic, the Tiger King himself, calls in to tell us the latest from Federal prison and his bid for President...and that's just the top of our bucket of fun! We'll also dig into the results of John's 'Battle In the Eclipse' motocross race between Give Me the Vin and Richard Rawlings' Gas Monkey Garage, look back at the life, career, and infamous criminal history of the late OJ Simpson, a new transgender ban in college athletics (and our own little opinions, of course), a knock down drag out round of Wolfe Pack Jeopardy, and as always, we've got our own inimitable take on what's going on in the car biz (including classics and exotics!), sports, world news and politics, and more! So grab a fresh Natty Light and prepare to be entertained--the Wolfe Pack has what you need!
Get ready for some crappy humor becasue were on the look out for a dookie bandit! After somebody blasts the urinal with a fresh, unwanted delivery, the John Clay Wolfe show is left in SHAMBLES trying to figure out what happened and who dunnit?!. There's only one man for the job, P.I. Pre Kay and he's going to get to the bottom of this. The culprit might be closer than you think...

Well friend, we hope you bet on the Wolfe Pack this week, because we're Aces High and banking on a damned good time! First things first: after WAY too long of a wait, Johnny C's old friend Joe Exotic, the "Tiger King" is back! And he's got all kinds of stories about his move from Fort Worth Federal prison to a posh, plush county facility in Florida--where he's a lot happier, and STILL telling it like it is (you're gonna LOVE this interview)...PLUS, this week's round of Wolfe Pack Jeopardy is a knock-down drag-out fight that you're not going to want to miss, John's got some sly, wise insight on what's going on in the wholesale car market (including Classics and Exotics, so you wannabees take note!). We've also got a ton of news and politics from our Current Events scholar, the Honorable JD Ryan, lots of laughs with our old friends Johnny Cash, the World's Biggest SOB, and Mango the Male Gigolo, and don't forget Letters to Gigi, our tribute to Merle Haggard in the BackTrax, and of course, this being an extra-long, bonus-sized show, we skipped buying by the case and picked up a whole keg of Natty Light! So have a brew and sit a spell. The Wolfe Pack's throwin' a party, yo!
Love is in the air and who knew the John Clay Wolfe show could be a place for romance? The lovely Gigi gets some help from John's Dial-A-Date service and she's in for a smorgasbord of unique candidates trying to satisfy her needs!
From local but married, to lay downs in Texas, John's being a bit picky on behalf of our beautiful sister, but there's got to be somebody, right? I just hope she likes a simple man!

Yeah, buddy! Friends, this week's show is a BLAST--and a supersized one at that! John and Gigi are soaking up the vibe in Los Angeles, from the studios of KLOS, while the rest of us hold the fort down at W6 Ranch. And cousin, we don't have to tell ya: when the Wolfe's away, we go the extra mile to make damned sure there's plenty of party in a work day! Which makes this week's show a sweet deal: John is on FIRE, with special guest Adam Carolla, who spins some of the best on-the-spot comedy we're ever offered on the show! John's also got a bevy of notes and news on what the car market's doing, the fine-but-challenging reality of working with fellow 'Car Guy' celebrities like our old friend Richard Rawlings, a cautionary tale or two of how to buy and sell 'classic' cars without getting bitten by expenses, and the reasons NOT to bet on college basketball...while JD Ryan brings a top-notch selection of news stories AND a special Letter for Gigi, Bobbo sleeps late and pisses off the boss (but proudly "blows" a .19 ABL into JD's breathalyzer kit), and the Colonel, Michael Turley, holds the whole thing together with tact, poise, and reason. What's not to love, right? So grab a spot and crack open a fresh Natty Light--we are so glad you're able to hang around! Cheers.
We were blessed to have "Rush Limbaugh" as a regular on our show and when John paid tribute to him after his passing, the radio legend couldn't help but to call in from the afterlife. John gives him a cigar for his thoughts on what heaven is like and Rush lists off a slew of celebrities he's run in to and it's more than he could have ever dreamed of! We even hear from Paul Harvey, but he says he hasnt seen Rush around yet...

Word to the wise on this one neighbors, this week the Wolfe Pack covers a LOT of ground on the show, so...try and keep up, and take notes if you have to! Johnny C. is downright AWASH in not-so-pleasant stories about how some of the classics he is collecting are experiencing automotive gremlins (not to mention dropping pieces here and there!), while JD Ryan has brought along a record number of great news pieces: Oprah's sudden embrace of the infamous 'Fat Shot' we've all heard so much about, ordinary people making extraordinarily dumb lifestyle choices in the Sunshine State, and more, while Gigi offers a wise bit of advice for what a lady should do when she's hooked up with someone who sports the 'wrong' political view...and speaking of, Bobbo's got some funny juxtaposition regarding Donald Trump and his (maybe?) new VP running mate choice in "Little" Marco Rubio...and Turley gets us all in Dutch over a story concerning MLB pitcher Shohei Ohtani's interpreter, who may or may not be gambling on professional sports. Which gives us a chance to heap praise on our growing number of Asian fans, and catch up with our old friends Tommy Carbone, Johnny Cash, Tiger Woods' Mom...are you keeping up so far? Good. Here's a Natty Light to keep you sharp--you're gonna need it! Cheers.
Hey everybody! After chipmunks are getting a bad rap for attacking old people, Randy stops by to tell us what can happen when chipmunks don't save nuts. Randy recounts a fight he saw at the local gas station that gets a bit crazy. Turns out you've got to chalk it up to election season. Randy even tells us about the leaders of the chipmunk nation, turns out they have some similarities to us humans!

Here in the Wolfe Pack, we're like you--ready and willing to jump into Spring! But before your can bloom anew, you've got to get your winter dues paid--and we're all work this week! John's got some of the best (and most troublesome) car stories we've heard in a while--and all of this week's drama centers around a newly acquired '79 Candy Apple Red Pontiac Firebird, just as pretty as a picture and suddenly seizing up...dammit! While JD covers all the news you can use, Bobbo and Gigi are awash in funny stuff you're gonna love, Turley has the stats and specs on the upcoming Jake Paul/Mike Tyson fight, and PreKay keeps us streetwise. And, catch up with our old friend Adam Carolla--and we've got some BIG news about an upcoming JCW Show live music event with one of our all time favorite bands...can you say Foghat? Yes indeed, it's a perfect week to share a Saturday slow ride with the Wolfe Pack!
From the hen house to the pen to the John Clay Wolfe show! We've got the origin story of our own Cluck Norris, the rough and tumble rooster that was terrorizing the streets of Fort Worth. We decided to give him another chance so he could roll with our transporters and keep them safe and he's not shy to tell us how he's had to defend himself before!

So keep an eye out for those thick Doberman Pinschers...and we'll see you Saturday
Woohoo! Neighbors, you picked a PERFECT time to tune in, 'cause the Wolfe Pack has decided we're Spring Break bound and more than willing to start this party early! Our comedian friend Jerry Wayne Longmire stops by to hang for bit, share a boatload of laughs, and perform a little Car Astrology on some soundly screwy car and truck pics, while Johnny C. draws a perfectly followable (and not surprisingly astute) pattern of depreciation in Elon Musk's new Tesla Cyber trucks as they find their way into the wholesale market, JD and Gigi have some wise (and hilarious!) answers to listener emails, DJ PreKay finds that Jerry Wayne is more "street ready" than any of us thought in this week's Brosetta Stone, while Bobbo reflects on some not-so-secular weirdness he's been experiencing, our old friends Randy the Chipmunk, our new friend Poindexter the Florida Turtle, and the Devil himself pay a visit, and Colonel Turley keeps it all flowing right down the middle of the stream! Which leads to...well, you know: a damned good time! So grab a spot and a cold Natty Light, and sit a spell. Let's ride!
It's always a bag of fun having Hannah the stripper in the studio! John and the crew interrogate Hannah on her bedtime, how much she makes in a night and what her future looks like, but the tables are turned when Hannah starts prodding J.D. to see which team he plays for. Things go a bit left when she shows her brand new boobs to the crew and they cant help but wonder what famous client could've paid for those! Will Hannah the stripper kiss and tell?

