Welcome to our podcast series, Love Unscripted
Welcome, beautiful souls, to a tale of love, passion, and a soul-stirring love story!
The title of todayâs story is:
Reunion of a Lifetime: Samantha and Alex's Enduring Love Story
As she looked through her old photographs, she noticed a faded photo with a face that stirred a deep well of emotions within her. There he was, the love of her life that never happened. The photograph captured a moment frozen in time, the class of '79, and the memories of a sweet eighteenth birthday party that would forever be etched in her heart.
Danielle's birthday party was the talk of the whole school. She was the Headmasterâs daughter, and everyone knew her as the girl with a heart as big as the school assembly hall where her party was to take place. Samantha, an unassuming girl with a plain appearance, was eagerly anticipating the event. This would be the first teenage birthday party she was allowed to attend, and she was determined to shed her reputation as the "plainest girl" in her class.
The day of the birthday party finally arrived, and Samantha could hardly contain her excitement. Her mother had given her some money to buy an outfit, and she had chosen a beautiful blue dress that transformed her from a plain Jane to the belle of the ball. At home, the chaos of a bustling household made it a challenge to find a quiet space to get ready. Samantha, the eldest of six siblings, needed to carve out her own little sanctuary to prepare for the night ahead.
After meticulously checking her reflection in the mirror for what felt like the hundredth time, Samantha was finally ready to attend the party of the year. With every step she took toward the old, familiar school gates, she knew that this night would be unforgettable, a turning point in her life.
Samanthaâs First Love
One week after Danielle's party, Samantha was still floating on a cloud of bliss. Her heart raced as she spotted Alex from a distance while walking out of the school gates. They met eyes and exchanged smiles, their connection palpable. Alex and Samantha had met at the birthday bash, and from that moment, their lives had taken a thrilling turn.
Alex, tall and handsome, exuded a charm that drew Samantha in like a moth to a flame. They often met after school, walking home together, their conversations flowing effortlessly. Sometimes they talked excitedly, while at other times, they strolled in silence, content just to be close to each other. Their hands would occasionally find each other, fingers entwining in a delicate dance.
On that fateful afternoon, as they approached Samantha's front door, Alex handed her an envelope. He whispered in her ear to open it once she was home, and Samantha carefully tucked it away in her school bag. As they exchanged their goodbyes and shared a tender hug, Samantha felt her heart race with anticipation.
Once inside her room, Samantha opened the envelope, revealing a beautiful love poem penned by Alex. It was the first of many poems they would exchange, a testament to their blossoming love. Samantha, who had been writing poems for friends on Valentine's Day for years, now had the joy of composing verses for her own true love.
Samantha's First Kiss
The day arrived when Alex leaned in and kissed Samantha, their hearts beating as one, and the world around them faded into oblivion. The morning had seen Samantha as a young girl, but by that afternoon, she had transformed into a young woman who had just experienced her first kiss.
Their lips met, and time seemed to stand still. The world ceased to exist beyond their shared moment. That kiss marked the beginning of a deep and unforgettable connection that would shape their lives in profound ways.
Eternity Ends, and Reality Begins
Life can be fickle, and it often presents us with unexpected twists. One evening, Samantha's parents gathered the family in the lounge and announced exciting news.

Welcome to another episode of " Love Unscripted Series," the podcast that immerses you in the complex tapestry of human emotions, romance, and relationships. I'm your narrator, and today we have a love story that will keep you on the edge of your seat.
It all started in the bustling heart of the city, where two souls collided in a whirlwind of passion and dreams. Their love story was a rollercoaster, filled with thrilling highs and heart-wrenching lows. The air was charged with tension, their hearts were deeply connected, and their future was uncertain.
Our tale begins with a breakupâan almost inevitable decision. Sarah and Daniel, deeply in love, stood at a crossroads in their relationship. Sarah longed for commitmentâthe promise of a shared futureâwhile Daniel hesitated, needing more time and space to figure himself out. He wanted to commit, but not yet.
The fateful evening arrived like any other, with the setting sun casting long shadows across the city streets. They sat on a park bench, the tension between them growing thicker by the moment. Words remained unspoken, hearts heavy with unexpressed desires. Tears flowed, and they decided to part ways, leaving their love hanging by a thread.
The following days were a blur of solitude and longing. Sarah and Daniel embarked on separate journeys, disconnected but not quite ready to let go. They both sought solace in the embrace of friends and family, trying to fill the void left by their separation.
Sarah found herself confiding in friends over countless cups of coffee, expressing her yearning and frustration at how he seemed to pull away just when they were getting closer as if sabotaging their relationship.
Meanwhile, Daniel drowned his sorrows in laughter and camaraderie with his friends. Nights blurred together, but thoughts of Sarah continued to haunt him like a persistent melody. He couldn't help but share his inner turmoil with his closest confidant.
As weeks turned into months, Sarah and Daniel couldn't escape the gravitational pull of their shared memories. The city, once their playground of love, now feels empty and hollow. Just when you thought this love story had reached its conclusion, a twist appeared on the horizon.
Daniel couldn't bear the torment any longer. The agony of separation from the love of his life had become unbearable. He decided to make a bold move, one that could either mend their shattered bond or forever alter their destinies.
Daniel, heart pounding like a drum, stands before Sarah's door, his finger hovering over the doorbell. The rain pelts down, mirroring the emotional storm inside him. He rings the doorbell and waits nervously, seconds stretching like an eternity.
The questions swirling in your mind are as intense as the storm outside. Did they make up? Was Sarah at home? Did she open the door, ready to forgive and rekindle their love? Or did she reject him, leaving Daniel standing in the rain, his heart shattered once again?
Beautiful Soul, here we must leave you hanging, right on the precipice of an extraordinary love story.
Join us next time on "Love Unscripted Series" to discover the conclusion of Sarah and Daniel's journey.
Will their love withstand the trials of time and doubt, or is it destined to be a beautiful yet fleeting chapter in their lives?
Until then, keep your hearts open and your earbuds ready because love, as we all know, is often unpredictable and wonderfully unscripted.

The title of todayâs story is R&B Soulful Serenade: The Love Story of Nina and Nate
In the heart of a bustling city, two souls found themselves entwined in an R&B love story for the ages.
Nina, a passionate and talented singer, was known for her smooth, sultry voice that could melt even the coldest of hearts. She had a deep love for music, and her voice resonated with the soul of the city. Nate, on the other hand, was a gifted guitarist who could pluck the strings of his instrument to create the most beautiful melodies.
Their paths crossed one warm summer evening at a local jazz club. The moment they locked eyes, there was an undeniable connection. It was as if their souls recognized each other's harmony in the midst of a bustling crowd. They struck up a conversation, and Nate soon found out about Nina's dreams of making it big in the R&B music scene. Her voice had always been her best friend and confidant, but she longed to share her gift with the world.

