This week’s solo episode is giving spicy culture recap. We talk about this year’s AFL Grand Final — one of the biggest in decades — from Snoop Dogg’s performance to Jessica Mauboy’s powerful moment on stage and just how big this cultural moment felt across Australia. Then we unpack the Kat Clark controversy and why the lack of Black creators in her daughter’s event hits deeper than a “numbers” excuse. And to finish, we’re talking Raye’s new song I Want a Husband, the late-20s search for love, and why wanting a man ≠ settling for less.
Also, products mentioned in episode:

This week I had my twin in the studio — my little sis Betty jumped on the mic! We got into the downfall of the nightlife scene (and why guys are moving funny these days), the anti-immigration protests in Australia, and Bob Katter’s wild meltdown. And of course, we couldn’t leave without spilling some tea on the Love Island reunion and the vibe of this year’s islanders.

Mr. Allegedly, Melbourne’s Gossip Girl — and we got into it, from why people trust him with their secrets to how he always gets the inside scoop on Melbourne (and Australia’s) scene. We unpacked our Bali More To Life experience — the highs, the lows — plus some juicy confessions you won’t want to miss. Oh, and of course… we debated holiday romances and whether dating in the industry is ever worth the drama.

Hey guys! I'm so excited to bring you a bonus episode of the podcast — and this one’s for anyone who’s deep in the trenches of dating apps.
I sat down with the amazing Sera Bozza to talk all things online dating — from how to create a profile that actually stands out, to dealing with dead-end convos, and turning your DMs from dry to spicy.
We also get into:
Whether you're single, situationship’d, or just here for the tea — this one’s got something for you. Tap in!

Ciang Ajeic aka your girl’s favourite comedian is back on the podcast!
We get into it — the Coldplay concert kiss-cam scandal, cheating in 4K, and whether we’re all just desensitised at this point. We also talk bare minimum vs princess treatment, Ciang’s national comedy tour, and whether or not you really have to leave Australia to make it? Sprinkled with our classic Bittersweet games and a few controversial takes — you already know it’s a good time.

We talk about what it’s like going viral young, losing Cadet and growing into yourself when everyone’s watching. We also get into the music he’s working on now, aussie slang and dating preferences.

We're backkk! After a month away, I’m back in the studio (well…kinda) with my very first soloepisode! In this ep, I get into everything—from the big decision to shut down the Bittersweet studio, to my time away in London.
I unpack the London vs. Melbourne lifestyle (yes, including the dating scene 👀), chat about this new genre of women who are moving on from old relationships and levelling up (think Cardi B and Halle Bailey), and of course, I close it off with a juicy listener dilemma.

We also break down the Amari Gala — the looks, the moments, the drama — and share our thoughts on the Anna Ren controversy and whether men from your own culture actually treat you better.
Of course, we couldn’t let the episode end without a dilemma, this week's one is about Melbourne men and the epidemic that is being approach-phobic — you already know how that went!

This week's episode was inspired by the Netflix series “Love, Sex and Goop”, the show is all about erotic blueprints, love, communication and sex. Which got us thinking, in today's era of sex positivity, how many of us are actually having good sex? And how many of us know how to really connect with our partners/casual flings or situationships? Sex is supposed to be enjoyable for everyone but we are never really taught the basics.
