Brandon Burgler is the co-owner of the Car Spa, an automotive repair shop in Bellevue, WA. More importantly, he’s an excellent rallycross driver that is currently leading the Stock All Wheel Drive championship.

In this episode, he talks us through the basics that everyone needs to know about prepping their car for a race. We go through the basic checkpoints, when to work with a shop vs. doing it yourself and how to make sure your tires are holding up. Brandon’s approach is very laid back and we talk about being willing to get your hands dirty without fear of making a mistake.

British Rally driver and Red Bull Athlete, Catie Munnings, is a talented rally driver with an interesting and fun story about how she got started in the sport. Victor Bellotto is a professional co-driver that was driven from a young age to bring a career in motorsports to life. Scott Clark is the owner and Chief Calibration Officer of RealTuners. His work takes him to the fields in midwest Iowa to maximize performance of tractors to Bonneville and the streets of Oklahoma. Scott is an innovator in the engine control space and one of the original contributors to Megasquirt, an open source tuning system. They got started in racing by hosting RC (radio controlled) stage rallies on their farm but Chad and Kristi Berg have taken it much farther since then. With championships in rallycross (Chad) and stage rally as a co-driver (Kristi), they have built their experience and their brand over the years.