I want to kick off this podcast with a thought that's been on my mind.
It's all about the creatorâthat force or energy in your life that's always there, quietly doing the heavy emotional lifting for you. You know, the stuff that we sometimes don't even realize is happening behind the scenes. This creator, whether you see it as the universe, a higher power, or just the remarkable resilience of the human spirit, is working tirelessly so that you can travel light on your journey through life.
In my view, life's goal is not just about reaching a destination; it's all about the journey itself. It's about finding something to be grateful for every step of the way, rather than constantly focusing on what's going wrong.
Think about it. When was the last time you stopped to appreciate the simple things in life? Maybe it's a beautiful sunrise, a kind word from a friend, or even just having a roof over your head. Gratitude, a beautiful soul, is the magic ingredient that can transform the way you see the world.
**I'll share a personal story with you.****
A while back, I was going through a tough time, and it felt like the world was crashing down on me. But as I reflected on my life, I realized that even in the darkest moments, there were things to be grateful for. Those moments of gratitude became the beacons of hope that guided me through the storm.
So, my invitation to you is simple:
Take a moment each day to pause and reflect on the things you're grateful for. It could be as small as the laughter of a child, a warm cup of coffee on a cold morning, or a loving text from someone you care about. When you start to do this, you'll discover that the journey becomes lighter, more enjoyable, and filled with moments to cherish.
Life can be tough; there's no denying that. But remember, the creator is always there, helping you carry the emotional load.
Let's embark on this journey together, focusing on gratitude and celebrating the beauty that surrounds us. After all, that's what makes life truly special. Thanks for tuning in, and let's make this journey an amazing one together!"

The Seven Stages of Love - Love Is A Journey
Romantic relationships often progress through several stages as couples get to know each other, build intimacy, and navigate the complexities of love.
These stages can vary in duration and may not always occur in a linear fashion, as each relationship is unique. However, a common framework for understanding the stages of a romantic relationship includes the following seven stages:
Getting to Know Each Other: In this stage, the couple begins to learn more about each other's personalities, preferences, and life histories. They spend time together and start building a deeper connection. This stage involves conversations and activities aimed at discovering commonalities and differences.
Establishing a Connection: As the relationship progresses, the couple begins to establish a deeper emotional connection. They share more about their feelings, goals, and past experiences. Trust and emotional intimacy start to develop during this stage.
Commitment and exclusivity:
Conflict and Resolution: All relationships experience conflicts and challenges. This stage involves learning how to navigate disagreements and resolve conflicts in a healthy way. It's an important part of personal growth and relationship development.
Long-Term Commitment and Growth:
Additionally, the duration of each stage can vary widely depending on the individual and their unique circumstances. Every relationship is unique, and the most important factor is open communication, trust, and mutual respect between the partners.

When it comes to finding the right therapist for mental health support within the African diaspora, it is important to consider cultural competence and understanding. Seek out therapists who have experience working with individuals from diverse backgrounds and who are knowledgeable about the unique challenges faced by the African diaspora community. Additionally, connecting with local support groups or organisations that focus on mental health within the African diaspora can provide valuable recommendations and resources for finding a therapist who can best meet your needs.

I'm currently working online only. I hope to be working in person as well soon.
I am a BACP Accredited Counsellor / Psychotherapist offering short (6 to 12 sessions) or long-term therapy (24 sessions or more). I am also open to ad hoc sessions and therapeutic consultations depending on need and availability.
I provide one-to-one therapy either face-to-face or via webcam as time or location may make it impractical to attend one of my practice locations.
Counselling and psychotherapy can serve a multitude of needs, be it looking at specific issues in your life or working organically to reflect on how the past has influenced you to be the person you are today.
This is done through the creation of a safe space where you can talk about anything and everything, without judgement, related to the problems that have arisen in your life by building a relationship based on respect, acceptance, trust and empathy.

In fact, research reveals a significant increase in STD rates among older adults, highlighting the need for comprehensive sexual health education and accessible healthcare services for this demographic. In this podcast, Nigel Beckles, a relationship expert, shares how older adults can navigate the challenges of dating in the digital age.

During my childhood, I witnessed several incidents of Domestic Violence, which impacted me deeply. In the past, I have made some very poor relationship choices that caused me a great deal of pain, confusion, and frustration.
My personal experiences, along with a keen interest in psychology, made me determined to discover why I clearly had a pattern of becoming involved in unfulfilling relationships.

Author and Relationship coach Valerie Campbell discusses the attributes of a high-value woman.
According to Valerie Campbell, a high-value woman possesses several key attributes that set her apart. Firstly, she exudes confidence and self-assurance, knowing her worth and refusing to settle for anything less than she deserves. Additionally, she prioritises her own personal growth and development, constantly striving to improve herself in all aspects of life. Furthermore, a high-value woman values her own happiness and fulfilment above all else, making choices that align with her own desires and aspirations rather than seeking validation from others.
The High-Value Woman and Love
When it comes to love, a high-value woman knows her worth and refuses to settle for anything less than a healthy and fulfilling relationship. She understands the importance of setting boundaries and expects to be treated with respect and kindness.
She prioritises open communication and mutual growth, seeking a partner who supports her goals and aspirations while also encouraging their own personal development. She is looking for a man who is ready to step into his greater self and join her on the journey of creating a conscious relationship, which demands that they continue to grow into their full potential. Ultimately, the high-value woman believes in the power of love but will never compromise her happiness or her values for a low-level relationship. She is looking for love less ordinary with a man who knows what he wants and who is ready to explore this wonderful journey with her.

From a disadvantaged background salesperson, Carl Foster has become a SELF-MADE author and inspirational speaker, who encourages people to reinvent themselves to realise their true potential and achieve personal success. Carlâs SELF-MADE philosophy has changed his life for the better and now you can change yours too.
To make the change I paid the price:
The price I willingly paid
London for a number of years and took part in the BBC television series Grange Hill. I did Judo. I was proving to myself that there wasn't anything I couldn't do. I was self-made. I could be a model, an actor, a salesperson, or an entrepreneur. I learned that I could do anything I pleased if I put my mind to it and that this was possible for anyone, including someone with my learning issues.
I have learned not to focus on the current reality, but to focus on my dreams and goals; I know that nothing is impossible if you try long and hard enough. If you try hard enough, the change will come. Don't live your life in fear of failure, live your life by the thought of winning.
From being a child who could not read or write until I was seven, I am now a SELF-MADE person who can bring these ideas to many people. I have learned the keys to happiness and the benefits of positive self-belief. Now you can enjoy the benefits too. I am SELFMADE and you can be SELFMADE too.

