Ronnie Kwesi Coleman is a serial entrepreneur whose career has centred on using technology to solve complex, labour-intensive problems. After building a global creative marketplace that created more than 100,000 jobs across Africa, scaling content operations for Fortune 500 marketing teams and co-founding a workforce platform that exited for $40 million, he turned his attention to one of the most overlooked bottlenecks in consumer goods: the manual review of packaging and marketing content. Ronnie founded PunttAI after seeing companies spend millions on repetitive checks for brand consistency, claims, legal requirements and regulatory compliance—and watching talented people become frustrated by the work. In this episode, he explains how AI can reduce rework, accelerate approvals and free teams to focus on more strategic decisions, sharing tangible results including review cycles shortened from one week to two hours and accuracy improving from 70% to 95% in just three weeks.

PepsiCo recently announced Pepsi Prebiotic Cola — a major evolution of traditional cola. How do you see functional ingredients like prebiotics shaping the future of the carbonated soft drink category?
Gatorade is introducing Gatorade Lower Sugar. What role does reduced sugar innovation play in meeting evolving consumer expectations without compromising performance?
Starbucks Coffee & Protein is launching nationally through the PepsiCo partnership. How important are joint ventures like this in accelerating PepsiCo's innovation agenda?
Pepsi is moving into premium 12oz glass bottles. What does this say about the importance of packaging as an innovation driver, especially with younger consumers and how will this help in foodservice?
Lay's is undergoing its biggest brand refresh in 100 years. How do visual identity and packaging innovation play into consumer trust and loyalty?
By the end of 2025, Lay's and Tostitos will have no artificial colors or flavors. How big of a lift is this operationally, and how does PepsiCo define "clean label" innovation?
How is PepsiCo using pepviz® (data and insights) to connect innovation with retailer success and shopper behavior?
With e-commerce and omnichannel shopping accelerating, how does PepsiCo think about innovating "where" products show up, not just what they are?
Innovation often comes with risk. How do you personally create a culture within PepsiCo North America where teams feel empowered to test, fail, and scale new ideas?
If you fast-forward to 2030, what will PepsiCo North America's innovation legacy look like under your leadership?

Welcome to the first ever debate on The FMCG Guys, with two Retail Media Titans (and competitors): Melanie Zimmermann from Criteo and Andreas Reiffen from Pentaleap.
In the last five years, we’ve seen how many retailers have built Ad businesses, now commonly known as Retail Media Networks. This surge has had a tremendous impact on the industry, effectively changing marketing and the way brands and retailers interact. In this time, there’s been a clear pioneer in the ad-tech space, that has won many, many Retail accounts during this surge of Retail Media: Criteo. In parallel, we’ve seen other, smaller and more solution-specific, companies that claim to offer a better technology, like Pentaleap.
Our two guests wanted to bring the recent LinkedIn debates – which suggest that the incumbent’s hegemony may be in danger – into a real conversation, away from the usual fluff in other podcasts and live events.

When we think of an ideal company culture is one where we can bring our own full selves, be empathetic and enjoy working with others.
Ironically, that goes against the common idea that we have of leaders, who are meant to be firm, tough and untouchable.
How can we reach a commonality between these? To discuss this, we invited Carol Robert, who a the time was heading up the UK and Ireland business for Suntory Food & Beverage.
Ralf Miculcy is an Associate at WL Gore. But what does that actually mean? At WL Gore—a global materials science company known for its innovative products like GORE-TEX—every employee, from entry-level to the CEO, is called an Associate. This is just one example of its distinctive, non-hierarchical culture.
In today’s episode, we dive into Ralf’s journey across Operations, Projects, and General Management at WL Gore. We explore how this unique culture functions in practice and what makes it so effective through:

The first company you join will likely make a huge impact on the rest of your career. Starting in a company that sets you up for success on the technical side, but especially, in leadership abilities is key. But it’s actually a company that’s done very well in the last years, especially in the pandemic period. Many of the leaders that have come out of this company are now sitting in the C-Suite of other American Retailers. One of the great people that started at Target is our guest: Matt Terry. Currently the Chief Logistics and People Officer at Verishop, a recently founded eCommerce player. With him, we explore how him and his peers at Target went to become the leaders they are today.

When we think of an ideal company culture is one where we can bring our own full selves, be empathetic and enjoy working with others.