You know we hate to quote movies at ya, but...in the words of the Wolfe Pack's patron badass, Jack Nicholson, "All work and no play is a major damned bummer." Or, something like that...and we don't know about you, but we expect that you know what it's like to be so damned busy on a work schedule that you kinda forget to stop and have a good time occasionally, right? And THAT is how we spend Saturdays around here. Coming off DJ PreKay's big video shoot, and Give Me the Vin's sale of the very first Tesla Cyber Truck in the country, and around sixty hours on the clock for JD, Turley, Bobbo and Gigi, we are READY for a good time!
Join us as we run the gamut, from Gigi's dominance in Wolfe Pack Jeopardy, and JD waxing absolutely ultra-positive about a new Mail from Jail from his old friend Joe exotic, and Bobbo trying to figure out why John wants us all naked in his hot tub...It's quite a show. Not to mention, our own inimitable mix of music, sports, politics and world news, and our old friends Eddie Vedder, Johnny Cash, Hanna the exotic dancer and more, how could you not have a damned good time?! At least, until it's time to clock back in, right? So spend your leisure time wisely. Hang with the Wolfe Pack! You'll be happy you did.
Oh boy! Just like a burned-out Fire Chicken Pontiac, the Wolfe Pack is SO much better after a tune up! While Johnny C. has been out travelling, the crew has tuned our focus and firepower on putting on one hell of a great show this week...The Man Himself (that's our John Clay Wolfe!) has a LOT to say about current trends in the car biz, NIL money flooding college sports programs, and what it takes to keep this badass ship afloat, while JD makes a special announcement that takes our breath away--he's decided to get married again, and our congratulations come with much love and a kind of loss over why he doesn't want to throw the Wedding of the Century?! You'll notice, too, that our Gigi takes a bit of "tough love" to get her started in the right direction before she steals the show (and this week's Wolfe Pack Jeopardy game!)...while Bobbo, Turley and Prekay offer so much balls-on-the-wall, realtime FUNNY stuff, you'll laugh so hard it'll get tough to breathe! Um, maybe you should have a tune up too? No worries, neighbor: come on in, have a Natty Light, and let's pull out the hardware, yeah? Always a better time with you than it's ever been without you! Cheers. We're all "fixer uppers" when it comes right down to it!
Yeah Buddy! John's feeling some type of way about Bobbo making "The World's Biggest Son Of A Bitch" bits about him after his wife pointed out some similarities. Bobbo swears it's just a coincidence and it seems they're definitions of a true SOB might vary. They break it down and it sounds like John might have some first hand experience with SOB's and he even confesses to some of his own SOB tendencies!

Just when you thought you'd run out of events to gamble your hard earned dollars on, the Wolfe Pack would like to propose a wager: we'll bet you're laughing your ass off before you get even halfway through the first hour of this week's show. Because we've got all flags flying for ways to enjoy the weekend now that football is dead and gone (or at least until we've decided whether we're in on the UFL)! Because you should know, Johnny C. is hanging with a VERY different crowd these days, riding dirt bikes in the daytime and horses at night, all fueled by whole kegs' worth of fine Miller Lite, AND has a great interview with Patrick Mahomes' QB coach extraordinaire Jeff Christensen to boot! Of course Gigi is keeping us boys on our toes regarding what a self-respecting (but still pretty kinky) modern woman needs...while JD, Bobbo and Turley (and don't forget DJ PreKay!) provide some of the funniest one-off bits we've ever attempted--and all live, without a net! So grab a Natty Light and get ready for a big Saturday, because we're in rare form this week--bet that! Ready? Let's go! Glad to have you with us.
Rev those engines up baby! We're taking a wild ride through the archives! We start off trying to figure out whos liable for a backseat bump and grind session gone wrong, but all John can think about is one of JD's classic freaky tales.
Our resident Playboy amuses us with answers to our questions like how, what, when and for how long. Let's just say Acura's can be a tight fit!

We'll concede right off the bat here that the Wolfe Pack doesn't claim license to any particular championship professional sporting events, so when we refer to the Big Game, you know what we're talking about! And we have got four quarters' worth of high-flying NFL talk, predictions, betting treachery, and more: this week's BackTrax contest features the songs of Taylor Swift, because...well, you know. (And our results on that score are disastrously hilarious!) Of course, we play quite a few of our own games: JD sneaks a new "animal character" into his Sunshine State News report, PreKay has major recruitment call for 'high class ass-shakers, wannabe hos, and champion twerkers' to model in his upcoming new Rap video, while Gigi's gaming for a new love interest at every turn, and our latest round of Wolfe Pack Jeopardy! includes Johnny C's new Hollywood friend Dean McDermott, star of TV, film, and an all-around badass! Because we're all about Big Games--especially where the big balls roll: 'cause like you, neighbor, we're super bowlers, too. Score!
Oh boy, we got a story about squirrels wreaking havoc on the inside of trucks and our resident animal expert, Randy the chipmunk, drops in to let us know what's going down. Unfortunately John is in an awful mood and can't take anymore of his high pitched hijinks. We even take a poll to see if the listeners want to decide the fate of our beloved animal pal. Will John pull the trigger or will Randy live to eat nuts another day?

Tell you what the Wolfe Pack loves about Saturday morning: after another incredibly busy week, it sure is nice to get together with our friends, let loose, and laugh our asses off--and there's plenty of that going on with this week's program! Johnny C. has FINALLY moved ahead in his share of gambling dollars leading into the Big Game...and, speaking of, is Taylor Swift a Biden-loving spy in the house of American politics, or just a very successful singer with a very successful pro-football-playing boyfriend? Meanwhile, Gigi experiences a VERY worrisome situation with a missing daughter who didn't make it home last night, JD's got UFO news we've all got an opinion about, and our old friends Johnny Cash, Stephen Hawking, and more stop by to join in on the fun! And of course, John Clay has got the latest trends and inside dope on the car biz...So grab a spot and hang with the Wolfe Pack! So glad you made it to the party.
Everybody's got a funny poop story, but John got a bomb dropped on him when a picture of a biohazardous scene in the company urinal hits his phone. Imagine his surprise when he sees that somebody dropped a doozy of a duece in the stand can. The crew ponders who dunnit, the logistics of how and also what kind of preventative measures can they take to make sure this never happens again. We'll see if it works!