Transforming Old Wounds from impossible to possible
The awareness that any pain or dis-ease in our lives is really past pain resurfacing. This is known as OLD WOUNDS. We may find that we keep bringing up unresolved pain in the present until it is healed and our understanding of where it originates from is complete. This helps us to heal a painful pattern that we have within us.
It is often important to love and encourage individuals who are overreacting to us or to a circumstance. This can aid in the healing of old wounds in their current state, as well as provide them with the love that was lacking when the trauma began. Our current love relationships, professional relationships, and, in fact, all interactions, become possibilities for previous pain to be healed, even though it may present as a new painful issue.
Old wounds emerging usually lead to suffering in the moment. If you adopt a healing attitude toward whatever develops in you or others, knowing that this is an opportunity to heal the past and move forward without blaming yourself or others. You can take advantage of these opportunities for healing, which can lead to increased success, love, and confidence.
You can change your pain with your own and the Universe's support by not being afraid of it. You may see others who are reacting around you as in need of support, and you can respond compassionately with the understanding that not only current wounds, but old scars have resurfaced in the present. This awareness enables you to be effective rather than reactive in relationships. You'll realize that pain is always an opportunity to mend old patterns, and you'll be inspired to heal rather than compound the problem.
Imani Speaks
You are the Alchemist of your life; the life you are living you have been, you have because of the dominant thoughts and emotions that you have been emitting. When you change your thoughts and emotions, you change your frequency, your vibration, your consciousness, and your external life must change. Remember, you have the power to change the quality of your experiences and situations that you encounter in your life. Nothing is carved in stone; it does not matter about your genetics or your early upbringing. Those things do matter. But your birthright as the Alchemist of your life, allows you to make changes in your life, not other people's lives. This is where your power lies. go within, check your emotions, your thoughts, and your belief system, and work on those things, when you look outside of yourself. If you don't like what you see when you feel people are not treating you right, and you don't like that, you don't like how it feels, go within and change. You can't change that other person; that other person may feel justified in their belief of you, what they feel, you know, how they feel they can speak to you. But you can change yourself within so that those triggers no longer exist. When triggers no longer exist, the person outside of the situation can no longer affect you. We aren't affected and impacted because the trigger is still active. And all it is that person is aligned with that. And they're able to trigger that, what do we say we say, this person knows how to press my buttons. Now if those buttons don't exist, guess what, they can't press them, and you can't be activated and go into reactionary mode. Working on yourself is one of the most important things you can do. Especially first thing in the morning. Because first thing in the morning, you don't know what channel you're gonna be turned on to; you don't know when you wake up, what frequency you're going to be on. But it doesn't matter. You know, people will wake up and say, Oh, wake up. I woke up in a bad mood or I don't know why I just feel so bad this morning and everything, anything is going wrong. you know, I got ready for work and I broke my shoe. My shoe heel broke off, or, you know, I couldn't find my purse or you know, keys. It took me half an hour to find my keys. And if that person has spent five minutes in meditation, five minutes just querying, you know, why, what, what is, what are these thoughts and feelings that I've woken up with because it's not a bad thing. It's not a bad thing. To wake up not feeling good. It gives you a chance to clear it means oops, something has come up throughout the night because remember, when we're sleeping when we go to sleep at night, we are detoxing everything our mind, our emotions, our body. So if you wake up and there's a residue of negativity, it just means that don't carry that into your day. Work on it, eliminate it go through to do some meditation. You know, take some deep conscious breaths, that is very powerful. You know, just breathing. You're literally changing the atmosphere around you. You're changing your energy field, you're revitalizing yourself and you're setting yourself up for a very positive, energized day. And you will find that you will encounter more good experiences and negative experiences because it all starts from within.
Keywords:
emotions, work, change, wake, person, thoughts, life, feel, trigger, meditation, frequency, negative experiences, detoxing, matter, revitalizing, breaths, querying, broke, reactionary mode, experiences
When you're going through something, and you're feeling sad, hurt, angry, or whatever negative emotion, and you want to see that situation change. Remember, the root of the emotion is going to determine whether the situation continues and maybe gets worse, or whether the situation changes. And that gets better. And then you feel better, the more you can bring in feeling better about the situation, accepting the situation, looking, you know, having awareness of your part in why the situation happened occurred, you will find that it will be easier for you to attract what you want, the situation will change, and you will feel amazing. So, take go through your life, go through each area of your life, your relationship, the relationship with yourself, the relationship with family, the relationship with your romantic other, the relationship with your co-workers, your boss, if you work for yourself, your clients. Look at every single area of your life each day. And try to do this simple exercise of just looking, just being aware, taking a few deep breaths. And then just look at letting go of the bad feeling. It's as simple as that. You don't want to hold on to Old Energy, because that old energy is going to have an impact on your present. And your future. It will determine whether you attract happy situations, or whether you're happy situations will thrive and create even more. Think of it as mother and father off. And the babies. When you allow yourself to focus on the positive, you are determined, you are creating more and more and more wonderful experiences. And even if things don't seem to go right in certain areas, you'll be able to accept it because there are so many more wonderful things happening.

I live in Trafford, Manchester but spent my early childhood growing up in the beautiful countryside of Mount Olive, Ginger Ridge, on the Caribbean Island of Jamaica.
While I was growing up and when I became a mother I struggled to find picture books with children that look like me and my children.
Whilst, working with disadvantaged children and young people in the care system, my passion for writing was reignited. My wish is for children and young people to feel empowered to pursue their dreams and transform their lives.

Message from Rebecca Adams "Iâm here to help you feel into the emotions and process your thoughts and beliefs and break free from social and self-imposed limitations so that you can elevate to your greatest potential and be of service in more meaningful and impactful ways. Over the last 18 years+, running several businesses and leading successful national teams, I have seen that the biggest barrier to success, wealth, happiness, true soul inspiring and elevating experiences is within our own minds. Yet, a lot of people aren't aware of it. Social conditioning and ways of being, make them seem as though "this is how it's meant to be" and it feels and looks to them like an invisible wall. Most people keep feeling blocked from their dreams. No matter what they do, there seems to be this invisible limit. But it doesnât have to be that way. âThere is a way to transform it all, break down those invisible barriers and claim your freedom. âI get it. I really do!"

JANNETTE BARRETT | Author | Actor | Poet | Narration Performer | Specialist Care Worker
Jannette Barrettâs autobiography illustrates the beginnings of the successful businesswoman and founder of JanCanCare for people requiring specialist care services.
Jannette's Bio
I started my memoirs in 2018 with book one, they never saw me, triumphant in my early years. Book two: I donât know who I am, came the following year 2019. Then we were all hit with the dreaded Covid pandemic. It didnât sway me I was compelled to do something on mental health. So I turned my two books into a lyrical theatre play and played it out live at the legacy Centre of Excellence on 10.10.2020 world mental health awareness day.
The world for the first time in my lifetime was showing human kindness towards each other and I wanted to encapsulate that never to lose it. Black Lives Matter became an inclusive matter and I found myself being supported more, it felt good to be appreciated especially when my history wasnât being swept under carpets as before.
So, my third book emerged. Cries from their cells ⌠when walking on Forgiveness Road. I needed to put things in my head to bed once and forevermore. I needed to be whole I had time like everyone else to reflect and prioritise my life. Needs against wants. Iâm doing so I became a co-author in 6 anthologies too. #lifeinnalockdown2020behindcloseddoors. Main author Dee Bailey. #Revivalwomenandtheirsuperpowers. Main author founder Sharon Brown. #Whengracefoundme. Main author Kim Lengling. Resilient voices by Brenda Dempsey where all the proceeds go to the NHS small grassroots charities.
And thereâs two more not yet published but will be out this year. Survival Queens by Andrea Maynard. The triumphs of motherhood by Marcia M. So, Iâve not wavered at all in my determination to keep the fire burning on being the humanRACE which the pandemic seemed to unite us as. Now unfortunately separating us again. I want us to strive to be HumanKIND, not HumanBLIND Because humanRACE doesnât depict white black brown or others.

