Is Peter D. Hancock, CEO of AIG, Martha Gallo, Robert Schimek, Jeffrey Hurd, and Thomas Russo, AIG’s Legal Counsel now claiming that they had no knowledge that CMI - Claims Management is a subsidiary of Walmart? Are these AIG executives claiming that they were unaware that CMI is not an “independent” third party administrator due to its relationship with Walmart and in violation of federal third party administrator guidelines AIG has authorized CMI to administer Walmart claims for general liability and worker’s compensation.
Cozen OConnor and Greenberg & Traurig still are enaged in fraud and RICO violations.
AIG has been engaged in fraudulent activities for decades and the recent decision to subject Maurice R. Greenberg to criminal prosecution and civil trial for fraud is an example of the criminal and unethical practices of AIG.

The Importance of Paternity Testing in Marriage
This episode will not address any of the purported personal issues between The Hartwell family. In fact, we are hoping for a favorable resolution for both parties. My office has not and does not have any personal or professional information concerning their marriage or divorce proceedings.
Rather, as the founder of the African American Juvenile Justice Project and our “Father’s Right to Know” program, it is important for us to address the legal issues that plague men in America regarding establishing paternity and the legal consequences of failing to do so.
To that end, this episode will highlight: Mr. Ed Hartwell request for a paternity test through a divorce proceeding. The Michael Jordan and Pamela Y. Smith paternity case and its application to issues raised in the Hartwell divorce as well as implications of the New York case: In the matter of Shondel J. v Mark DProvide guidance for husbands and wives in this sensitive area that would prevent divorce being the tool used to attain paternity test resultsFinally, seek to encourage listeners and followers to advocate to change laws that create this legal process to attain paternity testing in a marriage and prevent child support obligations Photos: Credit KKP ABCNews, Mr. Hartwell alchetron.com

$118 million dollars are at stake in battle over whether Lawline Defrauded Faculty
Has Lawline FurtherEd abandoned the law and crossed the line? $118 million dollars are at stake in battle over whether Lawline engaged in fraud, breach of contract, misappropriation of image and name, and gross misrepresentation of material facts concerning the intellectual property rights of attorneys who provided course content for the online legal community.
CEO David Schnurman once said FurtherEd is “Going After Professionals Who Have Money And A BIG Needs" and his business ia an alleged ‘leading provider of online continuing legal education.’ However, has anyone investigated how Lawline company has provided an alleged 2 million courses for online credits in all 50 states without compensating any of its faculty members for use of their image, name, likeness, and rights to their intellectual property?
Did Michele Richman and David Schnurman knowingly and intentionally remove attorney faculty websites or authorize removeal to tamper with evidence? Did they knowingly and intentionally hide faculty videos that were purportedly removed under an "unlisted" YouTube account for paid subscribers?

Every day in America people die from adverse side effects when food, drug and dietary supplement manufacturers knowingly fail to give adequate warnings on their labels
Walmart, GanedenBioTech, Iovate Health Sciences and MuscleTech continue to place iron toxic products into the stream of commerce without any warnings about iron toxicity.
For more than two years, Walmart has knowingly sold a fatally iron toxic product to consumers without giving any warnings about its toxic levels. The products contains about 200% of the daily dosage of iron recommended for usage. Walmart has knowingly hide the toxic iron levels from its consumers.

As Walmart Stores continues to impact cities across the country and tries to enter the New York City market, it continues to distribute products by GanedenBioTech, and Iovate MuscleTech that causes fatal reactions to its iron content. Therefore, the public is asked to come forward with any information relating to the use of these products and Walmart is asked to recall the products.

This episode will discuss whether judges involved in the solicitation or benefits of prostitution, underage drinking and/or drugs should be allowed to seek reelection. Judges should not be above the law. The integrity of the profession and the traditions of the judiciary must be honorable, respectful and worthy of the authority it holds.
There is something to be said about when judges use their "power" or "influence" to silence advocacy of people who oppose child sexual exploitation and prostitution to cover their discretions. Some of these judges have engaged in abuse of discretion and clear violations of federal law in their attempts to silence such advocates by denial of due process, etc.
Federal, state and local agencies are to protect and serve the people and no judge, whether federal or state, should be authorized to serve as judge when they are knowing participants in the violation of the law of prostitution, underage drinking or drugs, especially involving anyone under the age of 18, whether they know their ages at the time of their discretions or not. Whether it includes a former fraternity gathering, at a conference, tailgate party and use of motorhome or not. It is in violation of the law!
The statute of limitation for these abuses involving children trafficked goes beyond the traffickers and the pimps. The “Johns” are “rapist.” #EndDemand #HumanTrafficking