Buckle up as John Clay Wolfe steps into @TheAdamCarollaShow studio for an unfiltered discussion about all things cars, selling and trading strategies, and a hearty dose of nostalgia from the good old radio days!
You're gonna be glad you found the Wolf Pack on a cool Winter day neighbor--because we have picked up a big ol' pot of hot fun for ya! We've got John's old friend Richard Rawlings from the famous Gas Monkey Garage to tell us all about his collaboration with Johnny C. to take some RADICAL one-of-a-kind vehicles to Barrett-Jackson for their Scottsdale Classics sale, so we are HEAVY on cars! And you know we've got JD, Bobbo, Turley, Gigi, DJ Prekay and Brother Homeschool along to round up one Hell of a great slate of entertaining stuff: we've got a special BackTrax contest, featuring newly discovered "secret" audio from the King of Pop, Michael Jackson, Turley's 'Last Great Round' of high stakes NFL betting this side of the Superbowl, JD Ryan gets a surprise visit from his little brother BJ Ryan, Gigi keeps the crew straight with plenty of fine-and-funky wisdom...and catch up with our old friends Johnny Cash, the Devil himself--and the Wolfe Pack Singers do a special tune for our sometimes hero Elon Musk, to the tune of Eric Clapton's "Cocaine". So bring your spoon and have a bowl of what we're cooking--we're tasty, yo!
What does Colonel Sanders look like? Cluck Norris says he might be a prime choice to be a victim of a chicken on this week's archive clip! The toughest rooster around breaks down what could make you a target, and its easier than you think! John also asks for advice on sponsoring cockfights, which make Cluck a little jealous. Doesn't John know he's a CHAMPION?? I'll let Cluck tell it!

Hey, partner--did you ever see Stagecoach? Well, this week's episode is quite a bit like that: A stagecoach driver, a doctor, a drunk, a cowboy, and a schoolmarm are riding through Breakneck Pass with everything they own, on their way to sure redemption and glory...and wouldn't you know, they have such a good time that they forget that the schoolmarm is really the hero of the picture! Ride with the Wolfe Pack as the driver and the cowboy wrangle some REALLY tough betting prospects on this week's NFL Divisional playoffs, while the schoolmarm shares tales of life in Florida and a fine bit of guidance on how the cowboy might find happiness--if he'd just stop cursing up a storm! Meanwhile, the doctor and the drunk are coming from the same point of view, but on opposite sides of their own political proclivities...and we still have time for our own inimitable mix of music, sports, politics and world news...and all thanks to DJ PreKay adding that one essential new Hip Hop term to our collective vocabularies! So bundle up, sit tight, and 'po a fo' with the Wolfe Pack! We're lucky to have you along for the trip!
Behind every billion dollar company is a drunk friend right? John's newly charged buddy has a couple of boozy business ideas that he wants to throw around, and he has first hand experience! From breathalyzers to liquor companies, this man sure has his mind fixed [and that's without the pills!] Of course the ONLY problem is he has a wife that likes to yap HIM in to trouble. Who's gonna drive him to Shark Tank?

You're going to have to try and keep up, friends--because after a week that's been super busy, surprisingly enjoyable, and amazingly successful, the Wolfe Pack is spinning this week's program like a proper damned playground! All of our hallmarks are here: Johnny C. is covering the ever changing trends in a car market that makes other "car guys" shiver with dread, while he and Colonel Turley are betting all they've got on some VERY tricky football matchups (#NFLPlayoffs are the BOMB!), Gigi has some Jeopardy revenge play she's ready to roll out, JD Ryan has a You Just Lost a Listener letter or two that you can't miss, and Bobbo thinks it might be a good time to hit the border and find a new Venezuelan bride--easy, right?! And of course, we've got our own inimitable take on the latest news, pop culture gossip, music, and politics--along with visits from our old friends Stephen Hawking, DJ PreKay, the Devil himself, and many more! So grab a spot on the jungle gym, neighbor! We've got a fresh Natty Lite right here for ya. Cheers!
Can they fix it? They'll say they can! Before John's W6 Ranch was finished, he was having a tough time vetting contractors. When John wanted his party pavilion built up, he went straight to the streets to find the best out, but all he found was more demands for less work. From translating middle men to hanging plates, the whole build was shaping up to be nothing but a disaster. You know what they say, it's hard to find good help!!

WhooWEE! This week the Wolfe Pack takes to the indoors for some slightly cooler weather--but we're still putting it all out there, know what we're saying? Join us for a SUPER loaded roster of the best morning radio out there! We've got John's new recruit Gary Bennett (from the award-winning, industry leading Barrett Jackson auction dynasty), to give some wisdom on navigating the 'Classics' car market... betting gets heavy, with a slough of pro AND college games on the slab for the weekend (and Johnny C. still gaining on his season-long gamblin' feud with the notorious Colonel Michael Turley), while JD's got some WILD news stories from around the country, PreKay teaches us a little Hip Hop culture, and Bobbo shows off his encyclopedic knowledge of the most talented porn actresses currently working in the adult video field! And of course, our inimitable take on the best stories in music, politics and world news, and more! So make sure to layer up on the comfy warm outerwear, and brave the cold with the Wolfe Pack!
Happy New Year! Let's make a toast to the archives, just don't drive! When they first started cracking down on DUI's in the 70's, proud Americans were just trying to protect their God given freedoms, but John has seen just how scary a late night 25,000 lb haul with a seasoned drinker can be. How many beers will it take before young John starts to think uhhhh, this isnt a good idea? Let's find out!

Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays Wolfepack! We've got a special gift under the tree for you, and guess what it is? It's your favorite podcast back with a fresh Christmas Eve episode! Twas the Saturday before Christmas and all through the ranch, John was calling for our listeners to air out their grievances for Festivus! From long winded and sexually frustrated conspiracy theorists to former federal agents with a tip on stolen car scams, we've got a bit of it all. Gigi tells us about her family's experience ice skating [Black people on ice coming to a rink near you!] John's dropping cold hard cash on bad ass cars but he needs Uncle Roy and Bagman Tom to carry the cash [and the gun] to make sure it all goes smooth. We're missing Bobbo, but we find a clip of him trying out for a different station and we play DJ Pre-K's Christmas classic "Gangsta Ass Christmas" to bring up the spirits after John's middle school bully calls in to apologize for beating him up after slapping his sister's boobies [Turns out she deserved it!] Pour up that egg nog and light the yule log because we've got all that and more on the John Clay Wolfe show!
Woo-hooo! It's Christmas time and our own chipmunk correspondent, Randy, has dug this festive archive clip up for us! Randy's been stashing nuts all year but he's got to keep an eye out for those sketchy squirrels. Him and his chipmunk gang are hatching a plan to hit the local Wal Mart for the biggest nut heist the animal kingdom has seen! Will Randy and his team make away with the nut sack of their dreams? They deserve it after a confusing encounter with a Turkey last month...

Simmer down now, neighbor--we're all raring to hop into Christmas time as much as you are! And we're feeling so good about 2023 we're ready to share a heapin' helping of Wolfe Pack joy! BUT...it's going to take an informed mind and a damned good attitude to get to the finish line--so stick with us for a spell. We've got a bit to say about how to correctly pick, predict and bet smart with a bona fide sports book consultant for a double-dose of the NFL this weekend; Gigi's got all you need to know about how she has become a trusted and capable mental health guru, Turley has brought along some tasty bits of "organic" comedy he came across during Friday Night Time with Bobbo and PreKay (speaking of which, our DJ has a fun new round of Brosetta Stone for us), and JD Ryan covers a whole world of weird news, politics and current events! Stay locked in for a special bonus segment from today's final hour, and don't forget to grab a corny dog while you're here! Only ten days until the jolly ol' Fat Man comes to town--make sure you're ready with help from the Wolfe Pack! It's a holly jolly good time, for sure!
Ho Ho Ho! Happy Holidays! We're all familiar with the classic and somewhat controversial "Baby, It's Cold Outside" Well our crew has their own spin on that all too familiar Christmas tale! Short but sweet, I'm sure you'll be caroling these lyrics in your neighborhood this year! Taken from one of our classic Saturday morning intros, here it is in it's glorious entirety. Make sure to stay warm this Holiday season!