"Due to the current pandemic, I'm currently working online only*.
I am a BACP Accredited Counsellor / Psychotherapist offering short (6 to 12 sessions) or long term therapy (24 sessions or more). I am also open to ad hoc sessions and therapeutic consultation depending on need and availability.
I provide one to one therapy either face to face or via webcam as time or location may make it impractical to attend one of my practice locations.
Counselling and psychotherapy can serve a multitude of needs, be it looking at specific issues in your life or working organically to reflect on how the past has influenced you to be the person you are today. This is done through the creation of a safe space where you can talk about anything and everything, without judgement, related to the problems that have arisen in your life by building a relationship based on respect, acceptance, trust and empathy."*

THE LOSS OF HUMANITY is a condensed road map to showing you why you are here. Until you work on your purpose for existence, you have just been existing and not living. Hence, this book will stretch your desire and thirst in bridging your discovery of purposes into reality.

TONY KELLY'S STORY - MANAGING DIRECTOR AND FOUNDER OF REDCARD
I applied my trade in the Swedish 2nd Division as well as the 2nd, 3rd and 4th Divisions of the English Football League in a 9-year career. I spent 3 years at Stoke City under legendary managers such as Alan Ball and Lou Macari and had numerous highs and lows during that period, namely a Wembley winners medal and my famous âYouTubeâ goal at Anfield in a 2-2 draw in the 1991 League Cup!
If I knew then what I know now, with regards to how professional therapy can be a âlifesaverâ, I would not be writing this article. âProblem gamblingâ can be helped with proper treatment, which may include psychological therapy. There is no magical cure as itâs an illness and should be treated as such.
We will endeavour to find out what triggers peopleâs compulsive behaviour and urge for compulsive gambling and I am sure with, your full commitment and continued therapy, together we can accomplish our aim.

JUBBA WHITE, White Stone Productions - Brand New Album - YOU Jubba White & Friends
âMusic is a universal language, and Reggae, as a genre represents so much of what we are facing globally.â Jubba White/White Stone Productions
Many artists grow their talent as young adults. Jubba White entered the world banging on kitchen pots and exercising his dynamic lungs at three years old. Born in the rural area of May Pen, Clarendon (Jamaica), Jubba learned to sing and play the drums in church, where his mother was a foundation member and sang in the choir.
During high school, Jubba and his childhood friend, Rohan âMaka Loxâ Gordon (guitar), joined forces with Phillip âWintaâ James (keys) and Veron âKoxxâ Dinnall (bassie) to form a powerhouse quartet. These four talented young men quickly made an impact on the local scene. Jubba was first to enrol in the Edna Manley College of the Visual and Performing Arts (Kingston), and began studies in the Caribbean, Latin American, and Jazz music. Soon the entire band enrolled. In 1997, the band was approached to take further their career under the name Ruption Kru. This opportunity resulted in numerous tours across Europe, supporting reggae icons such as the Mighty Diamonds, The Heptones, Big Youth, and more. That same year, they performed on their first professional studio album by The Ethiopians (Tuff Gong Studios), entitled âTougher than Stone.â More tours were added.
In 1998, Jubba and some bandmates became the personal support band for Bushman, and in 1999, for Junior Kelly. Both were premier rising stars at the time. Jubba and the band played an instrumental role in some of their recordings, and live shows for both artists. References may be found in the notes of albums such as Signs (Bushman); Smile & Tough Life (Junior Kelly).

Natasha is a Crystal therapist, a mother and wife. Â
She shares her thoughts about the movie Silenced
About Natasha
Natasha is a highly experienced and qualified Crystal Therapist, KaiAmea Practioner, Reiki Practioner and Holistic Teacher. From an early age, I have been a keen collector of crystals, rocks and minerals. I would often go out with my geologist chisel and hammer and collect fossils and quartz crystals.
After a number of years of experiencing and exploring my own spiritual journey, I found meditation and Reiki. This helped me to become grounded and find inner peace and gave me focus.
It was during this time that I read a meditation book and came across a Tibetan symbol, which is mounted above the temples in Tibet. This symbol translated means âIntrinsic Spaceâ which is to âcreate space withinâ.
This symbol resonated with me.
At that particular time in my life, I was looking to create space within myself and found that energy work and crystals helped me to do this. From that moment the idea of âIntrinsic Therapiesâ was born and this symbol is my business identity.
During my time of self-development and spiritual ascension, I decided it was time to develop my passion, knowledge and skills with Crystal Therapy. After a lot of researching, I found a great school at KaiAmea.

Esheâs musical pedigree is formidable. Her gospel roots gave rise to the internationally acclaimed sister group, âThe Escofferyâsâ who entertained audiences worldwide for over 25 years. Their 1991 debut Album âOpinionsâ with Atlantic Records featured the single âLook Whoâs Loving Meâ written by the late Sandra Escoffery & Marcus Johnson of The Ethnic Boyz, which charted in the top â20s on both sides of the Atlantic and firmly established Eshe and her sisters on the music scene with their jazz-inflected soulful sounds tutored by their father George Escoffery and supported by their mother Millie Escoffery who made many of their stylish outfits.
Inspired by her father, George Escoffery, Eshe was exposed to diverse musical genres and styles that he played in the family home, through the bass amplified Tannoy speakers. From gospel and jazz to reggae and African music, her schooling was broad and these influences are reflected in this debut EP.

When Bazil Meade set up the London Community Gospel Choir for a one-off event 30 years ago, he could scarcely have imagined that his creation would be regarded as one of Europe's most loved and recognised gospel outfits three decades later. Thanks to his uncompromising hard work, drive and sacrifice and the sheer talent of the numerous singers that have passed through its books, LCGC's collective skills have been honed through countless live performances, worldwide tours and a vast amount of session work over the years as well as a prolific back catalogue of recorded work including the memorable 2003 release 'Live At Abbey Road' which succeeded in capturing the power, passion and beauty for which the choir has become famous.

