Whistleblowing is having another moment in the spotlight thanks to coronavirus, from medical professionals raising the alarm about substandard protection equipment to the Naval Captain who was relieved of his duties for sending a letter pleading for help against the outbreak of Covid-19 aboard the USS Theodore Roosevelt.

Failing to do so could be catastrophic—in the United States, federal regulators have signaled that they will prioritize investigations related to Covid-19, and have encouraged disgruntled employees to come forward.

So how do you prepare for the complaints that are almost certain to come? Philip and Tom break down the concept of organizational justice and the tactical approach to a whistleblower game plan.