Hey--you feelin' okay? Here at the Wolfe Ranch, we've got a LOT of the wintertime "bug" going around...but being the troopers we are, our best shot at relief is coming on in for what's probably one of our best shows of the year! While John's just a wee bit under the weather, Turley has got a wealth of football matchups and predictions to bet on, Bobbo's getting uptight about the GOP, JD has his eye on this week's top news items, and who knew that DJ Homeschool was such a great rock singer?! Of course, we have got a LOT of insightful talk about what's going on in the the car biz these days, and a whole menu of our own inimitable takes on sports, music, politics and world news, along with a host of our favorite radio friends from way back: catch up with Keith Richards, Tony Romo's dad, and more! Just, y'know, keep a safe distance partner--it's cold and flu season! But no worries, we've got Z packs to share. Thanks for hanging with the Wolfe Pack!
When there's no beer at the World Cup you have to get creative and that's exactly what John Clay Wolfe did in today's archive clip! You can hear the lightbulb go on above John's head as he invents the newest sport: Camel Toe Polo. Round up the butterfaces and call Mo because were about to play ball! The fans even have a way to make it better!

Let's take a little trip to Louisiana! Last year we all towed our show to the great cities of New Orleans and Baton Rouge to enjoy a little bayou flavor, and our field investigator DJ Pre-K got his journal out and got to the bottom of what everybody wants to know. What exactly is a Coon-Ass? What better way to find out than go straight to the source!

Well howdy neighbor! Before you get those bells jinglin', spend an action-packed good time with the Wolfe Pack--we've got a LOT going on: Johnny C. is hosting his annual 'Buyer Homecoming' weekend, with a ranch full of "car guys" motorcycling, firemaking, and shooting as many awesome weapons as we could gather in one place...PLUS, our special surprise for John? Our own Gigi Drummond made it all the way from California to join in the fun, Uncle Roy spent some quality time (and a damned good story or two) with us, Turley is on a bit of a slide with his sports book, with a few less dollars amassed after last week's round of betting with John, Bobbo's pulling some chemically challenged guitar time around the house, and JD (thank goodness!) manages somehow to keep the whole gang in line. And, we've got another great round of Wolfe Pack Jeopardy, lots of insightful Car Talk, our own "take" on whatever in the hell is wrong with Elon Musk, and a full basket of our inimitable style of conversation about music, media, news and politics...and it's all right here. So grab a spot and hang with the Wolfe Pack! We saved an ice cold Natty Light, just for you. Cheers!
Pardon me neighbor, but have you got any leftover turkey for a poor ol' bunch of 'Car Guys' who could use a break?! Just kidding--we've had about all of THAT we can handle, for now...But ain't it great to be out of the business of Thanksgiving and officially into the Christmas season? And boy oh boy, do we have a lot going on for a holiday week!
Johnny C. just LOVES to buy cars, and he's bidding them as if he were knee deep into a newly developed gambling addiction--and if you ask Mike Turley, he most assuredly has--plenty of big sports tips, predictions, lines and recommendations for those who'd like to lose a buck or three in a weekend PACKED with great matchups! We've also got a ton of the best talk that runs the gamut of our favorite topics: politics, news and world culture, and surprise post-Turkey Day visits from our old friends Randy the Chipmunk, Keith Richards, Libby the Liberal, and more! So grab a spot and enjoy a room-temperature Natty Light with the Wolfe Pack! (Sorry, but the fridge is still full of--well, you know.) Happy Thanksgiving!
Let's take a trip down memory lane to Thanksgivings past! John Clay Wolfe's foreign in-laws are in town and they're ready to have a ball! They've got everything packed and ready and they've even got a dog sitter, but the trip gets canned and John's left with a dilemma. Do they pick up the dog (that just so happens to love to leave behind a nice yelllow stain one all of John's clothes) or do they let IT Rob handle it for the rest of the week? What would you do?

Here in the Wolfe Pack, we're always downright overjoyed to make it back to Saturday to spend time with all our friends cracking jokes and talking about what's on our minds...but we're not beyond a little foreshadowing: This weekend is our last stop before the REAL Holiday Season begins, and...well, we've got a LOT to get off our minds! Elon Musk is getting weird AGAIN (and wrecking the whole Twitter brand for no good damned reason at all), our own Car Guru Johnny C. has every reason to believe that EVs are a half century away from true fruition, despite impending regulations and legislation, and by God, it's getting hard to bet on football by any discernibly profitable margin...but it's our last gasp before that poor old turkey is roasted to perfection. So sit back and enjoy our own brand of perfectly prepared, gab, gaff, and good old Saturday fun, before Thanksgiving is upon us. And cheers, neighbor! We've made it this far, we might as well be all in! This Natty Light is for you. Thanks so much for hanging with us.
Digging around Randy's nut stash and we found a real gem! In this week's throwback clip we've got the beloved chipmunk Randy and his friend Rusty stoned out of their minds after finding a chronic stash. Lo and behold a Planters truck arrives right on time and whisks Randy away to Northwest Texas! Let's just hope the coyotes in Lubbock arent that smart...

John Clay joins his mentor Bob Hollenshead for an up-to-date talk about the state of the wholesale market, with TONS of info about what's selling well, where the "curve" is headed, and what folks in the biz are doing to capitalize on the HERE AND NOW of the American auto market.
Hope you like this gold mine of hard facts and absolute genius from two of the best in the business! Don't forget to Like, Share, and Subscribe--and thanks for listening!
Just in time for the weekend! The Wolfe Pack just came off a VERY busy work week, right on time for one helluva fine Saturday! Join us as we scale the peaks of life in the Car Biz, a dash of politics and social commentary (complete with a smirk and a wink), a TON of great music highlights, including a new class of Rock Hall of Fame inductees for 2023, and our own brand of what's REALLY funny: Gigi goes full-on Queen Boss with her most decisive win in Wolfe Pack Jeopardy, Libby the Liberal has a lot to say about stupid husbands and Bud Light beer, JD's Florida News brings along a couple of guests you'll want to meet, and John and Turley's sports betting is putting ONE of our members a tad bit deeper in debt on a weekly basis...and don't tell anybody, but there's a non-broadcast bit of Old School Wolfe Show guessing game fun that's tucked away safe in here just for YOU, Constant Listener.
So bring your spreads and handicapping guide--we'll show you where to put your money, and share a good healthy laugh and a crisp, refreshing Natty Light. It's Saturday, bitches! Party on.
Ayeee I got a Flashback Friday clip over here!! This week we've got part 2 of a classic interview with everybody's favorite rat, Henry Hill! The inspiration behind the movie Goodfellas, he gives Turley some betting advice [fix as many games as you can], breaks down his biggest scores and tells us what's true and what's not about the mob life. Just dont get whacked! R.I.P.

Well skipadeedodah y'all, we are out of October, and barreling right into the heart of the REAL Holiday season--welcome to November, and a ramp right into the most wonderful time of the year! That is, AFTER the Wolfe Pack has had our chance to air our many grievances for Festivus purposes--and oh, have we got a wide range of grievances to air...and of course, there is a LOT of sports betting to do on some of the biggest games of the year, John's got a bee in his bonnet for keeping a laser-like focus on the car market, and of course we've got a well-rounded (and carefully curated) rundown of our own inimitable takes on music, politics and world news, and did we mention it's only nineteen days until Thanksgiving?! Yes indeed, neighbor. So before it gets down to turning your Holiday joy time into a bunch of damned work, maybe it'd be a good idea to hunker down with us and have a laugh or two? We thought you'd agree. So crack open a Natty Light, and we'll tell you all about it. Cheers!
You think Flashback Friday clips are funny?!? How? Like a clown?? So do we! This week we've got part 1 of a classic interview with everybody's favorite rat, Henry Hill! The inspiration behind the movie Goodfellas, we ask him what was real, what was made up and he even breaks down some of the famous scenes and what everybody is up to today. (Spoiler alert: Most are dead or in prison) R.I.P.