It explores how they may be integrated to produce works that speak to a variety of concepts. In this exhibition, there is a myriad of art forms, such as photography, quilting, installation and jewellery to name a few.
The National Gallery of Jamaica will be open from 11:00 am to 4:00 pm, with the Bobby Burns performance beginning at 1:30 p.m. As per usual on Last Sundays, admission is free, but contributions to our Donations Box, located in the lobby, are appreciated. On the show, we reviewed Valerie A Campbell's brand new book - The Difference.
"Do you believe there is a difference between right and wrong? Are you striving to find a sense of freedom in your life? Do you find yourself in a cycle of bad relationships, friendships, work problems?
Valerie Campbell believes that seeing the world as right or wrong, our views or opinions as right or wrong, a potential partner as right or wrong, are opinions that are limiting and restricting us. Believing there to be no difference between right and wrong makes for a freer way of living, and her new book, The Difference, out now, shares insight into Valerieâs personal views and experiences, and her relationship with God.
The Difference is a powerful and profound way of approaching a freer life. The NDBRW Method serves as an opportunity to be freed. A release from strongholds that have you shackled to the false teaching of who you are, the lies that separate you from the truth. Having countlessly written down and pondered the question for many yearsââWhat is the difference between right and wrong?ââValerie was one day gifted with what she called âThe Voiceâ telling her "There is no difference."
Over the years, Valerie became sensitive to 'The Voice' and its presence. Along the journey, she had to learn to be still, open and expectant of the voice that she now simply refers to as Spirit. Valerie shares a number of personal insights based on messages given to her by Spirit, âwisdom keysâ and exercises to ponder and participate in."

Pun intended, Brown will âdrawâ tears from your eyes. But really, he actually will. His inspiration comes in many shades, shapes, sizes, and colours, but nature, spirit, and the purest of sentiments, love, is chief among them.

KâNeil Ablaze was born into a family of eight children. He was born in Jamaica at the Kingston Public Hospital. He grew up in St Catherineâs (Spanish town â Portmore) & also in St Andrew.
Ablaze realised his conscious love for music when he was still in pre-school.
KâNeil says âI would sing recorded songs on neighbourhood sound systems, my first remake song in primary school was on a project for taking care of the environmentâ.
Ablaze went to McCauley primary in Spanish town, St Catherine at the time, then Lawrence Tavern Primary, in St. Andrew, then on to Calabar High School. His personal love of music deepened in High school where his friends were writing & performing their own songs. These are people who are currently influential in Jamaican music including writing, engineering or performing.
After high school, KâNeil Ablaze connected with community engineer & aspiring producer Andre Walker founder of Mystique Productions.
He also made connections with aspiring recording artists and producers at U.W.I. & also in St. Catherine and Kingston.
KâNeil Ablaze On his Musical Journey KâNeil entered the Portmore Star search competition where I fell out at semi-finals. Strangely. This was a competition also won by the acclaimed Gyptian.
Ablaze, had various aliases given to him by friends who admired his writing ability.
âArtistes who I admired varied from every genre of music. Mostly Reggae, Soul, R&b, Rap, Dancehall and culture. I never had a dislike for the art form of music.â Sayâs Ablaze.
KâNeil Ablaze always admired Rastafarian music, such as âGarnet silk, Peter Tosh, John Holt and all the legendsâ. He learned to love listening to this type of music mainly because of his Father, close family members and friends.
Living in Spanish town St. Catherineâs KâNeil experienced firsthand or (via third party media), the effects of crime, injustice, hard life, poverty and suffering felt by many people in the world.
He began to realise the power of music and the effect it had on people. âI loved dancing. I danced for as long as I could remember. It was my first real passion. I danced in the neighbourhoods such as those in St. Andrew and Spanish town, at parties, clubs etc., anywhere that I could. I met friends who were also great dancers. I eventually, stopped dancing in the late â90s to early 2000âsâ stated Ablaze.
Trevor Hewitt better known by his stage name T-Drive is an accomplished reggae singer from Jamaica. The affable singer was born and raised in the deep farming community of High gate Trelawny, where he attended the Lowe River All-Age School.
T-Drive showed tremendous musical promise from an early age and so, he directed all his energy into the pursuit of a vibrant career in music. He loved the stage while growing up and he performed at numerous school functions and community festivals to roaring crowds of fans. The encouragement he received from his audience further propelled him to becoming a professional recording artiste.
Prior to the name T-Drive, the artiste took on another moniker, G-NIUS but opted to change the name because of the confusion with Stephen McGregor aka Di Genius.
Intrigued by the magnetic hold Jamaicaâs music has had on popular culture throughout history, T-Drive set on his musical journey to create a bit of history himself.
T-Drive has made a lasting impression on many local and international hearts. He is passionately called âSinging Sportâ because of his sweet melodies and his smooth delivery.
His music is described as soulful reggae and is always honest and always real. When he sings one cannot help but be captivated by his soulful sound and his bold lyrics.
His first single âPlay a Song for Meâ has made the number one spot on the Atlanta Reggae Charts. He has received great acclaim and steady rotations in London as well, while local airwaves try to catch up with his international surge. With the rave reviews from media pundits and critics across the world, T-Drive strengthened his focus to ensure that he always delivered.
T-Drive spent four months recording at Vision I Studio in Huddersfield, St Mary under the musical tutelage of Vision Rodrigues and Fatt String. He has also done sessions under the guidance of Doc at Caveman Studios with pulsating results.
So far, T-Drive has created a lot of buzz with his demo sampler âGive Me Your Love Girlâ for its catchy lyrics and driving bass. His song âJust Oneâ was heavily lauded especially overseas, with the expertise of Reggae Maestro Ernie Ranglin accentuating with his rich staccato flicks. Glen DaCosta, Veteran saxophonist spiced up the tune with his haunting sax sounds making T Driveâs music indelible and truly enduring.
T- Drive further cemented his success in 2010 with his debut album âAfrica Riseâ, which was very well received in especially Africa and Europe.
Currently, he is promoting the hit single âNah Left Yetâ under So Serious Record label. The accompanying video has been doing extremely well and can be seen on stations such as CVM TV, BOJ TV, HYPE TV and RE TV.
Currently, T-Drive has been working closely with Black Love Productions and looks forward to great things to come from this collaboration.
Over the years T- Drive has had the pleasure of travelling to Europe on tour and has been to places such as Denmark, Zurich, Germany Italy France and Bahamas in the Caribbean.
Blessed with an abundance of talent and a plethora of lyrics, T Drive is well on his way to becoming one of the most talked-about names in the business.
âGod is my light and my salvation, my success in life depends on the almighty God.â
T Drive can be found on Facebook and Instagram and all popular platforms
Hi, I'm Dave. I'm pretty much an ordinary bloke but I've had a lot of extraordinary things happen to me.
I grew up in Basildon, Essex and started my working life as an animator and a graphic artist but soon transitioned into Computer Programming.
After a few years, I was headhunted by a New York consultancy company and before long I was working for the most prestigious (read "evil") and successful (read "Greedy, dishonest and manipulative") fortune 500 companies in the city.
I joined the local volunteer Fire Department and also started my own business that I ran in my spare time and it didn't take long before I was earning serious amounts of money.

We bought a large house and soon remodelled it, doubling its size, my wife and I bought the cars we had always dreamed of, and I had a man-cave full of the latest gadgets and toys.
Meaningless trinkets deep within the matrix.
I was deeply ensconced in the Matrix and I truly believed that the world worked the way I was shown it worked on television and that life, as it was presented to me, was way it was supposed to be.
The Red Pill After a layoff, I turned down a job offer on the 40th Floor, Tower One of the World Trade Center and took a job almost directly across the Hudson River in Hoboken NJ and watched in disbelief the events of 9/11 at very close range.