This episode will discuss how Sears President, Ed Lampert, General Counsel Kristin Coleman and Dana DeMars have ignored the plight of women who are victimized by Sears in home technicians and how Sears has used the women counselors to engage in threaten and belligerent acts towards victims of Sears abusive acts with hopes of silencing their abuse. Stay tune for this informative episode.
This episode will examine the invisble life sentence of America's Non-Violent 1st time offenders. We will discuss the collateral consequences of falling prey to the system and learn that "justice" is almost non existent in the US justice system. We will go beoynd the sound bites of justice reform and examine the issues that offenders returning home or those subject to police citizen encounters endure. This episode will be the first of a series that will examine the justice system as we move toward our live conference on justice reform in America and the missing links.
America's Shame: Justice Reform Must Be More Than a Sound Bite
This episode will discuss "The Missing Links" of Justice Reform in America and the Profit of Non Profit. We will be addressing how the voices of victims, communities and families of Human Trafficking, Domestic Minor Sex Trafficking, Child Sexual Exploitation, Juvenile Justice and Justice Reform Issues have been removed from the conversation of rebuilding the system and why the issue of race seems to be ignored. Who is missing from the equation and why? How can we reform a broken system when we refuse to ackowledge the shattered and broken pieces?
Is the "AfterSchool" App a new Craiglist or BackPage? What is the FBI, ICE, Homeland Security & USAG doing to make sure that this program is properly monitored and does not become a source for Human Trafficking, Sex Trafficking, and Sexual Child Expoliation.
It could be the most innocent app on the market, however, in light of the abuses sustained by children acorss this country, to include allegations of cyberbullying and other threats against children, we need to make sure that this app does not become a funnel for trafficking, abuse and threats against children.

What happens when four U.S. presidents wage a war on drugs, and Americans become prisoners of war and part of the poverty-to-prison pipeline? What happens when two of America’s Most Wanted are victims of ineffective assistance of counsel?
Attorney Sherri Jefferson answers these questions and more in Motor City: The Odyssey of the War on Drugs, Scales of Injustice and Two of Americas’ Most Wanted. Motor City stirs debate with its brutally honest depiction of the war on drugs in America. Human and personal in its characterizations and attention to detail, Motor City plunges the reader into the decades of the struggles endemic to people of color and the poor. The book journeys the lives of the Motor City Brothers that led to an investigation by the DEA, FBI, CIA, and High Intensity Drug Trafficking Area (HIDTA) task forces.
Sherri Jefferson lays the foundation for criminal justice reform and an end to the war on drugs by building upon evidence-based and scholarly research to produce an honest critique of the war on drugs that has created prisoners of war and a prison industrial complex.
8 Year Old: 8 Year Old Alabama Child Reportedly Killed Infant Sister.
This episode will discuss the Alabama police and prosecutor decision to charge an 8-year with killing his infant sister while his mother reportedly went "Clubbing." We will discuss the collateral consequenes associated with charging this child and why juvenile court is not the proper setting to address the issues in this case. We will discuss how mass incarceration and the for proit prison industry places a role in decisions to incarcerate youthful offenders. It is reported that the mother left the children "Edwards said Kelci was left alone that night in the home with five other children, ages 2, 4, 6, 7 and 8. This episdose will discuss the Murderers of 9 Year-Old TyShawn Lee must be brought to justice. There exist only 4 possible "suspects" who would or could have "lured" him into an alley to be executed. in us as we discuss the murder and murderers of Tyshawn Lee of Chicago. People Magazine reports "Our children have a right to walk our streets. Our children have a right to play in the park. Our children have a right to sit on their porch. Our children have a right expect to be safe wherever they are in the city of Chicago."
“This is not a stray bullet, not a drive-by — this is multiple gunshots to a child and only that one person shot,” Reverend Michael Pfleger told the Chicago Sun-Times. “There’s no question that this is targeted and that it’s an execution.”
This episode will discuss judicial corruption and what must be done by the President, the Senate and local Governments to address justice reform. We cannot pretend that we do not have a problem in this Country when we can buy and sale judges - justice - at any price.
Not a problem? Then, why did our U.S. Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg address a need for reform concerning the money involved in electing judges, and even went as far as saying that it remains one of the most pressing concerns facing the American court system?
From local to federal appointments judicial corruption is a critical issue and as long as judges are for sale then, we do not have justice and there will never be reform. Judicial corruption is not limited to finance, we have judges who purchase drugs from dealers and sex from underaged children as well as victims of human trafficking and child sexual exploitation. We have judges sale justice - outcomes - of cases.
Every sector of the electoral process is subject to term limits and campaign financing management except the role of judges in America. A corrupt judiciary means a corrupt prosecutor and corrupt prosecutor means corrupt police - so when we question why some police act without regard of human rights and constitutional safeguards, look to the Magistrate court who signed the warrant, the prosecutor who will prosecute the case and the judge who will issue the sentence. The same is true in a civil matter. There lies the problem!
This epispde will discuss the "Funding Opportunities that thwart efforts of reform for victims of exploitation. Every day in America, thousands of women and children are sold for sex. Law enforcement arrests the children as “juvenile prostitutes” asserting they are not victims but are willing participants. In major cities, African-American girls represent the majority of victims of sexual exploitation. This is not a new phenomenon. Since the new millennium, commercial sexual exploitation of African-American children has grown to become part of a billion dollar industry. Jefferson said, “Over the course of a decade, she has witnessed the role of corporate financial supporters on issues like human trafficking, and juvenile justice and reform; the role of the Black “powers that be,” and the role of the political and nonprofit leaders who work effortless to thwart meaningful advocacy and change.” Jefferson said, “It is unfortunate that some recipients of nonprofit funding are as responsible for advocating against anyone who dares to speak against the status quo.”
Attorney Sherri Jefferson has created an awareness ribbon for domestic minor sex trafficking and child sexual exploitation. Blue, Teal and Lt. Blue combined because individually the colors offer awareness on too many issues. This ribbon is specific to the issue of DMST/CSE

