First Halloween Episode! Had some Halloween fun asking for some spooky shenanigans while running. Thanks to all who answered and shared their stories with me. Fear is an emotion that can often lead us to make afraid of missing things that we don't really need. I talk more about controlling your state.
How much time do we spend living in the past and the future? This episode deals with the practice mindfulness. The practice of being in the moment, which can be more difficult than it seems, and sometimes being in the present can also have pain.
Today I discuss the state of flow state; the ability to do something so well that it does not need much physical or mental activity.
Both sound bad right? But fee means paying for something that is worthwhile i.e. a trip, a membership, streaming services or even more education. We often wait too long or not long enough when it comes to becoming the best version of ourselves, so we end up paying a fine, a negative consequence for something we didn't or did do. Kick back as I share my thoughts on this subject in a series of self-discipline.