"Dating is Us is the first publication by Shelley Twinn, a successful singer and performer dedicated to capturing the challenges associated with dating, relationships, and love, and turning them into works of art anyone can enjoy and appreciate.
Born in London to a Caribbean father and an English mother in the 1960s, Shelley grew up in a period of significant social change in the United Kingdom, especially in the traditional morals and values of the time. The impact of how this changing society, as well as friends, and immediate family viewed her parentsâ relationship and her mixed heritage gave Shelley a genuine sense that love can sometimes conquer all, despite any social and societal pressure.
Her belief in the power of love has greatly influenced her creative career, driving her to not only find success as a musician through her songs about love and relationships but to also write a book about finding love through online dating. Shelleyâs belief that a fairytale ending is always achievable, no matter the circumstances, has allowed her to produce stunning works of art in the form of her music and her novel, and to share this idea with the world"

Orlando is a prime example of what can be achieved when hard work is coupled with creativity and a love for music. Recording artiste Young Garvey is shifting gears and appealing even more to his female fan base as gets sensual in his latest single, Slow Whine, produced by Bright Beam Music.
âIt is a song for the ladies, it is about a girl dancing seductively and a man appreciating her,â the artiste explained to DancehallMag.
He added, âThe reception has been very good, normally I do Reggae music but I decided to switch it up with this track and the people really love it,â he stated.
Signed by Leroy Sibbles for the past two years, Young Garvey has been making a name for himself in the music industry in several capacities.
Having spent a long period of his life overseas, he started pursuing music professionally when he returned home to Jamaica. His earlier stints were as a producer; his first major riddim release was called âContagiousâ and featured acts such as Capleton, Mr G and Harry Toddler. Since then, he has transitioned into the artiste side and now lends his voice to his own tracks.
âMy style is unpredictable; my music is dependent on how the riddim makes me feel. Itâs really a combination of many different styles â Hip Hop, Dancehall, Reggae â you could say that I am genre-fluid,â the artiste expressed. He is known for previous tracks such as Cool Natty, One More Sad Song, Money Where You Gone, Work Hard, and the highly successful In These Times which has been doing exceptionally well on YouTube.

Possessing a silky yet grainy, versatile voice, singer Delroy Melody has been playing his trade for 50 years. Born Lassive Jones, he began his career in late 60s trio The Schoolboys, with Lawrence Weir (brother of the Jamaicansâ Norris Weir) and one Jacob Miller (who would lead Inner Circle).
Not to be confused with Prince Busterâs namesake child ensemble, The Schoolboys recorded the fast-reggae sides Guilty Of Love and Oh Tell Me for producer Bunny Lee. Guilty Of Love would be refashioned by Miller as Love Is A Message at Coxsone Doddâs Studio 1 and Keep on Knocking for Augustus Pablo.
In the 1970s, Delroy Melody went solo, cutting debut Tears for Bob Macâs Abeng label. Six years later he voiced roots anthem Dread Must Be Fed for Dickie Wongâs Tit For Tat Records (written by his friend, drummer Sly Dunbar, in response to Haile Selassieâs passing). The song got a makeover for soundman Emperor Marcus, crowning his 1979 collectorâs LP of the same name.
Like his close comrade, Jamaicans member, Errol âI Kongâ, Mr Melody experienced the vicissitudes of the Jamaican record business. The Dread Must Be Fed album was released abroad without Delroy seeing any royalties, while Marcus served jail-time for herb. The following year, Ease Up The Pressure - a remake of Dennis Brownâs Easy Take It Easy for Ruddy Williams - was repurposed in 1980âs infamous election and banned by the radio.
Again like I Kong, Delroy retired to the St Elizabeth countryside during the slackness era, where he and his wife have been happily self-releasing via their Level Head Music label. Lately, he has branched out to European imprints: reissuing Ease Up The Pressure and Dread Must Be Fed on Franceâs Jamwax Records; and updating 1986 Harry J hit Buss Shot for Glasgowâs Scotch Bonnet Recordsâ Pufferâs Choice compilation.

JUBBA WHITE, White Stone Productions
âMusic is a universal language, and Reggae, as a genre represents so much of what we are facing globally.â Jubba White/White Stone Productions
Jubba and band played an instrumental role in some of their recordings, and live shows for both artists. References may be found in the notes of albums such as Signs (Bushman); Smile & Tough Life (Junior Kelly).

Harry Uddoh is a Nigerian born, Dublin based relationship Coach on a mission to help people cultivate meaning in their relational lives.
How?
First and foremost he helps his clients (individuals and couples) redefine the relationship they have with themselves.
What is the nature of your self-perception?
i.e do you think lowly or highly of yourself and if so why? What are your fundamental values and which of them would you trade if you had to? Which of your beliefs are serving you well, and which ones do you need to review and potentially get rid of?
Harry takes a deep fundamentalist approach in a bid to deepen your self-awareness and clarity of mind. To be a functional part of any relationship, you must, first of all, contend with yourself (the good the bad, and the ugly) and elucidate what you want, why you want what you want, as well as distinguishing between said âwantsâ(nice to have) and âneedsâ(must-haves)
First, you redefine the relationship you have with yourself, and this informs how you show-up in your external dealings.
Love is beautiful, but love on its own is not sufficient enough to build something deep and meaningful. Love+well functioning mechanics(overall compatibility) = successful relationship.

Ammoye www.ammoye.com
In addition to her family, Ammoye found strength and solace singing in her local church choir in hometown Clarendon, Jamaica. After choir practice, she would regale the neighbourhood with her latest songs and poems from the top of the mango tree in her backyard. In her late teens, reuniting with her mother brought Ammoye to Toronto. She quickly established herself in the community by forming the Sisters in Christ church group and the Voices of the Underground Artist movement, leading to further involvement and collaborations in Torontoâs vibrant music scene.
Over the past several years, Ammoye has been consistently performing at high-profile events and festivals around the world, including the 150,000-attendee EXIT festival in Serbia. The opportunity to sing at major festivals and shows on four continents has afforded Ammoye the blessing of sharing the stage with before-mentioned marquee artists as well as with Chronixx, Romain Virgo, Chris Martin, Tarrus Riley, Barrington Levy, and fellow Toronto-based Jamaican transplant Exco Levi, to just name a few.
The 2017 Juno nomination for the hit âSorryâ (she was also nominated in 2013 and 2014) came on the heels of Ammoyeâs officially released debut mixtape Enter the Warriorress which showcased an eclectic mix of new and unreleased tracks, compiled with Kingston production powerhouse Natural High Music. This peek into Ammoyeâs heart and soul was just a taste of what is revealed on The Light which features collaborations with top Jamaican reggae talent including legends Sly Dunbar and Lenky Marsden, acclaimed songwriter Mikey Bennett, Kirkledove and Donovan Germain of Penthouse Records and Natural High.