You may have noticed, the Wolfe Pack does NOT rattle under pressure--mainly because sweating a tough situation doesn't alleviate what's hanging you up at the time, but we also tend to stroll right into hang ups of our own design, right? And THAT is where we're golden, 'cause THAT's where we're most entertaining! Ride along as we deal with monsoon weather to start the Fall season, varying degrees of trepidation over our favorite sports teams (and precisely how to bet them according to your talent for handicapping verses how much you love or hate the team in question), our own inimitable "take" on what's happening in music, politics, world news and culture...AND visits from our old friends the Reverend Charles, Randy the Chipmunk, Johnny Cash, Keith Richards, and more. So pack some snacks and bring your favorite koozie--we've got tons and tons of cold Natty Light to share!
Wellnow...if you've followed us for a while, you know that on occasion we in the Wolfe Pack are guilty of having just a little more than our own share of a great time--and we ride that train right off the rails and into a REALLY wild show! We've got an update on Johnny C's plans to stop the mysterious disappearance of his prized Ibex goats; Gigi has a LOT to say about Jada Pinkett Smith's current absorption of too much of the mainstream press; Turley has the SOLID best line of which sports matchups to bet (and how to bet them) as he takes another chunk of John's hard-earned fortune; Bobbo's been out on the town and entertaining folks in our nearby frontier village of Walnut Springs; JD Ryan is a bundle of the BEST mix of all of today's news, politics and pop culture (not to mention a wealth of Romance Knowledge for laymen who are on the make for a new girlfriend); and DJ PreKay adds just the right touch of Hip Hop savvy and funky, real-world human 'Pimp Style' to keep us all in line...hopefully in time for next week's show! So pop open a Natty Light and sit a spell with us neighbor. This one's a righteous, rocky ride! Cheers.
Everybody boogie! It's Flashback Friday and the hits keep coming! We've taken a classic cut out of the JCW show vaults so you can add it to your playlist. Bobbo's got an anthem for all the folks out there who like to wear their pants with a bit of a sag, so say HI to this classic jam!

We didn't start the fire, but today's Flashback Friday clip is hot to the touch! After having trouble with Hummer H3's in the past, John get the news that the gas guzzling gift just keeps on giving. We don't know who's at fault for the burnt up baby Hummer, so John calls our man in the field, Uncle Roy, to get the low down on what happened. With a driver named "Cant Get Right" behind the wheel I could take a guess, but I'll let them tell it!

Let's listen to Hoot's greatest hits of BS deals!

Count your blessings because this Flashback Friday clip will be sure to make you clench your family jewels! JD Ryan starts off with a news report about a hot dog stand robbery gone bad, which reminds John of a very tender and personal story of how he saw a neighbor suffer a life changing injury. It all started with a little bit of gun toting fun but then POW! Right in the peter! They say the man never urinated the same again, but we'll let John tell it!

Whoo baby! It may be hot out THERE, but we're damned cool in HERE if you can dig it. The Wolfe Pack has a LOT of what you listen for--John's angling for some quality time with the wife, while JD and Turley debate the possibilities of alien crafts riding around in our skies, Gigi has a LOT to say about the dangers and difficulties of what the "first pregnancy" does to a marriage, Bobbo's up in arms about the state of politics in the good ol' U.S. these days, and PreKay? Well, somebody's gotta be the steady hand, right? Oh--and check out the 'Progress Curve' on Max the Intern, who just produced his first GMTV commercial! Today were taking it back to a time when our old friend Rush Limbaugh was still alive and high and a regular guest on the John Clay Wolfe show (And he still manages to make appearances, however that works.) El Rushbo stopped by to lay out a totally original plan that he did not steal from John! Anything to keep those prescriptions filled!

We've also got a LOT of things to talk about: politicians in trouble (physical, criminal, and otherwise), extraterrestrials looking to make their debut, possibly right here in our neck of the woods, and tons of controversies, celebrity birthdays, legendary artists we lost just this week, and a TON of old friends to catch up with, from 'Uncle' Joe Biden and Rush Limbo, Keith Richards, the Reverend Charles, and lots more. So grab an easy chair and hang with the Wolfe Pack! Damn, it's good to see ya.

We got a super fresh flashbizzack for yall! Back in 2017 Starbucks' Unicorn Frappuccino had everybody going crazy, and John says that's about right from his experience at the coffee joint. Our intern at the time, DJ Pre-K, had his own way of experiencing Starbucks though, and he might not know much about coffee but he sure knows a lot about white chocolate and herbs! Check it out!

Just when you think you've acclimated to the heat and are ready to enjoy the Summer in peace, the bad old world turns rabid on ya! That's why the Wolfe Pack is always ready to roll with the punches and handle life's nagging problems at the source: while there's been a rash of odd bathroom behavior at GMTV, John has also noticed that we're beset with too many separate remote control thingies at our country studio, the news is full of hazing in the college sports world, some dingbat got off scot free after leaving his (or her) cocaine in the West Wing of the White House, Hollywood actors are now out on strike with their boozy writer friends...you'd be right to say it's all a bit much. So come on inside and cool off, with a perfect mix of angst, tension and joy--we've got a perfect mix of music, world news, politics, and good times with good friends. Thanks for hangin' with us! Glad you could stop by.
On a late night Flashback Friday you can really see the stars! We've got some great , totally REAL, celebrity endorsements from some of our favorite athletes. Always keep in mind: The John Clay Wolfe Show is NOT a political talk show...but we DO care about what's going on in the world, and sometimes have something-or-other to say that's not too crude or offensive. That being said, we also have quite a few notable friends hanging around who might sorta kinda steer past our idea of what might be...well, crude or offensive or just plain wrong! Keith Richards would very well fall into that category. Thank goodness we've got DJ PreKay here to set him straight!

Catch up with the Reverend Charles, the World's Biggest SOB, a Right-wing harmless bystander looking to scrap with John for his stance on Donny Trump, PreKay busts out on Keith Richards over his undeniably skewed "take" on Affirmative Action, and a whole lot more! So sit and hang with us a while--we've got beer AND air conditioning, cuz. Peace out.
Flashback! Who's that? It's our beloved Radio Ronnie! This week we've compiled a few bits where our favorite radio gal came to visit us (on her time) and filled us in on what's been going on deep in the heart of Texas. She's got some tips on staying healthy and she's got a new dog! Bless her heart!

For as long as Bobbo can remember he's wanted to be a gangster, so he suited up as the made man Tommy Carbone to call an unsuspecting car wash to see if they can handle a messy job. On this week's episode, while the Wolfe Pack continues to enjoy doing our show from the adventurous frontier of the Wolfe Ranch, we're also still tweaking and fine tuning our technical aspect to a point of pretty fun, VERY funny, and decidedly raw talk radio: John takes Bobbo to task for always having the best luck with superstar celebrity women, Gigi shares some of her favorite TV shows of late, Turley makes VERY confident (but possibly bet-losing) major sports predictions, and JD has the best "How to Get Laid" tips (get a boat NOW if you wanna score gentlemen)! In case you've been following along, we've got to admit: the Wolfe Pack is in a state of Walkabout these days--with our old home studio dismantled, and a new one near completion, the crew is all over the place! While Johnny C. hunkers down in the new, nearly completed facility at Wolfe Ranch, and Gigi rings in from her Home Central on the West Coast, JD, Bobbo, Turley and DJ PreKay are anchoring this week's broadcast, once again, from our flagship location, deep in the belly of iHeart Studios in Dallas. Believe us when we tell you: any other crew would shiver themselves into an on air panic attack, but neighbors, we don't rattle.

