In this topic, we discussed how suffering brings humility. We just need to activate the lenses that look outside and beyond the peripheral view. Our beautiful guest Karis Meier joined me in an erudite conversation that completely broke down the barriers and stigmas surrounding anxiety and suffering. Hope you enjoy this episode! XOXO
