Lifeline with Whitney is all about you. And me too. I am new at this, but I'm excited about it. I love sharing, I love growing and I most of all love giving back. And this is the best of me, with scrappy ankles and a little broken giving back in a way I know how, talk. And this, I call it therapeutic not only for me but hopefully for you and a handful of other people out there. So I really hope you enjoy this. We go through life together, as should be and keep each other as a Lifeline to another.

Like any other episode of mine, I give a pretty solid sea analogy to explain about growth. It is not your constant comfort zone where you accumulate knowledge and that's it but you exercise it and grow from the experiences. I feel like this is a series coming on ... stay tuned!!!
God is doing a new thing in my life, and in this I am sharing my journey during this call to duty. 'It's never easy' I later on to a room full of people, I was sure quiting was my only wait out ... or run like Jonah. I mean I get where he was coming from ... but I cant wait to share part 2 of this. This was a necessary prerequisite to this .. God bless you!.
I have been coming across the same scripture lately and I believe this is my part like Rahab to share with you this message of playing your role. God needs you in that space great or small to effect change into your people's lives so take heed. Do good.
I was reading from the book of Titus and I was delighted to see that as I struggled to get an important gift for family, the Lord had scripture to guide me in that too. Yes, scripture about giving good gifts. Enjoy this, and learn this good simple guide to giving the finest gifts.
This is a sharing based on scripture, Psalms 84:10-11. The Lord just probed me to encourage both you and me. Everyday life resonates what God intends for us to know and I am honored when God shares an uplifting word. I hope you have a good day and strive to have a seat within the courts.
So I started reading the book of Psalms, the teachings are extensive and beautiful. I hope to share more from this book, this segment brought with a new revelation to a word I knew already. I pray you have a blessed day.
Our Lord is such a loving Father. Set us out with a mission like any other creator but gave us a choice, to pursue it and a life of knowing him or not. What creator really gives his creation enough power to possibly run over the world, only a God who loves us so much He wants us to choose him back. And there is so much within him, a whole buffet of good things he has set out for our lives. But only within Him. A God who chooses us everyday as much as we choose him by the day too. This is encouragement to intercede for the commanders and generals of God's armies. The men and women that are privy to see what truly we are fighting against, those that get hit first before the rest of the army. The people that experience and battle things that sometimes we do not even get to see or hear about. Those that stand for us day and night, the same is required of us. Like Aaron and Uriah who held up Moses's arms for Joshua to triumph in battle, so should we hold up our leader's arms as they battle for us and the Christain faith always on our behalf too. Start your day with God. The Lord reminded me of the idols I have placed first within my life. The same idols are the ones I have been asking for that he gave to me but now i am placing them before God. It's one thing praying later on in the day and another putting Him first within your days and life. Truly, I am praying for grace to put God on the throne where He ought to be always. Proverbs 3:6, Matthew 6:33
I am sharing a message I learnt exactly a year ago, wrote it down so when I was going through my journal God allowed me to see this and share it with you. Fasting truly is not something that one should take lightly as it is step further in your quest to seek out God and connect with him. As Jesus did for 40 days and 40 nights, and many many men and women in the bible, surely breakthroughs and miracles followed such sacrifices. So if not today then when you do get to fast, the Lord himself knows how much sacrifice comes from taming the flesh and elevating the spirit in fasting and praying. Enjoy!. And God bless you.
So I shared this life lesson with you that I just learnt. I stopped believing, i was in doubt of what i know to be the Lord's plan for my life. It's sad to confess that I only realised that I am safe within God, and his plans are and shall be realised ... everyday even when I dont see it. I have so much to be grateful for.
So I'm taking you on a mini adventure I went on last weekend. It was a once in a while sort of thing which your soul thirsts for. i enjoyed every moment, I hope you enjoy it.
I read through the book of Galatians recently, from Chapter 3:24. The Lord is always so good for revealing such a beautiful word today, and I always hold dear the fact that God never speaks in vain. Regardless of how repetitive or unflattering a word might be, always know He needs you to hear Him and hear Him well so I hope it helps. I hope you learn. God bless you.

See, 9 months later is suspect. You would think something else is going on so 8 is good like that. This is a quick insight of where we started off to now ... it has been a crazy journey. Excited and terrified about what comes next, working on that terror ... it is on my Salvation 'to work on everyday' hot list so yea. However, I'm glad to be back.
The book of Romans is just beautiful. Very uplifting and talking about our faith. You are forced to recognize the grace that abounds in just knowing our God and just how much He loves us. This was supposed to be a quick lesson I was sharing with you. However it sort of spiraled a bit but it brought out certain issues that well could not be averted. I'm learning too as you are, I hope I dont offend anyone by this. It is controversial yes for growth sometimes we have to dig into the eeky stuff to snuff out your own truth. Which is totally objective, no pressure.
The Holy Spirit is part of the trinity, and so just like God and Jesus you can not have one without the other. I was reminded of this as I have explained in this segment and i hope you learn and enjoy.
This is from a revelation I got earlier this morning. Many of these are personal experiences so I pray you can relate in one way or the next. The probing of The Spirit of God is absolutely beautiful and uncomfortable in an amazing way which nudges you to be better and when He's not loudly conscientising you to excellence he whispers, you are just never alone. When he whispers though, will you still answer to him?

This is from day 4 of 7 of my last week fast, the message was clear and bold. I am honored to share this with you because as much as this message might have such personal implications in my life, I believe that everything God puts out there for you to listen to is not by mistake but according to his will. I hope this helps as much as it changed my world.
This title is a total understatement to what I got to cover with this but it is what I sat down planning on covering. Letting go of past hurts, washing your face and embracing a life free of the baggage. Embrace the persona God has crafted for you, flaws and beauty properly celebrated... your story is not your own but for testament to the world about God's goodness. It's all about him.

I listened to the song Who you say I am by Hillsong and that was after God spoke to me about properly embracing the identity that I am his daughter. He gave us dominion over the world and beyond because we are more than we see. Peter embraced this identity and he became a mini god amongst men ... rising the dead and healing the sick. There is nothing that stands between you and God when you properly embody who he says you are.

My one and only primary priority has been redefined, this has been a bit of a challenge to get here especially when life keeps happening all around you. I am happy about this, however it is an everyday process to work on keeping those priorities in check and where they are supposed to be. I hope you enjoy this.

This is something everyone needs as a believer. Salvation is a life long commitment to work on yourself so thank God for reminding me and hopefully you too that we have work to put into ourselves whether we feel we are in the best or worst places with God, the work is what's needed.

Oh man, the power of the mind is well deep waters. I know I haven't even begun to really share there is to share on this but here's a quick somerhalder to hang on to for now. Colossians 3:2 helps ground such assertions.