We Need 100 Signatures to Help Stop Charging Victims of Child Exploitation for Prostitution. #SafehousesNotJailhouses
Human Trafficking Victims in America. Stop charging them as prostitutes. #BanArrestandAssess. This episode will discuss the Justice for Trafficking Victims Act 2015. We will discuss that children who are victims of child sexual exploitation are charged as "child prostitutes" every day in America. We will discuss that only 18 out of 50 states have Safe Harbor laws and what we can do to change this problem. Every one is accountable for the collateral consequences associated with locking up children, so why has Congress refused to mandate that victims of child exploitation should not be charged as prostitute?

This episode will discuss #Blacklivesmatter and whether the movement must move in a different direction, which encompasses issues facing the Black community that continues to adversely affect progress like drugs, alcohol, abortions, the school to prison pipeline, the struggles of single parenting, and the Triple D's and Beyond.
Do #BlackLivesMatter to Black People Stop the D Effect Drugs, Death, Divorceand the Beyond. A Word from Attorney Sherri Jefferson
While Attorney Jefferson clearly understands that every group has its own agenda and that the "agenda" of the #Blacklivesmatter movement focus is upon police force and brutality, the movement must move to add other dimensions to the conversation and action so that some of the issues that require police interaction can be best served through community accountability and responsibility.
This episode will discuss how Orange is in fact the New "Black." The privatization of the prison industrial complex has created a growing trend in the incarceration of women and girls. GEO and Corrections Corporation of America represent two of the largest for-profit prisons in the America. These private companies operate billion dollar enterprises, which require no governmental oversight concerning programs and services for treatment or rehabilitation. Life for most women in prison will not result in a televised program or a book.
This episode will discuss the pros and cons of Georgia's first prison charter school and the aftermath of the Atlanta Public School cheating scandal. We will discuss the role of public schools and how charter schools may balance the scales of giving people a fair chance in education. We will discuss why investing in Americans in public school is better than waiting until after they are incarcerated. We will discuss why reform that places an emphasis on investing in inmates versus prevention and intervention is a failed cause.
This episode will discuss how the State of Georgia General Assembly has knowingly passed several unconstitutional criminal statutes that have resulted in charges against its citizens and how they refuse to amend, repeal or abolish the laws. The State Attorney General Sam Olens and Governor Nathan Deal have notice of five Georgia criminal statutes (O.C.G.A. 17-4-40, O.C.G.A. 16-11-40, O.C.G.A. 16-5-90, O.C.G.A. 16-11-39.1), that are unconstitutional both facially and as-applied to Georgia citizens, as void for vagueness and under the over breadth doctrine, For example, O.C.G.A. 16-11-40 punishes Georgia citizens for "Criminal Defamation of Character." This legislation infringes upon free speech violates the overbreadh doctrine and is also void for vagueness. The State of Georgia Council for Criminal Justice Reform and the Governor promotes reform, however, how can we reform the justice system when we have unconstitutional laws that keep people subject to detention and bondage?
This episode will discuss how America’s obsession with incarcerating its most vulnerable members of society should be of great concern to everyone because research proves that incarceration does not prevent crime or advance public safety. Almost two million people in America are incarcerated. Women and girls represent the mothers of the future generation of America. It is inexcusable to suffer the most disenfranchised segment of society to the harsh conditions of prison life. A THREAT TO NATIONAL SECURITY: THE DISAPPEARANCE OF WOMEN AND CHILDREN -- A WORD FROM ATTORNEY SHERRI JEFFERSON