CARL FOSTER AUTHOR OF SELF MADE www.selfmade.me.uk
"From a disadvantaged background, Carl Foster has become a SELF MADE author and inspirational speaker, who encourages people to reinvent themselves to realise their true potential and achieve personal success. Carlâs SELF MADE philosophy has changed his life for the better and now you can change yours too."
Carl's story
I was born in the early 1970's. My early life was a struggle, including a difficult family life and battles at school due to learning difficulties. These plagued me during my school years and affected my personal development, and seemed to steal my hopes and dreams of success in life. My mother worried about me, about how I was going to survive in this world and live a normal life. I was like other kids in having hopes and dreams, but these were cancelled out by fear.
To make the change I paid the price:
The price I willingly paid
The price would be to take action, studying and learning practical skills, plus learning to be patient and persistent. I began to work really hard, challenging myself in many ways: taking on the jobs. I knew nothing about, learning new skills through trial and error, learning on the job, and seeing a positive outcome in all circumstances, and seeing things through to the end. It wasn't easy at first, but it made me become stronger as a person and more creative and productive; I became a person that was never afraid to try something new.
https://www.kierranjarrett.com/,Kierran Jarrett's book
The question is how do you manage, control and live through the pains of life while maintaining happiness and productivity?
In this short book, Kierran shares parts of his inspiring story as to how he was able to beat cancer at the age of 21 and a second time at the age of 22 while finishing his most important year at University, graduating with a 2:1 and a Deans Award!
Find out how Kierran developed the mindset needed to ground him in the most devastating times of his life as he walks you through his thoughts using his story and experience as personal evidence...

I started writing poetry back in the early â90s. It began through my own life experiences and listening to others which inspired me to put pen to paper. I started exploring this newfound way of expressing myself and never once thought of it as a talent. It was a way for me to express my experiences on paper, making an impact on me and then on others as they listened to the words written in the air.
The Black Womenâs Association, a talent organization, opened my eyes to the world of Poetry and Open Mic. They invited me to my first Open Mic session. From there I performed at various other establishments through the Open Mic circuit in South West London.
Around the same time, I used to run a mobile video business, back in the days of VHS tape and blockbusters. I wanted to take the poetry further, so I used the customer base of my video business and designed a flyer (pre-internet times) and created interest with my video customers; this was the beginning of personalized bespoke poetry. I received orders from my customers to write poems for them and their loved ones on a variety of different topics.
This developed into Poetic Impulses, a platform for people to express theirs or others' life experiences in a poetic format, which can be gifted so the words can be preserved for all time. My Face book page www.facebook.com/poeticimpulsesoffers a warm-up to the website www.poeticimpulses.co.uk and a nice following of interested parties and customers. Poetic Impulses has two sides of the business the personalized bespoke poetry and poetry products.
One of the products available is the Zodiac Poetry, which is your Zodiac Star sign written to the characteristics of each star signs traits, beautifully presented on gold or silver paper in an elegant frame. There are other poems on the horizon such as the Egyptian Birth Signs which are represented by the Egyptian Gods and offer a different insight into our birth signs.

RASMORGAN DETAILS
RasMorgan is a roots rock reggae and dancehall artist with his unique style. His first single, African Girl, is an upbeat ode to the women of our ancestral homeland of Africa, where the single is still generating great waves from its pre-release.
Born and raised in Kingston, Jamaica as the last of 9 siblings in the Morgan family, Ras Morgan subsequently migrated to Canada at the age of 17 in 1993. The move marked an exciting new chapter in his life so he focused on taking advantage of the educational and financial opportunities that Canada had to offer. His first love was music, however, therefore Ras Morgan never gave up his dream of a career in music.
Although he has never released his music before African Girl, Ras Morgan has been involved in the Canadian Reggae music scene for quite some time. He has assisted other well-known artists and even hosts a weekly radio show on www.rootzreggaeradio.ca. In 2017 Ras Morgan decided to take his love of making music to the next level and by the end of the year, he had produced the single African Girl with an accompanying video, which is currently trending on YouTube.

Brother Dougieâs show ends when the conversation ends. It is not unheard of for Brother Dougieâs show to end in the wee small hours of the morning as late as 6 am.
Each conversation was like a seed that grew throughout the night into a powerful message that has been known to literally wake listeners up, who felt compelled to pick up the phone and add their own contribution to make the conversation even sweeter, deeper and sometimes moving into a whole new arena, âwhich would prompt Brother Dougie to announce is wonderful catchphrase âwe need to put a pin in it âŚâŚâŚ and use our social discretion.â
Yes, brother Dougie was the voice who began the conversation and diplomatically end the conversation, leaving our minds, well-fed, nourished allowing us to digest the powerful words of wisdom that was born out of a thought-provoking conversation.

I am a passionate and dedicated humanitarian activist; CEO of Breakfree of Domestic Violence Forever to re-ignite self-worth and help rebuild the lives of those who have experienced the brutality of domestic violence.

ALL SONGS MENTIONED IN THIS INTERVIEW CAN FOUND AT Sycorah youtube channel or purchased from Sycorah music
Sychora is a singer, songwriter and poet with a distinctive smooth soulful Lovers Rock sound. On the show, we will be playing some of her popular songs as well as discussing her journey into the music business.
Reggae singer-songwriter Sycorah has just released the first single and official video for,"Skin" (2017), from her forthcoming EP, âRustique Energy,â which is set to be released in 2018. âSkin,â is produced by Delroy "Phatta" Pottinger from Phat Trax Records in Jamaica. He also produced her recent release, âUndercover Loverâ (2017). Her distinctive smooth soulful Lovers Rock sound can be described as reminiscent of Lauryn Hill, with a strong delivery compared to Diana King. She was born Simone Samantha Daley to former teacher Desmond Daley and Singer Barbara Brown. She is the second of four children and was raised in Kingston 11, Jamaica. Her music career began in 2009, with an introduction to legendary Reggae producer Bobby Digital. She recalls, âBobby Digital said I had a 'fresh sound,' and we started working together that very same night in the studio.â She enjoyed working with Digital, and went on to complete her first single, "Satisfy You" (2010). It was brought to life on the airways by radio disc jockey Mighty Mike. The song played over the Tantric Rhythm on Irie FM. Sycorah is inspired by her parents. Her late mother was the Dancehall artist known as Sneaking Rachel. She managed Sycorahâs music career until she died. Her last words to her daughter were, "You're going to be a star." Sycorah also carries the words of her father, who continues to be a forceful influence for her success. His motto of encouragement to her is, âIf you believe in something hard enough, you will achieve.â In 2009, she recorded two dubs, "Healing," and, "Your Fingers." These were released in 2010, by producer Mikey Brooks on the Coptic Lion Record Label. She changed her name to Sycorah, which reflected her decision to pursue a professional music career; she says she felt compelled to reinvent herself. Sycorah later went on to work with Ernie Wilks on a single called, "Keep It on the Low" (2010), on the Rude Boy Rhythm under his label Mistawilks Productions. She explains how "That song is a tribute to my life in the employment environment. I must tell you, it was very rough as I searched for work to support my music." She also worked with producer-singer Elijah from Switzerland on a single called, "Tell Me How You Feel.â While Sycorah is working on her forthcoming EP, she is also in preparation for an upcoming tour. You will certainly be hearing more of this distinctive voice in 2017 and beyond!

