Learning to keep the body under control is one of the things we must learn if we want to live the life God wants us to live the way He wants us to live it. This podcast episode would help you know how to keep your body under.
There's is nothing in this life to be afraid of, so, be fearless and always be bold because no evil can prevail against you. You have to understand that you've been fashioned and chosen to always be on top, therefore, refuse to be ruled by contrary forces.
When Jesus walked the earth, He said, "I am the way, the truth, and the life, no one comes to the Father but by me." This statement was a powerful statement to be made by a man. Jesus has gone to be with the Father, now does it mean there's no way again? Jesus has gone to be with the Father, but He had made us the way to the Father. He said, "as the Father hath sent me even so send I you." Jesus has sent us as the way, the way by which men come to Him and come to the Father. We are the way to people's life of success, glory, excellence, and prosperity.
The call to Christianity is a call to fellowship. We are in fellowship with the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit. This is the privilege we have in Christ; and this is why Christianity is never, and can never be religion, because in no religion of the world are people called to fellowship with God. Religions are making effort to worship God but can not really worship God who is a spirit, because they are carnal and the carnal mind is an enemy of the Spirit.
By receiving Christ Jesus we received God's love. Given us Jesus Christ is God giving us His love. When a man receives the love of God who is Jesus Christ, he becomes a child and an heir of God. We are heirs of God and joint heirs with Christ. That means all of God's blessings belong to us.
Do you know that as a Christian, and a true child of God, it is wrong for you to pray to God asking Him to make you overcome? There are people who always seek victory, they want to win, but we were not born to seek victory, we are born winners. That's what salvation in Christ has made us. There's something we all need to understand about the New Creation, we are not ordinary people, we are special beings.
Many times we think and talk of proving our love for God and for Jesus; some of us were told in times past that the only way to prove your love for Jesus is through soul winning, but I've found out that, soul winning is not the proof of your love for Jesus. The proof of your love for Jesus is found in His words in John 14:21 which says, "he that has my commandments keeps them, he it is that loves me: and he that loves me shall be loved of my Father, and I will love him; and will manifest myself to him."
One of the spiritual weapons God has given to us is the weapon of words, spoken words. The words of God coming out of our mouth are swords of the Spirit, and according to the scripture, they are two-edged sword which cuts down all challenges. As the rhema, which is the utterance of God, the now words from the mouth of God for the now situation, and you speak the words to the problem or challenges, you would be bringing down their strongholds and destroying their powers. War with your spoken words.
The desire of everyone is to win in life, because, wining life's battles is what gives life meaning. To win in life, the first thing you should know and understand is that, life is spiritual, and every battle in life is won first in the spirit realm. Don't go out fighting any battle that you've not won first in the realm of the spirit. Don't begin a business or a project you've been not taken care of in the realm of the spirit, because the realm of the spirit is where things are taken care of, what we see in the physical realm are the manifestations of what has already been settled in the spirit realm. The Lord told Joshua, every place that the sole of your foot shall tread upon, that have I given unto you. That shows us that God always gives victory before giving a matching order. He always wins the battle in the spirit before bringing anyone on the scene.
Mountains are challenges that always try to stop us and stop the plan and purpose of God for our lives, but we must decide not to recognize them. Don't give attention to any mountain, because no mountain can stop you or stop the plan and purpose of God for your life.
God doesn't want us to fight our battles alone, He always wants to fight them for us, but we must turn the battles to Him before He can fight the battles for us. Turn your battle to God.
We have a new life in Christ, it's the higher life because it is the very life of God. That's the life Jesus came to give to us, it's not a life like the low life we were born with by our parents, the human life, it's the divine life.
This is the Acceptable year of the Lord, that means, this is your season of acceptance, God has chosen you, and Accepted you. To be accepted means to be Favoured, and loved, so you are loved and Favoured by God.
You were not created to be overcomed by challenges, you were built by God to live a victorious life.
You can change your world by faith, you can see everything you've lost restored back to you, just believe the word of God and act on what it says in faith.
