Meditation is for clearing the junk files from your mind .Negative self talk always trouble a person, bad past experience is stuck somewhere in mind and it creates problems in daily life and interferes with long standing goals. It rise problems like Ingnoring our feelings, self betrayal, seeking external validation over internal validation etc that come at a painful cost to health or relationships,distorted beliefs that leads people to underestimate their capabilities,suppress their feelings or lashout at those around them .This meditation will help you to come out from all negative thoughts, build confident within you and you will rise up again.