Macka.B has always been interested in music. At a very young age, he was impressed by the heavyweight sound system Lord Barley, playing in the blues party next door. The vibrant reggae beat found a place in his heart that remains there to this very day. Â
At school, he played the violin and he joined the school choir. At home he was getting inspiration from Reggae music, listening to such greats as Burning Spear,Â
Bob Marley, Peter Tosh, Count Ossie, to name but a few. On leaving school he sought a career in engineering. He obtained a technical apprenticeship at Ever Ready, but redundancy due to factory closure ended that career, which proved to be a blessing in disguise. Â He started to practice D.J.ing at home gaining inspiration from legends such as U-Roy, I-Roy, Big Youth, Prince Far-I, etc.Â
It was also at this time that Macka.B decided to accept the Ras Tafari faith, which is the central part of his life. Â He and some friends started a sound system called Exodus, which just happened to be the same sound that Macka.B used to listen to as a little youth. The sound was passed down from father to sons and renamed Exodus.

"Glenn Dale Gordon aka âGGâ a Vietnam Era Disabled Veteran was born in a small town in South Carolina name Hemingway on September 11/1955. He joined the Army in 1973 at the young age of 17 years old and took his basic training at Fort Jackson SC in the month of June of that year. Glenn came from a military family and currently has family members serving now which is a tradition for his family.
When he was on active duty in the Army he was a heavy equipment rough terrain forklift operator stationed in Germany doing 1974- 1976 transporting missiles in and out of bunkers and on and off heliports from Chinook helicopter. Then in 1976, he was transferred to Fort McClellan Alabama to serve from 1976 to 1978 as a senior front-end loader operator loading international dump trucks, building heliports, and tearing down old military buildings.
â
Glenn next stop after Alabama was back to Germany to serve a second tour in Mannheim Germany as a rough terrain forklift operator working at an ammunition depot transporting missiles in and out of train rail carts and in and out of bunkers. His unit in the 1970s moved more ammunition than any unit at the time in Germany doing piece time and he was awarded the Army accommodation medal for his outstanding service. At the end of his tour in Germany in 1980 he was then transferred to Fort Leonard Wood as a 25-ton crane instructor for one year. So at the end of 1981 Glenn joined the reserves and became a DRILL SERGEANT.
ââ
He left the military all together without retiring in 1988 but shortly after he started experiencing back problems but the military would not allow him any disability for his back but they gave him 10% disability for his foot operation while he was still in service. Since Glenn could not get any disability for his back and the only thing the government would give him is many different back support belts that did not work and extremely strength pain killer pills, he decided to create his own back support belt and that is when âWE GOTCHA BACKâ was born."

Dating is Us is the first publication by Shelley Twinn, a successful singer and performer dedicated to capturing the challenges associated with dating, relationships, and love, and turning them into works of art anyone can enjoy and appreciate.
Shelleyâs belief that a fairytale ending is always achievable, no matter the circumstances, has allowed her to produce stunning works of art in the form of her music and her novel, and to share this idea with the world.

"After being diagnosed with a rare blood disease, I decided to look into the naturopathic route of healing to give my doctors the best body that I could have, considering the circumstances. As I began to see results in my own health, I pushed forward by creating and sharing a gourmet line of delicious treats for other people suffering like me.
During my toughest bout with leukaemia, Just Sweet EnoughÂŽ was born. Creating Just Sweet EnoughÂŽ just wasnât enough. I wanted to also help others suffering from health challenges unlike my own. I went back to school at night, earning my PhD in Natural Health/Food Science so that I could deliver high-quality products, share my knowledge of nutrition with others, and work with other doctors in various fields to help their patients."

Mervyn Barrett's website
"My name is Mervyn Barrett and I am a Peak Performance Coach.
What do I mean by Peak Performance? Well, most people have, at one time or another in their life, across a vast range of activities and experiences, Performed at their Peak. If you like, they have been in Flow, in The Zone, hitting the Sweet Spot, knocking it out of the park... for the most part they know when they are in it, and, alas, when they are not. What I have found throughout my time as a coach, is most havenât a clue as to how they came to be in that State or how they left that State.
The type of coaching I practice is a form I refer to as, Personal Development and The Art of Self Discovery. And, along with some Personal Development tools, I show my clients how they get in and out of the state of Peak Performance. I show them the mechanisms they themselves use to switch on the State of Peak Performance and, most importantly, how to stay Consistently (The Brain loves Consistency) switched on in a Peak Performance State.
With the Personal Development tools I use, I know I can help anyone Perform at their Peak, be it in a relationship, business, sport, leisure, education or any area of Life where one Feels a desire to Perform at their Peak.
I love Personal Development quotes. Check this one:

Carl Foster (author of Self Made)Â W: www.selfmade.me.ukE:Â carl.foster@selfmade.me.uk
âCarl Foster is the inspirational author of Self Made From a disadvantaged background, Carl Foster has become a Self Made author and inspirational speaker, who encourages people to reinvent themselves to realize their true potential and achieve personal success.
Carl Foster: Despite my learning difficulties, I discovered that I was intelligent and articulate, also good at observing and creating new ideas. I went to drama school in London for a number of years and took part in the BBC television series Grange Hill. I did Judo. I was proving to myself that there wasn't anything I couldn't do. I was self-made. I could be a model, an actor, a salesperson, an entrepreneur.
Don't live your life by fear of failure, live your life by the thought of winning.
From being a child who could not read or write until I was seven, I am now a Self-Made person who can bring these ideas to many people. I have learned the keys to happiness and the benefits of a positive self-belief. Now you can enjoy the benefits too. I am Self Made and you can be Self Made too.
Kls Fuerte's website
Imani's thoughts about the book:
Fuerte is a talented author. I recently re-read her fabulous book 'Never Saw You Coming' and found it even more awe-inspiring, so many new twists and turns I had not noticed before, it is a book that no matter how many times you read it, you'll never get bored but just be wowed by Kls' vivid imagination and high-quality writing. Her ability to pull you into the story and creating such vivid characters, the plot, the whole story is wonderful. Love stories are an important part of our lives and they come with their own twists and turns. Kls has been able to create something beautiful out of adversity, I can't say too much you have to buy the book to understand what I mean. If you love books, if you love love-stories you must make this part of your collection.
Kls summary of the book
"What do you do when the man you love is no longer the man you once loved? Do you leave him? Do you hang on hope that he will return with a bouquet of roses?
When everything looks so perfect and life is so predictable, what can possibly disrupt the picture-perfect life of Beatrice?
This is the story of the role-model mixed couple, which unfolds and takes some surprising turns where love, romance, truth, lies, death, and illusions boil at a hot temperature.
Beatrice is naĂŻve and in love with Edward, but the fairy-tale marriage might not be what they expected. Could they survive?
This is a book where the characters never know what is around the corner."