Our friend Keith Richards ALWAYS has a story--and what we've found to be the case, more often than not, is that while he might miss a few details? He also tends to act on, react to, and notice many facets of any given time and place that he happens to be in, at any given time. It's only a matter of where the next show's gonna be, and how's he going to spend his time and money afterwards?

You know when you wake up unexpectedly in an unfamiliar place, and you're bewildered about the situation? How did I get here? Who's gonna make breakfast? And hey--where's my wallet?! Well, the Wolfe Pack had THAT kind of a start for this week's show...
Being between studios, with our old location dismantled and broadcasting from a new location, thanks to our friends at the Dallas iHeart hub, we were all nervous as cats to put out the kind of show we know our fans expect--even in desperate times!
And man, if we say so ourselves, we sure as hell delivered! This week's program has it all--a heapin' helping of current events and pop culture, stories from our own jangled, lucky lives, our inimitable assessment of what's good, bad, ugly and/or 'Wicked Cool' in the world, and a TON of laughs...catch up with our old friends the Tiger King Joe Exotic, Keith Richards, an unqualified Kentucky Derby horse named Stimey Biggerschlong, and a lot more! Hey there Wolfe Pack! If you haven't heard, one of John Clay's newest, bestest friends is the sometimes infamous, ALWAYS legendary Joe Exotic--the Tiger King himself. And you can tell from the easy, casual nature of their conversation, John and Joe are much more than a call-in famous celebrity guest and a talk host just "going through the motions" for a radio show. This is a one-of-a-kind match made in Federal prison--we hope you like it.

Here's an angle we've come up with for you here in the Wolfe Pack: with the NBA Playoffs heating up, MLB starting up, and the NFL Draft beginning this weekend, we're thinking a LOT about team sports...and that's our approach to knocking out the kind of quality show our top fans like! We've got a might strong roster of news and current events, politics, our favorite music, and the aforementioned sports--and visits from your old friends Joe Exotic, Goat Boy, Carolina Man, the Devil himself, and a lot more. Oh say can you see this week's throwback clip with the Tiger King himself, Joe Exotic calling in to our show LIVE from prison. Pinky swear y'all, we REALLY did expect that 'Tiger Guy' to call into the show--we would never intentionally pull a cruelhearted disappointment like that on purpose! But as you can tell from the steadily downward-pacing tone and purely crappy luck that the Wolfe Pack faced today? It took every damned one of us not to just keep the program rolling along. And it's damned sure, a lesser bunch would have folded and ran for cover within the first half hour! Luckily, we brought a whole circus wagon full of the Good Stuff: we've got Politics. Music. Sports. And, in case you haven't noticed, even as we blush and holler and hang on for dear life, we're still the funniest bunch of misfits you'd ever want to hang with on your Saturday morning off! Find out how John's friend from Illinois got into hot water over a thrilling race with his All Girls Auto Shop class...cash in on our brand of comedy, with our old friends Keith Richards, Dead Johnny Cash, and a whole lot more...and get a strong dose of 'We Love Trump' from John and Gigi, everybody's favorite neo-Fascist fan club members! Happy Start-of-Spring, neighbor! And while we hope you had an awesome Spring Break, we in the Wolfe Pack have noticed: a couple of us are taking their time in getting back home and into daily work mode...While John & Gigi are camped out on the West Coast, JD has entered his annual phase of habitual flight simulation study, PreKay is working on ANOTHER new album, Bobbo is taking night courses in Journalism and Pharmacology, and Turley is in training for the Boston Marathon. Hardly any time left to put on a show, right? But we DID--and you're gonna love this one! Join us for at LEAST 300 pounds' worth of music, sports, world news & politics, and of course we've got a lot of friends stopping by! Catch up with the Reverend Charles, Dead Johnny Cash, a HOT little trash-talking Florida A&M cheerleader, the Devil himself, and a lot more! There's a new sack of ice in the freezer with your name all over it. Booya!
This week's throwback clip is more recent but it packs a BANG! When the brother of 90's rap star Vanilla Ice screws over the Wolfe man on a car deal, he tells him to step off! But not before releasing the show's own vanilla flavored rapper, who channeled his inner 2Pac, to release a scathing diss track towards the Ice brothers. Word to your mother!

Well, come to think of it, you're spot on. That's enough intro to get us started while we reload, right? You're a good tracker, pard. Thanks for hangin' around.
We're pretty sure you've noticed: the Wolfe Pack's JD Ryan is one of the most underrated investigative journalists working in radio today...and when he applies himself to finding a universal truth in the everyday bustle of the Human Experience? Well, judge for yourself--if a news item makes you laugh until you cry, and then cry a little more? We think there ought to be an award for that! In the words of the great Bullwinkle: If you can't believe what you read in a comic book, what CAN you believe?! Hats off to you, JD Ryan.
And thanks for stopping by for a listen! Be sure and Share, and Like, and especially--Subscribe! It takes friends like you to make friends like us. We'll see you Saturday!

For this week's Throwback episode, we recall the time someone (hmm, wonder who?) had the brilliant idea to have the Wolfe Pack try a hefty helping of a Soul Food classic--the results, while they made US uneasy, made for a hell of a funny time on the show...

You sensed it early, didn't ya? This week the Wolfe Pack breathes a sigh of peace, love, good will, and--wait. That's a Decemberish vibe, ain't it? Scratch that--we're volatile, tired, ready for a fright, and still willing to give! Our 'Cars That Care' event lands in San Diego, with another opportunity for Johnny C. to gift a giving individual with a much-needed vehicle for a key to a better life! PLUS, we talk with our old (and new) friends Giselle Bundchen, Milania (or Malaria, Malanga, whomever), Coach O from LSU, the Devil Himself, and many more--AND, many tales of love, loss, divorce, and old friends we cherish and whom we'd like to thrash...and a lot more! So armor up, and let's storm the crest together, shall we? But first, a shot of courage for you, our bestest friends. Cheers! Thanks for hangin' around.
Bobbo turns the tables on the customer service, and things get awkward with a quickness!

Pardon me pardner, but--are you shopping for a Christmas tree ALREADY? Just quit it. The Wolfe Pack is just getting into our Fall-Famous SCARY mode, so let's get wickedly funny, yeah? We've got a whole Treat-or-Whatever bucket's worth of Sports, music, world news and "inside" crew ramblings, rumblings, and true stories. So hey! Stay right here and hang for awhile--all we've got to nibble on are Natty Lights and JD's wasabi nuts. Thirty days to Halloween, droogies.
Radio can be a brutal beast, but J.D. Ryan enjoyed his departure! And John Clay Wolfe shares some serious deep thoughts he had in Vegas.. It actually makes a lot of sense!

JCW is thrilled to see Hall & Oates.. Not so much to hear from Randy the Chipmunk. What do you think Randy's fate should be? Plus, should Gigi strut her stuff on OnlyFans? But wait! There's more! We also break down social media etiquette and Tweet Beat down! So grab a Natty Light, and come join the good times! Saturday is upon us!
John Clay Wolfe likes to help out others because he knows what it is like. Here's what started his passion project, and what has transpired since!