Sherri Jefferson Speaks: Male Officers and Female Victims: The Death of Sandra Bland & What We Can Learn
This episode will discuss the death of Sandra Bland and what we ALL can learn from her police citizen encounter. We will discuss the role of male officers and their encounters with female victims; we will discuss the role of culture, race and social backgrounds and how those variables may adversely affect police citizen encounters. We will discuss issues related to arrest, bail and how families of victims or subjects can help their loved ones attain release, attorney assistance or bail if they are out of state, etc. Look at her nose and face on her jail photo
According to news sources from the New York Times, Washington Post and Fox:
The investigation into the death of Sandra Bland is being treated like a murder investigation, a district attorney said Monday . . .
According to newly released police video, a Texas trooper threatened Sandra Bland with a Taser when he ordered her out of her vehicle during a traffic stop . . .
Texas legislators who saw the video of Ms. Bland’s July 10 traffic stop condemned the actions of the officer during her arrest . . .
Colloquy between Ms. Bland and Officer Brian T. Encinia: “You seem very irritated,” he said.“I am, I really am,” she said. She said she had pulled over to get out of his way and was now getting stopped and written up because of it.“You mind putting out your cigarette?” he asked testily.“I’m in my own car. I don’t have to put out my cigarette,” she said. When he ordered her out of the car, she refused.“I’m going to yank you out,” Trooper Encinia shouted. Ms. Bland was found hung three days later.
Stop the CRAP: Corruption, Racism, Abuse, & Politics: Word from Sherri Jefferson
In a society where people are forced to make decision about justice, what is right and what is wrong. This episode is about standing your ground and saying no to corruption, racism, abuse and politics. Sherri Jefferson will discuss corruption, racism, abuse and politics and even share what she has endured. This episode will direct you to stand your ground, regardless of your race or gender and know that whatever the consequences IT IS BETTER TO STAND FOR SOMETHING THAN TO TO FALL FOR ANYTHING.
Georgia Judges and Lawyers use new tools to attack citizens or to silence advocates. Private citizens warrants legislative changes and they are unconstitutional.
We have remained silent concerning the Atlanta Public School scandal so that "justice" could take its course. Now, that the "truth" has been revealed and several Atlanta public schools administrators and teachers were adjudged guilty by a jury of their peers and sentenced for racketeering convictions related to a massive standardized test cheating scandal, Attorney Sherri Jefferson will share her thoughts on the "Real Lesson to be Learned."
This episode will discuss how cheating adversely affects the lives of our children, the moral and legal issues of the jury decisions, the tactics that still exist at and through the Atlanta Public School that promotes the environment that is conducive to the conduct exhibited by their adminsitrators and teachers.
Attorney Jefferson will discuss how the jury verdict will not change the APS culture.
Baltimore Reaction: Cries from the Ashes & A Word from Attorney Sherri Jefferson
As the National Guard troops and the governor's office have descended upon Baltimore following reactions to the possible murder of local resident, Freddie Gray, a 25-year old African American male, this episode will discuss how residents of Baltimore reacted to his death and how their reactions turned into protests, which the media alleged quickly turned into reactions involving fires, theft and physical altercations. However, over 2000 people march upon City Hall without incident of violence.
The real question is whether Baltimore residents represent the meaningful attitudes of most Americans or whether the actions or reactions of Sunday's events represent a small segment of society. Attorney Sherri Jefferson and the African American Juvenile Justice project are reminded of the arrest of 235 people, which includes 34 juveniles as of airing of this episode.
Plan of Action not Reaction!
Has CEMEX SAB de CV (CEMEX ADR) enaged in REVERSE DISCRIMINATION? It appears that CEMEX has a double standard policy, which allows for minorities with criminal convictions to gain, maintain and retain employment at its US operations while other groups are denied employment. According to CEMEX's own company policy, they have a zero tolerance for drugs and alcohols, yet members of their management team have criminal convictions. As African Americans move for equality, the issue must be address with fairness. The issue of reverse discrimination and double standards in hiring practices has been submitted to President Karl H. Watson, Frank Craddock of Operations and Mike Egan, General Counsel, but to no avail.
Attorney General Holder limits police seized-asset sharing process. This episdoe will discuss whether limits of police seized assets is an abuse of discretion by the Attorney General or a method to avoid abuse of process and discretion by local and state police and judicial systems? We will examine several legal theories and issues faced by local and state police. We will examine whether limits will curtail denial of due process and availability of assets to defendants to defend against criminal charges.
IRS Shared Responsibility Payment (Penalty Tax) Under Affordable Care Act
This episode will discuss the IRS Shared Responsibility Payment (Penalty Tax) Under Affordable Care Act. As most Americans know by now respectfully, there is nothing Affordable about the Affordable Healthcare Act and the imposition of a IRS Shared Responsibility Payment (Penalty Tax) Under Affordable Care Act is an example. Under the IRS guidelines,
"If you (or any of your dependents) do not maintain coverage and do not qualify for an exemption, you will need to make an individual shared responsibility payment with your return. In general, the payment amount is either a percentage of your income or a flat dollar amount, whichever is greater.
