Incorporating the art of belief into your daily business practices does more than just expand your potential; it gives your business the "it" factor. Human nature is drawn to leadership that leads with confidence, or, that is, belief in itself.

To make progress toward any goal, a series of C words tell us what's necessary to achieve success: clarity, communication, collaboration, consensus and compromise. Your purpose, plan and actions must be clear.
There are generally 3 types of organizational goals that generally align with the organizational level at which they are created:

Every new business and start-up, big or small, goes through the five stages of business growth. These phases include existence, survival, success, take-off, and resource maturity. All stages of small business growth come with challenges that every company will have to overcome.

In simple terms, a business framework is a system of rules that are used to govern a process or decisions. They help ensure that the output of decisions or processes is consistent, of a high standard, and aligned with an organisation's principles, values, and goals.

Behavioral adjustment refers to each individual's propensity to adjust one's behaviors to environmental contingencies. It may therefore be seen as one type of secondary control (a propensity to adjust to the environment).

A strong brand requires a strong brand identity, brand image, brand culture, and brand personality. Implementing a successful brand strategy that develops all four of these components increases brand trust, loyalty, and awareness.

Over the past few weeks, I had this nagging feeling that it was time to leave my career, reroute my life to fit in more time to work on my business, and scale my brand to a higher level. I needed to know whether it was time for me to get outside of the safety net to accomplish more to accomplish my dreams of getting fully back in the flow of working full-time, not just part-time.

About a month or so I decided that I had enough, and that I was going to quiet quit my career, and just look for something else while I was gathering the ends, and outs of my exit plan. There were a lot of things going on at work that were vexing my spirit, and the lack of communication were one of them. I grew tired of not having the appropriate support from my director, and her lack of doing what she was hired to do.
I learned a lot while being in this space, and I noticed somethings that I had to change within myself in order for me to see the change in others. I know that there might be a part2, and a part3 while still dropping that long blog post I mentioned in this episode.

In this episode, I talk about the lessons I have learned that have caused me to gain more insight and clarity while building my portfolio in the design area. I also know how maturity can take you places in the marketplace, and how being humble will also allow God to use me as a vessel for His use. I also know that nothing comes to a dreamer but cold nights, and more dreams. So for everyone that has a vision, and a fire burning in them, I pray that God will use every gift in you to light the world on fire for Him.
Also, I have a nasty cold so I sound so horrible in this episode, So I'll be redeeming myself in a blog post this weekend explaining more in-depth about my love for design. you can read it here https://mendthevowpodcast.com/blog/ it will post on 1/28/2023

“One thing that I have done consistently in my career and in my business is said yes to opportunities, and this has been even more critical when starting a new brand,”
“No job looks perfect at the outset, no team is in perfect shape when you step in, no new brand has all of the answers, but the important point to realize is that you have to take a risk and say yes, and you have to test and learn and grow,”
“You never know what you are fully capable of until you push yourself, and you never know what new idea will work unless you try.
“Saying yes doesn’t always feel comfortable, but just say yes.”

In part 2 of the episode of Healing, Hurts I am still reflecting on part 1. Although I never planned to release this episode because I rebranded my entire podcast, I thought it was fitting due to the fact of where I am in my life happily married, and where I healed from old areas of relationships in my life. this is an old recording from last year (2021) before I rebranded my podcast, and while I'm now currently remarried to Apostle Eric Clark, and I am still on my healing journey thing things mentioned in this episode were part of my healing journey from 2020 -2021.

This past year has really been an emotional rollercoaster ride for me to say the least. I have felt every pain, and emotion due to my losing my mother. Her life is teaching me how to stretch, and not fumble in what he left me to fulfill in the Kingdom. I pray I serve well, and that I make well decisions in this timing of healing my soul.

In this episode, I discuss the importance of knowing why you matter, and the difference in just feeling like you belong to a person, place, or thing. The need to feel entitled to someone is just a place knowing whom to link arms with, and who to unlink arms with. There comes a time when you. truly need to allow God to reveal to your heart why you matter, and why everything else did not work out because it was not in His plan your you.

Sometimes in life things can get really out of wack in expressing how you may feel. I use to be a severe people pleaser to the point where I blocked how I felt internally to avoid issues from arising. I was dying on the inside, and I buried myself in this place of false perfection. It wasn't until I got truly intentional with myself back in 2017 that I found myself learning to deal with the intake of my heart, and I had to show others how I treated myself and how I was not going to just go with the flow of life anymore I pray you find the courage to do the same.

Anything thing God didn't call me into I refuse to allow myself to go any further into a deceived thing. We are living in a time where God is watching, and listening when we think He isn't. Are you sure God led you into where you are or did you force yourself into a position whether than waiting on God's timing? It's timing for the pruning to take place, and I am praying for everyone including myself.

Learning to wait on God is not easy especially when you are praying for the one that he has for you, and you l do not know who this person is, and you do not know when they are going to come to a rescue you from off of the shelf. 😂 I just know that I am one of the lucky ones that God chose to hand-picked to be found worthy of a covenant marriage.

After the unexpected loss of my mother, and biggest mentor in ministry I wanted to lay down everything and just do nothing... But that was not the will of God for my life. He had intentional plans for my life that i could not see, and with the resolve of healing both before, and after the vow everything currently is falling into place just like the Father intended it to be.

There are times in spaces in my life where I have looked back and thanked God for not allowing me to remain there. When I was being processed in what seemed to be one of the hardest seasons of my life I had to find the strength to call out to God and yell I need you even more. This is when He taught me the significance of leaning into His strength, and not into my own. I pray that todays message will inspire you to dig deeper within yourself, and to pull on the strength of God while you're being shifted to the next level in your life.

Sometimes the gift that is in our hands is being used by the wrong people, places and things that God had not called us to be apart of. I've learned to not only guard what's in my hands but to also use that strong no when needed. I want to encourage you to do the same, and pray first before you use the gift that is in your hands.