Neighbors and pals, we in the Wolfe Pack are nothing if not honest about our past missteps and iniquities...so surely you're not shocked to find that its' true what you've heard about us being "banned for life" by an establishment or two. Now, that's bad, and we confess that we're not proud--but these situations have sure made for some great stories! So give us a shoulder to lean on, and we'll do our best to entertain: we've got a full dose of confiscated new comedy, sports trends and predictions, politics and world news and...free airfare to Martha's Vineyard? Well, yes. Yes, we do. So keep an eye on your wallet, drop a dollar in the kitty, and grab yourself a Natty Light: as we keep saying, it really IS kind of a long story. Readily available bail money is NEVER a bad idea. Cheers.
A coworker goes missing in Vegas.. No this isn't another movie with Zach Galifianakis... It's a case that JCW and his crew are looking into after one of their own goes to Vegas and vanishes! What happened? We have theories.. and we have the truth!

Keep it under your hats gang, but...ol' Johnny C. is getting spry, not that he's hit the Big Five Oh. Ain't he? This week, we're "balls deep" in deep conversation and self revelation--on mental health, dating in the modern age, world news, Politics, pop culture and the like... and whattayaknow, it's FINALLY football season!
And of course, our rapidly advancing ages notwithstanding, people are beginning to tell us that we're "funny." Like--funny how?
So hang a while with the Wolfe Pack, as we bid a fond adieu to Queen Elizabeth, AND our collective ability to "grow up gracefully." Whatever the hell that means. This Natty's for you.
Most people probably want to forget 2020.. Drinking is a great and healthy way to forget (disclaimer- not a doctor or even a smart person), and the Wolfeman offered up these words of wisdom. Plus, the weight-debate!

First things first gang--let's relax, 'cause the Wolfe Pack has got what you need to get you through the long, Labor Day weekend. There's a whole truckload of entertainment news and Pop culture we're ready to sort through. PLUS, JCW is still buying cars like candy bars, J.D. Ryan continues to deliver the news live from his imaginary cockpit.. and you know you are curious about perineal sunning! So grab a cold one, find a good spot, and sit a spell with the Wolfe Pack! This round's on us.
Well folks, the secret's out: John Clay Wolfe just turned 50 years old. And, oh my, how the well wishes are pouring in! Except, y'know, for some 'Mean Tweets,' visits from less-than-perfectly-welcome friends like Hanna the exotic dancer, character actor Juan Solo, Tommy Lee's Schlong (yeah, it can talk), and even the Devil himself! PLUS, we've got a ton of REAL friends calling in to wish our boy a happy birthday, AND yes, rumors are that there's liquor on the premises...so call your Uber ride early, and don't miss the party! First things first gang--let's relax, 'cause the Wolfe Pack has got what you need to say so long to the dog days of Summer: there's a whole truckload of entertainment news and Pop culture we're ready to sort through, and pop-in visits from our old friends Hanna the exotic dancer, Axl Rose, the Reverend Charles, and a lot more! PLUS, Johnny C. is still buying cars like candy bars, the crew plays a round of what we're calling the Wolfe Family Feud, John's young friend Hawk plays a downright MEAN guitar--at the tender age of 10, no less--and we're still not too tired to boogie. So grab a cold one, find a good spot, and sit a spell with the Wolfe Pack! This round's on us.

Well kids, whether you're back to school, or off to school, or DONE with school, there are a lot of things the Wolfe Pack learned from this week's show: while Cali is a good place to visit, you can't play "real" American football in their public schools. Pittsburgh radio "professionals" are three times as friendly as the ones in Chicago--not to mention Dallas, Miami, Cincinnati, Nashville, Los Angeles...it would seem the Windy City has a real stinkbug in its bonnet, nay? And Britney Spears really IS the quintessential Southern Mom. So be sure and take notes--and pick me up a Smirnoff Ice on the way home, junior! We'll see you in D Hall.
Was Bobbo falsely accused of thievery, or was he just busted? He sets the record straight in this throwback from 2019.

Oh my, the Wolfe Pack has one heck of a gut busting program for you this week! Between surviving in a downward shifting wholesale car market, a discovery of some CLASSIC prank calls, some classic Metallica tunes getting new life thanks to Stranger Things, and poor Bobbo on another bender, we've got plenty to laugh (and cry) about! So pony up, buttercup--the Wolfe Pack ain't gonna judge ya, as long as you remember to bring enough Natty Light for us all!
When yo mama goes hard on a car lot.. John Clay Wolfe gives a very colorful description on what happened. Plus, poking fun at raising a “soft” kid.. And what is Miss August driving?

Glad to see you neighbors! Right up front, you must know that we know that you've noticed, it's HOT in here...thing is, we're trying to sweat out our frustrations by turning off the AC, meditating on a subtle diet of music, politics, sports and movies, getting advice from friends like Hal & Ernie (the News/Talk guys) and the Devil himself, celebrating the crafting of crazy new songs stolen from other songs, and setting a NEW WORLD RECORD in wholesale units sold in a single day! So sit and suffer with us for a bit, why don't ya? We promise, we have rum and a blender somewhere nearby...
Bobbo has a theory about J.D. Ryan... a few actually... and it all makes sense!

You'll want to check that caliber pardner, 'cause the Wolfe Pack is showing up HEAVY this week...we've got MAJOR breaking news, new music from some of our favorite rockers, a time lapse check on what the car market is doing, Bobbo's latest tipsy faux pas, and a new producer who's pretty damned fond of that there 'DUMP' button! It takes nerve, daring and skill to walk between the raindrops without going over the line on the John Clay Wolfe Show--and Johnny C. makes the right dance steps, with our old friends Johnny Cash, Evil Ice Cream Man, and a lot more. So aim low and shoot high--we're lucky to have types like yourself in the posse. Let's ride!
John Clay Wolfe is one ballsy host.. Seriously, I've never hit a dump button so hard before in my life! Believer it or not, there is one time that he said no to a bit because he thought it was too racy.. but we did it anyway!

That Bobbo is one funny, talented guy.. He did a parody of the song Piano Man that might be even better than the original! Don't believe me? Listen, laugh and learn the truth for yourself!
... Wait... Did I just accidentally make the next "Live, Laugh, Love"? "Listen, Laugh, Learn"?.. Let's see if that phrase takes off too! Maybe PreKay can work that into his next rap.
Want to hear more best of Bobbo moments? Let us know!
And do us a solid by giving us a rate and review on iTunes and Google Play!
Jeez-Louise, regulators--the Wolfe Pack is ridin' pretty hard and fast into that high desert sun! And hey, hold up there, whoa. Don't ride off without a Natty Light, partner. It's hot out there!
Everyone was asking after J.D. posted a photo... What's up with his hair? He has a simple explanation.. He got it from his papa.. but we quickly poke holes in that story!

