Cody is a recent graduate from St. Bonaventure University, where he was a baseball player and earned both his Adolescent Education undergrad and Sport Administration masters degrees. In addition to serving as the chair of the DI SAAC, Cody also is the student-athlete representative on the Division I Board of Directors – the highest-ranking committee of college administrators in NCAA Division I.

Morgyn is a recent graduate from Oklahoma State University, where she was a highly decorated softball player and earned a strategic communications degree. Alexis currently serves as a communications and advocacy intern for Blue Cross Blue Shield of Minnesota with a focus on racial health and equity.

A product of the NCAA Postgraduate Internship Program, Leech spoke to the 2022-23 cohort of interns at the national office while he was in Indianapolis for the NFL Combine. Leech, who was an intern at the NCAA in 1998, ended up spending 17 years at the national office before taking a job at the NFL. Former USA Gymnastics team physician Larry Nassar abused hundreds of young gymnasts under the guise of medical treatment.