We've got a 50-gallon tank full of ice-cold, premium music, pop culture, odd news and big laughs--and a bit of the hottest hot sauce in the world on hand, just in case we get cocky. Take our lead on this one: it's oh-so-much easier to spend quality Sunday time with family when you've properly adjusted your weekend startup on a Saturday with the Wole Pack! And here's a hell of a deal: we'll drive, you drink, and let the network buy the gas, 'kay? Hop in and let's ride!
On this week's episode, you'll notice the Wolfe Pack is torn between what's "funny ha-ha" and plumb hilarious! And we're all about sharing our favorite comedy, music, sports and pop culture, but there's serious stuff to keep an eye on, too--the war in Ukraine, the U.S. President's first State of the Union address, a rapidly changing supply chain crisis...and did we mention the President?! Join us for visits with our old friends Keith Richards, a very lucky husband to two "sisterwives," the great Rush Limbaugh on our special satellite linkup, and a lot more. So keep an eye on your beer, we've got some strange friends--glad you're one of 'em! Cheers.
This week's episode falls in a week marked by turmoil after Russia's invasion of Ukraine, and the Wolfe Pack fleshes out the impressions and implications thus far, with our newly discovered world historian, young Maddox Wolfe in his JCW Show debut! Of course, we've got a LOT to say and cover too, with a fully tally of stories about music, sports, pop culture...and yes, the latest trends and predictions in today's car market from the Quick Bid Master himself, John Clay. Catch up with what's going on with our old friends the Reverend Charles, Axl Rose, the Devil Himself, Kentucky Derby's scandalized Medina Spirit (RIP), and a lot more! So hang your hat, grab a Natty Light, and let's talk about it! Thanks for hanging around the place, we're glad to see ya.
No doubt about it neighbors, the Wolfe Pack is doing some heavy lifting in a world full of big messes to clean up--luckily, John C. has got some heavy equipment skills, AND heavy equipment! Ride along as we do our post-Superbowl LVI duties in news, sports, politics, pop culture and more...How did we like the NFL's 1st Hip Hop halftime show? Why do white ladies keep sneakin' around with their teenaged sons' friends (and did the Devil make them do it)? What are the former Commanders in Chief doing for Presidents Day Weekend? And when did Axl Rose become such an authoritative Beatles scholar? We'll dig into these and a LOT more stories, but first: if anyone's got a well-driven Saturn to sell, we're your pals. Throw in the CDB and we'll buy it! Thanks for coming to us first--and you're damn right, we appreciate your business neighbors, thanks for stopping by.
On this week's episode, the Wolfe Pack is heading into Superbowl Weekend with more miles' worth of yardage in NFL 'Big Game' picks, predictions and betting angles--and miles between stats, with John out in Los Angeles, the Home Crew back in Texas, and a road-weary Gigi somewhere between! And YES, we've got a TON of Big News bits, the latest celebrity gossip, and visits from our friends Heidi & Frank from KLOS, the Reverend Charles, Aussie Man, and even...Bill Cosby?! Not to mention, the latest from our dangerous-and exciting (but still reasonably respectable) personal lives. So grab your seats and let's kick off one for the books! We've got your ticket right here, partner.
Make sure you've got drinks for the road this time around, 'cause the Wolfe Pack is doing some long haul truckin' across the country! We're into our Amish friends' surprisingly kinky courting customs in PA, big memories of Janet and Justin's Superbowl 2004 fiasco in Houston, stories of a serial panty thief in Kentucky, and LOTS of talk with and about our friends in sunny California--and a whole lot more. Better buckle up, 'cause this week's episode is a tad bit bumpy--but in a really good way! Ride along with the Wolfe Pack through a minefield of explosively funny stuff: we've got the (unofficial) return of Randy the Chipmunk, a VERY assertive email from a newly Lost Listener, a dash of TV, movies and politics. PLUS, news and notes on the 'Life of John Clay,' with his just-published writeup in D Magazine, a stab at creating a new radio game show that fizzles quickly, and a handle on the car market that's downright, hands-down, effin' frizzle free! So sit back and relax--you drink and we'll drive. Thanks for hanging out!
Well if we ain't cool we're about to be! On this week's episode, the Wolfe Pack is realizing the presence of all kinds of habits new and old: we're damned funny, but a little bit "tacky," very loyal to friends fans and family, but not averse to practical jokes or telling the Whole Story. We're also plumb nuts about sports, comedy, music and cars--we can go on for hours (and often do)...
We also have a ton of stuff to say about our hope for a COVID-free future, a grasp of "smart" politics, a coming weekend full of NFL Playoff games (with advice on how to bet on ALL of them from our own degenerate gambler Randy the Chipmunk), and of course we'll catch up with our friends Keith Richards, Hanna the exotic dancer, DJ Prekay, Johnny Cash with Mail from Jail, and too many more to list. So come ready to take notes, and don't forget to grab a Natty Light on the way in! As always, we're damned happy to see ya.
Here we go again! Our pre-Christmas episode has a whole sled full of laughs, with visits from our new friend Juan Solo (from a galaxy not TOO far away), the Wolfe Crew's in-house exotic dancer Hanna, a word from the Devil Himself about good deeds and the frailty of modern telecommunication networks, and what we call the Big Deed around here: this year's 'Cars That Care: Keys to a Better Life' program has chosen this year's recipient of a free car from Give Me the Vin and your good buddies at the John Clay Wolfe Show. So dig in, and don't forget to hang yer stockings, kids. Christmas is right around the corner!
Well good Golly Miss Holly, hop our tree! 'Cause the Wolfe Pack has what you need to get ready for the biggest, bestest day of the year--with LOTS of laughs from our old friends Juan Solo, the latest Redneck Report with our custodian Narvel Attebury, and the Devil Himself! PLUS, John's got a line on who got it on with whom at his big house party (and our new friend Karen does NOT approve), the "beat down" app is getting WAY too popular, and did you mention we'll buy your car?! So count down to Christmas with Johnny C. and his posse--the first round is on us!
John Clay's latest "Extra" feature is a MUST LISTEN for fans of the show: Rock and Roll Hall of Famer Sammy Hagar, the Red Rocker himself, calls in to talk about his life, what drives his need to succeed, a lifetime devoted to good music and great times, a new line of top shelf, ready-made rum cocktails, and a whole hell of a lot more!
It's beginning to look a lot like party time for the Wolfe Pack! And while this year's GMTV company bash featured no fistfights, free booze for everybody, and live music from the Red Rocker Sammy Hagar himself, we've still found a crease or two in our celebratin' britches--we've got stories of old friends, great times, and of course dirty deeds done not nearly cheaply enough! Plus, Johnny C's singular take on current events, entertainment, and did we mention his visit with Rock Hall of Famer Sammy Hagar?! Plus, we'll catch up with our old friends the Reverend Charles, a virus named Omicron, the Devil himself, our in-house exotic dancer Hanna, and a whole sled full of laughs. So hang on, and let's get merry!
This week's 'We Survived Thanksgiving' episode is a throwdown of far-flung high-minded ideals, a little bit of Southern charm, a whole bunch of sports moments (good and REALLY bad), some GREAT music, and of course, the Wolfe Pack's inimitable style of feeding the masses a smorgasbord of big laughs! So set aside plans for naptime and stay up for a middle-of-the-day night cap, 'cause you can't drink all day if you don't start in the morning!
Well whattayaknow, sometimes the pre-Thanksgiving "Friend Time" can be a LOT more fun than the actual Turkey Day, huh? This week the Wolfe Pack is pulling out all the stops, with visits from our old rocker friends Keith Richards, Axl, and Eddy Vedder to keep us entertained, a great entrepreneurial motivation from Bob Floyd and the latest Dope Report, just a smidgeon of hard-hitting Current Events discussion, and of course John's razor-focused eye on what the car market's doing these days. So set your hook, me lads--and catch your weight's worth of the things that matter most here on the S.S. Johnny C! Use yer dagger, Dan.
On this week's super-spooky Halloween Weekend edition, Johnny C. and the Wolfe Pack are screaming through a busy week's worth of highline cars on the auction block, big betting opportunities on the NCAA and NFL front, news and notes from the world of pop culture, music, politics and technology, and of course: our search for ghosts and goblins and the Perfect Younger Woman perfectly facilitates our calling on paranormally funny experts like Matthew McConaughey, Keith Richards, a random angry bull, and even the Devil himself.
